        This is to indicate how to cope with 21C policy of dental technician supply and demand, analyzing the problems of the manpower supply and demand policy situation. In general, it is analyzed as unbalance in supply and demand of dental technician unbalance in number, quality and regional distribution: 1st : In numerical aspect, it shows that is over in outward form and while too few in practical contends. 2nd : In spite of many graduates, rate of passing the state exam of dental technician qualification shows average 60.9 percents low during 10 years lately, so that it is requested to facilitate the good and full equipments in institute as advanced nations have, to product the professional dental technician and enforce the contents, and while any system of department of four year or professional graduate school is requested. 3rd : In regional distribution of dental technician, it is shown that many dental technicians were distributed only in large cities, so that to resolve this problem, it is requested that the public health centers be established in the whole country.

      • 苗令 및 硬化處理가 黃色種 담배의 初期生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of seedling age, hardening time and hard-ening degree on the growth and yield components of flue-cured tobacco. Variety used was NC 2326. The results are summarized as follow; 1.Time of period from setting to topping, that from setting to the end of harvest, and that from topping to the end of harvest were longer in 50-day seedling than in 60-day seedling. And there was little difference of the time of period from sowing to the end of harvest between 50-day seedling and 60-day seedling. 2.C.G.R. was high in 50-day seed]ins than in 60-day seedling until the late maximum growing stage. In the 60-day seedling, growth continued late, and as a result of this, the stem height and number of leaves per a plant at topping time were higher in 60-day seedling. 3.The growth was most desirable in the recommended hardening(4.5ℓ/3.3㎡ ㆍ day ). The growth rate of severe hardening(1.5ℓ/3.3㎡ ㆍ day ) was high during the period from establishing to middle part of maximum growth. Se there was little difference of glowing characters among the plots of different hardening degree. 4.The leaf area of lugs and cutters was larger, and the weight of unit leaf area and percentage of dry matter in the plot of 60-day seedling were lower than those in other plots. 5.The leaf weight per plant, in the plot of recommended hardening was higher than that in the plots of without hardening and severe hardening. 6.There were little effects of tome of hardening on the growth and yield components.

        폐기 목질 재료로 제조한 학생용 책상 천판의 성능에 미치는 성형조건의 영향

        폐기 목질재료를 사용하여 학생용 책상 천판의 성형시 각 제조조건에 따른 천판의 성능을 검토하였다. 책상 천판의 파티클 구성은 고운 파티클과 거친 파티클을 적절히 혼합한 것이 고운 파티클이나 거친 파티클만으로 제조한 것보다는 전체적으로 성능이 양호하였으며, 특히 표층에는 고운 파티클을 중층에는 거친 파티클을 구성하는 것이 표면 마감성이 가장 우수하였다. 그리고 밀도가 높을수록 박리강도, 휨 강도는 우수하나, 흡수두께 팽창율은 증가하였으며, 수지 도포량이 많을수록 박리강도, 흡수두께 팽창율은 양호하나, 포름알데히드의 방출량은 높았다. 가압온도는 높을수록 대부분의 성능이 향상되었으며, 190℃가 가장 적절하였다. 가압시간은 1단계 2분과 2단계 2분이 비교적 양호하나 2단계의 가압시간을 1분으로 단축하여도 성능에는 큰 문제가 없어 앞으로 생산성의 향상을 기대할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. This research was performed to investigate the effect of moulding conditions on properties of the table top for student desk manufactured by wood waste materials. The table top manufactured using the mat mixed properly with fine particles and coarse particles generally showed better physical properties than those manufactured using either fine particles or coarse particles did. Especially, highest performance for overlaying was observed when fine particles were used for face layer and coarse particles were used for core layer. The internal bond (IB) strength, the bending strength and thickness swelling increased with the increase of density. Most of physical properties were improved with the increase of hot pressing temperature. The best physical properties were found at 190℃ when the first hot pressing and the second hot pressing times were two minutes. However, the effect of the second hot pressing time of two minutes on the physical properties was not markedly different from that of one minute. This result suggests that the second hot pressing time of one minute is enough to increase the productivity in manufacturing the table top with the least decrease of the physical properties.

      • 잎담배 生産과 栽培環境과의 關係에 關한 解析的 硏究 : 第18報 土壤水分, 施肥量 및 摘芯程度가 葉角의 水平變化에 미치는 影響 Influence of Soil Moisture, Amount of Fertilizer and Depth of Topping on Variation Width of Leaf Angle in Tobacco Plants

        This experiment was carried out to study the effects of soil moisture, fertilization and topping depth on horizontal variation of leaf angle in tobacco plants Variation of leaf angle wart larger during before topping than after, and it was larger at the position of leaf tip in contrast with leaf base during after topping. In the case of additional fertilization deeper topping caused large variation of leaf angle. and the effect of interaction was showed between soil moisture and fertilization. Phyllotaxis in the stage of harvesting was showed remarkable difference compared with that of typical flue-cured tobacco. The more prosperous tobacco growing was, the larger variation of leaf angle was.

      • 苗床材料 및 硬化處理가 黃色種 담배의 初期生育 및 收量에 미치는 影響

        This experiment was carried out to study the effects of hardening degrees, period of hardening tr-eatment and different seedling bed materials on the growth and yield components of flue-cured toba-cco. The results are as follows. 1.Extreme hardening decreased the amount of top, root and total weigh, and other growing cha-racters of seedlings 2.Growth of seedlings was very poor in the seedling bed filled with only sand, and good in the seedling bed filled with humus 6 : sand 4 ratio. 3.Amount of early growth after setting was larger in the plot of recommended hardening than in the plot of extreme hardening. The plants grown on the seedling bed filled with only sand showed poorer growth than any other plots. 4.The plants grown on the seedling bed filled with only sand, especially in the extreme hardening, had the smaller weight and poorer quality cutter. In the plants grown on the seedling bed filled with only sand and with humus 3 : sand 7 ratio, growth and yield components was shown a tendency inferior to the plants grown on the seedling bed filled with more humus. 5.Some characters related to the leaf quality investigated showed little differences according to the treatment. 6.The effects of period of hardening treatment on the growth and yield components were not significant.

      • 대나무재의 접착성

        3종의 죽재(맹종죽, 왕대 및 솜대)에 대한 특성(생재함수율, 절간길이, 두께등)의 변이 및 상온경화형 수지 접착제에 대한 죽재의 접착성능을 검토한 결과는 다음과 같다. 생재함수율은 죽고 및 절부나 절간부에 관계없이 솜대가 가장 낮았으며, 솜대나 맹종죽은 죽고가 증가함에 따라 점점 감소하는데 반해 왕대는 중간부가 가장 높았다. 절간부의 길이는 3죽종 모두 하간부나 상간부에서 보다 중간부에서 길었으며, 절간수 20까지의 절간길이의 평균은 왕대, 솜대, 맹종죽의 순이었다. 동일직경에서 간벽의 두께는 맹종죽이 가장 두꺼웠으며, 왕대가 가장 얇았다. 맹종죽에 대한 상온경화형 수지 접착제의 접착성능은 PVAc와 요소수지가 우수하였으며, 동일접착조건에서의 목재(낙엽송)와 목재 접착재료 보다도 내수접착강도는 약 2배 우수하였다. 구조용 상온경화형 수지 중에서는 수성고분자-이소시아네이트 수지 접착제의 접착성능이 가장 양호하였다. 접착성능이 비교적 우수한 PVAc 및 수성고분자-이소시아네디트수지에 의한 왕대의 접착성능은 양수지 모두 맹종죽 보다 우수하였다. 접착부위(절부+절부, 절부+절간부, 절간부+절간부)나 적층시의 접착면(외피부+외피부, 외피부+내피부, 내피부+내피부)에 따른 맹종죽의 접착성능에는 큰 차이가 없으나, 단지 내피부간의 절부와 절부의 접착성능은 타 접착면이나 접착부위 보다 10∼20㎏f/㎠ 낮았다. The variation of characteristics including green moisture content, internode length, and clum-wall thickness and the bonding properties of ambient setting resin adhesives in three bamboo species, Phyllostachys pubesens Mazel. et Z (Moso bamboo), P. bambusoides Sieb. et Zucc (Giant Timber bamboo), and P. nigra var. henosos Stapf (Hachiku bamboo), were evaluated. Among three species, Hachiku bamboo showed the lowest green moisture cintent without exception for culm height, node and internode parts. In species of Hachiko and Moso bamboos, as the culm height was increased, green moisture content in middle culm. Compared with lower or upper culms, the internode length was the longest in middle culm of all three species. and the order of averaged internode length under internode number 20 was as followed; Giant Timber bamboo>Hachiku bamboo>Moso bamboo. With same value of diameter, Moso bamboo contained the thickest culm-wall, while Giant Timber bamboo the thinnest. The superior bonding property of ambient setting resin for mon-structural uses in Moso bamboo was obtained in PVAc and urea-formaldehyde resin, and the wet bonding strength was two times better than in wood (Larix species) adhesion, Among the ambient setting resins for structural uses, water based polymer-isocyanate resin adhesives showed the best bonding properties. In Giant Timber bamboo, the bonding properties using PVAc and water based polymer-isocyanate resin adhesives were better than in Moso bamboo. There were no significant differences on bonding properties in Moso bamboo depending on adhesion position and zone, but the bonding property of node-node parts, which were bonded as inner layer and inner layer, was lower by 10 to 20㎏f/㎠ than other adhesion position and zone.

      • 당귀와 천궁 및 시호의 병용 경구 투여에서 흰쥐 혈중 Decursinol 농도의 비교 검토

        This study was performed to elucidate the influence on the plasma decursinol concentration after administration of combined decursin and Cnidii Rhizoma or decurisin and Bupleuri Radix extracts in comparison with single decursin admimistration. The identification of decursional isolated from Angelica gigas was carried out by GC/MS and the concentration of decursinol in the plasma after oral administration was determined by HPLC. The value of area under the plasma concentration (AUC) and the maximal concentration (Cmas) of decursinol after administration of methanol and ether Angelicae Gigantis Radix extract was higher than those of single decursin-treated group. It was also found that the AUC and the Cmax of decursional after combined administration with decursin and Cnidii Rhizoma were higher than those of decursin administration, whereas those of combined with decursin and Bupleuri Radix was lower. Moreover, the studies were performed with decursinol only or with combined decursinol and Cnidii Rhizoma/Bupleuri Radix, both of combined treatment increased the plasma decursinol concentrations compared with decursinol-treated group in rats. On the basis of these results, it is concluded that co-existing substances or co-administration with other drugs may influence the plasma levels of decurisinol after oral administration.

        흰쥐에 있어서 Ethanol과 Phenobarbital이 트리클로로에틸렌 대사에 미치는 영향

        Trichloroethylene is widely used for organic solvent in many industries. There are many workers who are exposed to trichloroethylene in Korea. If workers are exposed to trichloroethylene after ingestion of ethanol or phenobarbital, there might be an increased risk of toxicity due to combined exposures of chemicals. This study was performed to find out the influences of ethanol and phenobarbital on the levels of trichloroethylene in rats. Trichloroethylene was administered orally at the doses of 150, 750, 1,500, and 3,000mg/kg after pretreatment of 4g/kg ethanol or 80mg/kg phenobarbital. Trichloroethylene in blood was not detected at 12 hours after oral administration of trichloroethylene. Administered amount of trichloroethylene and its total blood concentration had a positive relationship. The level of blood trichloroethylene was decreased faster in ethanol and phenobarbital pretreated groups than in the control group. Amounts of urinary free trichloroethanol were larger at the doses of 150, 750, and 1,500mg/kg of trichloroethylene with pretreated phenobarbital group than in the control group. Total amounts of urinary conjugated trichloroethanol were larger in pretreated ethanol and phenobarbital groups than in the control group. In the phenobarbital pretreated group, there was a increasing tendency of excertion of urinary trichloroacetic acid. These results showed that intake of ethanol and phenobarbital may alter the metabolism of trichloroethylene in rats.

      • 실물옵션에 의한 한국벤처기업의 가치평가

        The purpose of this study in to value the venture businesses listed on KOSDAQ in the year 1999 using real option model. Findings are follows ; The valuation in individual basis across all venture business are overestimated. This result could be interpreted that bubbles prevails over KOSDAQ to a considerable degree. These phenomenon may be caused by a variety of reasons such as unreasonable investment decision, shortage of information, asymmetry of information, unbalance of demand and supply in securities market. For the purpose of valuation in market basis, 3 kind of the expected rates of return(EXR) were employed in business valuation by venture index respectively. With 8% and 14% EXR, the expected level of KOSDAQ Venture index is underestimated, in case of 30%, however, EXV is overestimated. This result suggests that investors of KOSDAQ venture market expect the higher returns on investment than those of Korean stock exchange.
