본 연구의 목적은 영아의 예술경험 활동과 의사소통활동의 관련성을 검증하여 영아를 위한 보육활동 프로그램에 유의한 시사점을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구대상은 서울 및 경기 지역 어린이집 51곳의 만 2세 영아반에 재원 중인 604명이며,관찰자는 담당 보육교사 100명이었다. 연구 도구는 예술경험영역 평가도구(박현정,정현숙,정선영,2014)와 의사소통 척도(신근영,정선영,2014)를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 구조방정식 모형을 경로 분석하였으며 AMOS 20. 0을 활용 하였다. 본 연구의 최종모형 및 통합모형에서 변인간의 인과관계 및 영향력을 분석한 주요 결론으로는 표준보육과정의 예술탐색,예술표현,예술감상이 영아의 의사소통능력(듣기,읽기,말 하기,쓰기)에 통계적으로 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 통합모형에서 예술표현이 이해언어와 표현언어에 이르는 표준경로 계수만 통계적으로 유의미하지 않고,나머지 모든 경로는 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 영아의 예술체험과 의사소통기술의 유의한 관계와 영아의 의사소통기술 발달을 위한 다양한 예술체험의 중요함을 입증했다는데 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study is to determine relationships and influences affecting infants` artistic experience and communication skills. 604 infants attending day care centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province and 100 teachers who were in charge of the infants observing the infants. Artistic experience evaluation tool (Park, Jeong, Joung, 2014) and communication scale (Shin, Joung, 2014) were employed. A model was made based on theories undergoing exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis and correlation analysis on the basis of observations. The structural equation model was analyzed to find the effects among variables by using AMOS 20.0 program. The findings of this study which analyzed causal relationships between variables and effects were as follows. Artistic exploration, artistic expression, and artistic appreciation in standard nurture all had statistically significant effects on infants` communicative competence (listening, reading, speaking, and writing). In addition,in the integrated model, standard path coefficient is not statistically significant, all other paths have significant effects. This study verified significant relationships between artistic experience and communica仕on and drew a conclusion that various artis仕c activities are important for infants` development of communication skills.
Cryptosporidium parvum is known as one of the most highly resistant parasites to gamma irradiation. To morphologically have an insight on the radioresistance of this parasite, ultrastructural changes in C. parvum sporozoites were observed after gamma irradiation using various doses (1, 5, 10, and 25 kGy) following a range of post-irradiation incubation times (10 kGy for 6, 12, 24, 48, 72, and 96 hr). The ultrastructures of C. parvum oocysts changed remarkably after a 10-kGy irradiation. Nuclear membrane changes and degranulation of dense granules were observed with high doses over 10 kGy, and morphological changes in micronemes and rhoptries were observed with very high doses over 25 kGy. Oocyst walls were not affected by irradiation, whereas the internal structures of sporozoites degenerated completely 96 hr post-irradiation using a dose of 10 kGy. From this study, morphological evidence of radioresistance of C. parvum has been supplemented.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among perceived health, parental stress, social support, and quality of life of grandparent caregivers and to identify the factors influencing quality of their life. Methods: A descriptive correlational design was used. The data were collected by questionnaires from a convenience sample of 130 participants taking care of their grandchildren from ten children's daycare centers in Seoul, Korea from August to September, 2013. Data were analyzed using t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation efficients, and multiple regressions. Results: Perceived health, parental stress and social support were correlated significantly with quality of life. As a result of the multiple regression analysis, education level, age of grandchildren, perceived health, parental stress and social support accounted for 48% of the variance in quality of life. Perceived health, parental stress, and social support were identified as factors influencing quality of life and the variable that most affected quality of life was perceived health. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that health of people taking care of their grandchildren must be promoted while relieving their parental stress with appropriate social support in order to improve quality of life.
Kim, Joung-Ran(2010), “The Set Inclusion Relation and the Reverse Set Inclusion Relation:the Analysis of Korean -nun, -myen, -man and -(e)ya”, Language & Information Society 13, Kim, Joung-Ran(2010) claimed that topic and conditional sentences in Korean, which bear the signature mark -nun and -myen respectively, can be effectively represented by the set inclusion relation. This article now investigates the reverse set inclusion relation marked by -man and -(e)ya in Korean. As Barwise and Cooper (1981) argued for English only`, it is argued that -man marks the reverse set inclusion relation in Korean. In addition, it is argued that ``-(e)ya`` also marks the reverse set inclusion relation. The complete overlapping relation is expected when both the inclusion relation marker and the reverse inclusion relation marker appear at the same time in a sentence, and those instances are presented.
이 연구는 경기도 내 학교 미디어교육현황을 파악하고 활성화 방안을 모색하고자 진행됐다. 그동안 관련 학계와 시민사회 영역에서 미디어교육의 활성화를 위해 여러 논의를 진행해왔다. 일선 교사들도 미디어교육을 교과목에 접목해 실시하는 등 소기의 성과를 거둬왔다. 이제 미디어교육은 특정한 매체 중심의 교육에서 기본적인 커뮤니케이션 방식과 행동 양식의 교육으로 학습의 방향을 선회하고 있다. 자라나는 세대들이 민주시민으로 양성될 수 있도록 커뮤니케이션 소양과 능력을 개발시키는 미디어교육은 제도적인 공교육의 일환으로 실행될 때 더욱 효과적이다. 이러한 배경에서 본 연구는 현재 학교에서 시행되고 있는 미디어교육의 현황과 문제점 등을 파악하고, 그 활성화 방안을 모색하기 위한 목적으로 진행하였다. 이를 위해 경기도 내 학교에서 실제로 미디어교육을 지도하고 있는 담당 교사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 연구결과 경기도 내일선 학교에서는 미디어교육은 충분히 정착되었다고 평가하기 어려우며 여러 방면의 지원을 필요로 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 경기도 내 미디어교육의 정착 및 활성화를 위해 몇 가지 과제를 도출하였다. This study was conducted in order to set the direction of activation and introduction of media literacy education at schools in Gyeonggi Province. Meanwhile, there has been various discussion for the activation of media literacy education in the area of related academia and civil society. Also, teachers in the fields have achieved the desired outcomes by integrating media literacy education with previous subjects. Through discussion of relevant researchers and teachers, media literacy education have explored a new direction of extension of the concept and the shift of paradigm. However, it is difficult to evaluate media literacy education, since it has not been established into current curriculum. Moreover, there has been insufficient institutional support in reality. Under these circumstances, the need for media literacy for young children to develop their communication literacy and ability as democratized citizens has been continuously brought up to question. Therefore, in order to explore direction of introduction and activation of media literacy education, this study conducted research for schools in Gyeonggi Province which have motto of creative intelligence. Results revealed that front line schools in Gyeonggi Province have not established media literacy education. Also, it is found that those schools require vast support in many ways. Based on these results, this study drew some tasks for establishment and activation of media literacy education in Gyeonggi Province.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop a deeper understanding of the experience of mothers caring for children with epilepsy. Methods: Data were collected through individual in-depth interviews and observation from 12 mothers of children with epilepsy. Data were collected from December, 2014 to February, 2015 and analyzed using van Manen's hermeneutic phenomenological methodology to identify essential themes of their experience. Results: The essential themes that fit into the context of the 4-existential grounds of time, body, other people, and space were: Lived time-ongoing influence of the past, living in insecure present, fearful future with no answer; Lived body-bonded body, burned out state; Lived other-burden but also support, shrunken down; Lived space-narrowed range of activity, widened horizon. Conclusion: The findings in this study show in-depth understanding of the hardships of mothers who are caring for children with epilepsy. The beauty and greatness of these mothers are revealed through the analysis of various phenomenological materials such as literary and artistic work reflecting socio-cultural context, as well as vivid care experiences of mothers of children with epilepsy. This will be helpful in increasing understanding of the nature of caregivers' experience for medical professionals dealing with patients and caregivers. Also it helps to improve the understanding of the disease among the general public, followed by a more warming and caring attitude towards patients and family members. Finally, it will enhance psychological well-being and overall quality of life of the epileptic children and their families.
The purpose of this study is to explore the feasibility and therapeutic potential of creative dance (CD) based exercise as a rehabilitation intervention for adolescents with cerebral palsy (CP). Participants were 10 adolescents with spastic CP (mean age, 17.5± 2.12 years; Gross Motor Function Classification System levels I [n= 3] and II [n= 7]). Outcome measures included the Gross Motor Function Measure-88 (GMFM-88; dimensions D and E), spatiotemporal gait parameters, lower limb range of motion during walking, and body image, assessed using the Body Cathexis Scale (BCS). CD was provided in 2-hr classes, twice weekly, for 12 weeks, during which participants learned movement concepts and developed their own movement. All participants completed the intervention, with an attendance rate of 98% and high satisfaction rating. GMFM-88 dimensions D (P= 0.01) and E (P= 0.005); walking speed (P= 0.005), cadence (P= 0.009), step (P= 0.005), and stride length (P= 0.005); and sagittal ranges of motions of hip (P= 0.009) and ankle (P= 0.03) during walking were significantly improved. The time of opposite foot off (P= 0.028) and first double-limb support (P= 0.028) significantly decreased, whereas the percentage of single-limb support time (P= 0.02) increased. Additionally, BCS scores were significantly improved. In conclusions, CD-based exercise can improve gross motor function, gait performance, and body image in adolescents with CP.

본 연구는 간호대학생의 인성과 문제해결능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 C시와 D광역시에 소재한 두 대학 간호학과 3, 4학년 214명을 대상으로 온라인 설문을 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Windows 20.0 프로그램을 활용하 여 단계적 다중 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 인성은 4.17±0.46점이었고, 문제해결능력은 3.87±0.49점이었으며, 임상수행능력은 4.08±0.59점이었다. 인성과 문제해결능력, 문제해결능력과 임상수행능력, 인성과 임상수행능력은 모두 강한 정적 상관관계를 보여주었다(p<.01). 문제해결능력, 인성, 전공만족도 만족함이 임상수행능력의 61.5%를 설명하였으며(F=114.553, p<.001), 문제해결능력이 임상수행능력에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인이었고, 인성, 전공만족도 만족함 순이었다. 본 연구를 통해 문제해결능력과 인성이 임상수행능력이라는 간호사로서의 역량을 함양하는데 필수적인 요인임을 확인하였다. 따라서 문제중심학습 등과 같은 다양한 학습자중심학습법을 수업에 적용하여 간호대학생의 문제해결능력을 높이고 간호학과 교육과정을 통해 지속적이고 체계적으로 인성교육이 제공될 필요가 있다. This study was conducted to identify the influence of humanity and problem solving ability on clinical competence in nursing students. Methods: Data were collected from June 17 to July 2, 2019 through online self-report questionnaires from 214 nursing students in two colleges. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS/WIN 20.0. program. χ² test, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficients, stepwise multiple regression were used. Results: The mean±SD score for humanity was 4.17±0.46, for problem solving, 3.87±0.49, and for clinical competence, 4.08±0.59. Humanity was positively correlated with problem solving ability (r=.762, p<.01) and clinical competence (r=.723, p<.01). Problem solving ability was also positively correlated with clinical competence (r=.742, p<.01). The factors associated with clinical competence were problem solving ability (β=.453, p<.001), humanity(β=.336, p<.001), major satisfaction as ‘satisfied' (β=.112, p=.016) and these three factors explained 61.5% of clinical competence of nursing students (F=114.553, p<.001). Conclusion: Since problem solving is the most influential factor in clinical competence, various learner-centered teaching and learning strategies such as problem-based learning need to be applied to courses to improve problem solving of nursing students. In addition, it is necessary to provide nursing students with humanity education continuously and systematically throughout the curriculum.
