      • Research on Construction of Enterprise Informatization based on Model of Multi-agent RigidFormation

        Enterprise informatization is a large system including: input, output, feedback, operation inside, executive action and incentive measures. Inner-enterprise can be seemed as an artificially social organization unit composing of various agents in a rigid formation. This paper mainly proposes an enterprise informatization associated with rigid formation theory of multi-agent. The connection between agents and enterprise factors is represented. The relationship between enterprise factors is described by potential function theory: the attractive force presents that all factors have the same opinion, and the repulsive force presents that all factors have the different opinion needed to be solved. Finally, the simulation proves that the model mentioned in this paper is effective.

        Effects of Ni, Co, B, and Ge on the Microstructures and Mechanical Properties of Nb-Ti-Si Ternary Alloys

        Nb-Si in situ composites with a nominal composition of Nb-22Ti-12Si-X (at.%, X represents Ni, Co, B, or Ge)are prepared using non-consumable arc melting technology. The effects of the alloying elements on themicrostructures and mechanical properties are investigated. The Nb-22Ti-12Si ternary alloy consists of Nbss andNb3Si. A new phase of Ti2Ni or Ti2Co is introduced into the ternary system after adding Ni or Co. The addition of6% Ge promotes the formation of Nb5Si3 and creates significantly finer microstructures. The values of the hightemperature strength and room temperature fracture toughness of Nb-22Ti-12Si-6Ge are 566.33MPa and12.81MPa·m1/2, respectively, which are approximately 88.2% and 18.5% higher than those of Nb-22Ti-12Si(300.98 MPa and 10.81 MPa·m1/2). The addition of 3% B changed the morphological features and inducedthe appearance of large fine rosettes, which is favorable for restraining the crack propagation, and it also leadsto a 22.3% increase in room temperature fracture toughness compared with the Nb-22Ti-12Si ternaryalloy.

      • Clinical Application of Endoscopic Inguinal Lymph Node Resection after Lipolysis and Liposuction for Vulvar Cancer

        Aim: To examine lymph nodes obtained after lipolysis and liposuction of subcutaneous fat of the inguinal region of female vulvar cancer patients to explore the feasibility of clinical application. Methods: The field of operation was on the basis of the range of the conventional resection of inguinal lymph nodes. We injected lipolysis liquid fanwise, started liposuction after 15-20 minutes; then the subcutaneous fatty tissue was sucked out clearly by suction tube. We selected the first puncture holes located on 2-3 cm part below anterior superior spine, the others respectively being located 3cm and 6cm below the first for puncturing into the skin, imbedding a trocar to intorduce $CO_2$ gas and the specular body, and excise the lymph nodes by ultrasonic scalpel. The surgical field chamber was set with negative pressure drainage and was pressured with a soft saline bag after surgery. Results: A lacuna emerged from subcutaneous of the inguinal region after lipolysis and liposuction, with a wide fascia easily exposed at the bottom where lymph nodes could be readily excised. The number of lymph nodes of ten patients excised within the inguinal region on each side was 4-18. The excised average number of lymph nodes was 11 when we had mature technology. Conclusion: Most of adipose tissue was removed after lipolysis and liposuction of subcutaneous tissue of inguinal region, so that the included lymph nodes were exposed and easy to excise by endoscope. This surgery avoided the large incision of regular surgery of inguinal region, the results indicating that this approach is feasible and safe for used as an alternative technology.

      • Let-7c Inhibits NSCLC Cell Proliferation by Targeting HOXA1

        Objective: The aim of the present study was to explore mechanisms by which let-7c suppresses NSCLC cell proliferation. Methods: The expression level of let-7c was quantified by qRT-PCR. A549 and H1299 cells were transfected with let-7c mimics to restore the expression of let-7c. The effects of let-7c were then assessed by cell proliferation, colony formation and cell cycle assay. Mouse experiments were used to confirm the effect of let-7c on tumorigenicity in vivo. Luciferase reporter assays and Western blotting were performed to identify target genes for let-7c. Results: HOXA1 was identified as a novel target of let-7c. MTS, colony formation and flow cytometry assays demonstrated that forced expression of let-7c inhibited NSCLC cell proliferation by inducing G1 arrest in vitro, consistent with inhibitory effects induced by knockdown of HOXA1. Mouse experiments demonstrated that let-7c expression suppressed tumorigenesis. Furthermore, we found that let-7c could regulate the expression of HOXA1 downstream effectors CCND1, CDC25A and CDK2. Conclusions: Collectively, these results demonstrate let-7c inhibits NSCLC cell proliferation and tumorigenesis by partial direct targeting of the HOXA1 pathway, which suggests that restoration of let-7c expression may thus offer a potential therapeutic intervention strategy for NSCLC.

        Effects of enclosures on vegetation recovery and succession in Hulunbeier steppe, China

        Hulunbeier steppe is one of the four largest grasslands in China and is renowned for its excellent natural grassland conditions. However, its natural ecosystem has been continuously disrupted due to heavy land use, excessive stock-farming, and deforestation as human activities have expanded. Exclusion of human disturbance is one of the common measures used for ecological environment restoration in Chinese desert areas. This study aims to investigate whether the duration of enclosure affects vegetation recovery and succession processes. Plant distribution, coverage and biomass were measured and described in non-enclosure, 1-year, 5-year, and 10-year enclosure plots. Vegetation succession proceeded via three stages. In the first stage, annual plant communities, such as Agriophyllum squarrosum and Corispermum stauntonii, were dominant, while in the second stage renascent arboreal herbs, mainly Cleistogenes squarrosa and Artemisia frigid, predominantly occupied the vegetation community. In the third stage, transition vegetation such as Agropyron cristatum and C. squarrosa werepredominant. Relevant government authorities in the Hulunbeier region should educate the herders regarding the apposite management of enclosure and provide incentives for compliance. Future study design should focus on effective enclosure management including grazing rate control and plantation development in enclosure.

        Monitoring the Deterioration of Masonry Relics at a UNESCO World Heritage Site

        Since 2015, six typical masonry cultural relics around the China’s UNESCO World Heritage Site - the West Lake Cultural Landscape of Hangzhou have been systematically monitored from three aspects: deterioration patterns, physical and mechanical properties, and the changes of the micro-environment, using non-destructive testing equipment like optical microscope, ultrasonic pulse wave, Schmidt hammer, surface roughness tester, thermo-hygrometers, rain gauges, air quality monitors and so on. High-throughput sequencing technology had also been used to study distribution and diversity of microorganisms on the surface of masonry. Results show that the deterioration of relics can be reflected by their physical and mechanical properties, comprehensive evaluation of the heritage’s health state can be made through long-term continuous monitoring. It also found that different deterioration pattern will occur with different types of materials or in different preservation conditions, marble artifacts which completely exposed outdoors tends to significant degradation in just five years due to temperature fluctuations and acid rain. Besides, Microorganisms’ growth and propagation correlate positively with environmental conditions. As a case study, this paper described in detail the whole process of monitoring the deterioration of masonry relics at a UNESCO World Heritage sites, which may provide some references for researchers in similar fields.

        Molecular cloning and expression analysis of annexin A2 gene in sika deer antler tip

        Objective: Molecular cloning and bioinformatics analysis of annexin A2 (ANXA2) gene in sika deer antler tip were conducted. The role of ANXA2 gene in the growth and development of the antler were analyzed initially. Methods: The reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to clone the cDNA sequence of the ANXA2 gene from antler tip of sika deer (Cervus Nippon hortulorum) and the bioinformatics methods were applied to analyze the amino acid sequence of Anxa2 protein. The mRNA expression levels of the ANXA2 gene in different growth stages were examined by real time reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (real time RT-PCR). Results: The nucleotide sequence analysis revealed an open reading frame of 1,020 bp encoding 339 amino acids long protein of calculated molecular weight 38.6 kDa and isoelectric point 6.09. Homologous sequence alignment and phylogenetic analysis indicated that the Anxa2 mature protein of sika deer had the closest genetic distance with Cervus elaphus and Bos mutus. Real time RT-PCR results showed that the gene had differential expression levels in different growth stages, and the expression level of the ANXA2 gene was the highest at metaphase (rapid growing period). Conclusion: ANXA2 gene may promote the cell proliferation, and the finding suggested Anxa2 as an important candidate for regulating the growth and development of deer antler.

      • Potential Therapeutic Targets for the Primary Gallbladder Carcinoma: Estrogen Receptors

        Gallbladder carcinoma, the most frequent malignant neoplasm of the biliary tract system, has always been considered to feature late clinical presentation and diagnosis, limited treatment options and an extremely poor prognosis. In recent years, while the incidence of gallbladder cancer has appeared to be on the increase, the available treatment methods have not greatly improved survival of the affected patients. Thus, exploring new therapeutic targets for this devastating disease is an urgent matter at present. Epidemical studies have demonstrated that the incidence of gallbladder carcinoma exhibits a distinct gender bias, affecting females two to three times more than males, pointing to crucial roles of estrogen. It is well known that estrogen acts on target tissues by binding to estrogen receptors (ERs), which are mainly divided into three subtypes, $ER{\alpha}$, $ER{\beta}$ and $ER{\gamma}$. $ER{\alpha}$ and $ER{\beta}$ appear to have overlapping but also unique even opposite biological effects. As important pathogenic mediators, ERs have been considered to relate to several kinds of tumors. In gallbladder carcinoma tissue, ERs have been shown to be positively expressed, and ERs expression levels are associated with differentiation and prognosis of this cancer. Nevertheless, the exact mechanisms of estrogen inducing growth of gallbladder carcinoma remain poorly understood. On the base of the current investigations, we deduce that estrogen participates in promotion of gallbladder carcinoma by influencing the formation of gallstones, stimulating angiogenesis, and promoting abnormal proliferation. Since ERs mediate the carcinogenic actions of estrogen in gallbladder, and therapy targeting ERs may provide new directions for gallbladder carcinoma. Therefore, it should be stressed that ERs are potential therapeutic targets for gallbladder carcinoma.

        Novel integrated coupled inductor boost with RL parallel damping network for improving dynamic response

        Boost derived converters are widely employed due to their simplicity and high reliability when it comes to obtaining a higher voltage level. However, the existence of right half-plane (RHP) zeros in the control-to-output transfer function deteriorates the dynamic performance of this category converters. Integrated coupling between the power inductor and the filter inductor is an effective method to alleviate the influence of RHP zeros. This paper puts forward a novel coupled inductor boost with an RL parallel damping (CIB-RLPD) network, where the input inductor, output inductor, and auxiliary inductor used to achieve RHP elimination have been integrated into a single magnetic core. The operating principle and small-signal analysis of the novel converter in continuous conduction mode (CCM) is discussed in detail. By an optimal design of the parameters of the damping network according to the Routh–Hurwitz Criterion, a novel converter with a good dynamic performance within a wide input voltage range can be achieved, which is a good candidate for renewable applications, particularly for spacecraft power systems. For the sake of comparison, the allowable operation duty ratio range and frequency response of the transfer function for both the original coupled inductor boost (CIB) and the proposed CIB-RLPD are presented in this paper. Finally, prototypes of the CIB and CIB-RLPD are implemented in the laboratory and experimental verifications are given to demonstrate the effectiveness of theoretical predictions.
