A New Method for Soybean Leaf Disease Detection Based on Modified Salient Regions

Soybean is the main food crop and an important economical crop of the world. Proper disease control measures must be undertaken to minimize losses. Techniques of machine vision and image processing were applied mostly to plant protection in recent years. Disease detection and segmentation are very important, but the diseases of soybean are complex in real environment and traditional segmentation methods cannot quickly and accurately obtain segmentation results. This research presented a new method for soybean leaf disease detection based on salient regions. This method used low-level features of luminance and color, combined with multi-scale analysis to determine saliency maps in images, and then K-means algorithm was used. The experimental results show that this method can accurately extract the disease regions from soybean disease leaf images with complex background, and it can provide an excellent foundation for extracting disease feature and identifying the diseases categories.

There are many differences between the non-Shuren society that is called incomplete contract society in urban areas and the Shuren society complete contract society in rural areas, because of a Chinese long-term pattern of polarization in the urban and rural areas. By surveying, we find that the labor transfer between the two social patterns in still quite different. The Shuren society played a much more important role than the non-Shuren society. There are 85.4% rural migrate workers obtain job opportunities through the Shuren society, however, the non-Shuren society, especially the formal labor agency, failed to win the trust of the workers, just less than 3.5 percent. Through intensive analysis, we conclude that the risk in nos-Shuren society is higher than that in Shuren society, and offer the solution to the risk abersion of rural migrate workers’ job-seekings.

On the basis of investigation and analysis, this paper defined the main risks of enterprise product development, and their causes. Risks of enterprise product deveopment consist of market risk, technical risk, social risk, management risk and so on. To build a risk assessment model of enterprise product development with analytic hierarchy process method, meanwhile, measures against the risk of product development was given. In order to strengthening the general investigation of the market, choosing development direction carefully, shorten the product development cycle, adhere to sustainable development strategy, choose the most appropriate time to lunch, application of high-tech, improving the product development organization, optimizing production processes designed, strengthening the IT security, analyzing business environment systematically, track survey in social trends, optimize management of product development, improve the quality of employees, the implementation of the development quality assurance, improving the development information system and so on.
