Leadership method was deviled general learning and partial learning, It is devided concentrative rule and separative rule following sequence or riot rest constant training time, In order to learn effectively learning introduction leadership understood to be principle and research, Taekwondo leadership was practiced sequence exercise and development of technique, But it appeared Phenomenon of stagnation no more developement of tecnique.
태권도 선수에 대한 어성초·삼백초·추출액 복용전후 중성지방의 수치변화 비교

Modern people are under the situation of consistent increase of the obesity rate from the overdose of Calories and lack of consumption of the intakes, which causes the serious unbalance in the mixture of the body components. In this paper, the natural material for decreasing T.G value has been researched to make the access from general people easy. The Houttuynia cordata Thnub. and Saururus chinensis from the Dukyu mountain 720m were prepared for this experiment in extract status mixed by halves and were taken by the Taekwondo players(50 males and 10 females). They took it three times a day before meals and had their blood examined twice, before and after this experiment. The tests were implemented twice. The first was from January 13th, 2003 and ended in February 22th, 2003 with 20 participants and the second was from March 10th, 2003 and ended in April 19th, 2003 with 40 participants. The comparison of their tests showed the result as follows. 1. In the first experiment, their value of T.G decreased by 12.3(the drop of 10% in total average). This result was meaningful statistically at the level of 98%. 2. In the second experiment, their value of T.G decreased by 9.2(the drop of 5.3% in total average). This result was meaningful statistically at the level of 99%. When adults take the extract of Houttuynia cordata Thnub. and Saururus chinensis three times a day before meals for six weeks, they can get decrease the value of Triglycerid.

Takweondo is, as widely acknowledged, a popular and excellent promoter for the health preservation of modem people. This paper has treated the theoretical foundation of Takweondo, focusing on its terminology. According to the survey result, a variety of terms for the basic postures of Takweondo has been sorted and summarized like follows: 1. The basic goal of Takweondo lies on the cultivation of mind and body. The accomplishment of the goal is possible only to those who keeps the spirit of Truth, Morality, Patience, Rightness, Courtesy, Wisdom, confidence. 2. The body parts used are the fists(back, middle-knuckle, mounted-knuckle), the hands(edge, back, end), the arms(elbow for vertical and horizontal swing), the wrists(right and left sides), the feet(under-toe, heel, top, edge, toe), and the legs(knee, thin). 3. The basic postures are the wide stances(parallel stance, right stance, left stance, ease stance, forward stance), the narrow stances(heel stance, semi-attention stance, single-leg stance), and the special stances(an attention posture with hands held together above the chest an attention posture with hands stacked together below the belly, in ease posture with hands apart above the chest). 4. The terms for attacking skills are the punches(side punch, downward punch, front punch, round punch), the special punches(semi-upper punch, stronger semi-upper punch, target punch, u-shape punch, back punch, tug-and-upper punch), and strikes(front strike, face strike, downward strike, inside strike, outside strike), the thrusts(straight thrust, flat thrust, upper thrust), and the kicks(front kick, turning kick, crescent-shape kick, twist kick, side kick, back kick, inside kick, stretching kick, downward kick). 5. The terms for defense skills are the blocks(low block, body block, face block, outside block, wedge block, body-side block) and the special blocks(upper-swing block, upper-body block, middle-body block, both sides bloc, scissors-cross block, bullhom-shape block, Geumgang block, target block, front-push block, side-stretch block, yoke-shape block).

Background : In the previous stuides, we identified that the interferon-r activated sequence (GAS) in the 5-flanking region of rat ICAM-1 gene is major element for interferon-r-inducible expression of the gene in rat thyroid cells, FRTL-5. We here, investigated the role of transcriptional coactivators, CBP(CREB binding protein) and CⅡTA (class Ⅱ transactivator) in the modulation of the activity of GAS which could interacts with signal transducers and activators of transcription-1 and 3 (STAT1 and STAT3). Methods : The expression of CBP RNA and protein were quantitated in FRTL-5 after stimulation with interferon-r (IFN-r), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), forskolin and methimazole. Direct association of CBP with STAT were analyzed by immunoprecipitation. The transcriptional roles of CBP and CⅡTA in the regulation of GAS were assessed by the cotransfection with their expression vectors with reporters; 5-deletion constructs of rat ICAM-1 promoter or 8xGAS-luc constructs, into FRTL-5 thyroid cells. Results : The level of CBP RNA and protein were not changed by the treatment with TSH, IFN-r, forskolin and methimazole in FRTL-5, FRT and BRL liver cells. The CBP could be directly associated with STAT1. Furthermore, the overexpression of CBP significantly increases the both promoter activities; rat ICAM-1 gene promoter which has GAS element and 8xGAS-luc cassette constructs. However, the cotransfection of CⅡTA decreased the constitutive and CBP-mediated transactivation of rat ICAM-1 promoter and 8xGAS-luc cassette constructs. Conclusion : We identified that the two tanscriptional coactivators; CBP and CⅡTA has differential roles in the regulation of transcriptional activity of GAS drived promoter. CBP increases the GAS activity through the direct binding with STAT1, but CⅡTA inhibited the CBP-mediated transactivation of GAS activity.

<P>Strained-layer multiquantum-well distributed-feedback (SL-MQW-DFB) lasers at a wavelength of 1.55 μm operating from −40°C to 85°C without any coolers are demonstrated. The average value of IMD3 at 1.8 GHz and 5 mW operating conditions was −71 dBc, and the RIN at 2 mW was measured as 151 dB/Hz. Effect of Ovarian Extract on Oocyte Maturation and Early Embryonic Development in Pigs

Various factors in the ovary are known to regulate oocyte maturation and hormone secretory functions; however, the effect of ovarian extract (OE) on oocyte maturation and embryonic development in pigs remains unknown. In this study, we first evaluated whether OE supplementation in the in vitro maturation (IVM) medium alters the oocyte maturation capacity by affecting glucose/amino acid metabolites, meiotic maturation, cumulus cell (CC) expansion, and antioxidants. Various OE concentrations (50, 100, 200, 500, and 5000 μg/mL) were included in the IVM medium. Only the oocytes treated with 100 μg/mL OE exhibited an improved meiotic maturation rate when compared with that of the other groups (non-treated group, 78.6 ± 3.0% vs. 100 μg/mL OE-treated group, 81.6 ± 4.3%); however, the difference was not significant. To observe the changes in glucose and amino acid metabolism in the OE-treated oocytes, we measured the amounts of diverse constituents (glucose, lactate, glutamine, and ammonia) in the IVM medium containing OE. Lactate and ammonia levels in the OE-treated group after 44 h of IVM were higher (p < 0.01) than those in the non-treated group. In addition, the expression of the CC expansion factors (Has2 and Tnfaip6) significantly increased (p < 0.05), whereas the mRNA expression levels of antioxidative enzymes (Sod1, Cat, and Gpx1) significantly diminished (p < 0.05) in the OE-treated group. Moreover, mature oocytes treated with 100 μg/mL OE demonstrated increased subsequent embryonic development rates after 144 h of IVM. Thus, the addition of OE in IVM mediums may improve oocyte maturation capacity which could enhance antioxidative enzyme activation, energy metabolism, and expression of the CC expansion factors in porcine oocytes.

Background/Aims: Biologics are very effective drugs for patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS). However, there are patients who are not responding to biologics. This study aimed to evaluate the level of tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), interleukin (IL)-23, and IL-17 from synovial fluid in patients with AS and rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and differences of the level of those cytokines according to drugs. Methods: Synovial fluid was obtained from 34 patients (42 samples) with AS and 45 patients (47 samples) with RA with active arthritis of the knee, and the cytokine levels were measured. The differences in the levels between patients treated with and without biologics (biologics and non-biologics groups, respectively) were analyzed in AS and RA. The correlations between cytokines were examined in the non-biologics and biologics groups. Results: The TNF-α level in AS was significantly lower than that in RA (p = 0.016). The IL-17 and IL-23 levels were not different between AS and RA (p = 0.409 and p = 0.562, respectively). In AS and RA, TNF-α, IL-17, and IL-23 showed good correlation among each other in the non-biologics group. However, there was no significant correlation in biologics group. In some patients in the AS group, the IL-17 or IL-23 level was markedly elevated in the biologics group. Conclusions: Treatment with biologics affects the cytokine profile in inflammatory synovial fluid in patients with both AS and RA. Furthermore, IL-23 and IL-17 cytokine might be an important factor in some patients who are unresponsive to biologics in AS.
