HYPER 빔창주위의 열유동 해석에 의한 안전성 평가에 관한 연구

A spent fuel problem has prevented the nuclear power from claiming to be a completely clean energy source. The nuclear transmutation technology to incinerate the long lived radioactive nuclides and produce energy during the incineration process is believed to be one or the best solutions. HYPER(Hybrid Power Extraction Reactor)is the accelerator driven transmutation system which is being developed by KAERI(Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute). Some major feature of HYPER have been developed and employed. On-power fueling concepts are employed to keep system power constant with minimum variation of accelerator power. A hollow cylinder-type metal fuel is designed for the on-line refueling concept. Lead-bismuth(Pb-Bi) is adopted as a coolant and Spallation target material. One of the issues related to the HYPER target system is the thermal and mechanical loads imposed on the Pb-Bi and the beam window. FLUENT is used for thermal-hydraulic calculation, and finally stress calculation is performed by ANSYS. A beam condition such as current is varied. The initial velocity of Pb-Bi is also varied.

本文就朝鮮第22代王正祖所編撰的『八子百選』、『八家手圈』中有關遊記的選擇理由來進行探討。『八子百選』、『八家手圈』是正祖將唐宋八大家作品中選擇自己所喜愛的文章圈出來而編成的選集。我們通過타可以了解到正祖喜歡나些文章及其選擇理由。正祖所選的文章竝不是最有名的,也不符合他的政治作風。他不喜歡奢侈放蕩的行爲,但是他所選的文章中有흔多描寫這種場面的。由此可見正祖編撰這些書竝不是爲了政治利益,而是爲了尋求精神上的和平。
Development of High Eating Quality Rice by Transformation of Starch Branching Enzyme (OsSbe1)

Eating quality is critical for consumers who take rice as staple food. Here we present the development and identification of high eating quality rice lines. The identification of positive transgenic lines, physicochemical properties of transgenic rice, mRNA expression and enzyme activity were analyzed. OsSbe1 was introduced into Gopumbyeo seeds using Agrobacterium-mediated transformation, and 1,005 out of 1,065 T1 plants were shown positive. The apparent amylose contents in T2 brown rice ranged from 11% to 25% in 890 favorable lines (Gopumbyeo was used as a reference with 18% of AAC). The activity of starch branching enzyme including three isoforms (SBE1, SBE3, and SBE4) in endosperms of T3 lines was higher than that of Gopumbyeo. Physicochemical properties related to eating quality for T3 polished rice were detected using 52 favorable lines out of 500 lines selected according to AAC. The Toyo taste meter value in 52 T3 lines ranged from 61.1 to 72.6, whereas 70.4 in Gopumbyeo. Of them, eleven lines displayed the higher palatability score than Gopumbyeo. Moreover, these elite lines produced higher yields (607.9~695.8 kg/10a) than Gopumbyeo (602.7 kg/10a). These results indicated the possibility of developing new high quality rice varieties in the future.

<P>A facile method for the intermolecular Stetter reaction of various Michael acceptors with acetaldehyde as a biomimetic acylanion source was realized using <I>N</I>-heterocyclic carbene catalysis.
