        박물관 에듀케이터의 다문화 역량 강화

        이 논문은 박물관 에듀케이터의 다문화교육 역량 강화를 위하여 박물관 에듀케이터의 자질과 역할을 제시하고, 박물관에서 다문화교육의 문제점을 검토하고, 문화다양성 이해를 통해서 박물관 에듀케이터의 문화교육 역량 강화를 위한 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 자국 문화에 익숙한 사람이 타민족의 문화적 이질성을 이해하고, 그들의 전통과 문화향유권을 인정하고, 문화다양성을 기반으로 편견을 없애고, 관용을 통해서 범민족 공동체 성원으로서 공생공존 그리고 화애화합 할 수 있도록 타문화 전시연계 다문화교육 프로그램 등을 지속적으로 분석, 기획, 개발, 실행, 평가, 환류할 수 있도록 해야 한다. 타문화전시 연계교육 프로그램 등을 통해서 자민족 문화의 보편성과 특수성 그리고 자민족문화의 정체성과 전통을 이해하고, 범민족 공동체 성원으로서 타민족의 인권과 문화향유권, 문화다양성 등을 이해하고 실천할 수 있도록 다문화교육 프로그램, 특히 다문화체험학습 프로그램 등을 적극적으로 활용해야 한다. 다문화교육 프로그램의 활성화를 위해서는 박물관 에듀케이터의 다문화 역량을 강화하고, 타문화전시 연계 다문화교육 프로그램을 분석, 기획, 개발, 실행, 평가, 환류할 수 있는 역량을 갖추도록 지구촌 문화에 대한 이해와 다국어 사용에 대한 직무교육을 지속적으로 실시해야 한다. 따라서 다문화교육 프로그램을 효과적으로 수행하기 위해서는 박물관 에듀케이터와 다문화교육 참가자 사이에 쌍방향 교류가 이루어질 수 있도록 실물을 통한 직관교육과 오감을 통한 체험학습 등을 적극적으로 활용할 필요가 있다. This article attempts to propose the qualification and role of a museum educator, for the purpose of reinforcement of a museum educator's capacity for multicultural education, to examine the problem of multi-cultural education in the museum, and to suggest the scheme for the capacity-building through understanding the cultural diversity. One who is accustomed to his native culture, understands difference of the other ethnic culture, acknowledges the tradition and culture right of the other ethnic group, casts away a prejudice base on the cultural diversity; and should able to exist and live, love and harmony each other as a member of the pax-ethnic community through tolerance and furthermore should able to analysis, plan, develop, implement, evaluate and feedback in sustainable the multi-cultural education program and so on connected with the exhibition of the other cultures. One should understand the universality and particularity, the identity and tradition of one's ethnic culture, and should have actively to utilize particularly multi-cultural experience learning program and so on as a member of pax ethnic community in order to acknowledge and practise the human right, culture right, cultural diversity and so on. For the purpose of utilizing the multi-culture education program, we do reinforce a museum educator's capacity-building, to build the capacity to analysis, plan, develop, implement, evaluate and feedback the other multi-cultural education program connected with the exhibition of the other cultures, and should continuously have to practise the job education of understanding a global culture and communicating in different language. Thus we need actively to utilize the intuitive education through original object and the experience learning through five senses to perform effectively the multi-culture education program in order to interactive communication between a museum educator and ihe participants of the multi-culture education.

        에너지 敎育의 敎材開發에 關한 硏究 Ⅱ

        The energy crisis has heightened our concern about the economic development. Perturbation in our supply and increasing prices of fossil fuels had created an greatest problem. It demands that the science teacher can serve as dispenser of information and techniques concerned with human life and energy. This article illustrates contents of the written teaching material concerned with the education, which is prepared for the senior high school students, to introduce comprehensive framework of energy conservation. The contents of the material consist of the following three items. 1. What are the preblems in energy consumption and supply? 2. How can we develop the new energy sources? 3. How can we save the energy consumption? Each item illustrated the statistical data, graphs, leading questions and problems for computing. The material also illustrates the laboratories concerned with saving electric power, utilizing the sun light, controling house heating and cooling system. Application of the material was carried out in two class of eleventh grade students, for on month period after class room. Since the period was too short the students had some difficulties to understand the principles of new energy production. They also showed a little difficulty in handling the exprimental equipment and analizing data. They were, however, much interested in the activities of the material.

        The cytotoxic T lymphocyte(CTL) are an important component in host defense mechanism against viral infection. They can recongnize virus-derived peptides presented by the ClassⅠ MHC molecule at the cell surface of the infected cells. On searching for effective CTL epitopes of hepatitis B virus(HBV), we synthesized a distinct set of 9-10 mer peptide containing amino acid sequence of hepatitis B virus surface proteion that are selected on the basis of a computer modeling and the previously described HLA-A2 specific motifs. Binding assay of the synthetic peptides to HLA-A2 molecules using human antigen processing defectantn T2 cells showed what 3 out of 4 synthetic peptides enhaced the expression of HLA-A2 molemule on T2 cell surface. Two anchor positions, namely P2 and P9(or P10) appeared to play a decisive role for binding. Structural chacteristics of the peptides addressed by molecular dynamics simulation was analysed and compared. These peptides also parially triggerd CTL isolatied frmo human peripheral blood mononuclear cells of HBV positive patients, and the response was peptide-specific. These results showed that negatively-charged amino acid residue at P2 hampered binding affinity of the peptides to HLA-A2 molecules, and that binding affinity of the peptides are not always reflected by thier immunogenicity among natural T cell repertoire.

      • Equisetum arvense L.이 Streptozotocin유발 당뇨성 쥐의 항당뇨작용에 미치는 영향

        The present study was undertaken in order to elucidate the effects of pretreatment with Equisetum arvense L.(EM) on change in serum lipid compositions and pancreatic enzymes induced by streptozotocin(STZ) in rats with pancreatic histopathology. 1. Total serum lipid and triglyceride levels in the STZ-induced diabetic rats were significantly higher than those in the control group, and those in the group pretreated with EM but the phopholipid serum level was not significantly different in any of the group. 2. In the STZ-induced diabetic group, the total serum cholesterol, VLDL-and LDL-cholesterol levels, and the atheroscerotic index were higher, while the HDL-cholesterol level was lower when compared to the control group. HOwever, these changes were slightly prevented by EM. 3. Pancreatic lipase and trypsin activities were increased, but amylase activity was decreased by STZ, and pretreatment with EM slightly prevented these STZ-induced changes, in the histological changes of the pancreatic β-cell. These results suggest that EM pretreatment slightly supresses STZ induced changes in the serum lipid compositions and pancreatic enzyme via maintenance of prevent of β-cell destruction by STZ.

        아질산 노출이 이스라엘잉어 혈장내 아질산 농도 및 간장 약물대사효소에 미치는 영향

        Effects of ambient nitrite, N0₂^(-), at 1, 3, 10 and 30 mg/l, on the changes of plasma nitrite/nitrate and on hepatic drug-metabolizing enzyme activity were examined in the juvenile Israeli carp, Cyprinus carpio. When the fish were exposed to 1 and 3 mg/l N0₂^(-), there was an exposure duration-dependent increase in plasma N0₂- over the 96-hr period reaching 6~7 fold excess the ambient concentration, In the fish exposed to 10 mg/l, a plateau concentration of less than 2-fold of the environment was attained in 12 hr. With 30 mg/l, however, the maximal plasma NOf was 41.25 mg/1 at 12 hr followed by a gradual decline. There was a concentration increase in methemoglobin (metHb) level in all N02^(-)-exposed groups and a significant decrease in hematocrit value in 30 mg/l group after 96-hr exposure. Apart from the blunted increase in plasma N0₂^(-) with higher N0₂^(-)(10 and 30 mg/1) exposure, the ratio of plasma N0₃^(-) to N0₂^(-) was significantly higher in these groups compared to 1 and 3 mg/l. The imbalance in the plasma N0₃^(-)/N0₂^(-) at higher N0₂^(-) exposure suggests a possible accelerated conversion of N0₂^(-) to N0₃^(-). Nitrite exposure did not affect the hepatic drug-metabolic activities in juvenile Israeli carp. All these data indicate that disposition of N0₂- differ depending upon exposed concentration and that metHb production may not be the exclusive toxic mechanism in carp
