Efforts to reduce tobacco use among school children need to be based on understanding of access to cigarettes by these subjects because previous studies indicated that enforcement of laws for controlling tobacco sales seems to not affect teen/school children because they can obtain cigarettes from different sources. This paper aims to describe access to and availability of cigarettes among school students (aged 13-15 years old) according to the data from GYTS Vietnam 2014. In GYTS, a national school-based survey of students of grades 8-10, our findings showed that about 15% school children are current smokers who smoke at home, and that they could easily buy cigarettes from stores (63.2%), or someone else (27.8%), or street vendors (9%). Notably, over 85% of school children answered that they were not refused because of their age. This high percentage was nearly the same in the North (85.7%), the Centre (92.5%), and the South (89.7%) of Viet Nam. These findings show that it is quite easy for school children to obtain cigarettes and this is a crucial challenge for policy makers aiming to reduce tobacco use among youth in general and school-age students in particular.

Hoi, Tran Minh,Anh, Ha Van,Huong, Nguyen Thi Thanh,Tuyen, Nguyen Van,Anh, Le Thi Tu,Tra, Nguyen Thanh,Cham, Ba Thi,Ha, Nguyen Thi Thu,Linh, Pham Thuy,Tien, Doan Duy,Kiem, Phan Van,Ban, Ninh Khac,Kukha The Korean Society for Applied Biological Chemistr 2013 Applied Biological Chemistry (Appl Biol Chem) Vol.56 No.6
Six known compounds including ${\alpha}$-amyrin 3-acetate (1), ${\beta}$-sitosterol (2), betulinic acid (3), friedelan-3-one (4), artochamin B (5), and 2-C-methyl-D-erythritol 4-O-${\alpha}$-D-glucopyranoside (6) were isolated from the stem barks and leaves of Artocarpus nigrifolius (Moraceae) for the first time. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods as well as comparison with literatures. Cytotoxicity and antibacterial activity of 1-6 were evaluated. Results showed that artochamin B (5) possessed the highest cytotoxicity towards MCF7, Lu, HepG2, and KB cell lines with $IC_{50}$ values of 4.59, 20.00, 3.60, and $1.18{\mu}g/mL$, respectively. It also inhibited the growth of Gram-positive bacteria (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus), whereas inactive on the growth of both Gram-negative bacteria and yeast.

The Factors Affecting Corporate Income Tax Non-Compliance: A Case Study in Vietnam
NGUYEN, Loan Thi,NGUYEN, Anh Hong Viet,LE, Hac Dinh,LE, Anh Hoang,TRUONG, Tu Tuan Vu Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.8
In many countries, the Government enacts tax laws in order to manage tax collection and regulate the macro-economy. According to Noor, Jamaludin, Omar, and Aziz (2013), tax non-compliance is a growing concern because of its negative effects on the state budget. The main objectives of this article are to identify the factors affecting corporate income tax non-compliance of enterprises in Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the current situation of Vietnamese tax administration. We use several research methods, including the exploitation of information and practical experiences from both taxpayers and tax authorities; with Probit regression model on a sample of 187 enterprises that have been inspected or examined by tax authorities in Vietnam during the period from 2013 to 2017.The article identified eight factors affecting corporate income tax (CIT) non-compliance: (1) working capital/total assets; (2) revenue/total assets; (3) total debt/total assets; (4) loss in the previous year; (5) receivables/revenue; (6) the size of enterprises; (7) tax administrative penalties/tax payable; and (8) business field. In particular, the tax non-compliance was studied as a violation of Vietnamese tax laws by enterprises declaring an insufficient amount of CIT payable to the State budget.
Customer Satisfaction with Less than Container Load Cargo Services in HoChiMinh City, Vietnam
GIAO, Ha Nam Khanh,THY, Nguyen Thi Anh,VUONG, Bui Nhat,TU, Tran Ngoc,VINH, Pham Quang,LIEN, Le Thi Phuong Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.8
This research has four specific objectives: (1) identifying factors that affect customer satisfaction with less than container load (LCL) cargo services of logistics companies in HoChiMinh City (HCMC), (2) measuring the level of impact of the factors, (3) testing the difference in satisfaction among groups of customers with different characteristics in terms of type of business and time of using LCL cargo services, and (4) proposing some management implications to improve the quality of LCL cargo services. Researchers interviewed 210 customers who enjoyed the LCL cargo service in HCMC for at least the last six months, using the convenient sampling method. SPSS 20 was used to analyze the reliability of the scale through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, then exploratory factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used. The results identified the six factors that influence positively customer satisfaction of LCL cargo services of logistics companies in HCMC, by decreasing importance: service process, image, resource, price, management, and outcomes. The results show that there is no difference in customer satisfaction with LCL cargo services by types of business as well as time of using services. The research suggests some implications for the management of logistics companies in HCMC to enhance customer satisfaction.

We give a classification of real solvable Lie algebras whose non-trivial coadjoint orbits of corresponding to simply connected Lie groups are all of codimension 2. These Lie algebras belong to a well-known class, called the class of MD-algebras.

In this study, we use high-throughput sequencing-based metagenomic methods to investigate the differences in seasonal structures of the bacterial community and the abundance and diversity of antibiotic resistance genes (ARGs) and mobile genetic elements (MGEs) in both shrimp ponds and river water samples downstream of the Day River, Ninh Binh, Vietnam. The structure of the central bacterial community, ARGs, and MGEs was found to be regardless of the seasons and locations. The predominant phyla found in all samples was Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes, and Actinobacteria. Multi-drug resistance (MDR) genes and transposases are the most dominant ARG types and MGEs, respectively. Our data showed a higher abundance of bacterial communities, ARGs, and MGEs in the river water during the rainy season. There is a significant correlation between the abundance of ARGs, MGEs, and environmental factors. Our results indicate that water environments containing ARGs/MGEs carrying bacteria pose a risk to shrimp and human health, especially during the rainfall-polluted water season.
