迁徙的民族、古朴的女神神话与原生性文化:以中国云南少数民族女性神话为中心

Among the 25 ethnic groups in Yunnan, China, most of them were migrants. The formation of Yunnan ethnic system and its distribution pattern are closely related to migration. The migratory ethnic groups tend to be accompanied by the migratory behavior and it caused their cultural adaption and then the cultural evolution. The culture of migratory ethnic groups in Yunnan not only has evolution but also has new cultural elements which have been created, produced and inherited. It has been keeping the Proterozoic traditional culture and not easily changed. The creation and inheritance are very important to the relocation of Yunnan migratory ethnic groups. From the perspective of female history and female regional cultural history, the study of the relationship between women's problems, such as, in the early stage, the social history, the migration history, the cultural creation and so on. There may be less the direct evidence of writing. Furthermore, archaeological excavation in the obvious directional and representative of the information are relatively poor. Besides, the results are relatively small. Fortunately, Yunnan is still a myth Kingdom which has not yet been collapsing. In the oral history and mythology of some migratory ethnic groups, there are abundant biographies of feminine mythology. In some ethnic groups' migratory epics which have been passed hitherto, there are some explanations about the role and influence of women in the process of migration. From the above materials, the author tries to precipitate some of the cultural evolution and the cultural heritage which related to the female (goddess) cultural creation of historical sites (miracles). 迁徙民族往往会伴随着迁徙行为而导致对自身文化之提升,发生文化演变。云南迁徙民族的文化,既有演变,不断有新的文化元素创造、产生出来,也有传承,始终保持着古老的原生性的传统文化而不轻易改变。对云南迁徙民族而言,这两者都显得非常重要。从女性史和女性区域文化史的角度,对有关云南各族先民早期的社会历史、迁徙历史、文化创造等问题与女性的关系之研究,可能因其文字记载方面的直接证据材料比较鲜见,考古发掘中的具有明显指向性、代表性的资料也比较贫乏,成果比较少。所幸的是,在云南这个至今尚未崩溃的神话王国里,在一些迁徙民族的口传史和神话中,还有比较丰富的女性神话的传述;在某些民族传述至今的迁徙史诗中,还有一些内容叙述了迁徙过程中女性的作用和影响,本文尝试着从这些材料当中缕析出某些与文化演变、文化传承相关的女性(女神)文化创制的史迹(神迹)来。 中文关键词: 云南迁徙民族, 女神神话, 迁徙史诗, 文化演变, 原生性文化, 女性(女神)功绩(神迹)
DNA Methylation in Peripheral Blood: A Potential Biomarker for Cancer Molecular Epidemiology

<P>Aberrant DNA methylation is associated with cancer development and progression. There are several types of specimens from which DNA methylation pattern can be measured and evaluated as an indicator of disease status (from normal biological process to pathologic condition) and even of pharmacologic response to therapy. Blood-based specimens such as cell-free circulating nucleic acid and DNA extracted from leukocytes in peripheral blood may be a potential source of noninvasive cancer biomarkers. In this article, we describe the characteristics of blood-based DNA methylation from different biological sources, detection methods, and the factors affecting DNA methylation. We provide a comprehensive literature review of blood-based DNA methylation as a cancer biomarker and focus on the study of DNA methylation using peripheral blood leukocytes. Although DNA methylation patterns measured in peripheral blood have great potential to be useful and informative biomarkers of cancer risk and prognosis, large systematic and unbiased prospective studies that consider biological plausibility and data analysis issues will be needed in order to develop a clinically feasible blood-based assay.</P>
Energy Distribution and Source Location Privacy Protection in Event Monitoring Wireless Networks

Unbalanced energy distribution can affect the operation of wireless sensor networks (WSNs). In systems where reliable data transmission is required or where as many nodes as possible are required to operate simultaneously, a system failure can occur due to sensor node power outage resulting from unbalanced energy distribution. In this study, the impact of unbalanced energy distribution on source location privacy (SLP) performance of SLP protocols is observed. Simulation results show that when the energy distribution is unbalanced, SLP protocols achieve short-term and less reliable SLP protection.

Vitexin is a C-glycosylated flavone found in various medicinal plants with several proven biological properties such as anti-inflammatory, antispasmodic, antimicrobial, cytotoxic, and antioxidant activities. Considering that the human population consumes many foods that contain this flavonoid, the objective of this study was to investigate the genotoxic and the antigenotoxic potentials of vitexin by the SMART (Somatic Mutation and Recombination Test) in Drosophila melanogaster wings, in vivo. To evaluate the genotoxic activity, larvae obtained from standard (ST) and high bioactivation (HB) crosses were chronically treated with different concentrations of vitexin (0.15, 0.3, and 0.6 mM). For the evaluation of antigenotoxic activity, the same vitexin concentrations were associated with two damage inducing agents: doxorubicin (0.2 mM) and benzo[a]pyrene (1.0 mM). The results obtained for genotoxic activity showed that vitexin did not induce a statistically significant increment in the frequency of mutant spots, when compared to control. The results for the evaluation of antigenotoxicity indicated that the flavonoid statistically reduced the frequency of mutant spots, when compared to those treated with only the damage inducing agents. Thus, this article presents results that have demonstrated the antigenotoxic activity of vitexin, which could be applied in new studies for the development of drugs with chemoprotective effects.

Tropical fruit peels are generally discarded as waste, yet they contain bioactive substances that could have various uses; in addition, their pharmacological potential remains unexplored. This study aims to characterize the phytochemical profile, toxicity, and pharmacological potential of methanol extracts obtained from the peels of the following tropical fruit species: Annona squamosa L. (purple sugar apple), Annona reticulata L. (custard apple), Chrysophyllum cainito L. (green star apple), and Melicoccus bijugatus Jacq. (mamoncillo). Methanol peel extracts were obtained by maceration. All extracts contained flavonoids, anthraquinones, and triterpenoids as determined by colorimetric methods. A. squamosa and C. cainito exhibited the highest content of total phenols as assayed by the Folin–Ciocalteu method. M. bijugatus showed the highest content of total sugars (fructose, glucose, and sucrose) as determined by high-performance liquid chromatography. A. squamosa and C. cainito presented the highest antioxidant capacities (according to 2,2′-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl, 2,2′-azinobis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline−6-sulfonic acid, and cupric reducing antioxidant capacity assays), displayed moderate toxicity against HCT-116 cells, and increased the vinblastine susceptibility of MCF-7/Vin+. A. squamosa and M. bijugatus extracts demonstrated modulation of acetylcholinesterase activity, whereas those of A. reticulata showed anti-inflammatory activity by inhibiting protein denaturation. These results confirm that tropical fruit peels can be valuable sources of bioactive compounds, and our findings provide new information about their pharmacologic potential so that they can be used as raw material for the development of new drugs aimed at treating a variety of ailments.
A Credible and Energy-Efficient Source Location Privacy Scheme for Monitoring Wireless Networks

Controlling the energy consumption of Source Location Privacy (SLP) routing schemes in monitoring Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) is important. In this paper, a dynamic and energy-efficient SLP routing scheme is proposed. The scheme divides the WSN domain into two regions. The nodes in the hotspot region select relay nodes based on the relay node offset angle while the non-hotspot region nodes select relay nodes based on the relay node location. The scheme constructs dynamic routes which are relatively short, efficient and costeffective. Analysis shows that the proposed scheme can efficiently protect the SLP better than other schemes including a recently proposed scheme.
Growth of AlPO4-5 within the pores of anodic alumina

We have conned the growth of crystals of the aluminophosphate AlPO4-5 within the nanochannels of an anodic alumina membrane.c-axis orientation. The degree of crystalalignment has been examined using XRD pole gures, and the relative degree of preferred orientation is over 200 for a typical membrane.Field emission SEM micrographs clearly show the aligned crystals within the pores. The inclusion of luminescent guest molecules withinthe pores of the zeolite has also been achieved. This paper will discuss the synthesis, characterization and potential application of thesemembranes.
