        재한줌머공동체의 ‘실금’과 한국사회의 다문화 수용력

        The purpose of this paper is to highlight, with the help of the Jumma community, a refugee community in Korea, the way in which the immigrant community is affected by the combination of the two factors, the adaptibility of the immigrants and the receptibility of Korean society. The main argument is to identify the fact that the components of the pre-state identities, which detonates the refugeefication, lead the internal differentiation of the refugee community due to the refugee’s strategy of adaptation, on the one hadn, and the characteristics of supporting organizations of the protection states, on the other. In this paper, first, the special aspects of refugees in their development are investigated, and, second, the Jumma community’s effort to keep their pre-state identities and the formative process of the Jumma community in Korea are evaluated. Thu authors identify the phenomenon of differentiation among refugees through the relationship with the supporting organizations in Korea. This division process of the refugee community possibly accelerates the dissolution and break-up of immigrant community. For this reason, the systematic management of refugees is also required. The outcome of this research includes: first, the immigrant community, which has been assumed as the united and homogeneous community, is internally evolved to different directions; second, the evolution of the immigrant community is led or strengthened by the supporting organizations in Korea which is relate to their own interests; third, the research on refugees, which has been alienated in the immigration and multiculturalsim studies for a long time, is evoked loudly; the importance of religion for the refugees’ adaptation process to the protecting country; last but not least, the Korean society is asked for its multicultural receptive policies to respect the tradition of the immigrant community and to manage their internal differentiation.

        Should be aware of the knowledge and information related to the child's parents are learning and career. But has a lot of anxiety in the rapidly changing society many parents lack information about parenting to. The parents are to be the subject of education reform. Parents need to strengthen capacity through parent education in order to participate actively in their children's schooling and education policy parents. Needs related to training and support good parent school, school district, local government, community parent education support system. This study investigated the ability of parents to the education participation as an active subject was enabled to present the plan of the parent education. Was developed for this study are discussed from four perspectives. Should focus its efforts to raise the capacity as principal parent education activities. Raise awareness of parents and parents to be more organized than the movement for democratic education. We can raise a healthy family and healthy children when the mother and father work together for their children's education

      • 3차원 컴퓨터그래픽을 이용한 레이싱 게임 개발

        This paper describes the development of a racing game with three-dimensional computer graphics as one of web-based game contents. Client user using web can access and run java applet program with download of java byte code with the independence of hardware system. The racing game developed in this paper consists of graphic user interface module, initial space generation module, event handler module, and thread control module. The thread control module creates new game thread when the game starts. The game threadmanages three-dimensional graphic objects for creation, translation and transformation, and the view port control for three-dimensional viewing and projection of the graphic objects. It uses 2-D linked list data structure for the 3-D graphic objects that are located in three-dimensional space for high-speed object searching and sorting. It enhances the dynamic object moving and viewing in three-dimensional space. We can use the developed racing game to inform game users of information for an advertisement like tourism information, and can apply the proposed 3-D drawing technology to 3-D game graphic engine core.

        Zn과 Cd의 처리가 GA와 Uniconazole 전처리된 메리골드 'Orange Boy'의 생육과 무기물 흡수에 미치는 영향

        메리골드(Tagetes patula L. 'Orange Boy')를 통해 오염지 식생복원과 동시에 양호한 식생경관 조성재료로서의 가능성을 알아보기 위해 본 실험을 수행하였다. 메리골드 'Orange Boy'에 있어서 Zn과 Cd 100+20㎎·L^-1 처리구에서는 GA_3 와 uniconazole은 생체량 및 Zn과 Cd의 축적에는 영향을 주지 않았다. 생장조절제 무처리구의 Zn과 Cd의 200+40㎎·L^-1 처리구에서 대조구의 20%로 건물량이 감소하였다. Zn과 Cd의 농도별 혼용처리에 따른 체내 무기성분 T-N, P, K, Ca, Mg함량은 뚜렷한 경향이 없었고, Zn의 축적은 뿌리와 잎에서 각각 1,227 및 903㎎·㎏^-1, Cd의 경우 줄기와 잎에서 각각 89.7 및 77.4㎎·kg^-1의 최대의 농도를 보였다. The use of plant-based systems to remediate contaminated soils has become an area of intense scientific study in recent years and it is apparent that plants which grow well in contaminated soils need to be identified and screened for use in phytoremediation technologies. This study was conducted to determine the effects of various combinations of Zn and Cd on growth and mineral concentrations of Tagetes patula L. 'Orange Boy'. With 100㎎·L^-1 Zn + 20㎎·L^-1 Cd, GA_3 and Uniconazole did not increase the plant biomass, and accumulation of Zn and Cd Total dry weight with 200㎎·L^-1 Zn and 40㎎·L^-1 Cd was 20% that of control. There was no significant to T-N, P, K, Ca, and Mg contents in leaf, stem, and root. The Zn contents of root and leaf were 1,227 and 903 ㎎·kg^-1, respectively. While the Cd was accumulated different site compared to Zn, the highest accumulation place were stem (74.4 ㎎·kg^-1) and leaf (89.7 ㎎·kg^-1).

      • 하동군 옥종면 회장암질암에 배태된 티타늄광체에 대한 지구 물리탐사

        Ilmenite­rich titanium orebody was newly discovered from anorthositic mass distributed in the Handong-gun, Kyungsangnam-do. The orebody ranges from 2m to 30m in width and runs at least 14Km. The anorthositic mass may be zoned whose boundaries run parallel to almost north­south direction on the basis of abundance of mafic minerals and diagnostic texture observed. The titanium orebody is nearly conformable to the lithological zonation boundaries, striking N30˚E-20˚W and dipping vertical to 50˚-70˚NW or SW. Gravity, resistivity and seismic exploration have been performed over the area. Gravity anomaly near the orebody varies form 115mgal to 122mgal, showing higher value than those of the surroundings of anorthositic rocks. Resistivity sounding indicates the value significantly lower than that of the surroundings. However, not special indication has been obtained from the seismic method for the orebody. All the geophy sical data obtained thus far correpond well with those observed on the surface and support the possibility that the orebody continues downward at least 150m below the research position.

      • 대장암종에서 암관련 유전자들의 Promoter Methylation과 암종 발생 및 진행과의 관게에 대한 연구

        The colorectal corcinoma is one of the most common malignant tumor in Korea and its carcinogenic mechanism has not been elucidated exactly yet. So far, the most common carcinogenic mechanism has been known to be multiple genetic changes. But, the CpG island hypermethylation has been revealed to be one of the most important carcinogenic mechanism second to the genetic changes. The epigenetic changes characteristically imprint and transfer to the next generation without changes of nucleotide sequences. When the CpG island of promoter or 5'- exon 1 of a specific gene is methylated by DNA methyltrasferases (DNMTs), the gene expression is inhibited. Carcinogenic mechansisms by promoter methylation has been well known, but the progression of the cancer has not been elucidated yet. The molecular researches on the carcinogenic mechanisms largely depended on the tumor tissue containing various components of cell, due to difficulties in harvesting pure homogeneous tumor cells. Promoter methylatonof the cancer related genes as APc, hMLH2, p16, DAP-K and MGMT in 50 cases of sporadic colorectal carcinoma was studied. The pure normal colorectal epithelial cells, and cancer cells from superficial and deep invasive portion were harvested respectively by laser captured microdissection(LCM), and DNA was extracted from them. The promoter methylation was studied by methylation specific poymerase reaction (MSP) after bisulfite modification of the DNA and the expression of the genes by immunohistochemistry. The results suggests that promoter methylation of the cancer related genes are closely related with the colorectal carcinogenesis and it occurrs from early phase of carcinogenesis, progressing constantly to the late stage. And the promoter methylation of normal epithelial cells increased by age. The p15, known to be the genes related to hematologic malignancy, was closely related to the colorectal carcinoma as well.

      • 植物油의 불감화물 利用에 關한 硏究 : 第1報 Sterol과 Tocopherol의 定量 Quantitative Analysis of the Free Sterol and Tocopherol

        米糠油, 大豆油, 참깨油, 들깨油, 산초 및 菜種油의 불감화물중에 存在하는 free sterol을 column chromatography法과 T.L.C法에 의해 分溜 定量하였고 total tocopherol에 對해서는 Emmeri-Engel法에 의해 定量하였다. 1. Free steol을 용출할 때는 n-hexane-20% benzenedyddor에서만 용출됨을 확인하였다. 2. 이들 植物油의 不??化物中에 存在한 free sterol와 total tocopherol의 含量은 다음과 같다. Free Sterol(㎍/g) Total Tocopherol(㎍/g) 米糠油 1300 490 大豆油 1500 565 참깨油 773 425 들깨油 516 635 산초油 520 740 菜種油 640 470 Free sterols contained in unsaponifiable matters of vegetable oils such as, rice bran oil, soybean oil, sesame oil, japanes pepe oil, rape seed oil. and perilla oil are determined by the column chromatographic and thin layer chromato raphic methods. And also total tocopherols are investigated by Emmerie-Engel Procedure 1. For the elution of free sterol, it is only eluted when the n-hexane-20% benzene solution were added on the column paked silica gel. 2.         업무 관련성 견갑상 포착 신경증이 의심되는 3례

        Objectives : Entrapment of the suprascapular nerve is frequently overlooked in the differential diagnosis of shoulder pain. Methods : Suprascapular entrapment neuropathy is a well-defined clinical entity and EMG and NCV is used to confirm a diagnosis. But the diagnosis typically not considered until patients develop severe weakness secondary to atrophy of the spinous musculature that the nerve supplies. Results : A narrow suprascapular notch has rarely been reported as a work-related factor of this entrapment neuropathy. Diagnosis of suprascapular entrapment neuropathy is based on the patients' clinical course, neurologic, radiologic, and electrophysiologic findings. One of the most helpful evaluations was anteriorposterior projection with the X-ray tube angled 15-30 degree caudally. The suprascapular entrapment neuropathy is relatively uncommon entity of shoulder discomfort(pain, weakness, and atrophy). Conclusions : If the worker who used his shoulder joint repetitiously having the shoulder pain and muscle weakness, we must rule out the suprascapular entrapment neuropathy. And it is needed to evaluate the motions which cause suprascapular entrapment neuropathy as the ergonomic factor.
