Frequency Control of Converter Fed Micro-grid for Flexible Frequency Operation

Recently, uncertainty in power system increase rapidly. On the other hand, the new construction of power plant or transmission line runs into opposition by the resistance of the local people. And those makes the power system operation more difficult. Because of those challenges new methodologies are required to gain the flexibility of the power grids. Flexible frequency operation provides customized frequency through BTB HVDC, overall system is operated in relaxed frequency regulation. In this operation, sensitive loads which need high quality electric power are operated as micro-grid by BTB HVDC. This paper presents control of converter which connect microgrid to power system in flexible frequency operation. In test system, main power system is operated in flexible frequency regulation and micro gird is operated in high quality frequency. Simulation result shows contribution of proposed control strategy for main-grid frequency control in flexible operation.

주가 가격은 지역 문화와 상관없이 전 세계적인 거래가 이루어지는 품목입니다. 이러한 주가는 기축통화의 환율과 소비자 물가지수, 국제 유가 등 여러 국제적인 요인에 의해 가격이 변동되는데 본 논문에서는 현재 펜데믹 상황에서의 주가 변동을 예측하고자 새로운 요인으로 코로나 확진자 수를 추가하였다. 모델은 주로 시계열 데이터에서 사용되는 LSTM 모델을 사용하여 학습을 진행하였다. 학습에 사용된 데이터는 2021년 6월부터 2022년 7월까지의 데이터를 사용하여 데이터 셋을 구축하였다. Stock prices are items that are traded worldwide, regardless of local culture. These stock prices fluctuate according to various international factors such as the exchange rate of the key currency, consumer price index, and international oil price. The model was trained using the LSTM model mainly used for time series data. The data used for training was constructed using data from June 25, 2021 to July 15, 2022.

As in many countries worldwide, accident trends are provided annually based on the official accident statistics. The accident statistics use the data from police accident reports and statistics. Although the official accident statistics are useful, a limitation is that very little information about how accidents occur, the cause of the accident and the injury mechanisms is available. This limitations could be overcome by carrying out the in-depth accident investigations and making database set, collecting more detailed information than available in the police reports. Meanwhile a net of in-depth investigation teams are operating worldwide, as NASS (National Accident Sampling System) and CIREN (Crash Injury Research and Engineering Network) in US, OTS (On the spot investigation) in UK. In this study, the database structure and variables of korea in-depth accidents investigation system would be proposed through considering the database structure of GIDAS(Germany in-depth accidents study). Also the iGLAD(Initiative for the Global Harmonization of Accident Data) were considered to introduce into the database variables and structure of korea in-depth accident study. Current police reports were compared with GIDAS and iGLAD.
Asymmetric Joule heating effect on a monolayer MoS2 device measured by a thermal imaging microscope

Layered transition-metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) materials, which currently provide the most ideal two-dimensional (2D) semiconductor channels, have limited performance due to unavoidable interfacial defects caused by bottom–up processes. These defects act as carrier scattering sources in a 2D channel, causing Joule heat losses. We investigated Joule heating effects on CVD grown monolayer MoS2 field-effect transistors (FETs) by measuring thermal characteristics according to minute voltage conditions using an infrared (IR) thermal microscope and analyzed it based on the 3D heat transfer simulation. We confirmed that the temperature distribution is non-uniform and maximum temperature of the channel increases due to the asymmetry of the charge distribution when the transistor operated in the saturation mode. The maximum temperature as a function of input power density initially shows the linear relationship and gradually becomes more non-linear as input power increases, and the non-linearity becomes more pronounced at the negative drain-source bias conditions. Our results demonstrate the importance of charge distribution during device operation as well as total input power in thermal analysis studies based on 2D materials.
