Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study organizational attachment and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) according to the personality traits of leaders in the beauty salon industry in order to provide basic data for providing better working environment and maintaining stabilized employment. This study studied the impact of the personality traits of superiors in the beauty salon industry on LMX through surveys for beauty salon industry workers residing in Seoul Metropolitan City and Gyeonggi Province, and found that diligence, extroversion, stability, friendliness, and openness had a significant positive effect (+); diligence, stability, friendliness, and openness of superiors in the beauty salon industry had significant positive impact (+) on organizational attachment; and mediation effect was found for LMX in the correlation of personality traits of superiors in beauty salon industry and organizational attachment. This shows that superiors who are diligent and adhere to organizational rules may extend to organizational attachment, and that good Leader- Member Exchange (LMX) may lead to help in many aspects in work. Carrying out job-training through individual personality tests and having a horizontal communication system will be able to provide emotional stability and sense of belonging to employees, boosting work efficiency. This paper hopes that based on the results of this study, continuous study will be carried out to complement results, ultimately being utilized in stable state of employment and long service with the organizational attachment of beauty salon industry employees. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to study organizational attachment and Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) according to the personality traits of leaders in the beauty salon industry in order to provide basic data for providing better working environment and maintaining stabilized employment.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A total of 38 hazardous constituents in mainstream cigarette smoke of low-yield cigarettes sold in Korea were selected and analyzed using established methods. Risk calculations were performed using risk algorithms employed in previous studies and Korean population-based exposure parameters. The median cumulative incremental lifetime cancer risk of male smokers could vary from 828 × 10<SUP>−6</SUP> to 2510 × 10<SUP>−6</SUP>, and that of female smokers could range from 440 × 10<SUP>−6</SUP> to 1300 × 10<SUP>−6</SUP>, depending on the smoking regimens. The median hazard index as the sum of hazard quotients of male smokers varied from 367 to 1,225, and that of female smokers varied from 289 to 970, depending on the smoking regimens. The sensitivity analysis for this risk assessment indicated that the constituent yields in mainstream cigarette smoke, average number of cigarettes smoked per day or year, and mouth-spill rate are the main risk factors. Statistical positive correlations between the average daily dose calculated by the exposure algorithm used in this study for individual smokers and biomarkers verified the reliability of this assessment. It could be concluded that inhalation of the constituents present in the mainstream of low-yield cigarettes has significant cancer and non-cancer health risks, although its effect on risk reduction is still unknown under the fixed machine-smoking conditions.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> Selected 38 constituents levels of mainstream smoke for low-yield cigarettes are presented. </LI> <LI> Bioavailability of smoke constituents is considered using respiratory retention and mouth-spill models. </LI> <LI> Our work adds the evidence of cancer and non-cancer risks from smoking of low-yield cigarettes. </LI> <LI> This study highlights the risk in comparison to regular cigarettes. </LI> </UL> </P>

In this paper, we designed a cylindrical type light source having an electromagnetic principle of inductively coupled plasma, and measured its electrical-optical properties. Using the transformer principle, an electrically equivalent circuit cylindrical type light source was analyzed. According to the parameters of electromagnetic induction, which were diameter of coil with cpO.3$\~$ 1.2mm, number of turns with 4$\~$ 12 turns, distance with 40$\~$ l20mm and RF power with 10$\~$ 150W, the electrical .md optical properties were measured. When the diameter of the coil was cp0.3mm, number of turns was 8 and distance was 40mm, and the maximum brightness of 29,730 cd/m$^{2}$ was shown with RF power l50W. The relationship between electromagnetic induction and plasma discharges was demonstrated using the mode transition from E-mode to H-mode

An electric power efficiency of electrodeless fluorescent lamp depens on a big relative property of gas, gas pressure, lamp formation, ingredients of magnetic substance and shape and action frequency etc. in lamp. We used magnetic substance that opens self-examination material of electrodeless fluorescent lamp antenna. We used Mn-Zn type as the Ferrite. We have examined resistance, impedance and Q-factor's frequency characteristic by ferrite. Coil turns were changed from 13 to 15 turns to recognize brightness change of lamp by winding number. Optical equipment (LS-100) was used to measure brightness. We could know Q-factor's difference according to material is important part of antenna design. When an electrodeless fluorescent lamp was made using T company's PE22, it showed the highest brightness. As number of winding is increased the brightness increased, and starting characteristic became good.
