        Complex Modification of Hypereutectic Al-Si Alloy by a New Al-Y-P Master Alloy

        In this article, a novel Al-6Y-2P master alloy with cubic YP particles was successfully synthesized and its complex modification performance on Al-18Si alloy has also been investigated. With the doping of La and Ce, (YxLa1-x)P and (YxCe1-x)P particles still exhibit cubic morphologies in three dimensional spaces (3-D space). The excellent complex modification of Al-18Si alloy can be obtained with the addition of Al-6Y-2P master alloy. Under the optimized conditions, i.e. melting temperature of 780 °C, addition level of 1.5 wt% and holding time of 30-60 min, the tensile strength and Brinell hardness of Al-18Si alloys can be significantly increased by 16.8% and 17.1%, respectively. It is proposed that the Si atoms in the melt could promote the structure evolution of YP to AlP with the release of Y, which would be reason for the excellent composite modification performance of the developed Al-6Y-2P master alloy.

        신 미디어는 사람들뿐만 아니라 언어에도 큰 변화를 불러왔다. 2010년 이후, 인터넷은 점점 중국어 신조어에 큰 영향을 미쳤다. 중국 국가 언어 자원 감측 및 연구 기구는 2011년부터 시작하여 중국 미디어 신조어 중 10개를 대표로 뽑아, 분포하였다. 2012년도부터 시작하여 분포한 신조어를 조사해보니, 정부의 출처가 제일 많았고, 30개에 이르고, 민간 및 각 직종분야별에서 온 신조어는 그 다음으로 17개가 존재한다. 2012년도부터 2018년도까지 7년 안에 32개의 중국 10大 인터넷 용어 중 신조어를 조사해보니, 미디어의 출처는 4개, 민간의 출처는 28개이다. 종합적으로 보면, 2011년부터 2018년까지, 중국어 신조어의 출처의 비례를 통계해보면 크게 두 유형으로 나눌 수 있다: 민간 출처와 정부 출처이다. 민간 출처의 중국어 신조어는 신 미디어 특히 자체미디어의 큰 번영과 상관관계가 존재한다. 민간 출처의 중국어 신조어는 의미의 표현과 풍격 상에서 생동적이고 생기 있는 것이 특징이다, 따라서 큰 보폭으로 중국 사회에 변화, 즉 신조어가 발생하는 단어 조합 과정, 또한 응용하는 과정에서 젊은 연령의 사람들이 주체가 되었고, 또한 각 유형의 미디어는 특히 신 미디어의 촉진과는 큰 상관관계가 있다. The era of new media has brought great changes not only to human societies, but also to human languages. The influence of Internet on Chinese neologisms has been more increasing since 2010. China National Language Resources Monitoring and Research Center releases the Top Ten New Words in the Chinese Media once a year from 2011, and also releases the Top Ten Network Buzzwords in China once a year from 2012. According to the analysis of the 80 words of the Top Ten New Words in the Chinese Media from 2011 to 2018, we know these words have several different sources. The largest source is government, there are 30 new words that came from it. The secondary largest sources are the folk and industries, there are 17 new words came from the folk, and another 17 new words derived from various industries. According to the analysis of the 32 new words of the Top Ten Network Buzzwords in China from 2012 to 2018, there are 4 new words derived from media, and 28 came from the folk. On the whole, from 2011 to 2018, two kinds of new words, which came from the folk and government, accounted for the largest proportion of the total number of the Chinese neologisms according to their source. The emergence of a large number of Chinese new words derived from the folk is directly related to the great prosperity of new media, especially we media. The novel and lively characteristics of Chinese new words came from the folk in meaning and style, are to a large extent related to the following factors: changes in Chinese society, the younger of the persons who make and use new words, and the promotion of various media, especially new media.

        동사의 동작류 분류

        본고는 중국어 동사의 동작류 분류 기준이 종종 명제 상황에 대한 분류 기준과 혼동되는 현상에 의문을 제기하고, 동작류 분류와 상황 분류의 공통점 및 차이점을 논하였다. 이를 바탕으로, 본고는 동사의 동작류 분류를 위한 새로운 의미 기준을 제시하였는데, [±동태], [±지속], [±양적 변화], [±강한 동작]이 그것이다. 이들 기준에 근거하여 중국어의 동작류 유형은 총 10종류로 분류할 수 있다. 즉 크게는 단일 동작류 동사와 겸동작류 동사로 분류되며, 단일 동작류 동사에는 강활동동사, 약활동동사, 순간(활동)동사, 심리동사, 성질형용사, 관계동사가 포함된다. 또한 겸동작류 동사에는 활동 겸 결과 동사(분리식), 활동-결과 동사(연속식), 강활동-상태 동사(연속식), 약활동-상태 동사(연속식)가 포함된다. 특히 겸동작류 동사를 설정함으로써 동사 내부 구조 내에 활동-상태(결과)가 동시에 존재할 수 있음을 인식하는 계기가 되었다. We ask a question about phenomenon that aktionsart classification of verbs often is confused with situation classification in Mandarin Chinese, and speculate similarities and dissimilarities between aktionsart classification of verbs and situation classification. On the base of this research, we suggest new aspectual features for Classifying aktionsart of verbs, and those aspectual features are [±dynamic], [±durative], [±change of quality] and [±intense active]. Aktionsart of verbs in Mandarin Chinese can be essentially classified into single aktionsart verbs and double aktionsart verbs on the ground of aspectual features. The single aktionsart verbs contain intense active verb, less intense active verb, semelfactive(active) verb, psychological verb and some descriptive adjectives. Double aktionsart verbs contain active and result verb(separated), active-result verb(successive), intense active-state verb(successive) and less intense active-state verb(successive). Especially, by setting of double aktionsart verbs, we can find that there exist action and state(result) meaning simultaneously in the inner structure of verb.

        Molecular Cloning, Tissue Distribution and Segmental Ontogenetic Regulation of b<sup>0,+</sup> Amino Acid Transporter in Lantang Pigs

        Cationic amino acid transporter $b^{0,+}AT$ (HGMW-approved gene symbol SLC7A9, solute carrier family 7, member 9) plays a crucial role in amino acid nutrition. In the present study, we describe the cloning and sequencing of porcine $b^{0,+}AT$. Based on the sequence of porcine $b^{0,+}AT$ deposited in the NCBI (National Center for Biotechnological Information), we identified a putative porcine homologue. Using rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE), the full-length cDNA encoding porcine $b^{0,+}AT$ was isolated. The porcine $b^{0,+}AT$ cDNA was 1,680 bp long, encoding a 487 amino acid trans-membrane protein. The predicted amino acid sequence was found to have 88.9% and 87.1% identity with human and mouse $b^{0,+}AT$, respectively. Real-time RT-PCR indicated porcine $b^{0,+}AT$ transcripts expressed in heart, kidney, muscle and small intestine. The small intestine had the highest $b^{0,+}AT$ mRNA abundance while the muscle had the lowest (p<0.05). Along the longitudinal axis, the ileum had the highest $b^{0,+}AT$ mRNA abundance while the colon had the lowest (p<0.05). The $b^{0,+}AT$ mRNA level was highest on day 7 and 90 in the duodenum (p<0.05). It increased from day 1 to day 26 in the jejunum (p>0.05) and had the highest abundance on day 60 (p<0.05). There was, however, no difference between day 1, 7, 26, 30, 90 and 150 (p>0.05). The strongest $b^{0,+}AT$ expression appeared on day 7 in the ileum before weaning, and then decreased till day 30 but rose gradually again from day 60 to 150 (p<0.05).

        Molecular Cloning, Identification and Characteristics of a Novel Isoform of Carbamyl Phosphate Synthetase 1 in Human Testis

        A gene coding a novel isoform of carbamyl phosphate synthetase I (CPSI) was cloned from a human testicular library. As shown by cDNA microarray hybridization, this gene was expressed at a higher level in human adult testes than in fetal testes. The full length of its cDNA was 3831 bp, with a 3149 bp open reading frame, encoding a 1050-amino-acid protein. The cDNA sequence was deposited in the GenBank (AY317138). Sequence analysis showed that it was homologous to the human CPS1 gene. The putative protein contained functional domains composing the intact large subunit of carbamoyl phosphate synthetase, thus indicated it has the capability of arginine biosynthesis. A multiple tissue expression profile showed high expression of this gene in human testis, suggesting the novel alternative splicing form of CPS1 may be correlated with human spermatogenesis.

        Evaluation of Different Yeast Species for Improving In vitro Fermentation of Cereal Straws

        Information on the effects of different yeast species on ruminal fermentation is limited. This experiment was conducted in a $3{\times}4$ factorial arrangement to explore and compare the effects of addition of three different live yeast species (Candida utilis 1314, Saccharomyces cerevisiae 1355, and Candida tropicalis 1254) at four doses (0, $0.25{\times}10^7$, $0.50{\times}10^7$, and $0.75{\times}10^7$ colony-forming unit [cfu]) on in vitro gas production kinetics, fiber degradation, methane production and ruminal fermentation characteristics of maize stover, and rice straw by mixed rumen microorganisms in dairy cows. The maximum gas production (Vf), dry matter disappearance (IVDMD), neutral detergent fiber disappearance (IVNDFD), and methane production in C. utilis group were less (p<0.01) than other two live yeast supplemented groups. The inclusion of S. cerevisiae reduced (p<0.01) the concentrations of ammonia nitrogen ($NH_3$-N), isobutyrate, and isovalerate compared to the other two yeast groups. C. tropicalis addition generally enhanced (p<0.05) IVDMD and IVNDFD. The $NH_3$-N concentration and $CH_4$ production were increased (p<0.05) by the addition of S. cerevisiae and C. tropicalis compared with the control. Supplementation of three yeast species decreased (p<0.05) or numerically decreased the ratio of acetate to propionate. The current results indicate that C. tropicalis is more preferred as yeast culture supplements, and its optimal dose should be $0.25{\times}10^7$ cfu/500 mg substrates in vitro.

        Further Analyzing the Sybil Attack in Mitigating Peer-to-Peer Botnets

        Sybil attack has been proved effective in mitigating the P2P botnet, but the impacts of some important parameters were not studied, and no model to estimate the effectiveness was proposed. In this paper, taking Kademlia-based botnets as the example, the model which has the upper and lower bound to estimate the mitigating performance of the Sybil attack is proposed. Through simulation, how three important factors affect the performance of the Sybil attack is analyzed, which is proved consistent with the model. The simulation results not only confirm that for P2P botnets in large scale, the Sybil attack is an effective countermeasure, but also imply that the model can give suggestions for the deployment of Sybil nodes to get the ideal performance in mitigating the P2P botnet.

        The Square Root Cubature Kalman Filter-Markov Ahead Estimation Based Tracking Maneuvering Photoelectric Target Systems

        A new method of ahead estimated tracking maneuvering targets is proposed to overcome the inherent measurement delay and control hysteresis. Square Root Cubature Kalman Filter-Markov (SRCKF-Markov) ahead estimation is used to predict the maneuvering target states at the next sampling time in advance. The “current” statistical models of maneuvering targets are set up, and the maneuvering states at the next sampling time are one-step ahead estimated by SRCKF. Then, the Markov matrixes of transition probability are set up with the errors between the prior estimates by SRCKF and the measured values. The next error between the prior estimate by SRCKF and the measured value is one-step ahead predicted by the matrixes of transition probability. The estimates of maneuvering target states with SRCKF are revised by the estimates of next errors. Meanwhile, a self-correcting predictive controller is used in the control system to overcome the control hysteresis. Simulations and experiment results show that the proposed estimation and control method can improve the accuracy of ahead estimated tracking greatly.
