      • 함평만 갯벌 조간대의 식생분포 및 현존량

        함평만 조간대 염생식물조사를 위하여 염생식물군락이 형성된 6개지역을 선정하여 식생분포 및 현존량을 조사하였다. 우점군락은 퉁퉁마디군락(Salicoenia herbacea community), 칠면초군락(Suaeda japonic community), 나문재군락(Suaeda asparagoides community), 좀보리사초군락(Carex pumilalini community), 가는갯능쟁이군락(Atriplex gmelini community), 갯개미취군락(Aster tripolium community), 갯잔디군락(Zoysia sinica community), 해홍나물군락(Suaeda maritima community), 갯질경군락(Limonium tetragonun community), 갈대군락(Phragmites communis community), 실망초군락(Erigeron bonariensis community)으로 구분되었다. 염생식물 군락의 생산량은 1,680∼2,170 g.d.w./㎡으로 갈대군락이 가장 높았고, 갯잔디 군락이 310∼500 g.d.w./㎡으로 가장 낮았다. The coastal vegetation was classified by the Braun-Blanquet's method and the biomass was investigated at the wetland of Hampyung-Man. The vegetation of the study area was classified with 11 coastal communities as follows: Salicornia herbacea community, Suaeda japonica community, Suaeda asparagoides community, Carex pumilalini community, Atriplex gmelini community, Aster tripolium community, Zoysia sinica community, Suaeda maritima community, Limonium tetragonun community, Phragmites communis community, Erigeron bonariensis community, Biomass was highest in Phragmites communis community (1,680∼2,170 g.d.w./㎡) and lowest in Zoysia sinica community (310∼500 g.d.w./㎡).

      • 오염지역과 대조지역의 신갈나무 숲에서 토양과 식물체 영양염류의 계절적 변화

        In order to elucidate effects of air pollutants on ecophysiological properties of two Quercus mongolica forest at different levels of air pollution. Seasonal change of soil properties and nutrient content of plants were investigated. Nutrient analyses reveled that leaves in polluted area had lower concentration of Mg and P than the respective components in nonpolluted area. The results indicate that this lower nutrient contents of leaves of Q. mongolica in polluted area were attributed to the limititation of nutrient supply from the soil.

      • 만경강 하구 생태계의 구조와 기능에 관한 연구 : 만경강과 동진강 하구 염습지의 식생 구조에 미치는 환경요인 Environmental Factors affecting Vegetation Structure of Salt Marshes in the Mankyong and Dongjin River Estuaries

        만경강과 동진강 하구의 염습지 식생을 Braun-Blanquet 법에 의하여 구분한 결과, 갈대, 천일사초, 갯잔디, 칠면초, 퉁퉁마디, 가는갯능쟁이, 갯개미취 및 나문재의 8개 군락으로 분류되었고, 이 중에서 1-2년생 염생식물 군락은 뚜렷하게 대상 분포하였다. 군락이 분포하는 저토의 물리, 화학적 특성 중 전기전도도, 염도, Na, Cl 및 K 함량은 고도가 높은 곳에 분포하는 나문재 군락이 가장 낮고, 그것이 낮은 곳에 분포하는 칠면초와 퉁퉁마디 군락이 가장 높으며, 가는갯능쟁이-갯개미취 군락이 중간 정도였다. 고도와 관련된 이상의 경향은 유기물, 총질소 및 가용성 인 함량에서도 군락 사이에 차가 나타났다. 한편 저층부 저토의 여러 특성보다 표층부의 것들이 군락간 차가 뚜렷하고 그 변화 범위가 컸다. 따라서 저토의 여러 특성은 식물이 표토수를 이용하는 초기 단계의 고도와 밀접한 관련을 갖고 식물 군락 구조에 영향을 미칠 것으로 사료된다. 갈대, 천일사초, 갯잔디, 칠면초, 퉁퉁마디, 가는갯능쟁이, 갯개미취 및 나문재 군락이 최대 빈도로 출현하는 고도는 각각 1.7 m, 2.0 m, 2.2 m, 2.4 m, 2.6 m, 3.0 m 및 3.2 m로 고도 구배에 따라 대상 분포하였다. To elucidate how plant species are distributed over the marshes in relation to the major environmental gradients, the distribution of plants, physico-chemical parametera across the marsh habitat and the elevation above mean lower low water distributed halophytic communities were measured in the Mankyong and Dongjun river estuaries. The vegetation of the Mankyong and Dongjin river estuaries was classified by the Braun-Blanquet's phytosociological scheme into 8 communities as follows ; Phragmites longivalvis, Carex scabrifolia, Zoysia sinica, Suadea japonica, Salicornia herbacea, Atriplex gmelinii, Aster tripolium and Suaeda asparagoides. Of these communities, an annual and two year plants are conspicuously showed zonation with elevation gradients above MLLW, which displays the differences of physico-chemical properties of soils. These results suggest that the vegetation structure in the two estuaries may be affected by the elevation above MLLW during an early stages when most species experience the greatest mortality and use water of the surface sediment.

      • 남창천과 삼향천에 분포한 주요 수생식물의 수질정화능

        The nutrient removal-capacity of four major dominant species distributed in Namchang-chon polluted with livestock wastewater and Samhyang-chon polluted with industrial and domestic wastewater were investigated. Water qualities and soil properties of three polluted sites were a quite different in concentration of nitrogen, SS and Ga. Dominant species in livestock wasetewater were Persicaria thunbergii, Zizania latiforia, Phragmites communis and Oenanthe japanica, those in industrial and domestic were Phragmites communis. Changes of NO₃-N, NH₄-N and P concentrations of culture solution are high in cultivor of Zizania latiforia and Oenanthe japanica. All four species removed NO₃-N most effectively. In experiment used directely polluted water from three areas ; all species from livestock wasetewater uptaked NO₃-N effectively. Phragmites communis from domestic, and Persicaria thunbergii and Oenanthe japanica from industrial and domestic wasetewater removed NH₄-N effectively. All species cultured in industrial waserewater removed P well, and Phragmites communis and Persicaria thunbergii cultured in domestic wastewater removed it moderately.

      • 염분농도의 변화에 따른 수 종 염생식물의 적응

        To elucidate adjustment of halophytes to saline conditions, electric conductivity(E.C), solute potentials(S.P) and photosynthesis were investigated for leaves of Salicornia herbaceae, Suaeda japonica, Aster tripolim and Imperata ciplindrica var. koenigii. As the concentration of NaCl increased by salt gradient and saline shock, E.C was increased greatly in the order of salicornia herbaceae, Suaeda japonica, Aster tripolim and Imperata ciplindrica var. koenigii and S.P was decreased in the same order. However photosynthesis of Salicornia herbaceae, Suaeda japonica was little change and maintain more constant than that of Aster tripolim and Imperata ciplindrica var. koenigii. Protein patterns of leaves in Suaeda japonica collected from 5 different habitates showed variation within same species.

      • 진동만 갯벌의 식생에 관한 연구

        The coastal vegetation was classified by the Braun-Blanquet's method and the biomass was investigated at the wetland of Jindong-Man. The vegetation of the study area was classified with 6 coastal communities as follows : Phragmites communis community, Zoysia sinica community, Suaeda japonica community, Artemisia fukudo community, Carex scabrifolia community and Salicornia herbacease community. Biomass was highest in Phragmites communis community (3,639g.d.w./m2), ordered by Carex scabrifolia community(171g.d.w./m2) > Artemisia fukudo community(172g.d.w./m2) > Suaeda japo- nica community(190g.d.w./m2) > Zoysia sinica community(673g.d.w./m2) and lowest in Salicornia harbaceae community(142g.d.w./m2).

        Solanum melongena L.의 開化結實 關한 硏究

        In this study, the relationship between the growth of a young shoot and the flower bud formation were observed closely with research the course of a flower bud formation in order to clarify Differe-ntiation of the flower bud, growth and Fructification phenomenon of S. melongena L. The results obtained were as follows; 1.The period of the differentiation of the flower bud showed a remarkable difference depending on. the environmental factors of the young shoot's nourishing period and the growth after sowing. 2.After the first flower differentiated, the flower buds were differentiated on the terminal bud each 2or 3 leaves differentiation upward the main stem according to the vegitative growth. 3.The differentiation of the flower buds increased geometrically above and below from the first flower. 4.The period of the flower bud's differentiation and the increasing state of the differentiated num-ber afterwards were different according to the young shoot's nourishing period. ; In case of a flouris- hing vegetative growth under the high temperature nourishing, the differentiation of the flower bud were rapid and the number of the differentiated flowerbuds afterwards increased also. On the contr-ary, in case of low temperature nourishing, the differentiation of flower bud and the increasing rate were delayed.

      • 금강하구 조간대의 해저동물 구조에 관한 연구

        Between Keum river and Man-Gyung river were investigated the structure of the composed species, Dominance and Diversity index from9, 10, 11 months 1983 to 4,5 months 1984, zoobenthos of intertidal zone near at Naecho-Do. 1. Species composition of the zoobenthos were appeared to Umbonium thomasi, Cerithium kobeti, Recutinassa festiva, Terebra spctabilis, Lingula unguis, Andonta woodians, Dosinoybis japonicus, Gomphina veneriformis, Meretrix petochialis, Mactra veneriformis, Spisula sachalinensis, Solen strictcus, Nereis sp, Callianassa japonica, Macro phthalmus dilatatus, Ilyplax deschampsi, respectively. 2. Dominant species were appeared to Umbonium thomasi(25.9%), Lingula unguis(23.9%), Gomphina veneriformis (14.6%), Nereis sp.(12.9%), Recutinassa festiva(10.5%), respectively. 3. Diversity index of the zoobenthos community was H'=0.860, dominance indexλ=0.176.

        The coastal vegetation was classified by the Braun-Blanquet's method and the standing biomass was investigated at the coastal areas of Sorido from June to November, 1999. The vegetation of the study areas were classified with 2 communities as follows: Carex boottiana community, Crepidiastrum lanceslatum community. Standing biomass was higher in Carex boottiana community(365 g.d.w/m2) than in Crepidiastrum lanceslatum community(102 g.d.w/m2)

        The coastal vegetation was classified by the Braun-Blanquet's phytosociological scheme and physicochemical properties of soil was also determined at the salt marsh of Mankyung and Dongjin river estuary. The vegetation of these areas was classified with 8 communities as followes Suaeda japonica, salicornia herbaceae, Phragmites longivalvis, Carex scabrifolia, Zoysia sinica, Aster tripolim, Suaeda asparagoides and Phacelurus latifolia community. Especially the zonations an annual and biennial halophytes were highly affected by surface soil.
