새로 쓴 〈주몽 신화〉 연구

This paper is intended to study 〈Jumong Myth〉 which's written by many writers newly. It seems to me that there are characters which are represented images of Jumong and Yoohwa in 〈Jumong Myth〉 in their works. First of all, it seems that they showed aspects of Jumong or Yoohwa as the Hero of the founder or the Hero's supporter of wisdom in their poems 『Dongmaeng』 and 『The Four Pillars and Eight Characters of Go, Ju-mong as the founder of Goguryeo Dongmyeongsungwang』by Seo, Jeong-ju, 『Lady Yoohwa』by Song Su-kwon and 『The sky of Jumong』 by Yoon Keum-cho. Only Seo‘s characters are expressed a destiny and a right but Song and Yoon's are represented the Hero itself in the narrative process through agony of realities. The secondly, it seems that Lee, Kwang-su showed aspects of Jumong as a so n?a husband?a father through the life of the Hero in his work 『Dongmyeongwang of love』. And Song Ha-chun showed aspects of Yoohwa in 〈Jumong Myth〉 through a woman as a unusual birth of process and preservation of life in his work 『Daughters of Haback』. In conclusion, it seems that their works either poems or novels are represented and recreated various images of Jumong and Yoohwa in 〈Jumong Myth〉.

Protective Effect of Curcumin and Aqueous Extract of Onchengyeum on CCl_(4)-induced Hepatotoxicity

An aqueous extract of oriental herbal composition named Onchengyeum and curcumin, an antioxidant isolated from turmeric (Curcuma longa Linné) reduced hepatotoxicity induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl_(4)). Improved liver function was observed by measuring the activities of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), blood urea nitrogen (BUN), creatinine (CRE), total cholesterol (TCHO), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-CHO), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-CHO), total protein (TP), albumin (ALB) and total bilirubin (BIL) in serum. Hepatic parameters monitored were levels of cholesterol (CHO), triglyceride (TG), malondialdehyde (MDA) and content of cytochrome P450 (CYP), level of glutathione (GSH), activities of NADPH-CYP reductase, superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione S-transferase (GST), glutathione reductase (GR), glutathione peroxidase (GPx). The histopathological examination showed that the treatment of Onchengyeum and curcumin relieved the ballooning degeneration of hepatocytes which had been generated by CCl_(4). The results suggested that hepatoprotective effects of Onchengyeum and curcumin possibly are due to their promising antioxidative activity.

Iridology, developed more than 100 years ago, is the diagnosis of medical conditions through noting irregularities of the pigmentation in the iris The purpose of this study is to compare interrelation between CVA, hypertension family history and cardio-renal connective tissue in Iris Constitution through iris constitution examination. The subjects consist of 114 patients who were examined in Iris Constitution at Chonju Oriental Medicine Hospital attached to Wonkwang Univ. from September. 1St. 2000 to August. 31th. 2002. 1. In the distribution of Iris Constitution, among of 79cases, There are neurogenic type 13cases, abdominal connective tissue weakness constitution 31 cases, cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution 6 cases, cholesterol 7 cases and others 22 case in control group. 2. There are familial history of CVA and hypertention 32 cases, no familial history of CVA and hypertention1 3 cases, in 35cases of experimental group. These results imply that there is meaningfulness of interrelation between cardio-renal connective tissue weakness constitution and. CVA, hypertention.

사회과열린수업 전개를 위한 교재연구 절차 및 방법

The object of this study is investigation of the process and method in study of teaching material need to ready for opening class in the view of teaching of society for knowing the reality of it through processing of education. The practicing of the study for them is the following. First, I arranged the concept of opening class and opening education in the view of teaching of society. Second, I set up the point of view in the study of teaching material of society for developing opening class. Third, I analysised the betterment plan and problems in the study of teaching material of society in opening class. Fourth, I selected the process of the step seven in teaching material and discerned the method according to them. The major assignment in each step is the following. The first step: the selection of contents. The second step: the making contents in the view of department, unity, going side by side and transcendence. The third step: the analysis of property in teaching material in the view of range in contents and behavior. The fourth step: the selection of a subject matter and teaching material being concerned about the property of the student.. The fifth step: the investigation of practicing plan in textbook as the method and means. The sixth step: the decision of teaching type being concerned about the textbook and student. The seventh step: the reporting of teaching-studing plan adjusting to the method opening class and the property of the society.

간호사들의 가족 지지 정도와 직무 만족도에 관한 조사 연구

This study was to examine the degree of family support and job satisfaction of nurses and the relationship between family support and job satisfaction of nurses. The research design was descriptive study. Data were obtained by use of questionnaire from November to December 1992. Instruments used for this study were the family support scale developed by kang and the job satisfaction scale developed by Kim and Yun. Data were analysed by computer using SPSS program for T-Test, ANOVA, and Pearson Correlation. The results of this study were as follows. 1. The average score of the family support of the subjects was 4.1439 out of 5 point. 2. The average score of the job satsfaction of the subjects was 2.7872 out of 5 point. 3. There was a significant relationship between family support and job satisfaction of the subjects. 4. The subjects who got married, worked at primary health center, and were older represented higher score of family support and job satisfaction than those who were single, worked at hospital, and were younger did.

수입 캐주얼 상표태도에 따른 소비자유형화와 상표이미지 및 의복만족도에 관한 연구

The purposes of this study were to categorize consumer type according to attitudes toward imported casual brands, to identify the imported brand image according to casual brand class, and to examine satisfaction on the imported casual brands. 520 females aged between 20 to 29 in Pusan responded to the questionnaire of consumer's attitudes, brand image and purchasing behavior of imported casual brands. The data collected self-administered questionnaire were analysed using cluster analysis, paired t-test, and ANOVA. The results were as follows : 1. Subjects were divided into 2 types(preference type-non-preferece type) according to consumer attitudes toward imported casual brands. 2. Subjects had unique, fashionable image for imported character casual brands, whereas imported jean casual brands have free, modern, civilized brand image. 3. The consumers who purchased imported brands recently evaluated imported casual brands have good performance. In conclusion, consumers' attitude toward imported casual brands was determined by consumer preference, and imported casual brand loyalty was influenced by product quality not brand halo effect.

일 지역 주민들의 건강 행위에 관한 조사 연구

The purposes of this study were to know the health behavior of the population of one village and to investigate the influencing factors to do health behavior. The analysing methods of these collected data were frequencies, crosstabs, and means procedure using SPSS. The results of this study were as follows. 1. Male respondents were practicing health behavior more than female respondents were. 2. The older respondents were not consulting regularly and they didn't exercise compared with the younger respondents. 3. The more educated respondents were drinking and smoking more, and were consulting and eating regularly than the less educated respondents were. 4. Those who perceived themselves healthy were practicing health behavior more than those who didn't perceive themselves healthy. 5. Those who concerned about their health states were not practicing health behavior than those who didn't concern about their health states. 6. Those who had more knowledge about hypertension were practicing more health behavior except drinking alcoholic beverage. 7. Almost all respondents didn't do exercise for health control.

昇降運動에 依한 心搏數의 變化와 特久走와의 相關性에 關한 硏究

In this dissertation the correlation between the running endurance and the change of pulsation number caused by the jumping up and down movement was researched, and for this research 126 students of Yeosu National Fisheries College were chosen. All the chosen students' indexes of Harvard Step Test and the changes of the pulsation numbers including the records of 400m, 1500m and 5000m running were closely measured. Accordingly, the correlation of all the items researched was studied as follows : 1. The result of individual physique measured by age group was almost similar to that of the Japanese age group. 2. The relation of the index of Harvard Step Test and the record of 1500m running was 0.40. 3. The relation of the running endurance and the maximum numbers of pulsation was 0.423 to 0.466, showing the most obvious mutual relation. 4. The relation of pulsation between in running and at rest showed no relation with each other. 5. The rate of recovery from the highest tension of the jumping up and bown movement and the running endurance was closely related: showed that the jumping tension was recovered in one to one and half minutes and the coefficient of 1500m funning was-0.418.
