        지대치 재료의 환경변화에 따른 물리적 성질에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to measure the flexural strength and hardness of four core materials in 4 different medias and to evaluate the relationship between the physical properties. For the flexural strength, the specimens were prepared from each of the following materials: Bisfil Core, Core Max, Fuji IX GP, Miracle Mix and randomly divided into four groups and stored at 37 degree C in the following medias: distilled water for 24 hours (DW/1), distilled water for 30 days (DW/30). 2%NaF for 30 days (NF/30), 0.02N lactic acid for 30 days (LA/30). After storage, the specimens were subjected to flexural strength testing and calculated to flexural modulus. For hardness testing, specimens were prepared from four materials and storaged in the uniform way. After storage, the specimens were subjected to Vicker's hardness testing. 1. The flexural strength of Core Max were the highest, and the flexural strength of Miracle Mix were the lowest. 2. The hardness of Bisfil Core were the highest. 3. The hardness of Core Max were the highest. 4. The hardness of Miracle Mix were the lowest. 5. 2%NaF and 0.02N lactic acid negatively affected the flexural strength and hardness of four core materials. 비금속 지대치 재료의 구강 내 환경변화에 따른 물리적 성질을 구명하기 위하여 4종의 지대치 재료를 다양한 환경에 보관한 후 굴곡강도 및 표면경도의 변화를 관찰하여 조건에 따른 영향을 구명하고자 이 연구를 시행하였다. Bisfil Core, Core Max, Fuji IX GP, Miracle Mix를 사용하여 굴곡강도 측정을 위한 시편을 제작한 후 최대하중을 측정하여 굴곡강도와 굴곡탄성계수를 계산하였다. 표면경도 측정을 위하여 아크릴릭 레진블럭에 상기 4종의 재료를 충전하여 중합시킨 후 순차 연마하여 경도측정을 위한 시편을 제작하고 Vickers hardness를 계산하였다. 1. 굴곡강도는 Core Max에서 가장 높고 Miracle Mix에서 가장 낮았다. 2. 37℃ 증류수에 24시간 보관한 군에서 Bisfil Core가 경도가 가장 높았다. 3. 30일 저장군에서는 Core Max가 경도가 가장 높았다. 4. 모든 군에서 Miracle Mix가 가장 낮은 경도를 나타냈다. 5. 2% NaF용액과 0.02N lactic acid용액은 증류수보다 지대치 재료의 굴곡강도와 표면경도를 저하시켰다.

      • 미토콘드리아 DNA의 제한요소 분석법(RFLP)에 의한 느타리 버섯의 분류

        황악산에서 채집된 느타리 버섯의 분류를 위하여, 4종류의 느타리과에 속하는 버섯들과 함께 미토콘트리아 DNA를 분리하여 여러 제한효소로 처리 후 나타나는 절편들의 양상을 비교하여 계통분석을 수행하였다. 여러 제한효소 중 4가지의 제한효소를 선택하여, 절편을 얻은 후 NTSYS-pc program을 사용하여 분석한 결과, 채집된 버섯은 형태학적으로 느타리와 유사하였지만, RFLP 법으로 판단할 때 오히려 사철느타리와 더 연관성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보다 객관적인 분류를 위하여 형태학적 분류만으로는 한계가 있고, 분자생물학적인 분석 등 다양한 기준에 의해서 수행되어야 한다고 판단된다. To identify the strain (TUM004) which was isolated from Mt. hwangak, the restriction enzyme analysis of mitochondrial DNA was accomplished using four different strains of Pleurotus as a standard strain. Pattern of fragments generated by 4 different restriction enzymes (BamHl, EcoRl, Hindlll, Xdal)was analyzed by using NTSYS-pc program. Results showed that TUM004 was more related to Pleurotus florida rather ,than to Pleurotus ostreatus. Results also imlpy that RFLP of mitochondrial DNA is a good classification system to identify the unknown strain to the genus level.

        This study aim to find out the ritual structure and character of the Ritual for youngdong Halmi through the case analyses in Pusan district. To find out the meaning of the Ritual for Youngdong Halmi as a folk belief, I firstly study the ritual character through both the name of Youngdong Halmi and the meaning of Febrary in the universal rhythm repeated peridically. And considering organic relation between e-wol poongsin Je(the ritual for wind god in Febrary) and sondoll wind, I exmine both contrastively. 1. In seasonal ritual passage, January is the period that is seperated from the death, the previous condition of everything. March is the period that unifies everything into new life. So, Faburary is the trader period. 2. Like Samsirn Halmi(three gods governing childbirh) and Jesuk Hulmi(the harvest god), E-wol poongsin(wind god in Febrary) is considered as the god of production. Sansin is the god of production and growth in the realm of men, while E-wol poongsin is ehe god of universal production and of agriculture, protecting and growing the bud of plants. The spacial meaning of ritual concerning survival shows such recognition of yooongdong Halmi. 3. E-wol poongsin is called Hulmi. Halmi has not only nagative meaning in losing productivity but also positive meaning in having expeience and wisdom. 4. The time around the 15th of october held the ritual to offer the god new products, is the period that ends product activities and the transitional period toward winter(death, extinction). Sondoll wind is transitional one changing summer(spring can belong to summer) into winter(fall can belong to winter). So, it is interpreted in the context of ritual fire extinguishing. The ritual for youngdong Halmi stop the wind of death and impotence(that is Sondoll wind). Youngdong halmi is known as a god who gives a new life and expels the shadow of death in the land.

        In order to investigate the degree of changes in quality of fryingoils to be used at snack corners and street stalls in Taegu area,color density, acid value(AV), peroxide value(POV), carbonyl value(COV), and TBA Value were measured. 95 samples in summer and 91 samples in winter were collectedfrom oils fried for fish cake, hatdogs, chicken, vegetable and doug-hnuts. The mean value of color density, AV, POV and COV on thefrying oils collected In summer were higher than those in winter,while TBA value of oils in summer was similar to that in winter.According to the kinds of fried food, the degree of the change inquality of frying oil was high in order of fish cake, hotdog·, chicken,vegetable and doughnuts.

        Effects of Local Cooling on Heat Strain in the Hot Environment -On the Trunk Region-

        This study was to determine the effect of cooling part of the trunk without harm for the health. The results provide basic data for the development of clothing which could increase work efficiency and reduce body strain in hot environment. Eight males took part in the study. The experiment was conducted in a climate-chamber controlled with $37{\pm}1^{\circ}C,\;50{\pm}5%R.H$. The trunk was divided into six areas to be cooled: head, neck, chest, abdomen, the upper back, the lower back. According to preceding studies, permissible safety cooling limits of skin temperature, of each part of the trunk for four hours cooling were $25^{\circ}C$ on the head, $20^{\circ}C$ on the neck, $27^{\circ}C$ on the chest, $25^{\circ}C$ on the abdomen, $20^{\circ}C$ on the upper back, $20^{\circ}C$ on the lower back. So cooling temperatures of each region set up temperatures above mentioned. In conclusion, the head, the neck and the upper back cooling could reduce sweating amount, rectal temperature and heart rates and reduce the heat stress of workers exposing in the hot environment by decreased subjective sensations of heat and comfort. Thus, it was concluded that effectiveness of cooling among the trunk was best on the head and the neck.

      • Early Childhood Teachers’ Concept Map of Gifted Young Children Education

        The purpose of this study was to examine early childhood teachers’ knowledge and the level of their knowledge on the contents of gifted young children education. The subjects were 138 early childhood teachers and they were asked to draw a concept map. The findings of the study were as follows: First, there were 16 super ordinate concepts of the gifted young children education for early childhood teachers. Second, The highest subcategory was ‘gifted teaching methods’, followed by ‘cognitive characteristics of the gifted children’ and ‘gifted education curriculum’, the highest specificity measure was ‘gifted teaching methods’ followed by ‘cognitive characteristics of the gifted children’ and ‘gifted education curriculum’. Third, The density degree ranged between 0.75- 9.33 and were significantly different acoording to the frequency of gifted young children education. The results were discussed in relation to implications for early childhood teacher education.

        The Effects of Dentifrice Mixed with Potassium Nitrate, Cetylpyridinium Chloride and Zea Mays L. Extractin Preventing Dentin Hypersensitivity and Gum Diseases

        Objective: The purpose of this clinical study was to test the efficacy and safety of dentifrice which has effects of reducing dental hypersensitivity (sodium mono fluordie phosphate), anti bacterial and anti immflamatory effects. Methods: 91 Korean adult subjects have participated and scaling was given right before the initial oral examination to set the oral condition same amongst the subjects. After the run-in period over two weeks, subjects brushed only with distributed dentifrice for three month of time period. The final data sets from dentifrice B and dentifrice C were compared to the control group to compare the improvements using mixtures with sodium mono fluoride phosphate, cetylpyridium chloride, and Zea mays L. unsaponifiable extraction in different concentration. Results: Over three months period, both test group 1(B) and test group 2(C) each showed 34.98% and 27.95% improvements in reduction of dentin hypersensitivity. Both test group 1(B) and test group 2(B) showed 39.22% and 31.5% statistically significant improvements in plaque index (p<0.05). Test group 1(B) and test group 2(C) each showed 21.15% and 30.95% improvements in gingival index (p<0.05). Conclusion: The ingredients of sodium mono-fluoride phosphate to strengthen enamel, KNO3 to reduce dentin hypersensitivity, CPC and Zea Mays L. unsaponifiable extraction to prevent gingivitis were indeed effective in protecting sensitive gingiva. No side effects were found throughout the whole body including the oral cavity of the subjects.
