        In this Research, the desktop micro forming manufacturing system has been developed. A micro forming system has been achieved in Japan and it's developed micro press is limited to single forming process. To coincide with the purpose to be more practical, research and development is necessary about the press which the multi forming process is possible. Micro patterned metal components are used in so many precision engineering fields. This micro pattern plays an important part in the functional movement of precision module. This micro pattern on the metal component can be made by EDM(Electro Discharge Machining). But this EDM method has low productivity because EDM tools can be worn easily. If another manufacturing process is developed with high productivity, industries can product the competitive goods. So we research on the forming process and system to make micro functional pattern on the metal component.

        This paper is concerned with the precision material property measurement of a micro metal thin foil (Ni-99.9%) that is used in MEMS technology. Since these MEMS components require great precision and accuracy, evaluation of reliability such as the life cycle endurance test, impact test, and residual stress test is necessary for these components. However, in practice, real reliability tests are not easy to perform due to consideration of various factors. Rather than actual testing, it would be much easier to evaluate the reliability of components by the analytical approach. Although the analytical method is utilized by numerical software tools, it is obviously necessary to acquire fundamental properties of materials through real test methods. But the acquisition method of micro strain data is so difficult in micro tensile testing, because the micro tensile testing specimen has several micros thickness and small size of shape. So we research on the measurement method of micro strain data using a vision image analysis.

      • 강상판 접합부의 피로균열 진전 시 STOP HOLE의 효과에 관한 연구

        Orthotropic steel decks are used in long span and moving bridges because of their high strength to weight ratio. However the decks are subjectde to high dynamic stresses due to wheel loading by heavy goods vehicles so that they have to be assessed for fatigue cracking. The fatigue assessment of orthotropic decks is excluded from most bridge design codes because of the complexity of the stress distribution and the fact that bending stress may predominate whereas weld classification tables are based on axially. Orthotropic steel decks are very sensitive to fatigue damage because they are directly subjected to the actions of wheel loads which give rise to stress ranges which are high compared to the dead load stresses especially if the surfacing is thin. The cracking that devel9oped was caused by large imperfections that were fabricated in short transverse groove connections. To stop the crack development, Stop hole should be excavated. The purpose of this paper, serviceability was approved by comparing surveyed data and stress distribution by structural analysis around stop hole and confirmed by minimized stress due to the size of stop hole. Also, stress distribution around scallop was computed by structural analysis modelled as actual steel bridge, Gul-Hyun Grand Bridge.

        In this paper Research development about a micro metal forming manufacturing system has been developed. A micro forming system has been achieved in Japan and it's developed micro press is limited to single forming process. To coincide with the purpose to be more practical, research and development is necessary about the press which the multi forming process is possible. We set the development of the equipment including micro deep drawing, micro punching and micro restriking process to the goal. To achieve this goal, Research about micro forming process to be related to multi process forming must be preceded first. Material selection and analysis about micro forming process are accomplished in this paper. And the basis research to make actual system is accomplished.

      • 데스크탑 마이크로 성형 시스템의 마이크로 팩토리 모듈화에 관한 연구

        In this Research, the micro forming manufacturing system has been developed and is modulated to micro factory. A micro forming system has been achieved in Japan and it's developed micro press is limited to single forming process. To coincide with the purpose to be more practical, research and development is necessary about the press which the multi forming process is possible. We set the development of the equipment including micro deep drawing, micro punching and micro restriking process to the goal. To achieve this goal, we set the application product to a micro thin foil valve which is used in the micro pump module. The compound die set has been designed and manufactured to make two step process. The material of thin foil valve is SUS-304 and its thickness is 50㎛. We can get a good forming results from micro punching experiments in this paper. This micro metal forming system will be used by a module of micro factory. So we developed a micro manipulating and roll feeding systems to make a automatic controlled micro forming module.

      • 층류연소속도 측정에 관한 연구

        A technique is developed to measure burning velocity using open combustion chamber and a hot-wire anemometer. The principle of this method is constant pressure in combustion chamber and the simultaneous measurement of flame velocity and unburn gas velocity in front of flame. The flame propagation is recorded using a schlieren system with short duration light source and 4CH delay board. The method has been used to measure the burning velocity of methane-air mixtures over a wide range of equivalence ratios. This method gives a maximum burning velocity of 40.82cm/sec, at an equivalence ratio 1.1. Values of burning velocity determined in this way are in good agreement with those of other investigators. We know that this method is good to measure burning velocity.

      • 신원방우황청심원액의 심혈관계에 관한 약효

        In order to investigate the pharmacological properties of New Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (NSCL), effects of Wonbang Woohwangchungsimwon Liquid (SCL) and NSCL were compared. In isolated rat aorta, NSCL and SCL showed the relaxation of blood vessels in maximum contractile response to phenylephrine (10^-6M) regardless to intact endothelium or denuded rings of the rat aorta. Furthermore, the presences of the inhibitor of NO synthase and guanylate cyclase did not affect the relaxing effect of NSCL and SCL. NSCL and SCL inhibited the vascular contractions induced by acetylcholine, prostaglandin endoperoxide or peroxide in a dose-dependent manner. In conscious spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHRs), NSCL and SCL significantly decreased heart rate. NSCL and SCL, at high doses, had a negative inotropic effect that was a decrease of left ventricular developed pressure and (-dp/dt)/(+dp/dt) in the isolated perfused rat hearts, and also decreased the contractile force and heart rate in the isolated rat right atria. In excised guinea-pig papillary muscle, NSCL and SCL had no effects on parameters of action potential such as resting membrane potential, action potential amplitude, APD_90 and V_max at low doses, whereas inhibited the cardiac contractility at high doses. These results suggested that NSCL and SCL have weak cardiovascular effects with relaxation of blood vessels and decrease of heart rate, and that this effect is no significant differences between cardiovascular effects of two preparations.

      • 초소형 금형소재의 기계적 특성평가

        Today's manufacturing industry is facing challenges from advanced difficult-to-machine materials (WC-Co alloys, ceramics, and composites), stringent design requirements (high precision, complex shapes, and high surface quality), and machining costs. Advanced materials play an increasingly important role in modem manufacturing industries, especially, in aircraft, automobile, tool, die and mold making industries. The greatly-improved thermal, chemical, and mechanical properties of the material (such as improved strength, heat resistance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance), while having yielded enormous economic benefits to manufacturing industries through improved product performance and product design, are making traditional machining processes unable to machine them or unable to machine them economically. In this paper, mechanical characteristic evaluation test of fine powder type WC-Co alloy was accomplished to obtain clear data for miniaturized special die parts machining with high reliability and high quality.
