        Occurrence of three troublesome lepidopterous pests, Ostrinia furnacalis, Helicoverpa armigera and Pseudaletia separata in corn cultivation of the reclaimed land were recorded using sex pheromone traps from 2012 to 2014. In case of O. furnacalis adult, two generations were observed in a year and its occurrence pattern was very regular. The 1st generation showed the highest occurrence in late May-early June and the 2nd generation was in late July-early August. On the other hand, H. armigera occurred at least three times a year but its occurrence was somewhat irregular. H. armigera adult showed the highest occurrence in mid May, late June, early August, respectively in 2012 but their occurrence patterns of the 2nd and 3rd generations were varied in 2013 and 2014. In case of P. separata, a few number of adult were captured during the survey period, indicating few number of P. separata migrated from China. Based on the control effect of O. furnacalis by Etofenprox and Carbofuranin 2012, June 26 treatment showed the highest control rate with 96.8% for Etofenprox, 85.8% for Carbofuran, respectively. Late treatment at June 19 and June 26 significantly decreased the control rate of O. furnacalis and June 26 treatment showed the lowest control rate of 1.9% for Etofenprox. 18.1% for Carbofuran, respectively.

      • 천연항균성 물질을 이용한 Vibrio vulnificus의 살균 및 독소생성 억제효과

        생선회용 해산물에 오염되어, 생식한 경우 발생되는 패혈병의 원인균주인 Vibrio vulnificus의 생육 및 독성생성을 억제할 목적으로 천연 항균제인 Grapefruit종자추출물(GPSE)을 이용하여 그 항균효과를 검토하였다. In vitro 시험결과, Vibrio vulnificus에 대한 GFSE의 생육최소저해농도는 50~100 ppm 정도이었으며, Vibrio vulnificus 균체세포틀 100 ppm 농도의 GFSE 용액으로 처리하고 전자현미경 촬영시료로 조제하여 촬영한 후, 미생물형태을 무처리대조구와 비교, 검토한 결과, GFSE 처리로 세포막 기능이 파괴되어 세포내용물이 균체외부로 유출되어 균체의 생육이 억제되고 균체내부가 빈 ghost 형태의 균체수가 증대되어 GFSE의 항균효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 한편, 생선회용 해산물에 GFSE를 근육주사하고 Vibrio vulnificus를 접종한 수조내에서 사육하여 채취한 어육부를 마쇄하여 일정량씩을 표준사료에 첨가해서 통닭용 병아리를 실험동물로 하여 사양실험을 실시한 결과. 체중증가율, 단백질이용효율, 혈청내 효소활성, 혈청의 주요성분함량 등에 있어서, GFSE 처리수조내에서 사육한 해산물을 첨가한 시료시험구의 경우, 무첨가사료처리구와 비교할 때 뚜렷한 차이를 목격할 수 없었으며, GFSE 첨가에 따른 실험동물의 성장저해 또는 독성현상을 유발하지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 아울러, 각 처리구에서 사양한 해산물의 어육부에 오염된 Vibrio vulnificus의 균수를 측정한 결과, 250ppm 이상의 GFSE 처리구에서는 Vibrio vulnificus를 전혀 검출할 수 없었다. To prevent food-poisoning outbreaks by Vibrio vulnificus the antimicrobial efficacy of grapefruit seed extract (GFSE) was examined. Minimal inhibitory concentration (in vitro) for the microorganism was found to be 50~100 ppm. Transmission electron micrographs of Vibrio vulnificus showed the biocidal action of this natural antimicrobial agent would be related to specific respiratory effect coupled with the destruction of permeable function of microbial cell membrane. After Anguilla japonia GFSE-injected to the body was incubated in the seawater contaminated by Vibrio vulnficus the fish meats were taken up, mixed with control diet and used as a diet in the feeding experiment. In this experiment the effect of GFSE treated with fish muscle on body weight protein efficiency ratio, serum enzymes and serum blood component of broiler chicks was investigated. It is proved from this study that there is neither Vibriosis nor toxicity associated with GFSE itself and fish meats treated with it when it is injected to the fish body at a level of 250 ppm or less.

      • 스마트교육과 SNS를 활용한 체육수업 활성화 방안 연구

        This study aims to investigate educational uses through smart education and SNS and seek ways to incorporate them into physical education (PE) classes. Modern society has brought changes regarding communication, formation of relationships, and life styles due to information technology development and the wide spread of smartphones. In the center, there is Social Network Service (SNS) through which the uses and values are gradually increasing around the world. This social changes also brought about smart education in school education for the needs of diverse educational demand. Smart education redefined educational systems in terms of contents, methods, evaluation, environment, etc. by effectively utilizing it into school education because it overcomes the environmental and physical limitations using network resources based on information technology. It is changing educational paradigms in the 21st century which seeks to develop and foster students' abilities so that every student is able to study according to their level and become a global leader. The results of the study on ways to activate PE classes through smart education and SNS showed the following. First, smart education in PE classes is the challenge that needs to be applied in future educational methods. Second, smart education and SNS-based instructions introduced a new learning environment and broadened PE classes. Third, smart education and SNS-based instructions show some educational effects of developing social skills through students' academic achievement, satisfaction in classes, interest, self-esteem, and cooperative learning. Fourth, it is essential to develop a variety of contents to apply to PE classes. Fifth, it is necessary to educate teachers about smart education and the uses of SNS.

      • Grapefruit 종자 추출물의 항균성에 관한 연구

        Grapefruit seed extract(GFSE)의 여러가지 미생물에 대한 항균력과 물김치 저장 효과를 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. GFSE의 세균류에 대한 항균력에서 Vibrio속은 50ppm, Bacillus cereus와 Staphylococcus aureus는 30ppm, Serratia속은 10ppm 이상에서 균의 증식이 억제되었다. 2. 세균중 패혈증 원인균으로 알려진 Vibrio vu-Inificus에 대한 항균성은 nutrient broth에서 GFSE 30ppm 농도까지는 증식을 확인할 수 있었으나 50ppm 이상의 첨가에서는 72시간까지 균의 증식을 볼 수 없었다. 그리고 5% skim milk에서의 본 균에 대한 GFSE 살균력을 실험한 결과 5.2×10^5/ml에서 저장 120시간 후에는 GFSE농도 0, 10, 30, 50 및 100ppm에서 각각 9.6×10^3, 5.6×10^2, 48, 35/ml로 감소되어 GFSE농도 50ppm이상에서는 살균효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 3. 곰팡이류에 대한 항균력은 Aspergillus parasiticus가 100ppm, Aspergillus versicolor 50, Penicillium funiculosum 100, Pyrenochaeta terrestris 30 그리고 Trichoderma viride는 30ppm까지 증식하였으나 그 이상의 농도에서는 증식이 억제되었다. 4. 물김치에 GFSE를 각각 50, 100ppm 첨가하여 5℃와 20℃에서 저장하면서 pH변화를 확인한 결과 5℃에서는 20일과 25일, 20℃에서는 17일과 20일까지 pH변동이 거의 없어 물김치의 보존기간을 연장시킬수 있었다. This study was carried out to investigate the antimicrobial activity of the grapefruit seed extract (GFSE). The antimicrobial activity of GFSE was strong enough against such bacteria as Vibrio vulnificus, Vibrio fluvialis, Bacillus cereus, Staphylococcus aureus and Serratia sp. Growth of the above strains was inhibited by the GFSE'S concentration of 50 ppm. The growth of Vibrio vulnificus was completely inhibited by adding the 50 ppm GFSE to the nutrient broth medium with 3% NaCl. The cell counts of Vibrio vulnificus 5.2×10^5 at first in 5% skim milk containing GFSE 0, 10, 30, 50 and 100 ppm were reduced to 35, 48, 5.6×10^2, 5.3×10^3 and 9.6×10^3/ml after 120 hours, respectively. And growth of Aspergillus parasiticus, Aspergillus versicolor, Penicillium funiculosum, Pyrenochaeta terrestris and Trichoderma viride were inhibited by the concentration of GFSE 100, 50, 100, 10 and 30 ppm, respectively. The shelf life of Mulkimchi containing GFSE 50 and 100 ppm was 20 days longer than the control during storage at 5℃ and 20℃.

        For the purpose of developing of anticariogenic agents, p-phenylphenol derivatives were synthesized and determined their antibacterial activities against a cariogenic bacterium, Streptococcus mutans. Among synthetic compounds, 2-nitro-6-bromo-p-phenylphenol showed as potent antibacterial activity as magnolol and honokiol.

      • 수산물에 대한 Grapefruit 종자추출물의 항균 및 항산화효과

        연속 추출장치를 이용하여 grapefruit 종자를 gl-ycerine으로 추출하고 농축, 조제한 grapefruit 종자추출물(GFSE)의 항균 및, 항산화성 효과를 검토하기 위하여 정어리, 고등어 및 새우와 같은 수산물을 재료로 하여 GFSE를 처리하지 않은 대조구와 GFSE용액 (100, 250, 500, 750, 1,000PPM)으로 처리한 시험구로 나누어 Salmonella tylhi를 접종하여 일정 온도에서 저장하면서 총균수, 과산화물가 및 texture의 변화를 측정하고 GFSE처리후 저장한 수산물을 대조구와 외관, 냄새를 중심으로 관능검사를 실시하였다. 정어리와 고등어의 경우, 최초 균수가 1.9*10^6, 1.8*10^6이었는데 500PPM 농도 첨가하여 5℃에서 50일 저장후 1.1*10^4과 9.0*10^3으로 감소되었고, 새우의 경우 균의 검출이 확인되지 않아 상당히 좋은 항균효과를 나타내었다. 그리고, 3종의 수산물 모두 GFSE처리구가 대조구에 비하여 유의적인 항산화효과가 있음을 나타내었으며, 500~750PPM 농도의 용액을 처리하여 30℃에서 30일간 저장한 수산시료 추출유의 과산화물가는 정어리는 최초 28~45meq/kgdptj 92~143meq/kg(대조구,490meq/kg)로, 고등어는 64~75meq/kg에서 98~137meq/kg(대조구, 406meq/kg)로, 새우는12~20meq/kg에서 21~32meq/kg(대조구, 72meq/kg)로 증가하여 뚜렷한 산패 억제효과를 볼 수 있었다. Texture도 저장기간이 경과함에 따라 감소하는 경향을 나타내었으나 3종 수산물 모두 GFSE용액 처리시험구에서 감소율이 크게 낮아졌다. GFSE를 처리하여 0℃, 0일간 보관한 시험구와 대조구에 관한 관능검사 결과, GFSE를 처리하지 않은 대조구는 열등한 기호도를 보여준 반면, GFSE용액을 500PPM 이상의 농도로 처리한 시험구 모두가 높은 기호도의 관능검사 결관를 나타내었다. The antimicrobial and antioxidant activities of grapefruit seed extract(GFSE), which was extracted with glycerine in the special schematic extraction apparatus, were investigated for handling and processing of fishery products. The effectivity of GFSE has been tried on sardine, mackerel and shrimp divided into six lots for each fishery product: control(no treatment) and five GFSE-treated samples. Samples were inoculated with Salmonella typhi, incubated for 24hrs at 30℃ in dextrose-tryptone broth medium and prepared for microbiological & chemical analysis and organoleptic assessment. The bacteriological analytical results with GFSE(250ppm) showed the reduction of 1.8×10^6→2.0×10^4, 1.9×10^6→1.8×10^4 and 1.6×10^6→2.7×10^3 in total bacterial count for sardine, mackerel and shrimp, respectively. The test results with GFSE(500ppm) showed a 100% reduction of bacterial mackerel treated with GFSE(500ppm) was reduced to 1.1×10^4 and 9.0×10^3 respectively. Antioxidant effect of treatment with GFSE at 500ppm level for three products was significant. LSD test results on organoleptic parameter for the samples treated with various showed a significant influence on the appearance, odor and texture in which at concentration 500ppm level give the excellent scours compared to each control.

      • 傷寒論 條文中 脈證에 관한 硏究

        傷寒論은 理·法·方·藥의 合致에 重點을 두었고, 選錄한 方劑 또한 대부분 實用的이고 有效하므로 높은 臨床的 實用價値가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 後世 臨床醫學의 發展에도 深遠한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 傷寒論은 脈과 證을 모두 重視하는 原則으로 보다 有機的인 診斷方法을 만들어내어 診斷學의 發展에 있어서도 기여한 바가 크다. 이에 傷寒論의 脈證을 調査한 結果, 첫째 陰脈과 陽脈, 二十七脈, 兩綱脈, 六要脈으로 分類할 수 있으며, 後代의 脈診 分類와도 相應하여 脈과 證을 辯證의 主要한 根據로 삼아 辨證論治의 原則을 確立하였다. 둘째 全體 398條文中에서 脈證과 關聯지을 수 있는 條文이 38%에 이르며, 脈證이 傷寒 各 段階의 傳燮, 病症의 機轉, 病邪의 進退와 用藥의 根據가 됨을 알 수 있다. 셋째 各各의 脈證中에서 浮脈이 가장 많이 나타났으며, 그 외 微脈, 緊脈, 沈脈 等의 陰脈의 頻度도 많았다. Shanghanlun principally dealt with the differentiation of 'The six channels'(Taiyang, Yangming, Shaoyang. Tayin, Shaoyin, Jueyin), summing up such rich experiences as diagnoses and remedies about an acute fever before the Han dynasty, and establishing the basis of the differentiation of symptoms and signs based on prescriptions. And making it a principle to think of both pulse and symptoms important, it made a more organic method of diagnoses which compounded a reason, ncle, prescriptions and drugs, and considerably contributed to the development of Diagnostics. Therefore, as a result of classifying the contents concerned with the differentiation of Shanghanlun through the pulse symptoms, which is a n.ay of research about the field of pulse feeling, it provided us with somewhat knowledge. 1. The pulse symptoms corresponds with the latter classification on the pulse symptoms. That is why, it seems, the traditional concept, which regarded the pulse and the symptoms as the basis of the differentiation and established the principle of the differentiation of symptoms and signs based on prescriptions, largely has an effect on the establishment of the latter pulse science. 2. The contents concerned with the pulse symptoms, including general principles and dicoction symptoms of each chapter, mounted up to 38%, and so the pulse symptoms informed that the pulse symptoms was the grounds of transformation and development, mechanism of differentiation of syndromes, advance or retreat of pathologic factors and application of drugs of each course of Shanghanlun. 3. Of pulse syndromes, there appeared Floating pulse most, and in addition there were also the high frequency of Yin pulse like Indistinctive pulse, Tense pulse, Deep pulse, and so on. 4. Any regularity between the pulse syndrome and the abdominal syndrome cannot be found.

      • 액체크로마토그래피/질량분석법을 이용한 랫트 혈장내의 Surfactin C의 정량법에 관한 연구

        Surfactin isolated from Bacillus subtilis has a strong surface tension-lowering activity, together with antiviral, antitumor, fibrinolytic and hypocholesterolemic activities. LC/MS is a simple, rapid and effective technique for the determination of surfactin C in rat serum. The separation of surfactin was achieved on reverse phase column. The mobile phase consisted of 0.1% trifluoracetic acid in water (A) and acetonitrile (B). As a result of analysis of blank rat serum samples, matrix interference was not shown. The values of precision and accuracy were satisfied w the guideline. A newly developed LC/MS method for the determination of surfactin C was successfully applied in its pharmacokinetic analysis.

        Condensing the global environmental problems such as CFCs, energy losses in heat recovery systems as well as summer peak time power demands, the development of high efficiency absorption refrigeration systems is one of the most promising method in this problems. In this study, simulation models of both series and parallel type, both using double-effect absorption cycle refrigeration systems. The results summarized as follows : ⑴ In the parallel type, the solution maximum temperature and the pressure of high temperature generator were adjusted by varing the distribution ratio of the solution, and the optimum value was found to be about 0.4. ⑵ The efficiency of the cooling cycle in both parallel and series systems were increased by decreasing the solution circulation ratio in the absorbers, while the solution maximum temperature and high temperature generator pressure were slightly increased.

        정신분열병과 N-Methyl-D-Aspartate 수용체 유전자와 연관된 VNTR 표지자인 D9S158 다형성의 연합

        정신분열병과 NMDA 수용체와 연관된 D9S158 유전적 표지자와의 연관성을 알아보기 위해 75명의 정신분열병 환자군과 87명의 정상대조군을 대상으로 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용하여 연합연구를 시행하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. D9S158 유전좌위에는 모두 8개의 대립유전자가 있었고, 각 대립유전자는 cytosine-adenine염기가 반복되는 217염기쌍에서 233염기쌍의 형태였다. 먼저 정신분열병 환자와 정상대조군의 대립유전자의 빈도를 비교해 본 결과 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다(p〉.05). 환자군을 좀 더 동질적으로 만들기 위해 정신분열병의 가족력 유무, 음성 및 양성증상, 연성신경학적 징후, DSM-IV 임상아형에 따라 환자군을 나누어 대립유전자의 빈도를 비교해 본 결과, 특정 임상양상과 관련이 있는 대립유전자를 발견하지 못하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서는 D9S158 유전좌위와 정신분열병의 연관성을 입증하지 못하였으나 NMDA 수용체 유전자주위의 다른 표지자나 좀 더 유전적으로 동질한 환자군을 대상으로 한 추후연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다. An association study with Korean schizophrenic patients(N=75) and normal controls(N=87) was performed to find the relationship between D9S158 polymorphism and schizophrenia using polymerase chain reaction. Eight different alleles of a dinucleotide polymorphism on D9S158 locus were observed in both group. When we compared the frequencies of alleles between schizophrenics and normal controls, there was no significant difference between two groups. To increase homogeneity of schizophrenic group, we divided schizophrenic group by clinical phenotypes such as family history, negative and positive symptoms(PANSS), soft neurologic signs(NES-K) and DSM-IV diagnostic subtypes. Then we compared the frequencies of alleles among subgroups of clinical phenotypes, and there were no significant differences between subgroups(p〉.05). Although our findings fail to provide an evidence of association between schizophrenia and D9S158 locus, further investigation of other loci that are linked to NMDA receptor gene may be needed in genetically homogeneous subgroups of schizophrenia.
