      • Image Restoration Based on L1 + L1 Model

        In this paper, we firstly propose a new image restoration model including non-smooth l1-norm data-fidelity term and non-smooth l1-norm regularization term based on the bilateral total variation regularization. Secondly, we prove the existence of minimal solutions of our proposed energy functional model. Thirdly, we consider the convergence of the discrete numerical algorithm, and obtain that the limit point of the solution sequence is the minimal point of our proposed energy functional. Finally, we give some experimental simulation results in the case of the single noisy image without blurring, multiple different noisy images without blurring, single noisy image with blurring, and multiple different noisy images with different blurring, respectively. The restoration results show our model works effectively.

        Research on Calculation Method of Fuel Temperature According to Airworthiness Regulations

        How to establish a general fuel tank thermodynamic model that meets the requirements of airworthiness certification and how to obtain the equilibrium temperature difference △T and time constant τ in the Monte Carlo evaluation model after obtaining the fuel temperature change law within specific flight envelope are the bottleneck issues need to be solved urgently in the airworthiness certification process of fuel tank flammability. This paper builds the fuel temperature simulation calculation model on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform to obtain the fuel temperature change law and obtains the high-order functional expression of the fuel temperature change law in each stage by means of MATLAB polynomial piecewise fitting function. The exponential attenuation equation stipulated in the Monte Carlo evaluation model is used to characterize the change law of fuel temperature. Among which the total ambient temperature (TAT) is obtained by the method specified in the evaluation model, and the equilibrium temperature difference and time constant are obtained by the improved genetic algorithm. The equilibrium temperature difference and time constant obtained by the inversion are input into Monte Carlo model for calculation, the calculated temperature data and the actual measured flight data are compared to verify the reliability of the method.

        Migration Characteristics and Potential Ecological Environment Evaluation of Metal Elements in Surface Soil

        In view of the excessive heavy metals in soil will affect the quality of crops and the personal safety of local residents, in order to analyze and evaluate the migration characteristics and potential ecological risks of heavy metals in soil in the study area, the heavy metal content, pH, regional distribution, correlation, migration characteristics, enrichment state and potential risk in 0 − 1 m soil depth were tested and analyzed. The results show that the distribution of most metal elements is closely related to pH in the soil. The contents of elements As, Cr and Hg in the soil of the study area change in an “L” shape along with the buried depth, that is, the contents of As, Cr and Hg increase generally along with the buried depth of the soil, and the contents of elements Cd and Pb decrease along with the buried depth. By analyzing the enrichment degree of heavy metals and evaluating the ecological risk degree, it can be concluded that only element Hg is moderately enriched in the soil layer of 0 − 0.4 m and Cd is the main ecological risk factor, and the potential ecological risk degree of Yuyao is between slight and moderate ecological risks.

        Simultaneous adsorption of phenol and Cu2+ from aqueous solution by activated carbon/chitosan composit

        A multifunction adsorbent was synthesized by incorporating AC into CTS, and the ratio of AC to CTSwas 1/1. The resultant was called activated carbon (AC)/chitosan (CTS) composite. The simultaneous adsorption ofphenol and Cu2+from aqueous solution onto AC/CTS composite was investigated by a batch procedure. The adsorptionprocesses for both Cu2+and phenol obeyed the pseudo second-order kinetic model. Phenol was prone to be adsorbedmore quickly as compared with Cu2+when they coexisted in solution. The adsorption behavior of both phenol and Cu2+followed the Langmuir isotherm. The maximum adsorption capacities of phenol and Cu2+were 34.19 mg/g and 74.35mg/g at 293 K, respectively. No obvious competitive adsorption existed between phenol and Cu2+.

        Adsorptive removal of Cr(VI) from aqueous solutions by cross-linked chitosan/bentonite composite

        Cross-linked chitosan/bentonite composite (CCB) was prepared, and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, BET surface area and pore diameter analyses, X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns and thermal gravimetric analyses (TGA). The adsorption of hexavalent chromium Cr(VI) onto CCB as a function of adsorbent dosage, initial Cr(VI) concentration, solution pH, and contact time was investigated through batch experiments. The removal towards Cr(VI) decreased with increasing solution pH from 2 to 11 and initial Cr(VI) concentration, while it increased with increasing adsorbent dosage. The adsorption kinetic data of Cr(VI) on CCB were well described by the pseudo-second-order model. The equilibrium data were correlated by the Langmuir isotherm model. The maximum monolayer Cr(VI) adsorption capacity for CCB at pH 2 and 293 K was 89.13mg/g. The mechanisms for the adsorption of Cr(VI) on CCB at pH 2 may include electrostatic interaction and chemical interaction between CCB and Cr(VI) ions.

        Meta-Analysis of the Efficacy and Safety of Mirabegron Add-On Therapy to Solifenacin for Overactive Bladder

        Purpose: We performed a meta-analysis to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirabegron add-on therapy to solifenacin for patients with overactive bladder (OAB). Methods: We conducted a systematic literature review to identify all randomized, double-blind, controlled trials (RCTs) of this combination (mirabegron and solifenacin) for OAB. Embase, MEDLINE, and the Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials were searched. A manual search was also performed to investigate relevant references from the retrieved studies. Results: Four publications describing 5 RCTs that compared combination therapy with solifenacin, including a total of 3,309 patients, were analyzed. The mean number of micturitions per 24 hours (mean difference [MD], -0.45; 95% confidence interval [CI], -0.65 to -0.26; P<0.00001), number of episodes of incontinence per 24 hours (MD, -0.71; 95% CI, -0.14 to -0.02; P=0.04), volume voided per micturition, and number of urgency episodes per 24 hours demonstrated that combination therapy was more effective than solifenacin therapy alone. Safety assessments, including common treatment-emergent adverse events (odds ratio, 1.09; 95% CI, 0.95–1.27; P=0.23) and discontinuations due to adverse events (P=0.30), demonstrated that the combination therapy was well tolerated. Conclusions: This meta-analysis suggests that mirabegron therapy as an add-on to solifenacin provides a satisfactory therapeutic effect for OAB symptoms with a low occurrence of side effects.

        Assessment of the Cytotoxic and Apoptotic Effects of Chaetominine in a Human Leukemia Cell Line

        Chaetominine is a quinazoline alkaloid originating from the endophytic fungus Aspergillus fumigatus CY018. In this study, we showed evidence that chaetominine has cytotoxic and apoptotic effects on human leukemia K562 cells and investigated the pathway involved in chaetominine-induced apoptosis in detail. Chaetominine inhibited K562 cell growth, with an IC50 value of 35 nM, but showed little inhibitory effect on the growth of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The high apoptosis rates, morphological apoptotic features, and DNA fragmentation caused by chaetominine indicated that the cytotoxicity was partially caused by its pro-apoptotic effect. Under chaetominine treatment, the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio was upregulated (from 0.3 to 8), which was followed by a decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential, release of cytochrome c from mitochondria into the cytosol, and stimulation of Apaf-1. Furthermore, activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3, which are the main executers of the apoptotic process, was observed. These results demonstrated that chaetominine induced cell apoptosis via the mitochondrial pathway. Chaetominine inhibited K562 cell growth and induced apoptotic cell death through the intrinsic pathway, which suggests that chaetominine might be a promising therapeutic for leukemia.

        Sintering densification and properties of Al2O3/Al cermet materials via powder metallurgy method

        Cermet materials are important new engineering materials with combined advantages of ceramics and metals. In this study,Al2O3/Al cermet materials were prepared through powder metallurgy. The effect of sintering technology on the properties ofAl2O3/Al cermet materials was analyzed as basis for preparing high-performance cermet materials. Results showed that whenthe sintering temperature was increased from 700 oC to 1000 oC under holding time for 1 h, the densification degree and hardnessof Al2O3/Al cermet materials decreased and the electric resistivity increased. In the microstructure of Al2O3/Al cermet materials,Al particles were larger and continuously distributed, whereas the Al2O3 particles were smaller and discontinuously distributed. When the holding time was increased under sintering temperature of 700 oC, the densification degree and hardness of Al2O3/Alcermet materials also increased, and the electric resistivity decreased. When 25 wt% Al2O3/Al cermet materials were sintered at700 oC for 3 h, the densification degree was higher, with hardness of 2203 HV and electric resistivity of 0.0159 Ω • m.
