      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 프로프라놀올-시클로덱스트린 포접화합물의 안정도상수 결정

        The stability constants (K_st) for the inclusion complexes between propranolol and three types of cyclodextrin (CD) such as β-CD, methyl (ME)-β-CD and hydroxypropyl (HP)-β-CD were determined by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The enantiomers of propranolol possess relatively high affinity towards ME-β-CD with stability constants of 78 and 76 M^-1 for (R)- and (S)-propranolol, respectively. The affinity of propranolol in HP-β-CD was relatively low compared with that in ME-β-CD, i.e. 39 and 36 M^-1 for (R)- and (S)-propranolol, respectively. In spite of the lower affinity, the K_R/K_S ratio of propranolol in HP-β-CD (K_R/K_S = 1.08) was higher than that in ME-β-CD (K_R/K_S = 1.03) indicating that HP-β-CD would be more efficient than ME-β-CD or β-CD in chiral separation of propranolol by CE.

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 6-Acetonyl-dihydrosanguinarine 광학이성질체의 분리

        Hylomecon hylomeconoides is the endemic plant growing in southern part of Korea and belongs to Papaveraceae family and contains many benzophenanthridine alkaloids. As a benzophenanthridine alkaloid 6-acetonyldihydrosanguinarine (ADS) was extracted from Hylomecon hylomeconoides and the separation of enantiomers was performed by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The effects of type of chiral selectors, pH and concentration of electrolyte on the resolution of ADS enantiomers were observed for the optimization of separation method. The optimum separation of the ADS enantiomers was achieved on fused silica capillary (75 um i.d.×47 cm, 40 cm to detector) with phosphate buffer (pH 7, 50 mM) added 4.55 mM of 2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammoniumpropyl-β-cyclodextrin (TMA-β-CD) as electrolyte at 10 kV running voltage. Injection was hydrodynamically for 3 psi×s and detection was carried out at UV 205nm.

        The effects of type of chiral selectors, pH and concentration of electrolyte on the resolution of the enantiomers of β-blockers by capillary electrophoresis were examined and the analysis of β-blocker enantiomer was attempted using various chiral selectors, such as carboxymethyl-, methyl-, succinyl, hydroxypropyl and dimethyl-β-cyclodextrin. Among the used chiral selectors, carboxymethyl-β-cyclodextrin (CM-β-CD) was the best for the separation of β-blockers. The optimum separation of the enantiomers of β-blocker was achieved on fused silica capillary (75 um i.d.×47 cm, 40 cm to detector) with phosphate buffer (pH 6, 70 mM) containing 10 mM of CM-β-CD as electrolyte at 10 KV running voltage. Injection was hydrodynamically for 3 psi×s and detection was carried out at UV 210nm.

      • 1,2,4-트리메틸벤젠에 피폭된 노동자의 뇨 중 3,4-디메틸히푸르 산과 크레아티닌의 정량

        Creatinine and 3.4-Dimethylhippuric acid (3.4-DMHA), a glycine conjugate of 1.2.4-trimethylbenzene (1.2.4-TMB) were determined in the urine of workers exposed to 1.2.4-TMB vapor. The best condition for the simultaneous determination of 3.4-DMHA and creatinine by high performance liquid chromatography was obtained by reverse phase C-18 column (4.6×150㎜, 5㎛) as stationary phase and 20% acetonitrile in 20mM phosphate buffer (pH 3.0) containing 4mM sodium octylsulfate (SOS) 96%. The concentration of urinary 3.4-DMHA of workers had a positive correlation with the environmental level of 1.2.4-TMB(r=0.866). The data suggest that urinary 3.4-DMHA concentration is a useful biological index for 1.2.4-TMB exposure.

      • 통합 통신망 관리 시스템 구축 방안 연구

        This paper presents a system for internetworking between different network management protocols. The internetworking system between SNMP(Simple Network Management Protocol) and CMIP(Common Management Information Protocol) has been designed. SNMP has been used as a standard protocol in Internet while CMIP has been selected as management protocol in OSI network. This approach is different from previous researches which convert protocols between management protocols. We have newly defined manage objects structure. Thus, even if a new management protocol would be introduce in addition, the new gateway system needs not be designed. We can achieve it through minimum modification in the interface of the managed objects. So, we can support managed objects defined previously using MOVI(Manage Object View Interface) concept presented in our previous research. Through this research, we have some additional benefits: it is able to internetwork between more complicated network management protocols, to increase usefulness of SNMP and CMIP, also it will use in internetworking between new network management protocols.

      • 모세관 전기영동법을 이용한 1,2,4-트리메틸벤젠 대사체의 분석

        방향족 탄화수소인 tnmethylbenzene (TMB)은 그 사용량이 늘어갈 뿐 아니라 직업적으로 폭로되는 양도 증가하고 있으므로 생물학적 모니터링 및 흡수, 대사, 배설에 관한 연구가 중요시되고 있다. 일반적으로 TMB는 간의 산화효소에 의해 하나의 메틸기가 산화되고 이것은 glycine과 포합되어 배설되는 것으로알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 1,2,4-TMB의 대사체를 합성하고, 모세관의 전기영동법으로 분석할 수 있는 방법을 개발하였다. 모세관 전기영동법으로 흰쥐의 뇨 중에서 1,2,4-TMB의 대사체인 3,4, 2,4, 2,5-dimethylbenzoic acid 및 3,4 2,4 2,5-dimethylhippuric acid를 분석하기 위하여 내경 75㎛, 총길이 35cm (검출기까지 29cm)인 용융실리카 모세관을 15℃로 유지하면서 양단에 10kV의 전압을 걸어주고, 전해질로는 15mM β-CD, 3% 2-프로판올을 포함하는 01m 인산완충액 (pH 7)을 사용하였으며, 검출신호는 UV 210nm와 254nm에서 동시에 모니터링하였다. 뇨 시료의 분석 결과 배설된 1,2,4-TMB의 대사체의 상대량은 3,4-이성질체가 56.&%, 2,4-이성질체가 30.5%, 2,5-이성질체가 12.8%였다. 이 방법은 노동자의 뇨 분석에도 적용될 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The metabolites of 1,2,4-trimethylbenzene (TMB) were synthesized and determined by capillary electrophoresis (CE). The optimum conditions of CE for the separation and determination of 3,4-, 2,4-, 2,5-dimethylbenzoic acid and 3,4-, 2,4-, 2,5-dimethylhippuric acid from the rat wine were as following: the fused silica capillary(75μm i.d. X 36 cm length, 29 cm to detector) was used and kept at 15℃ The applied voltage was 10kV and compounds were detected at UV 210 nm and 254 nm. The running electrolyte was 0.1 M phosphate buffer (pH 7) contalI1ing 15 mM of β -CD and 3% of 2-propanol. The relative amount of the metabolite of 1,2.4-TMB in the rat urine was 56.7% of 3,4-isomer, 30.5% of 2,4-lsomer and 12.8% of 2,5-isomer. This method can be applied to the analysis of TMB-metabolites in human wine.

      • 정상인에서 전기 및 자기 자극을 이용한 설 근육의 전기생리학적 평가

        Background: Abnormality of lingual muscles is clinically common. But its exact clinical assessment is quite difficult. Evaluation of motor power of the lingual muscles and their neural pathway is limited because of anatomical inaccessibility and individual variation of subjective symptoms. Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) of the human motor cortex is a non-invasive tool to assess the functional integrity of the fast conducting central motor pathways and electrical stimulation of lingual nerve is a conventional method of peripheral nerve conduction. Therefore both study will be helpful to understanding of pathophysiology of lingual abnormality. Until now there is no such report in Korea. This study was conducted to acquire the easier method and normal control values of Korean subjects. Method: We recorded the motor responses from the lingual muscles of 32 healthy subjects (22 men, 10 women) by focal cortical TMS with a circular coil. Motor potentials were recorded by means of surface electrodes applied on the both side of the tongue, following TMS several centimeters lateral from the vertex and parietooccipital cortex and peripheral electrical stimulation of the 12th cranial nerve at the lateral 1/3 point of the line between the midline and angle of mandible. Results: During moderate motor activation, majority of maximal motor response were obtained 4-6cm lateral to the vertex with similar latencies. And the responses from magnetic stimulation of the intracranial segment of hypoglossal nerve were discarded because of difficulty to obtain and unsatisfactory reproducibility. The latency of motor evoked potentials in right cortical stimulation was 10.08 ± 1.17 msec and in left stimulation 10.04 ± 1.32 msec. The amplitudes in right 2.15 ± 1.02, left 2.09 ± 1.11 mV. The latencies electric hypoglossal nerve stimulation were 2.42 ± 0.34 in right, 2.49 ± 0.35 msec in left side. The amplitudes were 2.90 ± 2.37 in right, 2.43 ± 1.86 mV in left side. Central conduction times as calculated by subtracting the response latencies obtained by magnetic and electric stimulation are right 7.65 ± 1.19, left 7.55 ± 1.35 msec. There was no significant difference between man and woman, Conclusion: The method may be efficient, noninvasive, painless, and easy reproduced. With more extensive application to various neurological disorders, it comes close to being an ideal clinical conduction study technique for this cranial nerve.

      • 免疫의 實驗文獻的 考察

        동·서양을 막론하고 21C의료계 화두로 일컬어지고 있는 면역에 대해 조사하기 위해 동물실험논문들을 중심으로 하여 고찰하고 이를 결과로 앞으로의 연구 방향에 대해 제시 해 보려 하였다. 사용된 실험동물로는 백서, 마우스, 가토가 단독 또는 복합적으로 이용되었으며 면역기능 저하의 유도를 위해서는 화학적 면역억제제를 쓰기도 하고 특정질환을 유발시켜 그와 면역과의 상관관계를 밝히기도 한 것으로 조사되었다. 한의학에서는 「부정거사」를 면역에 대한 치료원칙의 근간으로 삼고 있는 만큼 실험에 사용된 약물이나 경혈들은 대체적으로 정기를 보하고 경락의 순행을 원활히 하며 祛瘀, 解毒하는 성질을 가지고 있슴이 조사되었으며 또 한약 단독투여보다는 양약과의 병행투여가 치료효과를 더 높일 수 있슴도 조사되었다. 조사결과 이에 대한 구체적인 기준농도의 제시, 약물 및 경혈 선택의 객관적 기준 마련, 특정질환에 대한 면역반응기전의 도출, 약침의 면역실험방법론 등에 대한 깊이 있고 다각적인 연구는 인류가 면역에 대한 질환을 정복하는데 있어서 매우 의미있는 연구과제라 사료된다. This study was done in order investigate the object and the method of animal experimental paper on immunity The results were obtained as follows: 1. Rat, mouse, kk mouse and rabbit were used for experimental paper singe or combine. 2. It was examined a way of bringing about a lowering of immunity used as MTX and other reagent, and it has caused many cases which lead to bring about a lowering of immunity by causing specified disease. 3. It was examined, according to items of my observation. there are mainly hema gglutinin titer, hemolysin titer, phagocytic activity, Rosette forming cells, delayed type hypersensitivity, IL-2 productivity and NK cell activity in survey. 4. Most used drugs and 경혈(aqupuncture paint) have the characters reinforcing a fair spirit and reinforcing an unfair spirit (a miasma or poisonous air). 5. It is necessary to a deep study of an experimental way about aqua-acupuncture on immunity in the future.

      • 간수, 기문혈의 당귀 약침자극이 acetaminophen으로 유발된 흰쥐의 손상간에 미치는 영향

        This study was done in order to investigate the protective effects of A.G.R.(Angelicae gigantis Radix) aqua-acupuncture on acetaminophen induced liver damage in rats. The liver damage was induced by acetaminophen (500mg/kg) injection into the peritoneum. The A.G.R. aqua-acupuncture solution was injected into the corresponding loci to Ganshu(BL_(18)) and Qimen(LR_(14)) of human body and a blank locus of the root of tail on four consecutive times at 0, 3, 6, and 12 hours after acetaminophen injection. And the serum GOT, GPT, LDH, ALP activities, total bilirubin, direct bilirubin levels were measured in the rats, The serum GOT, GPT, LDH ALP activities and bilirubin level were decreased comparing with that of a control group in case of A.G.R. aqua-acupuncture treated group, specially Ganshu and Qimen aqua-acupuncture treated groups showed an obvious significant decrease.

      • 馬丹陽天星十二穴에 對한 文獻的 考察

        The aim of this studies was to elucidate the derivation, meaning and use of the special points of MADANYANG. The results obtained were as follows : The remedial cases of spacial points of MADANYANG came within the category in that of literature cited. So, it was considerable that a method of selection of remedial points in MADANYANG was not creative but universal at that time. The special points of MADANYANG did not have a fixed organizing rule against it's medrian, visera and bowel in contrast to source points, connecting points, five element point etc. And it was only organized on the basis of remedial value.
