        수출입 컨테이너 장치장 배정을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발

        The Pusan Container Terminal faces a rapid increase in berthing time of container ships as well as in waiting time of external trucks, which is due to an absolute lack of yard space. This research is focused on the development of a decision support system for the planning of the container terminal yard assignment so that the yard space would be utilized most effectively. Efforts should be given to the reasonable assignment of the yard storage and the dynamic adaptation to the ever changing environment. The software introduced here is based o the know-how of the field exports and its framework takes the approach of the hierarchical decision making.

        상지 단순반복작업 근로자의 수근관 증후군 유병률에 관한 조사

        목적 : 본 연구는 수근관 증후군의 발생위험이 높은 작업형태에 종사하는 상지 단순반복작업근로자로서 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소 근로자에서 근전도검사를 이용하여 수근관 증후군의 유병률을 조사하고자 하였다. 방법 : 상지 단순반복작업근로자로서 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장 근로자 69명과 목재소 근로자 17명을 실험군으로, 관리직, 경리, 경비등 상지의 단순반복작업이 없는 근로자 28명을 대조군으로 선정하여, 작업적 및 병력조사, 이학적 검사와 근전도검사를 통해 수근관 증후군의 유병률을 조사하였다. 결과 : 수근관 증후군의 유병률은 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소에서 각각 26.09 % (18명)와 29.41 %(5명)로 조사되었으며, 육류 및 어류가공사업장과 목재소 근로자를 '7년 이상과 미만의 작업기간'으로 층화하여 비교한 결과 '상지부위의 통증 호소 유무', 'Visual Analogue Scale(VAS: 총 10점) 4점 이상 여부', 'Tinel teat 양성 유무', 'Phalen test 양성 유무'는 모두 단기 작업근로자군에서 양성의 빈도가 증가되었고 '수근관 증후군 유무'는 장기작업근로자군에서 양성의 빈도가 증가되었다. 결론 : 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소의 수근관 증후군 유병률은 각각 26.09 %와 29.41 %로 육류 및 어류 가공 사업장과 목재소는 1996년 OSHA가 지정한 바와 같이 위험한 작업요인이 있는 작업장으로 분류하여 관리되어야 할 것으로 생각된다. Objectives : This study was carried out to survey on the prevalence of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome(CTS) in high risk jobs(meat and fish processing plant and wood plant), by application of Nerve Conduction Study(NCS), a confirmatory diagnostic method. Methods : Experimental group was 69 workers sampled from meat and fish processing plants and 17 workers sampled from wood plants, who were simple, repetitive workers using upper extremities and control group was 28 workers sampled from managers, secretaries and keepers. All employees were examined through work history, physical examination and NCS. Results : 18 workers(26.09%) in meat and fish processing plants, and 5 workers(29.41%) in wood plants had compatible findings to NIOSH diagnostic criteria for CTS. The experimental group had more symptoms (complaint of upper extremities, Visual Analogue Scale ≥4(VAS: total 10 point)), signs(Tinel and Phalen test) and prevalence of CTS than control group(p<0.05). The prevalence of symptoms and signs were higher in short term workers(<7 years), but the prevalence of CTS was higher in long term workers(≥7 years). Conclusions : The prevalence of CTS in meat and fish processing plant and wood plant were 26.09% and 29.41% respectively. Authors propose that meat and fish processing and wood plants should be managed as a risk job category which were designated by OSHA in 1996

      • 백금 담지 카본블랙 촉매 제조 및 활성조사

        Platinum catalysts supported on carbon were prepared by using various method. The particle size distribution of loaded platinum was examined using transmission electron microscope, and that was discussed relatively to the oxidation treatment of carbon black and loading method of platinum. In addition, the relationship between its particle size distribution and catalytic activities in the deep oxidation reaction of carbon monoxide and the reduction removal of dissolved oxygen by hydrazine. The number of functional groups on carbon black largely increased by the oxidation treatment with nitric acid compared to that with air or hydrogen peroxide. The large number of functional groups were effective for homogeneous loading of platium, dispersing highly homogeneous platinum particles of 2∼3 nm in a diameter by the methanol reduction method. On the other hand, a large amount of platinum could be loaded on carbon balck using an impregnation method, but the particle size distribution of platinum was poor in homogeneity. Platinum could be dispersed with extremely small particles using on ion exchange method, but the loading amount of platinum was very small. The activities of Pt/VX catalysts in the oxidation reaction of carbon monoxide and the redution of dissolved oxygen strongly varied with the number of platinum atoms exposed, regardless of the particle size, indicating that the highest catalytic activity was obtained on the Pt/VX catalyst prepared using the methanol reduction method due to the high dispersion and large loading of platinum.

      • Aspergillus nidulans에서 형질전환률을 증가시키는 DNA fragment에 관한 연구

        pNPG는 염색체 1번의 동원체 왼편에 위치하는 npgA1을 complementation할 수 있는 genomic DNA를 포함하는 이며, Aspergillus nidulans를 pNPG로 형질전환시켰을 때 형질전환율이 현저히 증가하였다. 이 때 불완전형질전환체가 형성되지 않았으며 Trp^+형질전환체 모두가 Npg^+임이 확인되었다. pNPG를 제한효소 PstⅠ으로 절단하여 얻어진 10.4kb 절편내에 형질전환율을 증가시키는 DNA서열이 존재함을 확인하였고 pILJ16 의 PstⅠ size에 재조합하여 pKJH10.4라 명명하였다. pKJH10.4로 A.nidulans를 형질전환시킨 결과 pILJ16 단독으로 형질전환했을 때보다 형질전환율이 200배 가량 증가함이 확인되었으며, 형질전환율을 증가시키는 최소한의 DNA절편은 EcoRⅠ―HaeⅢ 4.9kb 절편이었다. pNPG,a library plasmid containing genomic DNA complementing npgA1 which located on the left arm of linkage groupⅠ,transformed Aspergillus nidulans at high frequency. No abortive transformants were observed and the Trp^+ transformants were all Npg^+. The 10.4kb PstⅠ fragment was cloned into pILJ16, which increased the transformation efficiency of pILJ16 by more than 200folds. The full activity of enhanced transformation was retained on the 4.9kb EcoRⅠ―HaeⅢfragment. The DNA segment was similar to AMA1 rather than ANS1 in function and designated as AMA2.

      • 大黃水渡液이 물김치의 酸度變化에 미치는 影響

        Effect of water and ethanol extract of Rheum coreanum N. on changes of pH in different NaC1 concentration and temperature in Juicy Kimchi was investigated and then, compared with it to sodium benzoate. The following results were obtained. 1. Addition of 0.03% water and ethanol extract of Rheum coreanum N. to juicy Kimchi preserved above pH 4.0 in whole experimental period at 30℃. 2. Addition of 0.1% water extract of Rheum coreanum N. induced less pH changes than control and preserved above pH 4.5 after 7 day at 18℃. 3. It was observed that water estract of Rheum coreanum N. was greater than ethanol extract in preservative potency. 4. Preservative potency of 0.03% water extract of Rheum coreanum N. was superior to 0.1% sodium benzoate. 5. Addition of 0.03% water extract of Rheum coreanum N. prolonged the tasty period of juicy Kimchi, which was more effective than sodium benzoate.

      • WASP4를 이용한 하천 수질모형 예측에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study were to measure the hydraulic characteristics and water quality, to make the countermeasures to achieve the stream water quality, to suggest the future conditions to improve water quality trough the Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Model(WASP4). As the result of Anyang stream water quality forecast, they are follows. Sewerage systems in the watershed of the Anyang stream have to be amended for wrong system and constructed in the upstream area of Anyang. The discharge of industrial wastewater has to be throughly controlled from the upstream area of the Anyang stream. Hydrodynamic and Water Quality Model(WASP4) for this study revealed the future water quality of th Anyang stream by computer simulation.

      • 제주도산 양모의 품질에 관한 연구

        In this study, it was tried to obtain the data about wool quality continued to the prior publication, some physical and chemical properties of wool from Jae Ju-Do in Korea where there have been bred about 1300 sheep of Romneymarsh and Corriedale were examined. The results, tested and analyzed, are as the followings. The scouring yield of wool from Jae Ju-Do is about 75%, which is higher than that of Australian wool and UnBong Wool. The quality number is 48's for Romneymarsh and 56's for Corriedale. The thickness is comparatively even. The content of cystine and cysteine is 524-532 μ mole/g which is approximately equal to that of Australian Merino wool and greatly higher than that of UnBong Wool. The above results suggest that Jae Ju-Do can be developed as a wool producing district in Korea.

      • Cetyl Alchol을 利用한 坐制基劑에 關한 硏究

        Some basic propeties of suppository bases containing cetyl alcohol(C), lanoline(L), and propylene glycol(P) were investigated in this study. The results were as follows. 1. Suppository could be molded easily in the higher amount of cetyl alcohol than that of lanoline or propylene glycol. 2. Suppository was molded by 28 kinds of different C:L:P ration could be soften in rectum temperature and the proper ratios of C:L:P to release sodium salicylate from suppository were 5:3:1, 3:1:2, 4:3:1, 5:3:2. 3. The softening times of suppository with these ratios of C:L:P were 9 min to 20 min. 4. Softening temperature and time were not changed after storage for 1, 11, 38, 54 days at 20℃ or 4℃ 5. The most appropriate ratio of this base was 5:3:1 in sodium salicylate suppository.

      • 쌀 調理過程 中 麥飯石의 Cd除去 能力에 關한 硏究

        It was investigated Cadmium eliminating capacty of Quartz Porphyry(Q.P.) during washing, swelling, and cooking process in rice contaminated artificially. 1. After washing the rice four times with water, the eliminating rate of Cadmium from artificially contaminated sample were 16% in control group, 28% and 42% in 25g/kg and 50g/kg Q.P. treated group, respectively. 2. Swelling of rice in water about 20 minutes didn't change the Cadmium level in Q.P. treated group. 3. Cadmium eliminating efficiency by cooking was significantly increased in Q.P. treated group (43~54%) compared to control group(31%). 4. These results suggest that treatment of rice with Q.P. is very effective to remove the Cadmium contamination in rice.

      • 수리학적 체류시간에 따른 폐활성슬러지의 혐기성 소화 특성

        본 연구는 혐기성 소화 특성을 알아보기 위하여 2차 슬러지를 대상으로 수리학적 체류시간 (Hydraulic Retention Time, HRT)에 따른 유기물 제거효과, 가스발생량 및 탈수특성등을 위한 증온 혐기성 소화실험을 수행하였다. 유기물 제거효율은 HRT에 비례하여 계속 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다. 가스 및 메탄가스 발생량은 HRT가 15이로 증가할 때 까지는 계속 증가하다가 20일에서 오히려 감소하는 경향을 나타내었는데, 이는 유기물의 제거율이 다소 둔화되면서 가스로 전환되지 않고 소화조내에 그대로 축적되었기 때문이라고 판단된다. 한편 슬러지 탈수성은 HRT 증가에 따라 양호해졌다. 상기의 결과로 2차 슬러지의 혐기성 소화시 HRT는 15일에서 유입 VS부하율이 1.09kg VS/㎥/d일 때 가장 좋은 소화 효율을 나타냄을 알 수 있었다. The objectives of this study are to investigate the effect of organic removal and the dewaterability of sludge with Hydraulic Retention Time(HRT) using secondary sludge and estimate anaerobic digestion kinetic coefficient of microorganism. As the results of tests, the efficiency of organic removal increased gradually as the HRT was increased. And gas and methane gas production was increased until HRT got to 15 days. However, at HRT 20days it was significantly lower than HRT 15days. It means that a portion of removal organic matters were accumulated in digester without gasification. In the results of value of specific resistance, dewaterability of sludge was increased proportionally as HRT increased. From the above results, on mesophilic anaerobic digestion of waste acivated sludge, the optimum digestion efficiency was found at HRT 15days with VS loading rate of 1.09 kgVS/㎥/d.
