        The cricuit of QRI(Quasi-Resonant Inverter) which is able to regulate frequency in the output voltage by the ZVS(Zero Volt Switching) was investigated. We found parameters in the circuit of QRI so that they have application to the HID(High Intensity Discharge) Lamp drive. Then we simulated that by personal computer and summarized the result of simulation.

        Corynebacterium of hoffmannii is a part of normal pharyngeal flora. Human infection caused by C. hofmannii is very rare. All reported cases involve prosthetic or native cardiac valve. This patient sufered from chronic alcohlism, diabetes mellitus, and acute suppurative inflammation of brain, meninges and soft tissue. And he failed to show any clinical response to various antimicrobial therapy and died after discharge.

        초등교원양성대학의 교육서비스품질과 학생만족도 및 충성도의 구조적 관계

        본 연구는 초등교원양성대학의 교육서비스품질과 학생만족도 및 충성도의 구조적관계를 분석하는데 그 목적이 있다. 모집단으로는 현재 전국교육대학교에 재학 중인 학생들을 선정하였고, 이 중 서울과 강원도, 충청도에 소재한 A대학교, B대학교, C 대학교 학생들을 2017년 6월 5일부터 23일까지 약 3주간 표본 집단으로 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구의 수행을 위해 설문지를 측정도구로써 사용하였으며, 총 234명의 자료를 분석하여 가설을 검증하였다. 자료 처리에는 Windows용 PASW 18.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하였으며, 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육서비스품질은 학생만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교육서비스품질은 학생충성도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생만족도는 학생충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 교육서비스품질과 학생충성도 사이에서 학생만족도는 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. The current study was aimed to investigate the structural relationships among educational service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. Data were drawn from 234 students in three different universities. PASW 18.0 for windows and AMOS 20.0 program were used for data processing. Data were analyzed using frequency analysis, reliability analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling techniques. The results were as follows. First, educational service quality had a positive effect on satisfaction. Second, educational service quality did not affect loyalty. Third, satisfaction had a positive effect on loyalty. Lastly, satisfaction fully mediated the relationship between educational service quality and loyalty.

        Bow Wave Breaking and Viscous Interaction of Stern Wave

        The bow wave breaking and the viscous interaction of stern wave are studied by simulating the free-surface flows. The Navier-Stokes equation is solved by a finite difference method in which the body-fitted coordinate system, the wall function and the triple-grid system are invoked. After validation, the calculations are extended to turbulent flows. The wave elevation at the Reynolds number of $10^4$ is much less than that at $10^6$ although the Froude number is the same. The numerical appearance of the sub-breaking waves is qualitatively supported by experimental observation. They are also applied to study the stern flow of S-103 for which extensive experimental data are available. Although the interaction between separation and the stern wave generation are not yet clear, the effects of the bow wave on the development of the boundary layer flows are concluded to be significant.

      • The Surface Morphology of TiO_2 Thin film on Si Substrate Coated by sol-Gel spin Coating Method

        TiO_2 박막은 여러 가지 광학 특성이 우수하여 그 동안 여러 가지 용도로 웅용되어 온 소재이다. 그 동안에는 주로 반사광을 줄이기 위한 코팅과 같은 범용 소재로 사용되어 왔으나 최근에 전기, 광학적 특성이 우수한 것을 이용하여 반도체 제작시의 축전기 제조용 등으로 사용되는 추세에 있다. TiO_2는 세 가지 안정된 상을 가지고 있는데 낮은 온도에서는 아나타세 상이 안정하고 높은 온도에서는 루타일 상으로 상변화한다. 본 연구에서는 sol-gel방법을 이용하여 실리콘 기판 위에 TiO_2 박막을 입히고 이 박막이 열처리 온도와 시간에 따라 표면의 상태와 상변화 과정을 조사하였다. 표면 분석에는 XRD, AFM 등을 이용하였다.

        Research on the Insulation Design of a 154 kV Class HTS Power Cable and Termination

        <P>A 154 kV class high-temperature superconducting (HTS) power cable system Is developing in Korea. For insulation design of this cable, the grading method of insulating paper is proposed. The electrical insulation material has been used two kind of laminated polypropylene paper (LPP) that has different thickness. The use of graded insulation gives improved mechanical bending properties of the cable. Also, within a HTS cable technology the terminations are important components. A HTS cable termination is energized with the line-to-ground voltage between the coaxial center and outer surrounding conductors, in the axial direction there is a temperature difference from ambient to about 77 K. For insulation design of this termination, the insulation material of the termination body used glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) and the capacitance-graded method is proposed. Therefore, in order to insulating design of a 154 kV class HTS power cable and termination, this paper will report on the experimental investigations in impulse breakdown and surface flashover characteristics of the insulation materials. Based on these experimental data, the electrical insulation design of a 154 kV class HTS power cable and termination were calculated.</P>

        The Effects of Group Exercise, Manual Therapy and Home Exercise on Pain, Range of Motion and Function in Patient with Adhesive Capsulitis

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine the effects of group exercise, manual therapy, and a home exercise program on VAS (visual analogue scale), ROM (range of motion) of shoulder, and functional outcome in adhesive capsulitis. Methods: The study was conducted with 45 patients. All subjects were randomly assigned to 3 groups: group exercise (n=15), manual therapy (n=15), home exercise (n=15). The subjects performed an intervention program 3 times a week for 4 weeks a total of 12 times. Outcome measurements were VAS, ROM, and Constant-Murley score outcome measures. Measurements were taken four times, at baseline, 4 weeks later, 8 weeks later, and 12 weeks later. Results: VAS, ROM of the shoulder, and functional outcomes showed improvement in all groups at the final follow-up (p<0.05). VAS and ROM showed greater improvement with group exercise and manual therapy than home exercise, however, there were no significant differences between the two groups (p>0.05). Functional outcomes showed the greatest improvement in group exercise at the final follow-up. This improvement was greater than with manual therapy or home exercise (p<0.05). Conclusion: Group exercise and manual therapy were more effective for improving pain, ROM, and function than home exercise in adhesive capsulitis. In particular, group exercise is more effective in functional recovery than other physiotherapy interventions.

        Primary Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma of the Seminal Vesicle: a Case Report

        Primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the seminal vesicle is an extremely rare disorder, with only two cases reported in the English literature. Here, we present imaging findings of a case of primary diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the seminal vesicle. On transrectal ultrasonography, the mass presented as a 3.0-cm-sized heterogeneous, hypoechoic lesion in the right seminal vesicle. Computed tomography (CT) revealed a mass with rim-like enhancement in the right seminal vesicle. On magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), the tumor showed iso-signal intensity on T1-weighted images and heterogeneously intermediate-high signal intensity on T2-weighted images. The tumor showed rim-like and progressive enhancement with non-enhancing portion on dynamic scanning. Diffusion restriction was observed in the mass. On fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography (FDG PET/CT) imaging, a high standardized uptake value (maxSUV, 23.5) by the tumor was noted exclusively in the right seminal vesicle.
