A great variable response was observed when PP-3 and PP-J encumbered with 116 populations of root knot nematode (RKN) at two different temperatures (25 ± 2°C and 30 ± 2°C) and concentrations (104 and 105 spores/ml). The PCR reaction amplified intergenic region between cytochrome oxidase subunit II gene (COII) and large subunit of rRNA gene (lrRNA) of the mitochondrial genome of different RKN species. The primer C2F3 and 1108 identified M. incognita with the highest frequency (52.6%) followed by M. javanica (36.8%) and M. arenaria (10.5%). The sizes of PCR products were 1.7 kb for M. incognita and M. javanica populations while populations of M. arenaria produced 1.1 kb fragment. The digestion with Hinf I yielded three different fragment length patterns on 1.5 % agarose gel. From current research it is concluded that intra-Meloidogyne genetic variability exist in RKN populations which have better encumbrance with P. penetrans.

This paper presents an embedded system for real-time multi-channel brain activity detection by implementing the Kalman filter (KF) core on a field-programmable gate array (FPGA). The KF with a model driven approach is implemented on an FPGA, for the first time as per our knowledge. The model driven based brain activation model and its parameters" estimation methodology by KF is depicted from Aqil et al., 2012 (Detection of event-related hemodynamic response to neuroactivation by dynamic modeling of brain activity). The multiple instantiations of the KF core along with the coding of necessary compatibilities amongst the KF cores and with a single communication core, allow the parallel processing of multiple measurement channels. Through a serial universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter core, the fNIRS data is communicated to the system where it is being concurrently processed in 32-bit single precision IEEE754 format. The proposed fNIRS-KF embedded system is verified by an fNIRS dataset in real-time.

A great variable response was observed when PP-3 and PP-J encumbered with 116 populations of root knot nematode (RKN) at two different temperatures ($25{\pm}2^{\circ}C$ and $30{\pm}2^{\circ}C$) and concentrations ($10^4$ and $10^5$ spores/ml). Hydrodesulfurization is a common but less effective technique to remove sulfur content of oils due to severe operating conditions of temperature, pressure and cost. Oxidative desulfurization(ODS) is preferable due to low cost and mild operating conditions. Coupling of the extractive catalytic desulfurization with the ODS give rise to extractive catalytic oxidative desulfurization(ECODS), a more promising for the elimination of sulfur contents of fuel oil. Herein we present by polyoxometalate based hybrids, [H2TPP][K5BVW11O40]•2CH3CN•2H2O (1), [H2TPP]2[K3BVW11O40]•CH3CN•3H2O (2), and [H2TPP]3[KBVW11O40]•2CH3CN (3) for efficient ECODS of hazardous model fuel. These were synthesized by facile method and characterized by elemental analysis, inductive couple plasma, powder X-ray diffraction analysis, thermo-gravimetric/differential thermal analysis, fourier transform infrared, and UV–visible analysis. These polyoxometalate based hybrids contain cations [H2TPP]2+(organic) and [BVW11O40]7−(inorganic) with stoichiometric ratios(i.e., 1:1, 2:1, 3:1). The stoichiometry of these hybrids was also established by Job’s analysis which agreed well with the results of TG-DTA and elemental analyses. Interestingly, an increase in catalytic efficiency is observed with increase of organic cations. The maximum ∼99.5 % conversion of dibenzothiophene at 60 °C after 2 h has been achieved with hybrid 3 which could be employed up to ten cycles without a significant decrease in efficiency.

This study aimed at the synthesis of heterogeneous acid catalysts by incorporating 12 tungstophosphoric acid (HPW) over mesoporous silica support KIT-6 via impregnation and sol-gel methods to improve the catalytic efficiency of the esterification reaction. The catalytic activity of the KIT-6 supported catalysts was investigated for esterification of oleic acid in the presence of MeOH. Synthesized catalysts were analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy techniques. Characterization results showed the variation in porosity, roughness, presence of SiO2 and kegging structure after successful deposition of HPW over KIT-6 surface. Additionally, the textural property of synthesized catalysts was compared with highly active HPW and sulfated KIT-6. The ordered structure of mesoporous silica KIT-6 facilitated the dispersion of HPW resulting in better catalytic stability and activity. To evaluate the impact of synthesizing technique on catalytic activity and effectiveness of heterogeneous acid catalysts, loading of HPW over KIT-6 mesoporous silica was controlled between 10 to 30 wt%. Catalysts synthesized by impregnation and sol-gel methods showed the highest catalytic activity with 30- IM and 25-SG, respectively. The enhanced performance was ascribed to the improved textural property and amount of HPW, which led to higher activity, stability and reusability

Sea buckthorn (SBT) combines very fascinating nutritional composition with vital vitamins (A, C, E, D, K, and B complexes). Flavonoids, sterols, α-carotene, linoleic acid, and many more unsaturated fatty acids are present in the sea buckthorn plant. The organic extract of SBT seeds is commonly utilized as an anti-aging ingredient in numerous cosmetics. SBT oil extracts are used in pharmaceuticals that treat diseases like diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and neurological disorders, in addition to cosmetology. In this investigation, various concentrations of organic solvents such as n-hexane, isopropyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, ethanol, methanol, and ascorbic acid (standard) were used for the extraction of oil from sea buckthorn seeds. The antioxidant activity of such extracts was checked by the iron chelating, commonly known as the ferric chloride (FeCl3) method, which is based on the ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) assay with the help of UV-Vis. Our results indicate that seed extract of Hippophae rhamnoides, should be considered as a non-toxic source and the ferric reducing ability of plasma (FRAP) assay is used to evaluate the anti-oxidant potential by various organic solvents. The highest (68%) of FRAP is scavenged by the ethyl acetate and least (53%) of isopropyl extracts.
