        스포츠 스타 인플루언서 이미지가 브랜드 충성도와 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 팀동일시의 조절효과를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 소셜미디어상의 스포츠 스타 인플루언서 이미지를 구성하는 신뢰성, 매력성, 전문성이 브랜드 충성도와 구매의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 살펴보는 데 있다. 또한 본 연구는 소비자의 스포츠 팀에 대한 동일시가 스포츠 스타 인플루언서 이미지에 미치는 조절작용을 규명하기 위한 연구모형을 구축하고 실증적으로 검증하였다. 대학생 350명을 표본으로 온라인 설문을 진행하였으며, 가설검증을 위해 확인적 요인분석과 구조방정식모형을 이용한 다집단분석을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 스포츠 스타 인플루언서 신뢰성은 브랜드 충성도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 매력성은 브랜드 충성도와 구매의도에 각각 정적 영향을 주었으나, 전문성은 이와 같은 영향이 없었다. 한편, 브랜드 충성도는 구매의도의 유의미한 예측요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또 팀동일시 수준에 따른 전반적인 조절효과가 나타나 ‘매력성→브랜드 충성도’, ‘브랜드 충성도→구매의도’의 경로가 팀동일시의 역할에 의해 다르게 형성된다는 사실이 규명되었다. 본 연구는 스포츠 스타 인플루언서 효과와 소비자 팀동일시의 역할을 살펴봄으로써 전·현직 스포츠 스타를 활용한 마케팅 커뮤니케이션 전략 수립에 이론적·실무적 함의를 제공할 것이다. The goal of this research is to investigate the effects of sports star influencer image on brand loyalty and consumer purchase intention in SNS. Specifically, this study examines the three elements of sports star influencer image: trustworthiness, attractiveness, and expertise. Also, this study identifies how team identification moderates the relationships between sports star influencer image and brand loyalty as well as purchase intention. A total of 350 university students in South Korea participated via online survey. To test proposed hypotheses and a research question, confirmatory factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and multi-group analysis were employed. It was found that trustworthiness of sports star influencer positively affected brand loyalty. Also, attractiveness had positive influence over both brand loyalty and purchase intention. However, no significant effect of expertise was revealed. Finally, team identification showed partial moderating effect on sports star influencer image. Specifically, there were significant difference of path coefficient on ‘attractiveness → brand loyalty’ and ‘brand loyalty → purchase intention’ between low team identification group vs. high team identification group. Theoretical and practical implications as well as suggestions for future research in this area are provided.

      • A Study on the Validity of a Task Complexity Measure for Emergency Operating Procedures of Nuclear Power Plants—Comparing With a Subjective Workload

        <P>In this study, the appropriateness of the task complexity (TACOM) measure that can quantify the complexity of emergency tasks was investigated by comparing subjective workload scores with the associated TACOM scores. To this end, based on the NASA-TLX (task load index) technique, 18 operators were asked to subjectively estimate perceived workload for 23 emergency tasks that were specified in the emergency operating procedures of the reference nuclear power plants. As the result of comparisons, it was observed that subjective workload scores increase in proportion to the increase of TACOM scores. Therefore, it is expect that the TACOM measure can be used as a serviceable method to quantify the complexity of emergency tasks</P>

        Investigating the Appropriateness of the TACOM Measure – Application to the Complexity of Proceduralized Tasks for High Speed Train Drivers

        According to wide-spread experience in many industries, a procedure is one of the most effective countermeasures to reduce the possibility of human related problems. Unfortunately, a systematic framework to evaluate the complexity of procedural tasks seems to be very scant. For this reason, the TACOM measure, which can quantify the complexity of procedural tasks, has been developed. In this study, the appropriateness of the TACOM measure is investigated by comparing TACOM scores regarding the procedural tasks of high speed train drivers with the associated workload scores measured by the NASA-TLX technique. As a result, it is observed that there is a meaningful correlation between the TACOM scores and the associated NASA-TLX scores. Therefore, it is expected that the TACOM measure can properly quantify the complexity of procedural tasks.

      • A systematic framework to develop diagnosis procedures in the nuclear power plants - experimental verification

        A diagnosis procedure that allows operators to successfully identify the nature of an on-going event is inevitable for an effective and appropriate recovery. Unfortunately, studies for a framework that can suggest a unified and consistent process in constructing a serviceable diagnosis procedure seem to be scant. Thus, a systematic framework that can be used to construct a useful diagnosis procedure is suggested. In this study, using a full-scope simulator of the reference NPP, an experiment is conducted to confirm the appropriateness of the suggested framework. As a result, it is shown that an operator’s diagnosis performance is improved when the revised diagnosis procedure is used. Therefore, it is reasonable to conclude that the suggested framework is useful in constructing an effective diagnosis procedure.

        병원건물의 에너지 저감을 위한 에너지성능 평가에 관한 사례연구

        Hospitals contribute to energy consumption and have a negative environmental impact. This study aims to find how meaningful energy performance, reflecting good energy management and design, can be planned for hospital buildings, a category encompassing complex buildings with different setups and large differences between them. Energy-consumption characteristics were surveyed throughout Korea to establish statistical energy models. Findings confirm that different hospital departments have hugely different energy-demand profiles. Energy efficiency and energy-saving potentials on HVAC systems are presented. The energy performance analysis can be applied to a wide range of problems in energy-system design and planning, including simulations and optimizations of community energy systems.

        Energy-cost analysis of HVAC system for office buildings: Development of a multiple prediction methodology for HVAC system cost estimation

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Buildings targeted at high energy performance levels have been proven to be technically feasible, but are relatively expensive. This research examined the cost relationship between sub-systems of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) for energy efficient buildings. <I>Because of</I> inadequate information to estimate investment cost of HVAC systems in the early stage of building projects, this study was carried out the cost analysis method in the process of formulating predictive models for cost of HVAC systems. The relationship between the variables in the cost estimation was examined with the use of descriptive statistics and multiple correlation analysis. One of the major findings of the research was that the cost of HVAC systems of any given office building project can be assessed from the same building conditions with <I>high</I> confidence limits using multiple matrix models of HVAC sub-systems and this provided a basis for developing 960 cost models. There is potentially large variability in the range −26–460% with an average at 179% in investment costs for the sub-systems. The cost of a HVAC system has a range of about 125–335 unit rate, which represents a variety of system combinations. Decision tree analysis of energy performance and investment cost of HVAC systems were obtained, yielding information on optimal combination HVAC sets in the office buildings.</P> <P><B>Highlights</B></P> <P> <UL> <LI> We examined the cost relationship between sub-systems of HVAC for energy efficient buildings. </LI> <LI> The method for predicting the investment cost of the possible 960 combinations of HVAC system was suggested. </LI> <LI> The design rules to optimize the energy-cost level for HVAC system were investigated. </LI> <LI> The effects of the HVAC design factors of investment cost on the energy performance were analyzed quantitatively. </LI> <LI> The air conditioning system, sub-system of HVAC was found to be the most significant design factor. </LI> </UL> </P>

        동절기 옥외 수영장 시설의 운영을 위한 바닥난방 성능평가 및 설계기준에 관한 사례연구

        This study aimed to analyze the deck floor heating system of an outdoor swimming pool in terms of the thermal capacity/output and the surface temperature distribution based on the outdoor temperature, to design for anti-freezing during winter. Through the transient heat transfer simulation with PHYSIBEL and theoretical equations, the surface temperature distribution of the floor heating system at two outdoor conditions in Jeju, were calculated and evaluated. The results indicate that the specific thermal output required for maintaining 4℃ surface temperature at the design outdoor temperature of 0.1℃, was about 90 W/m². This performance analysis can be applied for future design criteria, including optimizations of system capacity and size.

        비상시 열원중단에 따른 데이터센터의 냉각시스템 열성능 평가에 관한 사례연구

        This study describes the analysis of a 20 MW chilled water plant used for the IT cooling of a recently constructed data center in Korea. The CFD model was developed with the aim of evaluating the impact of problems such as chiller failure on the water and air temperatures in the cooling system. The numerical model includes the chilled water hydraulic network and individual water-to-air CRAC units. The coupling between the IT server room air temperature levels and the cooling plant has enabled a full assessment of the cooling system design in response to system fault conditions to be performed. The paper examines an emergency situation involving the failure of the cooling plant, and shows how the inherent thermal inertia of the system along with additional inertia achieved through buffer systems allowed a suitable design to be achieved.
