        語言學視角下中文菜名與漢語教學研究綜述

        中國飲食文化深厚而獨具特色,同時也是語言學研究的重要領域。在中國的飲食文化中,中文菜名扮演了至關重要的角色,不僅僅是食物的標誌,更是語言和文化的交匯點。中文菜名作為一種特殊的語言現象,通過精煉的辭彙和形象的表達,傳達了食物味道、烹飪方法、地域特色以及文化內涵。通過對中國知識資源總庫平臺(CNKI)的相關文獻進行細緻分析,本研究致力於深入研究飲食文化、語言學和漢語教學之間的關係。儘管CNKI包含了大量關於“飲食文化”“飲食辭彙”“菜名”和“構詞法”的期刊和學位論文,但目前涉及跨學科的綜合研究相對較少。因此,本研究旨在填補這一研究領域的空白,通過對飲食文化、語言學和漢語教學相關文獻的分析和整理,總結出當前研究的主要特徵。未來的研究方向將著重於中文菜名構詞方式的深入研究,找出其中的命名規則,以為漢語學習者更好地理解中文菜名的語言結構和辭彙構成提供理論支持。這一努力旨在積累辭彙、提高漢語水準,並深化對中國文化的理解,為漢語教學和文化研究提供有益的背景梳理。 Chinese food culture is profound and distinctive, serving as a significant area of linguistic research. Within China's culinary landscape, Chinese culinary names play a crucial role. They not only symbolize food but also serve as the crossroads of language and culture. As a unique linguistic phenomenon, Chinese culinary names convey the taste of food, cooking methods, regional characteristics, and cultural connotations through refined vocabulary and vivid expressions. Through a meticulous analysis of relevant literature from the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), this study is dedicated to a thorough exploration of the relationship between food culture, linguistics, and Chinese language teaching. While CNKI contains a wealth of journals and dissertations on "food culture," "culinary vocabulary," "culinary names," and "word formation," there is currently a relative scarcity of interdisciplinary studies. Therefore, this study aims to fill this research gap by analyzing and organizing relevant literature on food culture, linguistics, and Chinese language teaching, summarizing the primary characteristics of current research. Future research directions will focus on an in-depth examination of the word formation of Chinese culinary names, identifying naming conventions to provide theoretical support for Chinese learners to better comprehend the linguistic structure and vocabulary composition of Chinese culinary names. This effort aims to accumulate vocabulary, enhance proficiency in the Chinese language, and deepen understanding of Chinese culture, offering a valuable foundation for Chinese language teaching and cultural research.

      • Spatial Heterogeneity of Soil Mite Community and its Spatial Relationship with Environmental Factors in Maoer Mountains

        Maoer Mountain National Forest Ecological Station is located in Heilongjiang Province. By using the statistical spatial analysis method, which showed that the soil mites community and species richness of mites spatial heterogeneity. Also, which is illustrated that the spatial effect relationship with the environmental factors. The results of crossvariogram and simple Mantel test showed that positive relationships between soil mite communities, specific mite species and environmental factors were detected. Among the environmental factors, soil pH showed significant affects on spatial heterogeneity of soil mite species in both years. When considering the relationships between soil mite species, positive correlations and specific mite species were also observed. Spatial heterogeneities of soil mite communities and most of the soil mite species were regulated by structured factors, in which environmental variables might be important drivers. Thus, it is implied that abundances of soil mite community and most of the soil mite species showed aggregated spatially heterogeneity, and significant relationship between such heterogeneity and environmental factors were detected.

        Feedback Linearization Adaptive Dynamic Sliding Mode Control of Linear Synchronous Motor for CNC Machine Tools

        This study aims to develop a feedback linearization adaptive dynamic sliding mode control strategy to solve the coupling problem between electrical and mechanical in a permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system (PMLSM) of CNC machine tools. To improve the dynamic and steady performance of the linear servo system, the feedback linearization control method is adopted in this paper. By coordinate transformation and state feedback, the affi ne nonlinear model of the motor is decoupled and linearized into an independent current subsystem and linear velocity subsystem. Based on the linearization model, a dynamic sliding mode controller is designed to reduce the dependence of feedback linearization control on the mathematical model of PMLSM and improve the robustness of the servo system. In addition, an adaptive control law is designed to estimate the uncertainty of the system and reduce the chattering. Simulation and experiment demonstrate that the proposed control strategy can not only eff ectively improve the performance of velocity tracking, but also enhance the robustness of the system.

        Comparative proteomic analysis of the fungal pathogen Neoscytalidium dimidiatum infection in the pitaya

        The pathogenic fungus Neoscytalidium dimidiatum (Nd) is the causal agent of pitaya canker and causes significant yield losses. The mechanism by which Nd invades pitaya stems remains largely unknown. Here, quantitative proteomic analysis was employed to investigate pitaya immune responses against Nd infection. A total of 2766 proteins including 244 differentially expressed proteins (DEPs) were identified during infection. Nearly half of the upregulated proteins were predicted to be located in the chloroplast and mitochondrion, implying that these organelles are most affected by fungal infection. Bioinformatics analysis indicated that the DEPs were associated with photosynthesis, phytohormone activity, reactive oxygen species (ROS) homeostasis, and pathogenic defense responses. Notably, the phytohormones auxin and abscisic acid were accumulated for defense against Nd invasion. qRT-PCR validation showed that the mRNA expression levels of auxin binding protein (ABP), auxin response 4 protein (ARP4), and aspartic protease 2 (ASP2) were not consistent with the protein variation, suggesting that these proteins were regulated post-transcriptionally. Additionally, DEPs associated with ROS metabolism changed markedly, indicating that ROS homeostasis in pitaya is important for defense against Nd invasion. In summary, the results revealed the involvement of many essential proteins in the response to Nd infection and provide a basis for studying other biotic stresses of pitaya.

        External Fixation Using Femoral Less Invasive Stabilization System Plate in Tibial Proximal Metaphyseal Fracture

        Background: The locking plates are often used for internal fixation of closed tibial fractures. The use of a locking plate as an externalfixator is still controversial, particularly for closed fractures. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the results of externalfixation using the femoral less invasive stabilization system (LISS) plate in proximal metaphyseal fractures of the tibia. Methods: We prospectively evaluated 35 patients (26 males and 9 females) with a mean age of 42 years (range, 21 to 62 years)who presented with fresh tibial proximal metaphyseal fractures. According to the AO Foundation and Orthopaedic Trauma Association(AO/OTA) classification, the fractures were identified as type 41-A2 in 18 cases and type 41-A3 in 17 cases, including 25closed fractures and 10 open fractures. The femoral LISS plate was used to fix these fractures, which was placed on the anteromedialaspect of the tibia as an external fixator. The mean follow-up period was 18 months (range, 13 to 22 months). Results: All fractures healed in a mean time of 14 weeks (range, 10 to 20 weeks). There was no case of nonunion, deep infection,and loosening of screws and plates. One month after the appearance of cortical bridging on biplanar radiographs, the locking platewas removed within 3 minutes in the clinic without any difficulty. According to the Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) knee scoringsystem and American Orthopaedic Foot & Ankle Society (AOFAS) ankle scoring system, the mean HSS score was 91 (range, 85 to100) and 98 (range, 93 to 100), and the mean AOFAS score was 94 (range, 90 to 100) and 98 (range, 95 to 100) at 4 weeks postoperativelyand final follow-up, respectively. Conclusions: For proximal metaphyseal fracture of the tibia, external fixation using the femoral LISS plate is a safe and reliabletechnique with minimal complications and excellent outcomes. Its advantages include ease of performing the surgery, use of a lessinvasive technique, and convenience of plate removal after fracture healing.

        Structurally tunable reflective metamaterial polarization transformer based on closed fish-scale structure

        A reflective metamaterial polarization transformer (RMPT) is proposed with closed fish-scale structure for high efficient cross-polarization reflection. The maximum efficiency of cross-polarization reflection for normal incidence is 97.2%. The RMPT maintains good performance for incident angles up to 25, and the RMPT is not restricted to a specific polarization state of the incident wave. Furthermore, the designed RMPT shows excellent structural tunability by optimizing the structural parameters, which makes it userfriendly.

      • The Multi-objective Model of Congestion Eliminating Method of Interruptible Load Nodes

        Considering the condition of target selected under different circumstances, this paper proposed a new multi-objective model of transmission congestion management with interruptible load based on brand circuit overload match with interrupt capacity. The objective function of the mathematical model presented in this paper are respectively that, if interruptible load matching with overload capacity ,the least number of interruptible load node at least, the lowest total interrupt amount of interruptible load. The multi-object model put forward three goals, brand circuit overload match with interruptible load, the minimum number of interruptible load nodes and the minimum total interruption of interruptible load. Against other optimization methods cannot prioritize to multiple targets and it can easily lead to convergence in the process of solving problems, the paper presented construct evaluation function based on the linear weighted sum to optimize multi-objective linear problem. This method can be sorted prior to multi-objective optimization model. And it has better convergence than other optimization methods in the solution process. Finally, it tested and verified the correctness of method through the IEEE 30 bus power system. And it successfully applied to grid congestion management in oilfield.

        One-Pot Hydrothermal Synthesis of Sulfur-Doped SnO2 Nanoparticles and their Enhanced Photocatalytic Properties

        Sulfur-doped SnO2 nanoparticles with ultrafine sizes have been successfully prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal method. The obtained samples are characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDX), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), high resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), thermogravimetric (TG), analyzer UV-Vis spectroscopy, photoluminescence (PL) and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The experimental results indicate that the doping level of sulfur element as well as the bandgaps of SnO2 can be controlled to a certain extent by varying the amount of L-cysteine (L-cys). When evaluated as photocatalysts in the degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) and reduction of Cr(VI) under visible light region, the resultant sulfur-doped SnO2 nanoparticles demonstrate obviously enhanced photocatalytic activities due to the markedly improved visible light response and effective separation of the photo-generated electron–hole pairs.

        Estimating functional brain networks by incorporating a modularity prior

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Functional brain network analysis has become one principled way of revealing informative organization architectures in healthy brains, and providing sensitive biomarkers for diagnosis of neurological disorders. Prior to any post hoc analysis, however, a natural issue is how to construct “ideal” brain networks given, for example, a set of functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) time series associated with different brain regions. Although many methods have been developed, it is currently still an open field to estimate biologically meaningful and statistically robust brain networks due to our limited understanding of the human brain as well as complex noises in the observed data. Motivated by the fact that the brain is organized with <I>modular</I> structures, in this paper, we propose a novel functional brain network modeling scheme by encoding a <I>modularity prior</I> under a <I>matrix-regularized</I> network learning framework, and further formulate it as a sparse low-rank graph learning problem, which can be solved by an efficient optimization algorithm. Then, we apply the learned brain networks to identify patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) from normal controls. We achieved 89.01% classification accuracy even with a simple feature selection and classification pipeline, which significantly outperforms the conventional brain network construction methods. Moreover, we further explore brain network features that contributed to MCI identification, and discovered potential biomarkers for personalized diagnosis.</P>

        Transcriptional analysis reveals formation of axillary solitary hook in vine plant Uncaria rhynchophylla

        The hook of Uncaria rhynchophylla is an important external phenotype representing the quality of Gou-Teng. The hook formation pattern of U. rhynchophylla displays a unique feature that solitary hook and opposite hooks alternately occur in the leaf axils forming a liner series. The solitary hook only grows on the lower side of the leaf axil, resulting from the decline in the total yield of hooks. However, the reasons for solitary hook formation in U. rhynchophylla are not clear. Therefore, a survey on the molecular mechanisms of solitary hook formation needs to be performed urgently. We obtained 250.67 million high-quality clean reads from the lower side of axillary stem segments (HS) and the upper side of axillary stem segments (HSCK) libraries. We detected 42 DEGs (differentially expressed genes) between HS and HSCK libraries; 11 were down-regulated, and 31 were up-regulated. Gene ontology functional classification of the DEGs indicated that they included two genes that encoded LAZY1 related to the regulation of polar auxin transport, two genes that encoded AUX/IAA and AP2/ERF related to plant hormone signaling transduction, and two genes that encoded F3H related to the flavone synthase activity. These six genes were associated with lateral polar auxin transport (PAT) regulation, and their expression level had a high correlation with the pattern of IAA distribution upon gravity stimulation. And the inhibition of solitary hook development was observed after treatment with N-1-naphthylphthalamic acid (NPA) or quercetin, which was known as the polar auxin inhibitor. The above findings might provide new information about the molecular mechanisms of regulation of lateral PAT in the axillary bud development process under gravity.
