      • 탄화규소를 도포한 4 방향성 탄소/탄소 복합재의 산화저항성

        To improve the oxidation resistance of the 4D CFRCs, the surface of CFRCs was coated with SiC by the pack cementation method. The morphology of crystalline and texture of these SiC coated 4D CFRCs were investigated by XRD and SEM/EDS observation. The oxidation resistance were observed through the air oxidation test and the ablation properties of them observed by torch test. The results of experiment could be summarized as follows. 1) As a result of analysing the 4D CFRCs with SEM and EDS, it was found that the material on which coated by pack cementation was the SiC, and the thickness of coated layer was about 200㎛. 2) The oxidation resistance of SiC coated CFRCs was much increased up to 1,500℃ as a result of air oxidation test. As oxidation temperature initiated was about 800℃, temperature was raised about 300℃. 3) From SEM observation after air oxidation test, glassy anti-oxidation layer of SiO_(2) was formed on surface of CFRC. 4) At arc plasma torch test the ablation rate of bare CFRC was 0.0590 g/sec, while SiC coated CFRC at coating temperature of 1850℃ was 0.0013g/sec.

        To improve the oxidation resistance of the carbon/carbon composites according to the heat treatment temperature, reinforcement and adding method of boron oxide, various types of carbon fiber and novolac type phenolic resin matrix composites were molded and heat treated up to 2000℃ or 2400℃. The oxidation resistance was observed with TGA and EPMA. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. 1. As a results of analysing with EPMA, the residual amounts of boron oxide carbon/carbon composites reinforced with PAN based carbon fiber compared to the others. These results were brought from crystalline orientation, degree of crystallinity and structural continuity. 2. Boron oxide enhanced the graphitization and the oxidation resistance.

      • TTT경화도표에 의한 에폭시 시스템의 경화반응 메카니즘과 반응속도에 대한 연구

        Arbitrary cure temperatures were selected by using TGA (thermogravimetric analysis) for a uncured mixture of epoxy resins and anhydrides with accelerators. The TTT (time-temperature-transformation) cure diagram, including the iso-T_(g) contours, the vitrification curve, and the full cure line, was determinated by using a one-to-one relationship among the temperature of glass transition (T_(g)), the residual enthalpy (ΔHr), and the conversion ratio (α) which were obtained by using DSC (differential scanning calorimetry). And then an optimum cure cycle was considered within the region of the glass transition temperature, T_(g)∞, of a fully cured epoxy system. In order to accelerate cure reactions of an epoxy/anhydride system within the selected cure condition, a tertiary amine was used. TGA, DSC, and FT-IR(Fourier Transform-Infrared) were used to examine the effects of accelerators against epoxy resins and anhydride hardeners and to investigate cure reactions for an accelerators-added epoxy/anhydride system. Based on experimental results, the mechanisms of cure reaction were proposed, hereby the kinetics of cure reaction were calculated.

      • 2D-C/C-composites의 제조와 기계적 물성

        The purpose of this paper is to fabricate the 2D-C/C-composites with various angles and to examine their mechanical properties. The following results can be drawn from the experiment ; 1) When 2D-C/C-composites carbonized up to 1000℃, the unidirectional sample was shrinked about 20% and the others were shrinked slightly. Meanwhile the density of 2D-C/C-composite was decreased with increasing the laminating angle expect the unidirectional composite (0°/0°) 2) After five times impregnation and carbonization the density did not increased due to the block formation. 3) Flexual strength, flexual modulus and impact strength were increased with increasing the fiber volume fraction. But flexual strength and modulus were decreased above 65% fiber volume fraction, also impact strength was decreased above 68% fiber volume fraction. 4) The value of flexual strength, modulus and impact strength were dominent in the unidirectional sample as compared with the different laminating angle.

      • 혐기성 변성 아크릴계 접착제의 제조 및 접착 특성

        An experimental study was performed to prepare the anaerobic acrylic adhesives with TEGDMA(Trietylene Glycol Dimethacrylate), acrylic acid, p-benzoquinnone and CTBN(Carboxyl Terminated Butadiene Nitrile) To characterize the anaerobic modifided acrylic adhesives, tensile shear adhesion strength, DSC, FT-IR, water resistance, chemicals resistance and oil resistance of adhesives were tested. The results obtained in this study could be summerized as follows; 1. Tensile adhesion shear strength was increased with increasing the adding amounts of p-benzoquinone up to 75kgf/㎠ when 0.163wt% added. 2. After a water resistance test for 72hrs, tensile shear adhension strength maintenance was dominant(about 72%) in the C-3 as compared with the others and alkaline solution resistance of adhesives was excellent on the whole as compare to acid solution. 3. The gasoline, light oil resistance of adhesives were very good enough that could be used in the field of mechanical connecting parts.

        방화화재에 대비한 고시원의 화재안전성 개선에 관한 연구

        최근 급속도로 성장하고 있는 산업화로 인해 건축물이 대규모화, 초고층화, 복합화 됨에 따라 많은 변화가 발생하였다. 그 중에서도 실질적으로 주거용도로 사용하면서 수험생뿐만 아니라 젊은 독신 직장인, 외국인 근로자, 도시빈곤층 등 다양한 계층이 이용하고 그 구조가 벌집 형태의 작은 쪽방 구조로 되어 있는 고시원이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 산업화로 인한 빈부격차, 노사문제, 실업률의 증가 등 많은 사회적 갈등의 심화로 강력 범죄가 증가하고 있는데 특히 불특정 다수인을 상대로 행해지는 범죄인 방화가 증가하면서 많은 인명피해가 발생하고 있다. 본 연구는 고시원의 방화화재 사례 분석과 감식실무를 통해 화재안전성 개선 방안을 제시하고자 연구 되었으며 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 방화화재 사례 분석과 방화원인 감식기법을 조사하였다. 이러한 조사 결과를 토대로 고시원의 방화화재 위험성을 살펴보는 동시에 제도, 법규, 건축, 안전시설 차원의 화재안전성 개선방안을 고찰 하였다. Recently, buildings became larger, higher and more complex. There were many changes by rapidly growing industrialization. Gosiwons with an interior structure of small room of hive form used by many classes are growing. They are used as dwelling purpose substantially. They are used by not only examinees but also young single workers, foreign workers and poor classes in a city. Strong crime is also increasing by deepening of many social conflict. Especially, many life damages are happening as a don't ask crime, and arson. It is increasing and intended for unspecified individuals. Therefore, this thesis is formed to present the improvement method of all stability through example analysis about prevention of fire in Gosiwons and exaltation of practical discernment ability. I investigated the example analysis about arson and discernment skill of the cause of arson. On the basis of this investigation result, I also investigated the danger of arson fire and surveyed about the improvement method like system, law, architecture and safety facility.

        국내 화재조사체계의 개선방안에 관한 연구

        제조물책임법 및 실화 책임에 관한 법률 개정, 화재감식평가기사 자격제도의 시행 등 화재분야의 변화는 현재 화재감식체계의 개선을 필요로 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내외 화재조사체계를 비교·분석하여 문제점 및 개선방안을 제시하려고 한다. 화재조사교육훈련의 실무교육 확대와, 전담인력의 보강, 전문인력 확충하여 화재조사 전문인력을 보강한다. 전문보직관리제시행과 화재조사 자격증소지자에 대한 인사상 우대 및 인센티브를 부여하여 자격증제도와 업무와의 연계를 도모하고, 화재감식 평가기사 상위 등급 자격제 도입으로 자격별 역할을 분할한다. 화재조사에 관한 법률을 개정하여 소방의 화재조사 권한 강화 및 소방·경찰간 협조체계를 구축한다. Improvement of fire identification system is necessary due to the Product Liability Law and Accidental Fire Liability Act. Therefore, the present study scrutinizes South Korean fire identification system, compares with foreign fire identification system to find out problems and present ways to improve the domestic fire identification system. expand practical training in the fire investigation education and training programs. reinforce staff dedicated to fire identification in the dimension of labor division in the firefighting sector. Expand the pool of experts. Implement special position management system and grant advantage in personal management. Introduce a higher level certification scheme of fire identification and estimation engineer and allocate work. amend laws to strengthen the fire investigation authority of the firefighting unit and manage specific matters in the cooperative structure between firefighting and police.

        The plasma spray technics has known as one of the surface modification methods to improve the mechanical properties or the functional characteristics of materials. This paper has been aimed to investigate the effects of plasma sprayed conditions, such as spray distance, primary gas pressure and APL of plasma spraying ceramic(AL_2 O_3 : TiO_2= 87 : 13 w/o) coated blade. The optmum processing for ceramic coated blade are showed at primary gas pressure 80psi, spray distance 55mm, spray rate 40, APL 80kW. (APL; Arc power Level)
