        TPM 우수기업을 위한 KS A ISO 2859-1과 KS A 3109와의 비교 분석

        The growing importance of the product quality of the manufacturing industry is becoming more and more apparent as we enter the end of faster and deeper globalization trend. At the same time, among the various factors affecting the quality of the product, the importance of the production equipment is ever increasing. As a result, the TPM activity in Korean industries is getting increasing recognition and is being implemented with faster phase than ever. The companies with superior product quality are heavily involved with TPM activities and the product qualities of these companies are definitely better than the others. When we distinguish the product quality process into 3 steps, i.e. quality secure-quality confirm-quality guarantee, of course the 1st step of secure is the most important, but also the 2nd step of onfirm is one of the most important step. As well in mass production environment, sampling inspection is more desirable than the 100 % inspection procedure. As a part of globalization trend, KS system is also being revised and reestablished based on ISO, IEC, etc. *which are based on international standard. Conventional KS sampling inspection standards were in many areas quite different from ISO sampling inspection standards, only KS A 3102, 3104, 3151 are left and the rest be-come obsolete, and even the ones that are still around are planned to the gone step by step. It has been already 3 years since the new KS A ISO 2859-0--3 sampling inspection process has been established which the abolition of the popular KS A 3101, KS A 3105, KS A 3109, yet the implementation rate is very slow. This study will attempt to compare the old KS A 3109 with new KS A ISO 2859-0~3, and try to understand the difference as that the new standard can be easily understood and used widely among companies, by using examples. Our attempt is to help implement with the companies with active TPM involvement but the final result can be spread among other companies as well in the near future.

        감술제조에 관한 연구

        홍시를 살균처리하지 않은 것, 열처리 살균한 것, 염산처리 살균한 것과 염산처리 살균한 곶감 12%에 설탕 15% 용액을 17℃에서 36일간 발효시켰다. 무처리구와 염산처리구는 감에 부착되어 있던 유산균과 초산균으로 오염되어 산패되었다. 그래서 곶감의 산도는 4.4, 열처리한 것은 산도는 5.0, 산처리한 것은5.8, 무처리함 것은 13.5ml(0.1N NaOH/10ml sample)를 나타냈다. 에탄올 함량은 열처리구는 11.2%, 곶감은 10.0%, 산처리구는 9.4%무처리구는 6.1%였다. 가장 기호성과 안정성이 높은 것은 열처리하여 28일간 발효시킨 것이었다. 열처리구로 36일간 발효시킨 술은 총당 4.65%, 환원당 3.65%, 단백질, 0.03㎎/ml, 아미노산 0.17㎍/ml, pH 3.4, 펙틴 13.02㎍/ml, 균체수 5.75 logCFU/ml를 나타냈다. 곶감주도 기호성은 높았으나 발효속도가 낮았다. The possibility of wine making from soft and dried persimmon and the effects of treatment for persimmon on the quality of wine have been investigated. Soft persimmon was pretreated by two methods, of heat and hydrochloric acid treatment. Fermentation mash was composed of 12% persimmon and 15% of sucrose, and was fermented at 17℃ for 36 days. The fermentation using persimmons which were untreated and treated by acid was not successful because of contamination caused by lactic acid and acetic acid bacteria. Acidity of the fermented broth produced from boiled, dried, acid treated and untreated persimmon was 4.4, 5.0, 5.8 and 13.5ml(0.1N NaOH/10ml broth), respectively. Ethanol concentration of the fermented broth produced from boiled, dried, acid treated and untreated persimmon was 11.2, 10.0, 9.4 and 6.1%v/v, respectively. The wine fermented for 28day's fermentation using boiled persimmon as substrate had the best quality and stability. After 36 day's fermentation using boiled persimmon, following composition was obtained: 4.65% of total sugar, 3.65% of reducing sugar, 0.03㎎/ml of protein, 0.17 ㎍/ml of amino acid and 13.02 ㎍/m1 of pectin. The pH and yeast cell of the boiled persimmon broth were 3.4 and 5.75 logCFU/ml. Fermented wine using dried persimmon had also good quality but the fermentation rate was slow.

      • Tantalum Pentoxide 박막의 전기적 특성에 관한 연구

        Thin tantalum pentoxide(Ta_2O_5) films were deposited by oxygenassisted pyrolysis of tantalum methoxide using LPCVD method and their UV-absorption characteristics, X-ray diffraction, surface structure and I - V characteristics were investigated. Ta_2O_5 films as grown were originally amorphous and became polycrystalline hexagonal δ-Ta_2O_5 after annealing at 800℃ in the nitrogen gas atmosphere for 4 hours. The structures of the si_3N_4 films deposited by LPCVD were basically amorphous but mixed micro crystallites were observed in the films. For the Ta_2O_5 films of about 1000Å thick, the leakage current density through the films was 10 exp (-7) A/㎠ at 5 MV/㎝. The leakage current density was high and breakdown voltage was low with respect to Si_3N_4, Ta_2O_5 films could make them attractive in multiplayer dielectric thin films for memory devices.

        교합 거상 금관이 어린이 교합 발육에 미치는 영향

        혼합 치열기에서 유치의 탈락 및 영구치의 맹출 과정이 순조롭게 이루어지는 것은 중요한 일이다. 맹출 중인 치아는 인접치유무, 유치의 흡수속도, 유치의 조기상실, 만기잔존, 국소병소나 입술, 혀, 저작근 등의 다양한 요인들에 의해 영향 받을 수 있으며, 이러한 요소들 사이의 균형이 깨지게 되면 인접치 간의 관계가 변하고 심각한 부정교합이 초래될 수 있다. 본 증례는 유치열 및 혼합치열을 가진 어린이들에서 상하악 구치부 교합면에 접착된 교합 거상 금속 스플린트(bite raising metal splint)가 치열에 미친 영향에 대해 보여주고 있다. 이들은 스플린트로 인한 유치의 만기잔존으로 영구치 맹출에 방해를 받거나, 전치부 개방교합, 제 1대구치의 저위 맹출 등 혼합 치열기 발달에 큰 영향을 받고 있었다. 치료로써 고속 핸드피스를 이용하여 스플린트를 제거하고 주기적 점검을 통해 교합변화 및 영구치 맹출 양상을 관찰하였다. Children are in mixed dentition during 6 years after 3 years old. this time is very important for sound permanent dentition. There are many factors of influence to tooth eruption stage ; adjacent teeth, tooth resorption, early loss or retention of deciduous tooth, local lesion, lip and tongue, masticatory muscles, ect. These factors should be in balance, if not, relation of adjacent teeth is changed, then severe malocclusion is occurred maybe. These cases revealed influences of resin bonded metal splint on occlusal surface of children's molar to mixed dentition. Splints interfere with falling off of deciduous tooth, tooth eruption, normal occlusion formation, and development of mixed dentition and occlusion. Therefore we removed the metal splint from teeth, follow-up checked occlusion and tooth eruption.

      • Global-MAHN에서 라우팅 오버헤드 개선에 대한 연구

        In this Paper, we studied the mechanism that increases the network reliability and decreases network load in GMAHN environment based on the AODV routing protocol. This proposed algorithm is the research on the algorithm, minimizing network overhead by preventing unnecessary network overhead previously and adapting Local repair mechanism to efficient data transmission when route error happens in network, in GMAHN environment. To evaluate the proposed algorithm's performance, we analyzed the proposed algorithm and adapting in various experiment environment according to 5 experiment viewpoint such as node movement, gateway network zone, mobile node number, flow number. After evaluating the experiment, we confirmed better network improvement altogether through following result such as total average data reception rate's increase, average data transmission time's decrease, network overhead's decrease than existing GMAHN algorithm.

      • 置換 Trifluoroacetanilide類의 加水分解에 대한 Triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate 錯和合物의 觸媒 效果

        Triamine이 tridentate ligand를 형성하는 triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate complex와 triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-benzimidazolate complex를 합성하여 imidazole과 이 complex들의 촉매작용을 치환 trifluoroacetanilide의 가수분해에 대하여 UV spectrophotometric method로 조사하였다. p-Nitro-2,2,2-trifluoroacetanilide의 가수분해 반응속도는 pH 7, 8에서는 완만히 증가하다가 pH 9, 10에 이르러 급격히 증가하였고 다시 pH 11, 12에서는 서서히 증가하였다. 이때 triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate complex는 pH 7∼9에서는 imidazole보다 촉매효과가 더 컸고, pH 10∼12에서는 imidazole보다 작은 촉매효과를 나타내었다. 또한 촉매의 농도가 커질수록 기질의 가수분해 반응속도값은 증가하였으나triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-benzimidazolate의 경우에는 농도가 커질수록 오히려 반응속도가 감소했다. 치환기와 반응속도 사이에는 Hammett rule이 잘 적용되었고 전자끄는 치환기에 의해 반응이 촉진되었다. p-Nitro-2, 2, 2-trifluoroacetanilide의 이들 촉매에 의한 가수분해 반응에서 solvent deuterium kinetic isotope effect(??/??)는 pH 7에서는 2.25∼2.27, pH 10에서는 1.44로서 중성 수용액 내에서는 general basecatalysis path로, 그리고 염기성 수용액 내에서는 nucleophilic catalysis로 진행하는 것을 알 수 있었다. Triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-imidazolate complex(C₂C₂CuIm) and triamine-copper(Ⅱ)-benzimidazolate complex(C₂C₂CuBzIm in which triamine serves as a tridentate ligand were synthesized. The catalytic actions of these complexres, comparing with imidazole, for the hydrolysis of substituted trifluoroacetanilide were observed by a UV spectrophotometric method. The rate of hydrolysis of p-nitro-2, 2, 2-trifluoroacetanilide(p-NO₂-TFA) was increased rapidly at pH 9 and 10 but slowly at pH 11 and 12. At pH 7∼9 the catalytic effect C₂C₂CuIm was larger than that of imidazole itself, however the effect of C₂C₂CuIm was smaller than that of imidazole at pH 10∼12. And hydrolysis rate of p-NO₂-TFA was increased with increasing concentration of catalysis, but in case of C₂C₂CuIm, hydrolysis rate of p-NO₂-TFA was decreased with increasing catalyst concentraration. The tate of hydrolysis was enhanced by electron-withdrawing substituents obeying well the Hammett rule. In the hydrolysis of p-NO₂-TFA with these catalysts, solvent deuterium kinetic isotope effect(??/??) was found to be 2.25∼2.27 at pH 7 and 1.44 at pH 10 suggesting that the catalytic hydrolysis proceeds by a general base catalysis path at a neutral teaction medium(pH 7) and proceeds by a mucleophilic catalysis path at an alkaline reaction medium(pH 10).

      • 저품위 철광석을 축열제로 이용한 온수온돌의 열적 특성

        본 실험연구는 철광산 주위에 적치된 저품위 철광석 활용방안의 일환으로 온수온돌 바닥 난방방식의 축열(채움)층을 기존의 자갈+마감몰탈(시멘트+모래)에서 저품위 철광석+마감몰탈(시멘트+분쇄 저품위 철광석)로 대체함으로서 나타나는 온돌구조의 열적 특성을 실험을 통해 실측 분석하여 온돌구조의 축열층에 저품위 철광석의 적용 가능성을 분석·평가하여 건축분야 등에서의 자원화를 유도하며, 저품위 철광석을 적용한 온수온돌 바닥 난방방식에서 쾌적한 열환경을 유지하기 위한 운전방법 및 최적 모델 설계를 위한 기초 자료를 제시하려는 목적으로 수행되었다. 실험 결과 저품위 철광석을 축열체로 이용한 온수온돌 바닥 난방방식이 동일 온수공급온도에서 자갈적용방식에 비해 상대적으로 높은 온도의 실내 열 환경을 유지할 수 있으며, 목표온도에 도달하는데 소용되는 시간이 적어 난방효과를 보다 빨리 얻을 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 간헐난방의 동일온수공급주기에서 저품위 철광석을 축열체로 이용한 온수온돌 바닥 난방방식의 온돌편차(공급시 최고온도-단속시 최저온도)가 자갈적용 방식보다 적게 측정되어 상대적으로 우수한 것으로 평가되었다. 온수온돌 난방방식의 바닥에 저품위 철광석을 시공함으로써 기존의 자갈사용 방식이나, 현재 일부 건축현장에서 축열(채움)층의 경량화를 위해 시공되고 있는 경량기포콘크리트에 비해 상대적으로 자중이 증가하는 단점이 있어 고층 공동주택에 적용하기는 상대적으로 불리한 재료이지만, 자중의 영향이 비교적 적은 중저층 집합주택 및 단독주택 등 소규모 건축물에의 적용 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. In the Hot Water Supply Floor Heating System (Ondol), the thermal characteristics have been mainly influenced by the variation of the hear storage materials and the temperatures of the supplied water. The objective of this study was to provide the basic data of the thermal characteristics and the construction application for the Hot Water Supply Floor Heating System. Two experimental test sets were made of well-insulated panel (Iso panel) with each size of 2.2 m(W)×2.2 m(L)×2.2 m(H). The experiments were carried out under the following conditions; with the variation of heat storage materials such as the Ballast and the Low Grade Iron Ores as the independent variables under the continuos heating conditions as the dependent variables. Experiment was monitored for 72 hours. The result of this study is as follow; the Low Grade Iron Ores layer improves the thermal efficiency compared with the ballast layer. Therefore, it is highly recommended to apply the Low Grade Iron Ores as the thermal storage materials of bottom layer for the Hot Water Supply Floor Heating System.
