        A Study on the Youkjoron(逆調論) of the So Moon(素問) one of the classic book of oriental medicine, was carried out analytically for the right comments.         모드 선택성을 강화한 비접촉식 유도초음파 기술

        유도초음파의 현장적용에 있어 전파모드를 규명하는 것은 매우 어렵지만 중요한 과제이다. 본 연구에서 분산성이 적은 단일모드를 발생시키고 검출할 수 있는 기법에 대해 다루고 있으며, 현장 적용성과 자동화를 위해 비접촉식의 기법을 적용하였다. 모드 선택성을 강화한 비접촉식의 유도초음파 기법으로는 선배열 슬릿을 이용한 레이저 빔을 이용하였으며, 에어커플 변환기를 수신자로 사용하였다. 선배열의 레이저 조명은 파장과 일치하여 특정한 모드를 발생시킬 수 있다. 1 mm 두께의 알루미늄 판에 본 기법을 적용한 실험결과로부터 제안하는 기법의 유용성을 검증하였고, 특히 단일한 a_(0)모드의 발생 및 수신에 효과적인 기법으로 나타났다. In practical applications of guided wave techniques, it is very important but also difficult to identify the propagating modes, and it is preferred to generate and detect a single or less dispersive mode. Also the noncontact method is required in the automated field application. So this paper considers a non-contact guided wave technique with enhanced mode-selectivity, where a laser beam illuminated through arrayed line slits is used as the transmitter and the air-coupled transducer is used as the receiver. The line arrayed laser illumination is a wavelength matching technique that can generate only a few modes. The air-coupled transducer detects the leaky wave of the propagated guided wave, and by tuning its detection angle we can detect the selected single mode. Experimental results for a 1 mm thick aluminum plate proved the usefulness of the proposed method, and especially it was shown that this method was powerful in the generation and detection of the a_(0) mode.

      • Air-coupled 트랜스듀서를 이용한 배관에서의 유도초음파 모드 규명

        발전설비의 중요한 요소인 배관의 효율적인 비파괴검사를 위해, comb 트랜스듀서를 이용하여 유도초음파를 발생하고 ACT(air-coupled transducer)를 적용하여 비접촉으로 수신하였다. comb 트랜스듀서의 요소간격과 이론적인 분산선도로부터 발생가능 한 모드가 예측되었다. 또한 예측된 모드를 수신하기 위해 각 모드의 이론적인 음속을 이용하여 ACT의 수신 각도를 결정하였다. 수신모드의 특성을 규명하기 위해 웨이블릿 변환과 2D-FFT를 이용한 시간-주파수해석을 수행하여 이론적인 분산선도와 비교하였다. 수신된 모드는 이론적으로 예측된 모드와 일치하는 것으로 나타났다.

      • 레이저를 이용한 얇은 원통형 튜브에서의 유도초음파 발생

        레이저를 이용하여 두께가 얇은 원통형 튜브에 유도초음파를 발생하고, 공기-결합 트랜스듀서를 이용하여 비접촉식으로 수신하였다. 원통형 튜브는 발전설비의 열교환기 및 증기발생기 튜브에 사용되는 인코넬(Inconnel)튜브이다. 레이저의 조사 경로에 선 배열 슬릿을 삽입하여 유도 초음파의 파장을 조절하였다. 파장이 일정할 때 발생되는 모드를 이론적인 분산선도로부터 예측하고, 예측된 위상속도로부터 공기-결합 트랜스듀서의 경사각을 결정하였다. 원통형 튜브에는 축대칭 모드가 지배적으로 발생하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 웨이블렛 변환에 의한 시간-주파수 선도와 이론적인 분산선도를 비교한 결과 증명되었다.

      • 금융환경 서비스 수준에 따른 고객만족도에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 은행서비스 품질과 고객만족경영에 관한 이론적 고찰을 통해 설문지를 작성하여 은행서비스의 수준에 따른 고객 만족도에 관한 연구를 하였다. 먼저 교차분석과 빈도분석을 통하여 고객의 세부 만족도에 관해 조사하였다. 특히 요즘 문제시되고 있는 은행의 안정성에 대한 분석도 하였다. 그리고 요인분석을 이용하여 고객만족의 결정요인을 추출하고 이를 토대로 회귀분석을 함으로써 은행고객의 전반적인 만족도에 영향을 미치고 유의한 결정요인들이 무엇인가에 대해 알아보았다. 요인 분석 결과, 대출요인, 내부환경 및 편의 시설요인, 서비스 요인, 창구업무 및 업무처리 요인, 외부 환경 요인, 이미지 요인, 금융상품 요인 등으로 분류되었다. 7가지 요인들을 이용하여 회귀 분석한 결과로는 대출요인이 고객의 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미친 것으로 나왔다. 은행고객의 측면에서 보면 대출이 용이한 은행이 가장 선호되는 것으로 판단된다. This study is based on customer satisfaction depended on service quality of the bank. From investigation on the published researches for service quality of the bank and customer satisfaction, we make a questionnaire considering the related information. We observe the minute satisfaction of bank customers by crosstab and frequence analysis. And we determine seven factors among several queries related to customers satisfaction by factor analysis. This study presents significant factors of determination influencing on the whole satisfaction of customers by regression analysis using this seven factors.

      • SA-ASTM 주사기법에 의한 악취발생량 평가 및 무취공기 표준화에 관한 연구

        New methodology to evaluate the complex odor phenomenon was investigated, as called SA-ASTM(Sensor Aided ASTM ) syringe method. Specially we studied on the standardization of non-odorous air which is very important procedure in measuring odorous gas including our SA-ASTM syringe method. We examined the odor sensor value of standard hydrogen sulfide gas and non-odorous air made with ambient and cylinder air. The decision coefficient between H2S concentration and odor sensor value showed 0.992, and correlation formula between olfactory odor degree(Y) and odor sensor value(X) was Y =0.0039log(X) -0.4129. Also, it appeared that it was not appropriate to use ambient air itself because the odor level of ambient air varies with time, site, and situation. Instead we concluded that it was very effective for making the non-odorous air to use the cylinder air with traps which are composed of water, vacant tube, silicagel, charcoal vessels. The analysis results of odor samples by SA-ASTM syringe method using non-odorous air of this study explained the odor threshold and odor intensity well, which is the basic characteristics of odor and necessary data to use the odor dispersion model.

      • 반복작업으로 유발된 수근관내의 굴곡근 건초염과 수근관 증후군 : 증례 보고 Case Report

        A 46 year-old woman who had worked repetitive manual job for 3 years visited our hospital because of aggravated right hand sensory symptom and newly developed limitation of 3, 4, 5th finger extension. In physical examination, moderate swelling of volar aspect of wrist and limitation of finger extension was noticed as well as positive tinnel sign. We confirmed carpal tunnel syndrome after electrodiagnostic studies and associated flexor tenosynovitis of 4th flexor tendon in the carpal tunnel through MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) study. She was successfully treated with conservative program including wrist splint and steroid injection. We also tracked the result of treatment using MRI and electrodiagnositic studies. Analyzing her work procedure, we concluded that repetitive and forceful exertional nature of job impose a high burden on hand and wrist region and it caused her carpal tunnel syndrome.

        골다공증 환자 혈청이 정상인 조골세포의 성장과 분화에 미치는 영향

        Osteoporosis is a condition in which an imbalance appears between bone resorption and formation, with bone resorption exceeding formation. Recent studies have shown that bone formation abnormalities in various forms of osteopenia result mainly from defective recruitment of osteoblastic cells. These abnormalities in osteoblast function and bone formation are associated with alterations in the expression or production of several growth factors, such as TGF-β which modulate the proliferation and activity of bone-forming cells. Bone transplantation is an absoulte requirement in several patholigical conditions. The growth factors, such as TGF-β, PDGF, were the effective in promoting growth of the bone in vitro and in animal models. We have investigated the effects of PDGF and TGF-β on the proliferation and differentiation of the normal human osteoblast in vitro culture. The normal human osteoblast from iliac bone were primarily cultured. The serums obtained from the osteoporotic patients and the normal was used to quantify PDGF and TGF-β from the osteoporotic patients serum and the normal serum. To clarify the effects of the various different the culture conditions such as 1×10 exp(4) cells/㎖, 2.5×10 exp(4) cells/㎖, 5×10 exp(4) cells/㎖, 10×10 exp(4) cells/㎖ (0.2∼2×10 exp(4) cells/well) of the osteoblast at 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours under 10% FBS, 10% normal human serum, 10% osteoporotic human serum, 3% normal human PRP, 3% osteoporotic human PRP. The cell proliferation and differentiation was determined by [^3H]-thymidine and SRB assay, and the magnitude of differentiation to osteoblast was confirmed by von Kossa staining and alkaline phosphatase stain and measuring the alkaline phosphatase activity during 48 hours and 72 hours. Statistical differences were evaluated using the scheffe's test. The ANOVA procedure of the SAS system. The obtained results were as follows ; 1. The age distribution of normal human was 36.9±4.4 old, osteoporotic human was 72.5±0.2 old with statistical significant difference(p<0.05). 2. The quantification of TGF-β of the normal human serum was 39658.38±11630.43 pg/㎖, the osteoporotic human serum was 30459.40±1704.92 pg/㎖ with statistical significant difference. The quantification of PDGF of the normal human serum was 3064.13±709.51 pg/㎖, the osteoporotic human serum was 2514.13±140.21 pg/㎖ with no statistical significant difference(p<0.05). 3. The DNA synthesis and protein assay of human osteoblast at 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours was similar increased to 10% normal human seurm, 10% osteoporotic human serum. There was no statistical significant difference between the normal human and the osteoporotic patients in 3% normal human PRP and 3% osteoporotic human PRP. 4. The optimal cell concentration was 5×10 exp(4) cells/㎖ among 1×10 exp(4) cells/㎖, 2.5×10 exp(4) cells/㎖, 5×10 exp(4) cells/㎖, and 10×10 exp(4) cells/㎖. The DNA synthesis was decreased after 72 hours in the normal human serum and PRP, the osteoportic serum and PRP. 5. The alkaline phosphatase activity was as the same result 10% FBS, 10% osteoportic serum and 10% normal human serum at 48 hours with no statistical significant, but the alkaline phosphatase activity was increased in 10% osteoportic human serum and 10% normal human serum except 10% FBS at 72 hours. From above result, the amount of TGF-β of the normal human growth factor was higher than the osteoporotic patients, but the growth factors of the osteoportic patients were enough the proliferation and differentiation of normal human osteoblasts such like the same effects of normal human growth factors.
