노인장기요양기관 요양보호사의 근로만족도 영향요인에 대한 연구

본 연구는 요양보호사의 근로만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 경기도의 노인장기요양기관에 근무하고 있는 요양보호사 199명을 대상으로, 개인특성과 기관특성, 근로조건인식으로 독립변수를 구분하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 근로조건에 대한 인식 중 임금과 직무교육, 규정에 따른 업무지시에 대한 긍정적 인식이 근로만족도에 정적인 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 기관의 위치와 운영 주체도 영향을 미치는데, 도심에 위치하고, 운영 주체가 법인인 기관의 요양보호사의 근로만족도가 높게 나타났다. 반면, 연령, 근속연수, 건강상태 등의 개인 특성은 최종 모형에서 별다른 영향력을 나타내지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로, 노인장기요양기관에 종사하는 요양보호사의 근로만족을 높이기 위한 정책대안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors affecting the work satisfaction of nursing care workers. To this end, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 199 nursing care professionals working at a long-term care institution in Gyeonggi-do, and a hierarchical regression analysis was conducted by classifying independent variables based on individual characteristics, institution characteristics, and recognition of working conditions. As a result of the analysis, it was found that among the perceptions of working conditions, positive perceptions of wages, job training, and work orders according to regulations had a positive influence on work satisfaction. The location of the institution and the operating entity also have an effect, and the work satisfaction of nursing care workers of institutions located in the city center and whose operating entity is a corporation was high. On the other hand, personal characteristics such as age, years of service, and health status did not show much influence in the final model. Based on the results of this study, a policy alternative was proposed to increase the work satisfaction of nursing caregivers engaged in long-term care institutions for the elderly.

In this paper, it is researched on disassembly/reassembly process among remanufacturing system's five steps. For disassembly/ reassembly process's evaluation, it deduces an evaluation factor from remanufactured object and unit process's evaluation and then presents the evaluation method. After doing quantitative analysis on the unit process and then analyze weaknesses of pre-in-post process, the corresponding score is finally present. Depend on the score, it grasp process level of currently remanufacturing enterprise and remove unnecessary process. Accordingly presented evaluation method, we expect that a thesis of remanufacturing system's standard process and enterprise's profit by productivity increase.
The Role of the Variance Premium in GARCH Option Pricing Models

We develop a discrete-time option pricing model using a variance-dependent pricing kernel of Christoffersen, Heston and Jacobs (2013) under an economic framework allowing for dynamic volatility and dynamic jump intensity. Using this model, we examine the role of the variance premium and jump risk premium in explaining S&P 500 index option returns. Our results stress the importance of the variance premium in explaining the stylized characteristics of index option returns, including short-term option returns, which are insufficiently explained by extant option pricing models. In particular, the variance premium can explain both 1-month holding period returns of 2-month maturity straddles, which are significantly negative, and call returns, which decrease according to moneyness. Even though the jump risk premium emphasized in the previous literature is able to well fit the option prices, it does not improve the explanatory power for the above two stylized option returns. The outperformance of the variance premium stems from its ability to capture the wedge between physical and risk-neutral volatilities.

청각장애인을 위한 지상파방송 서비스 중 자막방송은 100%에 가까운 편성 비율을 달성하고 있지만, 수화방송은 방송화면을 가리는 특성과 비용 등의 문제로 5% 수준의 편성에 그치고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자막방송을 수화로 번역하여 그래픽 수화방송을 생성함으로써 수화방송의 비율을 높이고자 한다. 일기예보에 한정하여 수화방송을 생성한 기존 연구 결과를 바탕으로 모든 방송 프로그램에 적용 가능한 그래픽 수화방송 시스템을 제안한다. 자막방송 문장을 형태소별로 분석한 다음 중요 품사위주로 단어 단위로 번역하고, 한국어 어휘의미망을 이용하여 수화사전에 없는 단어를 대표어로 대체하였다. 형제어와 문맥정보를 이용하여 중의성 단어를 성공적으로 번역하였다. 기존 일기예보 수화방송 시스템의 수화 사전과 수화 모션 데이터베이스를 추가 구축하였다. 자동번역 기술이 전문 수화 통역사의 수준을 따라잡을 수는 없지만 향후 수화방송도 선택적 서비스가 가능해지고 수화통역사의 수화방송이 모든 프로그램에 편성될 때까지 본 시스템이 보조적 시청 수단으로 사용 가능할 것이다.

There has been much attention to biased ligands of G protein-coupled receptors (GPCRs) for potential pharmacological benefits. Recently, we reported N- ((6-chloro-2’-methoxy-[1,1’-biphenyl]-3-yl)methyl)ethanamine 1 as G proteinbiased agonist of 5-HT7R, which could be used as a chemical probe for the study on treatment discovery of autism spectrum disorder. Herein, we describe the synthesis of derivatives of the compound 1 and their biological evaluations in both G protein and β-arrestin signaling pathway. Total 16 compounds were synthesized and evaluated, and the compounds 3c, 3f, 3i, and 3p could be called as G protein-biased agonists like the compound 1. Among the four compounds, the compound 3c was the best in efficacy with an Emax value of 73% and the compound 3f was the most potent agonist with an EC50 value of 0.094 μM.

This paper reports on the development of micro power system component under way at Seoul National University. The need for micro power systems is explained, and a micro power system components under development is described. Design, fabrication, and test processes are introduced, and technical challenges in each phase are described. To manufacture high aspect ratio structures, Deep Reactive Ion Etching (DRIE) process have been developed and optimized. Specially, in this study, Structures with aspect ratios greater than 10 were fabricated. Also, wafer direct bonding and I.R. camera bonding inspection systems have been developed. And the designed micro turbine system and micro combustor are fabricated and tested.
