In order to develop a hairy vetch (Vicia villosa Roth) cultivar which is suitable for cropping after the rice harvest in middle and northern regions because the cultivar can stably pass the winter season and produce much green manure, the National Institute of Crop Science developed the ‘Ontobi’, an elite cultivar through the method of line breeding after having selected good plants with superior growth rate which were derived from the germplasm ‘Ch4 (introduced from China)’. As main characteristics, ‘Ontobi’ has vivid green leaves during the blooming period and its stem hair’s density is high, and its blooming period is May 15 on average nationwide, and its average blooming period is 5 days later than that of ‘Cheongpoongbora’ the check variety. The Ontobi’s overwintering rate is 87% on average, showing 2% higher than that of the check variety, and its dry matter yield is 5.44 ton/ha on average, showing 17% more than that of the check variety, and its nitrogen content is 172kg/ha on average, showing 13% more than that of the check variety. ‘Ontobi’ can be cultivated in every region nationwide having its average lowest temperature in January is over -15℃.

헤어리베치 수확 시기에 따른 종자 수량, 발아율 및 경실종자 비율 변화 양상

This experiment was conducted to investigate an optimum harvest time for hairy vetch (HV) seed production. The seeds were harvested at 5 times, 35, 42, 48, 54, and 58 days after flowering (DAF) in 2009 and 2010. In 2011, 3 times of harvest, 39, 49, and 53 DAF were done at Suwon, middle part of Korea. HV plants were harvested and threshed by manually at each time. Seed yield, yield components, germination rate, hard seed rate, and viviparous germination rate were investigated. The highest seed yield represented 54 DAF in 2009, 42 DAF in 2010, and 49 DAF in 2011. When the triticale, HV support plant, comes to early lodging, the time of highest yield was delayed. 1,000-seed weight linearly increased from 35 DAF to 54 DAF. The later harvested seed showed a trend of increasing germination and hard seed ratio. However, viviparous germination had occurred because of in rainy season. In conclusion, it was presumed that an optimum harvest time for safe seed production in HV should be during 42 DAF ~ 54 DAF before the rainy season considering seed yield, 1,000-seed weight and germination. 본 시험은 친환경농업 및 조사료 용도로 재배가 증가하고 있는 헤어리베치를 대상으로 국내 헤어리베치 종자 채종 시 개화 후 경과 일시에 따른 채종 수량 추이를 조사하여 안전 다수확 채종 기간을 구명하기 위하여 경기도 수원시에 위치한 농촌진흥청 국립식량과학원 시험포장에서 헤어리베치 품종 '청풍보라'를 이용하여 2009년부터 2011년까지 3개년에 걸쳐 시험하였다. 2009년도는 개화 후 35일 (6월 11일), 42일 (6월 18일), 48일 (6월 24일), 54일 (6월 30일), 58일 (7월 4일) 등 5회, 2010년도는 개화 후 35일 (6월 21일), 42일 (6월 28일), 48일 (7월 4일), 54일 (7월 10일), 58일 (7월 14일) 등 5회, 그리고 2011년에는 개화 후 39일 (6월 21일), 49일 (7월 1일), 53일 (7월 5일) 등 3회 수확하여 종자 수량과 발아율을 조사한 결과 종자 수량은 개화 후 경과 일수와 비례하여 증가하다가 개화 후 42일 (2010년도), 49일 (2011년도), 54일 (2009년도)에 정점을 나타낸 이후 도복으로 인한 꼬투리 소실로 수량이 감소하였다. 수확 시기가 늦어질수록 1,000립 중과 발아율이 증가하였으나 장마기 이후에 수확 된 종자는 수발아 종자 발생이 증가하였다. 이상의 본 시험 결과에 의하면 헤어리베치 종자 안전 다수확을 위한 수확 시기는 개화 후 42일에서 54일 사이에 장마 전 기간으로 판단되었다.

Time-Dependent Density Functional Theory Study on Cyclopentadithiophene-Benzothiadiazole-Based Push-Pull-Type Copolymers for New Design of Donor Materials in Bulk Heterojunction Organic Solar Cells

Push-pull-type copolymers - low-band-gap copolymers of electron-rich fused-ring units (such as cyclopentadithiophene; CPDT) and electron-deficient units (such as benzothiadiazole; BT) - are promising donor materials for organic solar cells. Following a design principles proposed in our previous study, we investigate the electronic structure of a series of new CPDTBT derivatives with various electron-withdrawing groups using the time-dependent density functional theory and predict their power conversion efficiency from a newlydeveloped protocol using the Scharber diagram. Significantly improved efficiencies are expected for derivatives with carbonyl [C=O], carbonothioyl [C=S], dicyano [$C(CN)_2$] and dicyanomethylene [C=$C(CN)_2$] groups, but these polymers with no long alkyl side chain attached to them are likely to be insoluble in most organic solvents and inapplicable to low-cost solution processes. We thus devise several approaches to attach alkyl side chains to these polymers while keeping their high efficiencies.

If a passenger approaches an underground rail, at first, lamp is shining and warning sound is ringing nevertheless he approaches end of underground rail, At the same time, lamp is shining, warning sound is ringing, this information transfer server and train. We makes this system using low cost in comparison with another system.

한국 소매유통 업태의 구조변화에 따른 월마트효과 분석

유통환경 변화는 유통서비스 개방이후 기업형 유통업체의 대형화 및 과점화 등 구조적으로 많은 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 구조적 변화 중 대형마트 성장이 물가안정에 직접적으로 이바지 하고 타업태와의 경쟁을 통하여 물가 전체를 안정화 시키는 이른 바 월마트 효과가 나타나게 되었다. 월마트효 과에 대하여 연구한 자료들을 살펴보면 일부품목에서 월마트로 인한 가격 인하 효과가 존재하고 있다는 것을 밝혀낸 선행연구가 존재한다. 그러나 세계 최대 유통기업인 월마트 효과를 분석하는데 주력한 연구 결과에 의하면 월마트 진입이 경제적·사회적으로 발생시키고 있는 부정적인 측면도 있는 것으로 연구 되었다. 구조적 변화를 통한 월마트효과에 대하여 의견이 분분한 상황이며 이는 국내외 선행연구들에서 도 잘 나타나 있다. 이와 같은 선행연구들의 결과에서 알 수 있듯이 대형마트 성장이 물가에 미치는 영향에 대한 분석에 있어서 이용된 자료의 기간과 연구방법에 의하여 긍정적인 측면과 부정적인 측면이 연구자에 따라 다르게 도출되고 있다. 따라서 이러한 선행연구들의 한계점을 보완하여 본 연구에서는 한국에서의 월마트 효과 즉, 대형마트 성장에 따른 소매유통업태의 구조변화와 그에 따르는 경제적 파급효과를 분석하고 대형마트 성장에 따르는 유통산업 발전방안의 방향성을 제시하려는 목적을 가지고 본 연구를 수행하였다. 본 연구는 월마트효과를 검정하기 위한 연구임에 따라 대형마트를 대상으로 하여 대형마트 성장에 따른 거시경제학적 요소인 물가에 관한 연구이다. 따라서 본 연구는 문헌자료와 인터넷 그리고 통계청 자료, 한국은행 자료를 통해 연구 주제에 맞는 자료를 수집하고 기존의 문헌을 통하여 선행연구를 하였다. 선행연구와 이론적 배경을 통하여 가설을 설정하고 가설을 검정하기 위하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 통계프로그램 ‘Excel 2005’를 이용하여 가공 및 정리하고 통계 프로그램 ‘SPSS 15.0’, ‘EViews 5.0``, 을 이용하여 시계열자료의 안정성 검정 및 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서의 가설은 ‘대형마트 성장은 소비자물가지수에 영향을 준다.’는 가설이다. 가설을 검정하기 위한 연구방법은 벡터오차수정모형(VECM)을 통한 시계열 분석을 채택하였으며 가설을 검정한 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 슈퍼마켓과 전문상품소매점의 경우 소비자물가지수 증가율 하락에 부분적으로 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대형마트확산으로 인한 슈퍼마켓과 전문상품소매점의 가격경쟁력 확대로 소비자물가지수 증가율 하락에 영향을 주고 있는 것으로 파악할 수 있다. 따라서, 대형마트 성장이 소비자물가를 안정화 시킨다는 직접적인 월마트 효과는 한국에서 부분적으로 소비자물가지수 증가율을 증가시키는 반대의 효과를 나타내고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 대형마트 성장의 영향으로 인하여 슈퍼마켓과 전문상품소매점판매액 계절조정지수 증가율은 소비자물가지수 증가율을 부분적으로 하락시킴에 따라 간접적인 월마트 효과가 나타났다. 대형마트 성장을 통한 소비자물가지수의 안정이라는 월마트의 긍정적인 효과가 나타나기 위해서는 경영합리화를 통한 대형마트에서의 판매가격 인하와 그로 인한 타 소매업태로의 파급효과가 필요하다고 하겠다. 이와 같은 분석결과에 의하여 도출된 시사점 및 정책적 발전방안을 살펴보면 첫째, 대형마트에서는 지역 생산물을 우선적으로 구매하고 구매비중을 증가시키는 방안을 모색하여 지역경제 활성화에 이바지할 수 있어야 한다. 둘째, 대형마트는 경영합리화를 통한 소비자물가 안정화를 꾀하여야 한다. 셋째, 대형마트는 중·소 유통업체와 파트너십을 강화하여야 한다. 본 연구를 수행하는 과정에서 시계열 자료의 한계와 대리변수 선택의 한계를 가지고 있다. 따라서 향후 연구에서는 각 유통업태가 소비자 물가지수에 미치는 영향에 대하여 보다 폭 넓게 분석되어질 필요 가 있다. This means that establishment of a policy through which the positive effects of Wal-mart which plans to stabilize consumer prices index continue to appear in Korea is necessary. There are limitations of time series data and proxy variable selection in the process of performing this study.
