Empirical Study on the Influences of Rural Land Circulation on Grain Security
Xu Jiajun,Wang Mingzhe 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of u- and e- Service, Scienc Vol.9 No.12
Focusing on the phenomenon that rural land circulation has translated farmland into non-agricultural and non-grain land in recent years, this paper tries to theoretically solve the significant practical issue of sharp reduction in farmland caused by urbanization and grain security that is badly in need of solution in China through constructing models to study the relations between rural land circulation and grain security. As an important part of national security, grain security is a key strategic issue concerning national economy and the people’s livelihood. Grain security, energy security and financial security are called three major kinds of economic security in the world. In 2014, China’s grain output reached 607.10 million tons, seeing increases for 11 consecutive times, but the self-sufficiency rate of grain reduced to under 90%, and the grain supply gap continued to widen. To this end, the CPC Central Committee has proposed the new national grain security strategy of “Self-centered, state-based, capacity-guaranteed, and technology-supported with appropriate import” and taken important measures to strengthen land circulation and expand business scale. However, in theory, the issues whether agricultural production has scale operation and whether scale operation can increase grain output have remained controversial for a long time. In reality, China’s rural land circulation proportion in 2014 reached 28.8%, but the phenomena of non-grain farmland and non-agricultural farmland become serious. Therefore, this paper shows significance in both theory and practice with regard to the study on the relations between China’s grain security and rural land circulation as well as relevant policies. Through construction of Nerlove model of grain supply response, quantitative analysis is conducted to study the influences of rural land circulation on grain safety and relevant policies and suggestions are proposed in this paper.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution brought about rapid advances in information and media technology. In particular, games and movies have undergone many changes due to the development of digital technology, which broke down the barriers between movies and games and became the background for the birth of new forms of entertainment, interactive movies. In order to analyze the effect of the characteristics of interactive films on audience satisfaction and loyalty, this paper used gamification, interaction, and nonlinear narratives as independent variables, and set audience satisfaction and loyalty as parameters and dependent variables, respectively. This study established a theoretical background and hypothesis based on previous studies. Data was collected through a survey on this, and data analysis and hypothesis verification were conducted using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 24.0. As a result of the study, it was found that gamification and nonlinear narratives had a positive effect on both internal and external satisfaction of the audience, and interaction had a positive effect only on the internal satisfaction of the audience. In addition, it was found that gamification and nonlinear narratives affected audience loyalty through internal and external satisfaction of the audience, and interaction affected audience loyalty only through internal and external satisfaction.

In this paper, we consider the fuzzification of prime filters in Lattice Implication Algebras (briefly, LIAs), and introduce the concepts of fuzzy prime filters (briefly, FP-filters), and we also studied the properties of FP-filters. Finally, we investigate the properties of fuzzy prime dual filters (briefly, FPD-filters) in LIA, and the relations of them are investigated.

Purpose Immunotherapy (IO) plus tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) has become the first-line treatment for advanced renal cell carcinoma, despite the lack of prognostic biomarkers. Cyclin-dependent kinase 5 (CDK5) affects the tumor microenvironment, which may influence the efficacy of TKI+IO. Materials and Methods Two cohorts from our center (Zhongshan Metastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma [ZS-MRCC] cohort, Zhongshan High-risk Localized Renal Cell Carcinoma [ZS-HRRCC] cohort) and one cohort from a clinical trial (JAVELIN-101) were enrolled. The expression of CDK5 of each sample was determined by RNA sequencing. Immune infiltration and T cell function were evaluated by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry. Response and progression-free survival (PFS) were set as primary endpoints. Results Patients of low CDK5 expression showed higher objective response rate (60.0% vs. 23.3%) and longer PFS in both cohorts (ZS-MRCC cohort, p=0.014; JAVELIN-101 cohort, p=0.040). CDK5 expression was enhanced in non-responders (p < 0.05). In the ZS-HRRCC cohort, CDK5 was associated with decreased tumor-infiltrating CD8+ T cells, which was proved by immunohistochemistry (p < 0.05) and flow cytometry (Spearman’s ρ=–0.49, p < 0.001). In the high CDK5 subgroup, CD8+ T cells revealed a dysfunction phenotype with decreased granzyme B, and more regulatory T cells were identified. A predictive score was further constructed by random forest, involving CDK5 and T cell exhaustion features. The RFscore was also validated in both cohorts. By utilizing the model, more patients might be distinguished from the overall cohort. Additionally, only in the low RFscore did TKI+IO outperform TKI monotherapy. Conclusion High-CDK5 expression was associated with immunosuppression and TKI+IO resistance. RFscore based on CDK5 may be utilized as a biomarker to determine the optimal treatment strategy.

Friction and Wear Performance of Double-bump Design of Piston Skirt Main Thrust Side
Bifeng Yin,Jiajun Zu,Bo Xu,Gongyin Huang,Manying Yang 한국자동차공학회 2020 International journal of automotive technology Vol.21 No.6
As a key component of the engine, piston have to work in harsh environment for a very long time, its friction performance and operational reliability have been the research focus. In this paper, a four-cylinder diesel engine was used as the research object. The dynamic model considering multi-factors such as inertial parameters, surface roughness, thermal deformation and elastic deformation was established in Ricardo-Pisdyn software. The research mainly focused on the doublebump design of the main thrust side of the piston (exploring the parameters of the upper bump height, cavity depth etc.) on the friction and wear performance. The research showed that appropriately increasing the depth of the cavity can improve the wear within a certain range. However, if the cavity depth increase too much, the abrasion of the main thrust surface will be aggravated. After optimizing of the clearance and adopting the double-bump profile on the main thrust side, the accumulated wear load of the piston can be significantly reduced and its friction and wear performance will be improved. In this paper, the optimized accumulated wear load decreases from 31.65 MW/m2 to 14.64 MW/m2, drops by 53.7 %.
Analytical and Experimental Studies on All-Steel Buckling Restrained Brace with Double Steel Tubes
Jinhe Gao,Jiahuan Xi,Jiajun Ding,Yuwen Xu,Junwen Zhu,Yi Chang 한국강구조학회 2022 International Journal of Steel Structures Vol.22 No.1
This study proposes a new type of all-steel buckling restrained brace with double steel tubes composed of an inner round steel tube and an outer square steel tube, the inner core adopting a cruciform section and an H-section. These two types of cross-sectional inner cores have larger cross-sectional stiff ness than round bars and better meet the requirement that inner core should be easy to yield but not easy to buckle. In this study, a theoretical design method for designing the proposed BRB in a simplifi ed and optimal way is presented. The assembly scheme, constraint system, and overall structure are defi ned. The quasi-static tests of two brace specimens under a cyclic load are carried out to verify the brace's mechanical performance, axial strain distribution, and energy dissipation capacity. These results show that, relying on these two types of cross-sections, the hysteresis curves of all-steel buckling restrained braces with double-steel tubes are overall in good shape and stable. In addition, its energy dissipation performance is stable without any widespread instability phenomena. Also, the inner core has a stable plastic deformation capacity even after yielding, based on the comparative analysis of axial strain response of each components. Both specimens can meet the requirements of seismic design.
