Soil fertility is fundamental in determining the productivity of all farming systems and is most�ᅠ�ᅠ commonly defined in terms of the ability of the soil to supply nutrients to crops. Organic farming systems rely on the management of soil organic matter to enhance the chemical, biological and physical properties of the soil, in order to optimize crop production. Organic agriculture excludes the use of chemical nitrogen fertilizers, instead requiring a balance between supply and demand nutrients through the use of organic matter. Nutrient management is one of the main challenges facing organic farming. The short term challenge is supplying sufficient nutrients to crops at the correct point in their development to achieve economically viable yield, while in the long term, the difficulty is to balance nutrient inputs and runoffs to avoid nutrient rundown or environmental pollution. This paper reviews information from the literature to investigate strategies of managing nutrients by supplying organic matter in organic agriculture during the major phases of crop growth.

<P>Two-dimensional (2D) graphene sheets have become a versatile platform for the fabrication of innovative hybrid materials with various functions due to their unique electrical, optical, thermal, and mechanical properties. The preparation of graphene-based composites with nanoscale precision is highly important for reproducible and controllable performance through the analysis of interplay between each component. In particular, the layer-by-layer (LbL) assembly technique is known as a simple, inexpensive, and versatile process for the fabrication of highly ordered multilayer film structures from various types of materials. The LbL structures capable of controlling nanoscale composition and architectures are achieved through the sequential adsorption of oppositely charged components by attractive forces such as electrostatic interactions. In this review, we will focus on the recent progress in graphene-based nanocomposites hybridized with various nanomaterials such as carbon nanomaterials, polymers, and inorganic nanoparticles by the LbL assembly. Multilayered graphene nanocomposites exhibit improved physical/chemical properties and superior performance compared with the individual components due to the synergistic effects in various applications including electric devices, energy storage and conversion, and biological usages.</P><P><B>Graphic Abstract</B> <IMG SRC='http://pubs.acs.org/appl/literatum/publisher/achs/journals/content/cmatex/2015/cmatex.2015.27.issue-11/acs.chemmater.5b00491/production/images/medium/cm-2015-00491c_0013.gif'></P>

Distribution aspects of organisms by NGS analysis in soybean breeding field

Generally, the virus was detected by the ELISA using the serological method and RT-PCR based on the genetic information. Recently, NGS (next-generation nucleotide sequencing) has been used in genome analysis and diseases diagnostics. To identify distribution aspects of viruses, we collected diseased samples twice in soybean breeding field. After extraction of total RNA from the collected bulk samples, RNA was sequenced by the NGS method. The NGS data were analyzed using the bioinformatics software. With newly produced NGS data, the identification of distribution aspects of organisms in field was estimated in this study. Sequence based identification method should be more accurate diagnostic tools of the target diseases and be able to predict occurrence of potential and new pathogens. NGS method will also provide the basic data by identifying the distribution of using bacteria. In this study, we analyzed the extracted RNA from the collection of approximately 3000 samples. Consequently, we confirmed the following types: the 7,089 kinds of bacteria including Burkholderiaceae, the 13,397 kinds of Eukaryota, the 952 kinds of viruses from the first bulk samples, the 4,160 kinds of bacteria including Burkholderiaceae, the 10,475 kinds of Eukaryota, and the 576 kinds of viruses from the second bulk samples
한국경제의 새로운 동향 : 통신서비스의 소비가치가 신뢰, 감정, 충성도에 미치는 영향 : 와이브로 서비스를 중심으로

본 연구는 5가지 소비가치가 서비스에 대한 감정과 신뢰를 매개로 서비스 충성도로 이어지는 과정을 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 와이브로 이용자 200명을 대상으로 구조방정식 모형을 이용해서 연구를 수행했다. 분석결과, 첫째, 사회적 가치, 기능적 가치, 정서적 가치는 서비스 감정에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 진귀적 가치는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기능적 가치, 진귀적 가치는 서비스 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤으나, 상황적 가치는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 서비스 감정은 서비스 신뢰에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 서비스 감정과 서비스 신뢰는 서비스 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 소비가치가 감정, 신뢰, 충성도로 연결되는 메커니즘을 규명함으로써 관련 분야의 다양한 이론적, 실무적 시사점을 제공해준다는 의미가 있다. The purpose of this study is to analyse how consumption value affects the loyalty of green product through affect and trust among Wibro service customer. Data were collected from a cross-sectional survey of 200 who is using a Wibro service. The statistical methodology is employed a structural equation model. The results demonstrated several important findings. First, perceived social value, functional value and emotional value had significant effects on service affect, while epistemic value did not. Second, both perceived functional value and epistemic value had a significant positive effect on service trust. Third, affect toward service also led to service trust. Finally, affect and trust in service showed their significant effects on service loyalty. These results provide practical implications to improve affect, trust and loyalty in service industry. Furthermore, by deriving major components of consumption values in service industry, and analyzing the mechanism of affect, trust, and loyalty, the study emphasizes relationship marketing in implementing service marketing strategies.

본 연구는 화력발전소에서 발생한 바텀애쉬와 폐타이어를 성토재로 수용하기 전 환경에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 수행되었다. 바텀애쉬에 대해서는 3가지 초기 pH 4, 6, and 8 조건에서 실험하였고, 폐타이어와 바팀애쉬·폐타이어 혼합물은 pH 4 조건에서 실험하였다. 7가지 중금속 중 Pb과 Zn이 먹는물 수질기준을 초과하였으나 I PVE안에 모두 기준을 만족하였다. 5가지 음이온 중 황산염의 농도만 기준치의 최대 10배 정도로 크게 검출이 되었으며 높은 분배계수로 인해 수질기준치 이하로 낮아지는 데 걸리는 시간도 최대 8. 21 PVE에 달하였다. 혼합물의 경우 바텀애쉬와 비교 시 중금속 및 음이온의 농도를 낮추었으며 요구되는 PVE도 8.21에서 5.89로 낮추는 효과가 있었다. The purpose of this study was to determine any detrimental effects on surrounding environments by using bottom ash, waste tire, and mixture as a fill material to raise the ground level. Three different initial pHs (4, 6, 8) were applied to bottom ash and initial pH of 4 was used to waste tire and mixture. Among 7 heavy metals, Pb and Zn were exceeded drinking water standards but their concentrations decreased below drinking water standards within 1 PVE. Among 5 anions, sulfate exceeded 10 times of drinking water standards and further higher partition coefficients resulted in increased PVE of 8.21. For the mixture of bottom ash and waste tire, its concentrations of heavy metals and anions were decreased due to the dilution effect and lowered PVE from 8.21 (BA) to 5.89.
