원위 대퇴골의 고립성 골연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골 육종 1례 보고

연골육종은 비교적 서서히 자라며 늦게 전이하는 악성 연골 종양으로 알려져 있다. 골 연골종에서 발생한 속발성 연골육종은 발생빈도는 드물며 타부위로의 전이가 적고 악성도가 낮은 경우가 많아 적합한 수술적 치료로서 좋은 예후를 보이는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 본 동국대학교 정형외과학 교실에서는 우측 대퇴골 원위부 골간단부에 생긴 고립성 골 연골종에서 이차적으로 발생한 연골육종을 치험한 바 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Secondary chondrosarcomas arising from a solitary osteocartilaginous exostosis are rare and those have a better prognosis than other chondrosarcomas, and they rarely metastasize. We present our experience with a case of secondary chondrpsarcoma arising in solitary osteochondroma of distal metaphysis of right femur with clinical details.

레이저와 2차원 배열의 광전검출기를 이용한 구조물의 변위측정 시스템의 개발에 관한 연구

일반적으로 구조물은 외부의 정적 및 동적 하중과 외부환경으로 인하여 피로균열과 부식이 발생하며, 이것은 구조물의 변형을 유발하여 결국 파단으로 이어지기 때문에 균열과 부식의 검출 및 평가와 함께 구조물의 변형에 의한 진동, 변위 기울기와 같은 거동을 감시하는 것도 매우 중요하다. 이에 레이저 센서 시스템을 이용하여 이러한 거동을 측정하여 이상 유무를 모니터링할 수 있는 구조물 안전감시 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 시스템은 2차원으로 배열한 광전센서를 이용하여 구조물의 변형에 의해 유발된 광궤적의 변화를 감시하며 또한 데이터를 취득하고 신호처리 할 수 있는 운용 프로그램도 갖추고 있다. 본 연구에서는 개발한 안전 진단 시스템의 필드 적용에 앞서 실험실에서의 몇 가지 실험을 통하여 그 효용성을 검증하였다. A Safety Monitoring System using a laser and 2-D arrayed photo sensors is developed. To monitor of the deformation and small rotation of structure the developed optical system using 2-D photo sensor array was used to detect the variation of optical orbit of laser which was induced by deformation of the structure. Also, an operating program to manage the system and an algorithm for the data acquisition and the database are introduced. In this study, we demonstrated the capabilities of this system by laboratory experiments before applying the system to the field.

반도체 메모리에 사용되는 전압발생기의 펌핑 커패시터 개선

In semiconductor memory, the kinds of voltage generator are high voltage generator, negative voltage generator, drain voltage generator and etc. The relevant circuits supported voltage generator, are clock generator, sense amplifier, voltage regulator and etc. The voltage generator consists of MOS diodes and MOS capacitors. To get the out voltage with sufficient charge, the MOS capacitors are big size. These MOS transistors can be adapted only on the EEPROM process. Thus, in this study, we designed stacked metal capacitor. This capacitor is small size bat can get capacitance. This capacitor is designed to comb type using metal-line and poly-line. The size of designed capacitor is 208×52 ㎛2 and the capacitance is about 4pF. The stacked metal capacitor can get much capacitance of 5~6 times than single plane capacitor. Also this capacitor will be easy adapted in sub-micro process technology of semiconductor memory. And this capacitor can be adapted on all memory process.

흉추간판 탈출증의 미세현미경적 후측방 접근법

The authors describe the case of a man who presented with T2-T3 disc herniation. The lesion was successfully identified by computed tomography with iopamidol myelogram and other radiological examinations. A posterolateral approach was tried and made successful result by the aids of microsurgcial divices.

This paper reviews the need for engine cooling to maintain stable working and engine performance. It is well known that the quantity of emissions, fuel consumption and torque are affected by engine temperature for an automotive engine. Coolant temperature is measured at some locations. Parameters which are necessary for the optimum design of thermostat to maintain the best engine performance are determined. And factors that cause coolant temperature unstable are determinded. The duration of hunting phenomenon(unstable coolant temperature variation) is studied.

태권도 세계화와 교육적 가치 : Globalization of Taekwondo and its educational value

Taekwondo became a world-wide sport beyond the symbol of Korean traditional culture. Taekwondo go through its value and put love for humanity and love of peace in practice in order to share love and participation with a citizen of the world. There are three essential prerequisite essentials for Taekwondo to be loved by people from all of the world in a globalizational era. Those are renovation, reinforcement, and solidarity and it can be practiced through revision of match rules, improvement of equipment, continuance of exhibition tour, and dispatch of masters.Also, educational values of Taekwondo is very important to achieve peace and happiness of all mankinds. Those are follows;First, Taekwondo has a basis of education for the whole man. Second, Taekwondo masters have authority as a leader. Third, Taekwondo training places are educational sites. 동측 대퇴골 경부 및 간부 골절의 치료 : 15례 분석

동측 대퇴골 경부 및 간부골절은 드문 골절로서 초진시 경부골절을 간과하는 경우도 있고 치료에 있어서도 여러 가지 방법이 제시되어져 왔다. 저자들은 1989년 6월부터 1996년 5월까지 경험한 동측 대퇴골 경부 및 간부골절 환자 15례를 대상으로 다양한 방법으로 치험한 예를 분석하였다. 15례중 8례에서 경부골절과 간부골절을 동시에 고정하는 재건금속정으로 치료하였고 전례에서 골유합을 얻었으며 평균 골유합기간은 경부골절 14주, 간부골절 20.5주였다. Ipsilateral femoral neck and shaft fractures present diagnostic difficulties and complex choices as to treatment. We report the result of treating 15 such fractures. High-energy accidents accounted for most of these injuries. There were numerous associated injuries, many requiring operative procedures. Eight of Fifteen patients were treated with Reconstruction interlocking nails. All fractures united. There was no delay in diagnosis of femoral neck fractures, and all healed without avascular necrosis. The use of the reconstruction nail is technically demanding. We conclude that this device gives good results for these fractures.

순환운동이 중학생의 체력에 미치는 영향 : 순발력, 민첩성, 지구력을 중심으로 Basing upon the Power, Agility, Endurance

This study tried to know the effect of Circuit Training to middle school students' physical Fitness improvement, focussing power, agility and endurance. I choose the 80 boys middle school students in the second grade as sample group. They were divided into 2 groups, the control group and the experimental group. At the begining of the class, I had the control group have a sterching, physical exercise and 4 times running 200m track and experimental group performed circuit training for 12 weeks. After that, I measured the records of each students, and compared records of experimental group to the records of control group to analysis the effect of 12 week's circuit training. As a result, I have a conclusion like these. The records of 100m sprinting and Long jump were not affected by circuit training, but the records oft 800m running was affected by circuit training. In conclusion, we must develop the new, interesting programs to improve the physical fitness of middle school students.

거제지역 당뇨병 및 고혈압 환자의 복합질병 위험요인

The purpose of this study is to compare the correlation of clinical characteristics and patterns of disease. Subjects of the study were the adults(207) living in Geoje City, the diabetes mellitus and the hypertension patients(166) and the normal people(41). In the diabetes mellitus group and the hypertension group, blood pressure, blood glucose, total cholestero LDL-cholesterol and atherogenic index(AI) were significantly high. As the obesity index was getting higher, the blood pressure of the diabetes mellitus group was high, and the HDL-cholesterol of the hypertension group was low, but AI of it was significantly high. The AI was significantly high as serum lipid index were getting higher in both groups. The rate of the prevalence was very high in the diabetes mellitus group(74.3%) and the hypertension group(73.7%). The pattern in the diabetes mellitus group was in order of the hypertension, the hyperlipidemia, and the obesity but, in the hypertension group was the hyperlipidemia, and the obesity. The obesity index and serum lipid index of complex patient group were higher than single patient group.
