        논문(論文) : 고구려유민 고흠덕(高欽德), 고원망(高遠望) 부자 묘지명 검토

        This essay is a research to the epitaphs of Go Heum-deok and Go Won-mang. They were father and son, and their epitaphs are an important source that can find the change of life and cognition for many generations than a personal epitaph. Especially, the change of their consciousness was affected by changes to relation between Balhae(渤海) and Tang(唐), and it has various meanings. The family ofGo Heum-deok seems to go to the Tang after the fall of Goguryeo. They were occupied mainly with military action to the northern races in Maknam(漠南), Habuk(河北) and Yoseo(遼西). The army that led by them was mainly the displaced of Goguryeo. They seemed to have been a consciousness that derived from Goguryeo than the displaced of Goguryeo in central Tang. They must have been thought to themselves that derived from Balhae. However, the relation between Tang and Balhae has beenin state of war since 730s, they were difficult to show a consciousness about their race. As a result, the family of Go Heum-deok put Bigan(比干) of Chinese descent up for their founder. But their consciousness was confused with consciousness of Seochal(徐察), a next generation, and the epitaph of Go Won-mang was expressed that he had relation to Go of Balhae, regardless of Bigan.         본 논문에서는 디렉토리 시스템에서 효율적인 데이타 저장 모델을 다룬다. 디렉토리 시스템에 대한 소개를 하고, ISODE 상에서 구현된 디렉토리 시스템에서는 데이타를 EDB(Entry Data Block)에 저장하는데 그 저장모델을 효율적으로 개선하여 성능을 향상시키는 방안을 제시한다. 화일내에 데이타를 셀로 나누어 저장함으로써 디스크 처리시간을 최소화하고, 내부적으로 해슁(hashing)을 사용하여 엔트리들을 저장하는 방안을 모델링 했으며 그 때, 디렉토리의 퀘리(Query) 오퍼레이션과 갱신(Update) 오퍼레이션이 어떻게 수행되는가를 다루었다.

        Preparation and Characterization of an Electrogenerated Chemiluminescence Sensor by Electrochemical Grafting of 4-Nitrophenyl Diazonium Salts Onto a Glass Carbon Electrode

        <P>An ECL sensor was fabricated by immobilization of a tris(2,2'-bipyridyl)ruthenium (II) complex (Ru(bpy)3(2+)) to an amine group-modified GC electrode (NH2-GC electrode). Here, the NH2-GC electrode was prepared by electrochemical reduction of a nitro group-modified GC electrode in 0.1 M KCl ethanol solution under H2 gas, which was followed by electrochemical grafting of 4-nitrophenyl diazonium salts in 0.1 M NBu4BF4 acetonitrile solution onto the GC electrode. The prepared ECL sensor was successfully confirmed via cyclic voltammetry, contact angle, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometry (EDS), and ECL spectrometry. The contact angle for the surface of the GC electrode, NO2-GC electrode, and NH2-GC electrod was 88.4 degrees, 67.4 degrees, and 52.4 degrees, respectively. The stability of the ECL sensor was investigated under continuous cyclic potential scanning for 55 cycles and the ECL intensity remained at 55%. The prepared ECL electrode can be expected to immobilize enzymes for preparation of the ECL biosensor to detect target molecules.</P>

      • Rescue by CoQ_10 of hematological changes induced by Adriamycin in rats

        With cumulative dose up to 15mg/kg, adriamycin did not affect red blood cell count (RBC count), hematocrit readings, hemoglobin level and plasma protein concentration. In contrast, the drug was able to reduce white blood cell (WBC) counts and reduce growth of body weight and even though statistically insignificant as yet, some change in other parameter could be possible with higher cumulative dose of the drug. The redced level of WBC by ADM was, to some extent, reversed by concomitant admintration of either CoQ_10 or vitamin E acid succinate. 항암제인 Adriamycin을 흰쥐의 體重 Kg當 15mg까지의 Cumulative dose(3 week동안)로 Intraperitoneal injection으로 투여할때, 赤血球數, hematocrit, hematocrit level 및 plasma protein 濃度에는 影響을 미치지않으나, 白血球數 및 體重은 현저히 減少시켰다. Adriamycin에 의해서 줄어드는 白血球의 數는 CoQ_10이나 Vitamin E를 Adriamycin과 同時에 투여하므로써, 어느정도 增加시킬 수 있었다.

        Development and Evaluation of a Mobile Web-based Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Management Educational Program for Parents of School-aged Children with Food Allergy: A Randomized Controlled Trial

        Purpose: This study aimed to develop a mobile web-based food allergy (FA) and anaphylaxis management educational program for parents of school-aged children with food allergies and evaluate its effectiveness. Methods: A mobile program was developed based on a web-based teaching-learning system model. Its effectiveness was subsequently evaluated using a parallel, randomized controlled pre- and post-test design. This study included 73 parents of school-aged children with food allergies. These parents were randomly assigned to either the experimental (n ¼ 37) or control (n ¼ 36) groups. The experimental group participated in a 2-week mobile web-based educational program that covered major topics in FA and anaphylaxis management. These topics included an understanding of food allergies and anaphylaxis, learning techniques for using an epinephrine auto-injector, and developing an emergency action plan. An educational booklet was provided to the control group. Participants completed a pre-test and two posttest questionnaires to evaluate the impact of the program. The assessment tools were the Food Allergy Knowledge Test, Food Allergy Self-Efficacy for Parents, and Food Management and Adaptation Scale. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, a test of homogeneity for the pre-test, an independent ttest, and repeated measures ANOVA. Results: The experimental group experienced greater improvement in the knowledge of FA (postintervention t ¼ 14.51, p < .001; 2 weeks post-intervention, t ¼ 16.15, p < .001), FA self-efficacy (postintervention t ¼ 77.99, p < .001; 2 weeks post-intervention, t ¼ 76.09, p < .001), and practice behavior in FA management (post-intervention t ¼ 28.10, p < .001; 2 weeks post-intervention, t ¼ 27.98, p < .001) after web-based FA education. Conclusion: This study revealed improvements in the knowledge, self-efficacy, and practice behaviors of parents regarding FA and anaphylaxis management. Therefore, the mobile web-based educational program can contribute to the effective management of food allergies and anaphylaxis for parents of schoolaged children. CRIS registration: KCT0007491.

        Fabrication of Non-Enzymatic Biosensor Based on Metallic Catalyst-TiO<sub>2</sub> Hollow Sphere Nanocomposite for Determining Biomolecules

        <P>A PtRu@TiO2-hollow nanocomposite for the detection of biomolecules was synthesized by chemical reduction. First, poly(styrene-co-vinylphenylboronic acid), PSB, was prepared as a template (approximately 250 nm) by surfactant-free emulsion polymerization. Second, PSB/TiO2 core-shell spheres were prepared by sol-gel reaction. Finally, TiO2 hollow spheres (TiO2-H) were then formed after removing the PSB template by calcination at 450 degrees C under air atmosphere. To prepare the electrocatalyst, PtRu nanoparticles (NPs) were deposited onto the TiO2-H surface by chemical reduction. The prepared PtRu@TiO2-H nanocomposite was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and elemental analysis. A non-enzymatic sensor was fabricated by depositing the as-prepared PtRu@TiO2-H nanocomposite on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode (GCE), which was prepared by a hand casting method with Nafion solution as a binder. The sensor was tested as a biomolecule sensor, especially for the detection of glucose and dopamine. The cyclic voltammograms (CV) obtained during the oxidation studies revealed that the PtRu@TiO2-H nanocomposite showed better catalytic function toward the oxidation of dopamine. The sensing range of the non-enzymatic sensor for glucose was 5.0-100 mM in a phosphate buffer. The results demonstrated the potential usefulness of this bimetallic@TiO2-H bifunctional catalyst for biosensor applications.</P>

      • Reduction by Coenzyme Q_10 of Adriamycin-Induced Hematotoxicity in Rats

        Rat에 Adrianmycin을 계속 주사하면 血球數, hematocrit 및 Hemogloin 농도가 減少한다. Adriamycin과 同時에 CoQ_10을 주사하면, hematocrit 및 hemoglobin 濃度 減少는 完全히 防止할 수가 있다. 赤血球數와 白血球數가 CoQ_10에 의해서 약간 減少하거나 전연 減少되지 않는 點에서 예시되는 바와 같이, CoQ_10은 Adriamycin에 의해서 생긴 bone marrow suppression을 감소시킬 수 있는 可能性이 있다. Continuous injection of adriamycin to rats causes reproducible suppression of blood cells count, hematocrit, and hemoglobin concentration. Concomitant administration of coenzyme Q_10 with adriamycin offered a total prevention of the fall in hematocrit and hemnglobin concentation. The coenzyme Q_10 is also promising in alleviation of adriamycin-caused bone marrow suppressin as is suggested by smaller or no depression by the coenzyme of the counts of both crythrocytes and leucocytes.

        금대 발해유민 張汝猷 묘지명 검토-가계, 통혼망, 문격을 중심으로-

        발해 멸망 이후 발해 유민은 오랫동안 하나의 정치・경제・문화・지역 공동체를 유지하며 독자적인 정체성을 지녔다. 때문에 금대 발해 유민의 상호 통혼 원인으로 발해인으로서의 정체성이 중요하게 거론되었다. 이는 분명 상호 통혼에 영향을 미쳤을 것이다. 그런데 발해 유민이라고 해서 신분고하를 막론하고 혼인하지는 않았다는 점을 유의해야 된다. 지금까지 연구대상이 되었던 발해 유민들은 금대에 비교적 높은 정치・사회적 지위를 누리던 명문세가들이 대부분이었다. 그리고 통혼 역시 이들 사이에서 이루어졌다. 또한 발해 유민 외의 여진, 거란 등 이민족과의 통혼 역시 일정한 門格을 가진 이들과 이뤄졌다는 것을 주목해야 한다. 장여유 집안이 대표적인 사례라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 장여유 묘지명을 소개함과 동시에, 그의 가계를 복원하고 장여유 집안을 사례로 발해 유민의 통혼망과 사회적 지위에 걸맞는 문격을 유지하기 위한 수단이 무엇이었는지를 살펴보았다. 장여유 집안은 7대에 걸쳐 명문세가로서의 문격을 유지하였고, 그에 걸맞은 혼인관계를 맺었다. 이들과 발해 유민의 통혼망은 처음에는 발해유민이라는 정체성과 지역 연고가 중요한 원인이었겠지만, 금대에는 문학적 소양과 進士 及第, 관료 경력 등이 복합적으로 작용했음을 알 수 있었다. After the fall of Balhae(渤海), its descendants maintained their unique identity by maintaining a single political, economic, cultural and regional community for a long time. Therefore, the identity as Balhae descendants has been mentioned as an important factor for their intermarriages. Without a doubt, identity must have affected intermarriage. However, it is important to remember that the Balhae descendants did not get married among themselves regardless of status. The Balhae descendants that have been studied to the present were mostly from relatively high political and social status of the times. Of course, they were married within themselves as well. In addition, it is important to remember that marriages with immigrants from Jurchen(女眞) or Khitan(契丹), other than the Balhae descendants, were only possible if the immigrants were of certain status. A common example of the case is the Jang Yeo-yu(張汝猷) family. This study introduces the epitaph of Jang Yeo-yu, restored his family lineage, and identified the means to maintain social status and the marriages of Balhae descendants using the Jang Yeo-yu family as an example. The family has maintained high social status as a noble family over seven generations, and they were married accordingly to their status. In particular, it was possible to identify that the marriage relationships with the Balhae descendants was a result of a complex correlation of factors including the identity as Balhae descendants, locality, and history of literary attainments, passing examinations of office, and experience as bureaucrats, all over several generations.
