        미디어파이프(mediapipe)의 손 인식 솔루션(Mediapipe Hands solution)을 활용하여 새로운 게임 인터페이스를 제안한다. 기존의 횡 스크롤(side-scroll) 게임은 게임을 플레이하는 사용자가 직접 물리적인 컨트롤러를 사용하여 게임을 플레이하는 것이 일반적이었다. 제안한 인터페이스를 활용하여 사용자가 직접 양손을 이용해 방향 이동, 공격, 점프 수류탄 등의 동작을 통해 플레이할 수 있게 제작하였다. 오른손은 검지의 각도를 이용하여 좌, 우의 방향을 제어할 수 있게 했으며, 왼손은 KNN기법(K nearest neighbor)을 활용하여 공격, 수류탄 등의 동작을 제어할 수 있게 했고, 절대적인 좌표 값을 통해 점프를 제어할 수 있게 했다. 제안한 인터페이스 성능 평가를 위해 파이게임 기반 포레스트 에이전트 게임을 제작하였고, 실험을 통해 제안한 인터페이스의 성능을 확인할 수 있었다. 제안한 게임 인터페이스는 몰입 증감을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있다. We propose a new game interface using Mediapipe Hands solution. In the existing side-scrolling game, it is common for a user who plays the game to directly play the game using a physical controller. Using the proposed interface, the user can directly use both hands to play through actions such as direction movement, attack, and jumping grenade. The right hand uses the angle of the index finger to control the left and right directions, and the left hand uses the K nearest neighbor technique to control attacks and grenades, and jumps through absolute coordinates. made it possible to control. To evaluate the performance of the proposed interface, a pygame-based forest agent game was produced, and the performance was confirmed through experiments. Through this, the proposed game interface can be used as basic data for increasing or decreasing immersion.

      • All-Solid-State Synaptic Transistors with High-Temperature Stability Using Proton Pump Gating of Strongly Correlated Materials

        <P>Designing energy-efficient artificial synapses with adaptive and programmable electronic signals is essential to effectively mimic synaptic functions for brain-inspired computing systems. Here, we report all-solid-state three-terminal artificial synapses that exploit proton-doped metal-insulator transition in a correlated oxide NdNiO<SUB>3</SUB> (NNO) channel by proton (H<SUP>+</SUP>) injection/extraction in response to gate voltage. Gate voltage reversibly controls the H<SUP>+</SUP> concentration in the NNO channel with facile H<SUP>+</SUP> transport from a H<SUP>+</SUP>-containing porous silica electrolyte. Gate-induced H<SUP>+</SUP> intercalation in the NNO gives rise to nonvolatile multilevel analogue states due to H<SUP>+</SUP>-induced conductance modulation, accompanied by significant modulation of the out-of-plane lattice parameters. This correlated transistor operated by a proton pump shows synaptic characteristics such as long-term potentiation and depression, with nonvolatile and distinct multilevel conductance switching by a low voltage pulse (≥ 50 mV), with high energy efficiency (∼1 pJ) and tolerance to heat (≤150 °C). These results will guide the development of scalable, thermally-stable solid-state electronic synapses that operate at low voltage.</P> [FIG OMISSION]</BR>

        Weighing the Importance of Mode Choice Factors on Intermodal Transportation Service in Europe

        1995년 이후 한국기업의 유럽진출이 활발히 이루어졌으며, 특히 폴란드, 체코, 슬로바키아, 헝가리 등의 동유럽지역 진출은 두드러진다. 2011년 한-EU FTA 체결로 두 지역 간 경제적 관계는 더욱 밀접해졌다. 이러한 측면에서 항만을 가지고 있는 전통 유럽국가와 동유럽을 효율적으로 연결하기 위한 인터모달운송 선택에 관한 연구가 요청되고 있다. 하지만 유럽지역 수송수단 선택에 관한 연구는 아직 초보단계에 머무르고 있다. 본 연구는 현재 유럽지역의 인터모달운송의 현황을 파악하고, 열차와 트럭, 피더와 트럭 등의 인터모달운송선택의 핵심요인을 파악하며, 한국에서 유럽과 거래하는 수출기업 및 포워더 측면에서 고려할 때 주요하게 판단하는 요소의 가중치를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. In-depth interview는 2013년 4월에서 5월 사이 20년에서 30년 이상의 경력을 지닌 물류관련기업 사장단을 통하여 이루어졌다. 연구방법론으로 퍼지이론이 사용되었으며, 연구결과 도착의 신뢰도, 환적시간, 운임이 인터모달운송 선택시 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었다. Since 1995, Korean enterprises have been rapidly expanding their business, especially to Eastern European countries such as Poland, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary and so on. After the establishment of Korea-EU FTA in 2011, close relationship between the two through economic cooperation has been maintained. To efficiently connect the seaport regions to inland factories located in Eastern European countries, researches on mode choice in the intermodal sector are needed to perform. However, there is a scant of research for mode choice factors on intermodal transportation service in Europe. Therefore, the aim of this research is to understand the current situation of intermodal transportation sector in Europe, identify key factors of mode choice, and weigh the importance among factors influencing intermodal selection in the perspective of Korean exporters or forwarders with overseas cargo to Europe. A survey and in-depth interviews to CEOs and executives who have more than 20 to 30 years of career in logistics sector were carried out from April 01 to May 01, 2013. Using the fuzzy theory as the methodology, ‘Reliability of arrival time’, ‘Transit time’, and ‘Freight Rate’ are equally ranked as the most important factor in the selection of intermodal transportation.

        프로톤펌프저해제 사용과 폐렴 발생의 연관성 : 국민건강보험공단 표본코호트자료를 사용한 환자-대조군 연구

        Recently, the use of proton pump inhibitors in Korea has increased rapidly and the risk of pneumonia has been raised in PPI users. We aimed to investigate the association between PPI and pneumonia and to identify the risk factors. In this case-control study, we used the National Health Insurance Sample Cohort Database (2002 to 2013). Cases were defined as subjects hospitalized or visited emergency unit with pneumonia from January 2013 to December 2013, and up to four controls were matched to each case by age, gender among subjects without pneumonia. Conditional logistic regression was used to calculate the odds ratio (OR) and adjusted odds ratio (aOR) and 95% confidence intervals (CI). A total of 2,366 cases and 9,464 controls were included in this analysis. The crude odds ratio of PPI use and pneumonia was 1.15 (95% CI, 1.01-1.30), and the association for most recent use of PPI within 30 days before hospitalization with pneumonia became stronger (OR, 1.33; 95% CI, 1.04-1.70). Comorbidities adjusted odds ratio was 1.15 (95% CI, 1.01- 1.32), but aOR in recent PPI users was not statistically significant (aOR, 1.18; 95% CI, 0.90-1.54). This study demonstrated that PPI use is associated with increased risk of pneumonia, but further studies reflecting patient s clinical condition and precious PPI use are necessary.

        <P>Imaging the intrinsic optical absorption properties of nanomaterials with optical microscopy (OM) is hindered by the optical diffraction limit and intrinsically poor sensitivity. Thus, expensive and destructive electron microscopy (EM) has been commonly used to examine the morphologies of nanostructures. Further, while nanoscale fluorescence OM has become crucial for investigating the morphologies and functions of intracellular specimens, this modality is not suitable for imaging optical absorption and requires the use of possibly undesirable exogenous fluorescent molecules for biological samples. Here we demonstrate super-resolution visible photoactivated atomic force microscopy (pAFM), which can sense intrinsic optical absorption with ~8 nm resolution. Thus, the resolution can be improved down to ~8 nm. This system can detect not only the first harmonic response, but also the higher harmonic response using the nonlinear effect. The thermoelastic effects induced by pulsed laser irradiation allow us to obtain visible pAFM images of single gold nanospheres, various nanowires, and biological cells, all with nanoscale resolution. Unlike expensive EM, the visible pAFM system can be simply implemented by adding an optical excitation sub-system to a commercial atomic force microscope.</P>

        상가권리금 현황조사를 위한 표본설계 연구

        본 연구는 소상공인과 임차상인 보호정책을 지원하고, 권리금 분쟁소송 등에 참고자료로 활용할 뿐만 아니라 상가권리금 현황 파악을 위한 최초 조사를 실시하기 위한 표본설계 연구이다. 개별 임차 사업체 단위로 발생하는 권리금의 특성상 통계청의 전국사업체조사를 모집단으로 활용 하였으며, 우선적인 정보 제공이 필요한 7개 도시지역을 반영하였다. 전체 표본수는 8,000개로 하였으며, 7개 도시지역을 부차모집단으로 하고 지역별 상권별 표본수는 비례배분 하였으며, 상권내 업종은 제곱근비례배분 하였다. 목표오차를 활용하여 최종 표본수를 조정 하였으며, 표본설계가중치를 이용한 권리금 평균 추정량과 추정오차, 구간추정 공식을 유도하였으며, 이를 통해 도시별 상권별 및 업종별 통계 추정과 추정의 정도에 대한 평가를 가능하게 하였다. In this paper, we study a sample design for survey on goodwill in retail properties to provide a protecting policy for small traders and tenants, to use basic data for a dispute case related to goodwill. Since goodwill in retail properties is occurred by individual rent company, we use the census on establishments from the Statistics Korea as population. First of all, we consider preferentially seven metropolitan cities in which there are more than half of population. Total sample size is decided as 8,000. We allocate the sample size for markets as stratum in each city using proportional formula and the sample size for industrial classifications in each market using root proportional formula. Also we compute survey weights and calculate estimators, standard errors and interval of estimators for each characteristic such as type of establishments and market in seven metropolitan cities.

        Rehabilitation Program for Improved Musculoskeletal Pain in Gastrointestinal Endoscopists: Multicenter Prospective Cohort Study

        Background/Aims: This study aimed to develop a rehabilitation program for musculoskeletal pain experienced by gastrointestinal endoscopists and to investigate its usefulness. Methods: This was a multicenter cohort study. During the first 2 weeks, a questionnaire regarding daily workload and musculoskeletal symptoms was administered. Then, a rehabilitation program including equipment/posture correction and stretching was conducted during the remaining 6 weeks. Follow-up daily workload and musculoskeletal symptom surveys were distributed during the last 2 weeks. The program satisfaction survey was performed at the 6th and 8th weeks. Results: Among 118 participants (69 men), 94% (n=111) complained of musculoskeletal pain at baseline. Various hospital activities at baseline were associated with multisite musculoskeletal pain, whereas only a few workloads were correlated with musculoskeletal pain after the rehabilitation program. Follow-up musculoskeletal pain was negatively correlated with equipment/posture program performance; arm/elbow pain was negatively correlated with elbow (R=–0.307) and wrist (R=–0.205) posture; leg/foot pain was negatively correlated with monitor position, shoulder, elbow, wrist, leg, and foot posture. Higher performance in the scope position (86.8% in the improvement vs 71.3% in the aggravation group, p=0.054) and table height (94.1% vs 79.1%, p=0.054) were associated with pain improvement. An increased number of colonoscopy procedures (6.27 in the aggravation vs 0.02 in the improvement group, p=0.017) was associated with pain aggravation. Most participants reported being average (32%) or satisfied (67%) with the program at the end of the study. Conclusions: Our rehabilitation program is easily applicable, satisfactory, and helpful for improving the musculoskeletal pain experienced by gastrointestinal endoscopists.
