<P><B>Abstract</B></P><P>TiO<SUB>2</SUB>–Ag nanocomposite particles were prepared by spray pyrolysis of TiO<SUB>2</SUB> (7nm) dispersed AgNO<SUB>3</SUB> solution. The structures and morphologies of powders were carefully characterized by combination of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and three-dimensional electron tomography (3D-ET). It was clearly demonstrated by 3D-ET that the TiO<SUB>2</SUB>–Ag nanocomposite particle was consisted of well-dispersed Ag nanoparticles within TiO<SUB>2</SUB> matrix. Furthermore, it was shown by high-resolution TEM that the spray pyrolysis was capable of fabricating Ag particles with a few nm in size.</P>
GO-46 : Clinicopathologic characteristics of ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors

Objective: To evaluate clinicopathologic chracteristics and to investigate the outcome of patients with ovarian Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors (SLCTs). Methods: Medical records of 11 patients who pathologically diagnosed Sertoli-Leydig cell tumors since 1995 in single institute were retrospectively reviewed. Results: Median age was 31 (rage 16-70). FIGO stage was: 3 (27.3%) IA, 6 (54.5%) IC, and 2 (18.2%) IIb. Six patients (54.5 %) had G3 tumor, three (27.3 %) had G2, one (9.1%) had G1. Four patients without pregnancy histories had fertility-sparing surgery. Seven patients had full staging surgery including hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy; three of the seven patients had laparoscopic surgeries. Eight patients had pelvic lymph node dissections. Eight patients had adjuvant chemotherapies after the operations; six of them took BEP regimen, one of them had modified BEP regimen, and the last one had Paclitaxel and Cisplantin combination regimen. Two patients had died of the disease and they were re-diagnosed as Sertoliform endometrioid adenocarcinoma when they had recurrence. Except the two, there was no recurrence or dying case of SLCTs from this study. Conclusions: Regardless of histologic grades or FIGO stages of ovarian SLCTs, prognosis is excellent with or without adjuvant chemotherapy. Unilateral salpingo-oophorectomy close observation would be beneficial for women who will need giving a birth in the future. Hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy with adjuvant chemotherapy would be optimal treatment for women who are not need to preserve fertility.

조직변화와 인사관리가 조직건강에 미치는 영향 - 공군 간부를 대상으로 -

건강한 사람이 일을 잘 할 수 있듯이 건강한 조직이 성과가 높다. 조직의 건강한 정도를 조직건강이라고 한다. 그럼, 조직건강에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 무엇이 있을까? 여러 가지 요인을 생각해 볼 수 있지만, 본 연구에서는 군 조직의 인사조직 측면에서 중요한 요인으로 들고 있는 조직변화와 인사관리에 한정하여 살펴보았다. 학문적인 측면에서 조직건강에 대한 연구가 부족하고, 그나마 발표된 연구들도 주로 행정학과 교육학에 편중되어 온 점을 감안할 때 다양한 학문분야로의 확산이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 경영학적인 관점에서 조직변화, 인사관리, 그리고 조직건강 간의 구조적 관계를 살펴보았다. 이를 위해 공군조직 간부와 군무원 총 694명을 대상으로 구조방정식을 통해 자료를 분석하였다. 그 결과 조직변화는 조직건강에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못한 반면, 인사관 리는 조직건강에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 조직변화는 인사관리에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이 결과는 조직변화 관련 정책의 경우 그 결과가 단기간에 나타나기보다 장기적으로 나타날 개연성이 클 것으로 예상되어 중·장기적인 관점에서 좀 더 신중하게 접근할 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 한편, 직무순환 등의 인사관리는 개별적으로 최소 2년에 한 번씩 이루어지고 있어 단기적 관점에서 조직건강에 중요한 요인으로 작용하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 제언을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among organizational change, HRM, and orga-nizational health for 694 air force officers. Just as a healthy person can do a good job, a healthy organization performs better. What are the factors that affect organizational health? This study examined the structural rela-tionship between organizational change, HRM, and organizational health from a business perspective. For this purpose, data were analyzed through structural equations modeling for 694 air force officers. As a result, it was found that organizational change did not have a significant effect on organizational health, whereas HRM had a positive effect on organizational health. Also, organizational change was found to have a negative effect on HRM. These results suggest that in the case of organizational change-related policies, it is expected that the results will appear in the long term rather than in the short term. On the other hand, HRM such as job rotation is individually performed at least once every two years, showing that it is an important factor for organizational health from a short-term perspective. Finally, the limitations of this study and suggestions for future research are presented.
