        김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석을 이용한 분류학적 연구

        표준균주를 포함한 230여개의 김치유래 젖산균에 대한 균체지방산(FAMEs)을 분석하였다. FAMEs profiles는 Euclidian Distance 17.5에 의해 7개의 Major Cluster와 1개의 Single Cluster로 나뉘어졌다. 이중 A, B, C 및 Cluster는 Leuconostoc속으로 분석되어졌고, F는 Lactobacillus속으로 분석되어졌다. 그리고 E와 G cluster는 두개의 Genus가 혼재되어 나타났으며 보충적인 연구가 필요하다. 앞으로 김치유래 젖산균의 균체지방산 분석결과를 기반으로 한 데이타베이스에 95가지 탄소원을 이용하는 수치분류학적 접근방법 및 Pyrolysis Mass Spectrometry 등의 화학적 분석 방법과 분자친화적 연구를 통한 종합적 분류정보 체계가 갖추어지면 젖산균의 신속, 정확한 동정 및 연구에 활발히 이용되어질 것이다. Two hundreds and thirty lactic acid bacteria, mostly isolated from Kimchi, including type strains were sued for analysis of cellular fatty acids. The 230 test strains were recoverd in 7 major and 1 single clusters defined a Euclidian distance of 17.5. These aggregate taxa were equivalent to the genus Leuconostoc (aggregate group A, B, C and D), and the genera Leuconostoc and Lactobacillus (aggregate group G). It is concluded as evident that FAMEs (Fatty Acid Methyl Esters) profile of cell can be used as a criterion in classification of lactic acid bacterial from kimchi. Additional comparative taxonomic studies need to be carried out on well chosen representative strains to determine the most appropriate methods of value.

      • Fluid Flow Model of leaky Bucket Scheme with Two Thresholds

        본 논문에서는 데이터 버퍼의 레벨에 따라 출력률이 달라지며 버퍼에 두 개의 임계치를 갖는 리키 버킷 방안을 조사한다. 입력 트래픽 모델로 MMFF를 사용하고 대기체계를 이용해 분석한다. 성능 측도로서 셀손실 확률과 평균 셀 지연등을 구한다. 하나의 임계치를 갖는 리키버킷은 데이터 버퍼의 잦은 레벨변화를 겪는데 이 현상은 시스템에 나쁜 영향을 미치므로 이를 개선하는 두 개의 임계치를 갖는 시스템을 제안하고 수치계산 예로 이 현상을 제거한다는 것을 보여준다. We investigate the Leaky Bucket(LB) scheme with two thresholds in the data buffer in which the leaky rate changes depending on the content of data buffer. We use a Markov Modulated Fluid Flow(MMFF) model as a burst input traffic. As performance measures, we obtain cell loss probability and mean cell delay for the LB scheme with two thresholds. Numerical examples show that the LB scheme with two thresholds eliminates hysterical phenomenon which LB scheme with a threshold has.

        Background : The cun measurement System, an essential and convenient method in locating acupoints, has been widely used in the practice of acupuncture. However, traditional cun measurement has been criticized for its lack of reliability. Objectives : The purposes of this study are to determine if one cun measured by the directional methods have a consistency with that of proportional methods and to investigate which factors are related with these differences, especially in forearm. Methods : The distance between the elbow crease and the wrist crease of forearm was compared to a reference value of one cun obtained by the directional method. In this method, one cun is one third of the distance between index finger and Small finger of a subject, measured at proximal interphalangeal joint. In addition, to investigate the factors influencing the differences between these two methods, we measured the height and body weight and calculated body mass index (BMI). Finally we analyzed the factors correlated with these lengths by linear regression test. Results : The results showed that one cun obtained by the directional methods were significantly different from one cun by the proportional methods in forearm. It was demonstrated that the length acquired with the directional method was more correlated with body weight and body mass index, while the length obtained by the proportional method was more correlated with the height.

        공기 중 toluene diisocyanate의 포집방법에 따른 요중 toluene diamine의 관련성

        Toluene diisocyanate(TDI) has been known the materials which is induced occupational asthma, is mostly used by the materials of industrial polyurethane, excreted as toluene diamine(TDA) in case of occurring metabolism in the human body when it inhaled. This research is demonstrated to make scrutiny into efficiency of two differentways of sampling in comparison with the cocentration after make use of the open cassette holder and the modified 2-piece cassette holder which are originaly existing to doing sampling 2,4-TDI as 2,6 TDI in the air, and to present more adequate way to TDI sampling in the air and to present more adequate way to TDI sampling in the air from comparing concentration TDA in a worker's urine with concentration of TDI which is being sampling each ways And this study want to grasp the influence for TDA excretion by exposing TDI from the general character of workers. The study was experimented on the 22 workers from the factory where is pperated paining work using by paints from poly urethane. This study was performed to identify the personal character of workers by using the questionnaire. analysed TDI from 44 sample each in the middle of morning and afternoon and TDA from the 17 workers by take their urine. Open cassette holder is manufactured to face the filter with the outside by remove the modified 2-piece cassette holder eliminated he middle of section and top of the upper holder. As a result of analysis, the concentration of TDI in the air is higher on the mokigied 2-piece cassette holder than the open cassette holder for sampling, There was no different on the concentration of urinary TDA by personal character. The concentration of TDI in the air had a relation with the concentration of urinary TDA no matter what kind of sampling method used, but the sampling by modified 2-piece cassette holder had more relation than sampling by open face cassette holder. As a result of this experiment, the concentration of TDI by sampling from the each cassette holder has shown to us significant relation with the concentration of urinary TDA.

        연기금 자산운용체계의 개선에 관한 연구

        최근 들어 연금기금의 적립규모는 급속하게 팽창하고 있으며 이에 따라 자본시장과 국민경제에 미치는 영향이 증대하고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 우리 나라 연금기금 자산운용 체계의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고 이를 바탕으로 바람직한 자산운용체재 개편방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 자본시장에서 연금기금 자산운용은 자본의 공급을 늘려 줌은 물론 투자기간의 장기화, 기관화를 촉진하는 등 순기능의 효과가 크다. 그러나, 조사결과 현행 연금기금의 자산운용은 전문성이 떨어지고 성과 면에서는 시장의 자산운용 전문가들에 비해서 나은 성과를 나타내지 못하고 있다. 반대로 자산운용의 집중화로 시장지배권, 독립성, 전문성 면에서 않은 문제점을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 문제들은 연기금운용의 계획, 실행, 감독체계가 제대로 확립되어 있지 못하는데 기인하는 바가 크다. 이에 본 논문은 자본시장에서의 비중 제고, 외부위탁, 자산배분과 위험관리 체계구축과 기금운용위원회의 지배구조 개선, 평가 및 감독제도의 강화를 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하고 이를 통해 향후 연금기금 자산운용이 지향해야 될 바를 모색하였다. The public pension fund size proliferates in Korea and its impact on capital market as well as on the national economy is ever increasing. This paper intend to discuss and analyze the current situation and problems in public pension management in Korea. It is found that Korean pension funds management bears series of problems. These include the dependency on government, lack of fund management and risk management expertise, as well as inadequate bureaucracy in the management hierarchy. Besides, the size of public pension funds grew to the level that can dominates the capital market and is possibly bring more problems to the market. Therefore, it is necessary to establish new pension fund management systems in Korea at this point. We, discuss and proposes the directions and the methods to achieve this goal which include outsourcing the pension fund management and establishing the public pension fund management supervisory bureau among others.

      • 전동공구 내구성 평가 실험장치 개발

        For the endurance test, it is necessary to test the portable electric tools under the same condition as the actual operation condition. It is also essential that the test equipment is convenient to fix the tool. Those are necessary to control the loaded torque and to acquire and analyze the test data with a computer. In this study, we have developed an endurance test equipment for portable electric tools, where a hydraulic control system with a proportional relief valve was applied to control the load for the test. The developed test equipment used an industrial hydraulic pump as a load supplier to ensure a firm endurance of the test equipment itself. The data acquisition system has been automated by composing with a personal computer and RS-232C communication nets. This test equipment reduced the manhour for the test and also improved the reliability of the tested data which were measured and graphed.

      • 동국제강에서 배출되는 대기오염물질이 인접지역 환경에 미치는 영향

        The environmental effect of air pollutants emitted from Dong-Kuk Steel Company on neighboring area was assessed by measuring air pollutants and using the computer simulation model. Some results from this study were summarized as follows; The concentration of sulfur dioxide in winter was mostly exceeded the Air Quality Criteria(0.05ppm) but its annual average concentration was far below the Criteria. However, the annual average concentration of total suspended particulates(TSP) in the atmosphere(170㎍/㎥) was largely exceeded the Criteria(150㎍/㎥) and the fluctuation of its concentration between months was very great. The results calculated from the computer simulation by TEM-8 Model showed that the air quality in this region was fairly good in view of the concentration of sulfur dioxide with the range from 0.01 to 0.03ppm. However, it was assessed by simulation that when the wind blew from the ESE direction the maximum concentration of sulfur dioxide might be reached up to 0.078ppm and then could be largely exceeded the Criteria. Fortunately, according to the data from in situ measuruement, those undesirable wether condition was little occurred during the term of research.

      • 운동부하강도와 休息方法이 血液의 젖산濃度와 혈액성분변화에 미치는 效果

        The purpose of the study was to investigate effects of work intensity and recovery patterns on changes of lactic acid concentration and blood components in endurance performances. 2 different work intensities and 5 different relief levels were used as protochol. Used 12 male endurance performers who belong to Korean National College of Physical Education as Subjects, and the results were summerized as follows; The increasing ratio of lactic acid concentration in blood was shown difference in accordance with work intensities, But with the same work intensity the increasing ratio of lactic acid concentration in blood was not only shown significant differences (p<0.01) in accordance with recovery patterns, but differences with work intensity were effected by individual variance. To improve capacity of tolerence against lactic acid accumulation, jogging with 60% of individual maximal speed was superior to jogging with 90% of individual maximal speed and 2, or 4 minutes of passive recovery between work sets. Both of lactic acid production and removal were significantly increased in jogging with 60% of individual maximalspeed, therefore, to improve anaerobic endurance, 2 minutes of passive recovery was recommended because of more rapid break down of lactic acid accumulation with 2 minute, or more passive recovery. The change of blood volume according to work intensity and recovery patterns, were not resulted from changes of blood cell but resulted from changes of albumin, total protein, and plasma potassium (p<0.01).

      • 月經痛에 應用되는 淸熱調血湯의 效能에 對한 實驗的 硏究

        To elucidate the effects of Chungyeoljohyeoltang(淸熱調血湯) being applied to dysmenorrhea, after oral administration Chungyeoljohyeoltang water extract in mice and rats, acute toxicity, analgesic, sedative, hypothermic, estrogenec actions, action on isolated uterine muscle and serum estradiol concentration were measured. The results obtained were as follows ; 1. The yield of water extract of Chungyeoljohyeoltang was 21.8%, minimum lethal dose was 4,000mg/kg, which rarely had the acute toxicity in mice and rats. 2. The analgesic effects of Chungyeoljohyeoltang by acetic acid induced writhing syndrome in mice were not remarkably observed. 3. The relaxant action of Chungyeoljohyeoltang by acetic acid induced uterine muscle in estrogenized rats were not remarkably observed. 4. The hypothermic effects of Chungyeoljohyeoltang in rat's rectus were remarked. 5. The sedative effects of Chungyeoljohyeoltnag by hexobarbital sodium induced sleeping time in mice were remarked. 6. Administration of Chungyeoljohyeoltnag increased serum estradiol consentration in rats but without significance. 7. Administration of Chungyeoljohyeoltnag caused remarkably increase in weight of rat's uterus.

      • 인공해수 중에서 0.17C-Ni-Cr-Mo 합금강의 피로수명

        Fatigue life of base and weld metal of 0.17C-Ni-Cr-Mo alloy steel have been investigated in synthetic seawater under smooth and notched conditions at frequencies of 4Hz and 30Hz. Most data for the alloy steel agree with that for HY-100 steel. The form of a simple power relation can be suggested as a conservative design criteria for the fatigue life in aggresive environments.
