공공체육시설 운영효율화를 위한 개선방안

The purpose of this study was to provide some improvements for management efficiency of the public sports facilities by analyzing customer satisfaction and opinion of the employers about management system of the public sport facilities. To perform the purpose, this research surveyed 395 customer and 50 employers from 4 cities in Jeollabukdo province. The survey instrument was self developed based on information from prior studies conducted by Hur(1997), Park(1996) and Lee(2001). The statistics analysis method adapted One-way ANOVA in SPSSWIN 10.0 Program The conclusion of this study are as follows. First, The analysis of customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction level with public sports facilities was higher in the public management facilities than consigned facilities. Especially part of management service. But in indoor gymnasium, consigned facilities was higher. Second, The analysis of Repurchasing and Recommendation behavior. Repurchasing and Recommendation behavior level with public sports facilities was higher in the public management facilities than consigned facilities. Third, In the investigation of employers opinion about management system of the public sports facilities. For the management efficiency of the public sports facilities, organizational restructuring is necessary. The structure of the public sports facilities should be redesigned to decentralize decision-making function. The local sports administrators should have considerable permissive powers. So they can act independently ; they can enable, support and encourage self-helf and initiative. The consignment of the facility management of the public sports facilities such as maintenance and guarding is also needed, finally to enhance the efficiency of the public sports facilities, they are needed to management expert, reinforce the public relations function, marketing strategy, responsible management system, and so on.

다발성 연조직 종괴를 동반한 급성 림프구성 백혈병의 증례 보고

A 15-year-old patient, who had been diagnosed and treated as Burkitt cell type acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALLL3) already, visited our department. He complained of gingival enlargement and loosening teeth 1 month ago. The clinical examination revealed anterior open bite, gingival enlargement, and nontender swelling particularly in molar regions of both jaws. Deep periodontal pockets and severe mobility was shown on most of the teeth. The panoramic radiographs showed severe bone destruction and extrusion of the molars. The contrast enhanced CT showed multiple enhanced mass and bone marrow obliteration in both jaws. Chemotherapy was done and the swelling was subsided at 1 month later. In conclusion, radiologic findings of leukemia with soft tissue mass, known as chloroma or granulocytic sarcoma, mimic those of lymphoma, so blood test may be needed for the final diagnosis.

Music and video sharing site provide a platform for the customers. The emergence of HTML5 gave sites a lot of optimization space. The Application of Magnetic Resonance Imaging-Deformed ¹¹C-Methionine-Positron Emission Tomography Images in Stereotactic Radiosurgery

<P><B><I>Background:</I></B> Although ¹¹C-methionine positron emission tomography (MET-PET) images can be fused with magnetic resonance (MR) images using planning software for gamma knife radiosurgery (GKR), the stereotactic information has limited value in patients with recurrent malignant brain tumor due to the difference in imaging protocols between MET-PET and MR images. The aim of this study was to evaluate the clinical application of MR imaging (MRI)-deformed MET-PET images in GKR using a deformable registration tool. <B><I>Methods:</I></B> We examined the enhanced MR stereotactic images, MET-PET and MRI-deformed MET-PET images without stereotactic information for 12 newly developed metastatic brain tumors. MET-PET and MRI-deformed MET-PET images were co-registered with the MR stereotactic images using radiosurgery planning software. Visual analysis was performed to determine whether the MET-PET and MR images matched better after using the deformable registration tool. In addition, the matching volume between MR and MET-PET images was compared before and after applying this tool. The matching volume was calculated as the metabolic tumor volume on the MET-PET images, including the MR-enhanced volume. The matching percentage was calculated as the matching volume divided by the MR-enhanced volume, multiplied by 100. <B><I>Results:</I></B> Visual analysis revealed that the MRI-deformed MET-PET images provided the same axial plane as that of the MR images, with the same window level, enabling easy identification of the tumor with the radiosurgery planning software. The mean matching percentage of the MET-PET/MR fusion images was 61.1% (range 24.7-94.7) and that of the MRI-deformed MET-PET/MR fusion images was 63.4% (range 20.8-94.3). No significant difference was found in the matching percentage between the two types of fusion images (<I>p</I> = 0.754). <B><I>Conclusions:</I></B> The MRI-deformed MET-PET images enable utilization of the functional information when planning a treatment in GKR without significant volume change.</P>

우리나라 다큐멘터리의 강점과 문제점, 유통 현황과 대응 전략 등을 알아보기 위해, 전문가 심층인터뷰와 SWOT 분석을 통해 연구결과를 도출했다. 국내 다큐의 강점으로는 휴먼, 시사 다큐, 리얼리티 프로그램의 강세가 꼽혔고, 약점으로는 전문 기획역량이 부족한 점, 낮은 제작비와 짧은 제작기간, 소재의 다양성 부족, 포스트 프로덕션 작업의 취약성 등이 지적됐다. SWOT 조건에서 취할 수 있는 각각의 경쟁 전략을 도출해 본 결과, 강점·기회전략으로는 플랫폼 다각화에 따른 차별적인 다큐 제작과 HD 환경에 적합한 킬러 콘텐츠 제작의 필요성, 강점·위협전략으로는 정부의 해외공동제작 지원과 해외 영화제 및 마켓 참가 지원 등이 꼽혔다. 반면, 약점·기회전략으로는 다큐멘터리 전문제작 인력의 양성, HD 제작기반 시설에 대한 지원, 포스트 프로덕션에 대한 투자, 유통 전문가 양성 등, 약점·위협전략으로는 저작권 문제 해결, 다큐 제작 지원을 위한 펀드 조성 등이 시급한 전략으로 나타났다. 앞으로 우리나라에서 전문적으로 다큐 프로그램을 기획하고 다큐 포맷을 유통시킬 수 있는 독립적인 회사가 필요하다. 독창적인 기획을 가지고 이를 체계적인 포맷으로 가공한다면, 우리의 콘텐츠를 해외 시장에 전파할 수 있는 다양한 기회를 잡을 수 있을 것이다. This study analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of Korean documentary in multi platform environment and explains market strategies and regulatory alternatives for the vitalization of Korean documentary. For the SO strategy, a differentiated documentary production strategy based on platform diversification and killer contents for HD are required. For the ST strategy, international co-production supports are required. One the other hand, for the WO strategy, the training of professional workforce for documentary production, HD infrastructure support, investment for post-production are needed. For the WT strategy, resolving copyright issue for distribution and fundraising for documentary are needed. Government support is essential for the vitalization of the documentary industry in Korea. It would be important that the government should run a short or long term project, and make continuous investment in the industry.
