In this paper, we apply the controller output error method to the adaptive fuzzy control design. This method employs a gradient descent algorithm to minimize a error function which is beased on the error at the controller output. This contrasts with more conventional methods which use the error at the plant output. The error function is minimized by adapting some or allof the parameters of the fuzzy controller. In this paper, we propose to revise the consequent parameter. The proposed adaptive fuzzy controller is applied to the adaptive control of a nonlinear plant and is shown to be capable of providing good overall system performance.

This paper describes an intelligent cruise control system for automobile. With the remarkable numericalincrease of automobiles on the roal, the optimized traffic flow control using the cruise control is one of the very important traffic problems to overcome the limitation of an existing road capacity. Based onthis idea that minimize the fuel cost and teh air pollution, and accept a driver's needs for driving, we have developed an intelligent cruise control system for vehicle. This proposed intelligent fuzzy cruise controller was successfully implemented using the fuzzy algorithm, the i80c196 μ-controller board and the throttle valve actuator. The field test results on an linear road was introduced.

Adapative control theory or parameter tuning of PID controller is mainly limited in linear systems. But in this paper, using a nonlinear mapping capability of NNS, we derive a realtime tuning method of PID controller based on a Back-Propagation method of single GMDP NN. A variety of neural models, especially higher-order networks, are known to computationlly powerful for complex application. While they have advantages over traditional multilayered perceptrons, the uniformity in their network structures, learning algorithms and loop time creates practical problems. Thus this paper evaluates the capability between MLP and GMDP for performing velocity control. Backpropagation is applied to the GMDP as learning rule.

Detailed model of longitudinal dynamics of a typical automobile is developed. A nonlinear controller is designed for speed control of the automobile. This paper discribes the first step of a vehicle model design which designs a engine model. The design of a vehicle engine designs Matlab Simulink, and control which is compared describes characteristics be using Fuzzy and PID.

PID-FGS(Fuzzy Gain Scheduling)를 결합한 병렬제어기 설계

본 논문에서는 PID-FGS(Fuzzy Gain Scheduling) 제어기를 사용한 병렬제어기를 구상한다. PID 제어기는 산업현장에서 널리 쓰이는 제어기로서, 지금까지도 널리 사용되고 있다. 그러나 PID 제어기는 적응성이 없기 때문에 초기에 적절한 파라메터의 설정이 중요하다. 그에 반해 FGS는 초기에 많은 오차를 수반하지만, 시뮬레이션 동한 초기오차를 수정한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 각 제어기의 장점을 취합하여 병력제어기를 구성하는 것이다. 그리고 본 논문에서 사용한 제어기의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 PID, FGS, PID-FGS 제어기의 각각의 시뮬레이션 결과를 살펴본다.
Transgenic Efficiency of FoxN1-targeted Pig Parthenogenetic Embryos

The clustered regularly interspaced short palindromic repeats (CRISPR)/CRISPR associated protein (Cas9) system can be applied to produce transgenic pigs. Therefore, we applied CRISPR/Cas9 system to generate FoxN1-targeted pig parthenogenetic embryos. Using single guided RNA targeted to pig FoxN1 genes was injected into cytoplasm of in vitro matured oocyte before electrical activation. In results, regardless of the concentrations of vector, the cleavage rate were significantly (p<0.05) decreased (4 ng/μl, 51.24%; 8 ng/μl, 40.88%; and 16 ng/μl; 45.22%) compared to no injection group (70.44%). The blastocyst formation rates were also decreased in vector injected 3 groups (4 ng/μl, 7.96%; 8 ng/μl, 6.4%; and 16 ng/μl; 9.04%) compared to no injection group (29.07%). In addition, the blastocyst formation rates between sham injected group (13.51%) and no injection group (29.07%) also showed significant difference (p<0.05). The mutation rates were comparable between groups (4 ng/μl, 18.4%; 8 ng/μl, 12.5%; and 16 ng/μl; 20.0%). The sequencing analysis showed that blastocysts derived from each group were successfully mutated in FoxN1 loci regardless of the vector concentrations. However, the deletion patterns were higher than the patterns of point mutation and insertion regardless of the vector concentrations. In conclusion, we described that cytoplasmic microinjection of FoxN1-targeted CRISPR/Cas9 vector could efficiently generate transgenic pig parthenogenetic embryos in one-step.

Recently the international crude oil price has nearly reached at 150$ per barrel, and the energy-saving in the transportation field has become an urgent problem in our country. And the global climate change and the need to reduce the green house gas has become one of the most important issues in the international society. The purpose of this study is to suggest a new vision and objective of the transportation policy for the 4th local government of Gyeonggi Province. The summary of the new vision and objective of the transportation policy proposed in this study is the development of the energy-saving, sustainable and safe transportation system. The new name of the regional development policy according to this vision and objective is called the ESSD(Energy-saving, Sustainable, and Safe Development) in this paper, and the ESSD should be the new direction of the transportation policy. The new transportation vision and objective proposed in this study will be expected to show the new transportation policy direction in the future in our country.
택시 영상DB를 활용한 교통약자 보행자 사고의 심각도 분석

This study proposes severity analysis for pedestrian accidents by improving variables which were used for general severity analysis. The existing variables were collected based on the interviews with policeman or witnesses and evidence of accidents. Therefore, existing variables were subjective and had several measurement errors. In order to improve such problems, this study collected variables from vehicle recorder of taxi which recorded the moment of accidents. As a result, explanatory power of independent variables was enhanced and the complete objective variables could be collected. After collecting variables, ordered pro bit model was developed by utilizing vehicle recorder database. Fitness of ordered pro bit model was 0.23. Vehicle speed and pedestrian’s eye direction variables were the most critical factors for severity of pedestrian accident. In addition, severity analysis for vulnerable pedestrian was carried out. As a result, it was revealed that vehicle speed, pedestrian’s eye direction and safety zone variables affected the severity of pedestrian accidents most. Particularly, vehicle speed variable is the most important factor. Consequently, driver’s defensive driving and compliance to the regulations are the priority to reduce severity of pedestrian accidents and prevent pedestrian accident.
