      • Computational mathematical modeling of the nonlinear vibration characteristics of AFG truncated conical nano pipe based on the nonlocal strain gradient theory

        In the present paper, the numerical dynamic analysis of a functionally graded nano-scale nonuniform tube was investigated according to the high-order beam theory coupled with the nonlocal gradient strain theory. The supposed crosssection is changed along the pipe length, and the material distribution, which combines both metal and ceramics, is smoothly changed in the pipe length direction, which is called axially functionally graded (AFG) pipe. Moreover, the porosity voids are dispersed in the cross-section and the radial pattern that the existence of both material distribution along the tube length and porosity voids make a two-dimensional functionally graded (2D-FG) truncated conical pipe. On the basis of the Hamilton principle, the governing equations and the associated boundary conditions equations are derived, and then a numerical approach is applied to solve the obtained equations.

        Research on Calculation Method of Fuel Temperature According to Airworthiness Regulations

        How to establish a general fuel tank thermodynamic model that meets the requirements of airworthiness certification and how to obtain the equilibrium temperature difference △T and time constant τ in the Monte Carlo evaluation model after obtaining the fuel temperature change law within specific flight envelope are the bottleneck issues need to be solved urgently in the airworthiness certification process of fuel tank flammability. This paper builds the fuel temperature simulation calculation model on the MATLAB/Simulink software platform to obtain the fuel temperature change law and obtains the high-order functional expression of the fuel temperature change law in each stage by means of MATLAB polynomial piecewise fitting function. The exponential attenuation equation stipulated in the Monte Carlo evaluation model is used to characterize the change law of fuel temperature. Among which the total ambient temperature (TAT) is obtained by the method specified in the evaluation model, and the equilibrium temperature difference and time constant are obtained by the improved genetic algorithm. The equilibrium temperature difference and time constant obtained by the inversion are input into Monte Carlo model for calculation, the calculated temperature data and the actual measured flight data are compared to verify the reliability of the method.

        Friele Color Matching Model of Digital Rotor Spinning Viscose Mélange Fabric

        Digital rotor spinning involves spinning fibers that have been dope-dyed together with one of several differenthues in a manner that enables the color tuning of the resultant yarn. A small inventory of colored fibers provides access to awide gamut of shades and production of textiles in a variety of colorways. To overcome the issues with the current intelligentcolor matching system for digital rotor spinning viscose melange yarn, in this study, a digital rotor spinning frame was used tospin selected red, yellow, and blue dope-dyed viscose staple fibers into 66 types of melange yarns at a ratio gradient of 10 %. The corresponding yarns were knitted as fabric samples, and then a Datacolor650 spectrophotometer was used to performcolor testing and record the experimental data. The parameter σ of the Friele model was assigned within [0,1]. The optimalvalue of σ was 0.134 when the average color difference of the bi-component melange sample was minimal, which was usedfor the construction of a color matching system based on the Friele model. In addition, this study verifies the obtained optimalvalue of σ using the full-spectrum color matching method. The average error between the predicted ratio and actual ratio ofthe three-component melange sample was 10.21 %, while the predicted average color difference was 0.4561. This indicatesthat the empirical parameters of the Friele model obtained in this study yield a good prediction accuracy of digital rotorspinning viscose melange products.

        Y-Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Diversity in Chinese Indigenous Horse

        In contrast to high genetic diversity of mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA), equine Y chromosome shows extremely low variability, implying limited patrilines in the domesticated horse. In this study, we applied direct sequencing and restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) methods to investigate the polymorphisms of 33 Y chromosome specific loci in 304 Chinese indigenous horses from 13 breeds. Consequently, two Y-single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) (Y-45701/997 and Y-50869) and one Y-indel (Y-45288) were identified. Of those, the Y-50869 (T>A) revealed the highest variation frequency (24.67%), whereas it was only 3.29% and 1.97% in Y-45288 (T/-) and Y-45701/997 (G>T) locus, respectively. These three mutations accounted for 27.96% of the total samples and identified five Y-SNP haplotypes, demonstrating genetic diversity of Y chromosome in Chinese horses. In addition, all the five YSNP haplotypes were shared by different breeds. Among 13 horse breeds analyzed, Balikun horse displayed the highest nucleotide diversity (${\pi}=5.6{\times}10^{-4}$) and haplotype diversity (h = 0.527), while Ningqiang horse showed the lowest nucleotide diversity (${\pi}=0.00000$) and haplotype diversity (h = 0.000). The results also revealed that Chinese horses had a different polymorphic pattern of Y chromosome from European and American horses. In conclusion, Chinese horses revealed genetic diversity of Y chromosome, however more efforts should be made to better understand the domestication and paternal origin of Chinese indigenous horses.

        Studies on the Terpenoids in the Volatile Constituents of Liaoning Schisandra Chinensis Baillon

        The terpenoids in the volatile constituents of Liaoning Shcisandra Chinesis Baillon have been determined by the analytical method of GC/MS. Thirty terpenoids molecular structure were characterized. They are 11.89% monterpenes, 4.60% monoterpene oxides, 58.74% sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, and 1.62% oxygen-containing sesquiterpenoids in the total volatile constituents quantified by chromatograph. Among them, the sesquiterpene make up the characteristic constituents. Every terpenoid constituent percent content was obtained using area normalization method of HP-59970 chemstation.

        Quantitative Determination of Eugenol in Eugenia Caryophyllata Thunb by Three Wavelength Spectrophotometry

        Three wavelength spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of eugenol in Eugenia Caryophyllata Thunb. Using this method could effectively eliminate the deviation of background absorption caused by the change of concentration and the error of quantitative analysis caused by asymmetric peaks, and at the same time the leaning degree of base line was corrected. This method was simple the recovery ratio was 90.05%-116.94% and the coefficient of variation was 3.5%.

        Assessment of the Cytotoxic and Apoptotic Effects of Chaetominine in a Human Leukemia Cell Line

        Chaetominine is a quinazoline alkaloid originating from the endophytic fungus Aspergillus fumigatus CY018. In this study, we showed evidence that chaetominine has cytotoxic and apoptotic effects on human leukemia K562 cells and investigated the pathway involved in chaetominine-induced apoptosis in detail. Chaetominine inhibited K562 cell growth, with an $IC_{50}$ value of 35 nM, but showed little inhibitory effect on the growth of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. The high apoptosis rates, morphological apoptotic features, and DNA fragmentation caused by chaetominine indicated that the cytotoxicity was partially caused by its pro-apoptotic effect. Under chaetominine treatment, the Bax/Bcl-2 ratio was upregulated (from 0.3 to 8), which was followed by a decrease in mitochondrial membrane potential, release of cytochrome c from mitochondria into the cytosol, and stimulation of Apaf-1. Furthermore, activation of caspase-9 and caspase-3, which are the main executers of the apoptotic process, was observed. These results demonstrated that chaetominine induced cell apoptosis via the mitochondrial pathway. Chaetominine inhibited K562 cell growth and induced apoptotic cell death through the intrinsic pathway, which suggests that chaetominine might be a promising therapeutic for leukemia.
