혜암 이장식의 종말론적 신앙과 창조론적 신앙 사이의 통전적 신학: J. 몰트만의 생태학적 창조이해에 관련하여

본 논문은 혜암 이장식, 『기독교 사관의 역사』를 중심으로 ‘종말론적 신앙’과 ‘창조론적 신앙’이라는 두 가지 하나님 이해의 통전적 성찰을 도모하고자 한다. 그리고 이를 위해 본 연구는 혜암의 통전적 신학의 한 예로서 몰트만의 창조론적 신앙을 잇대는 작업을 시도하고자 한다. 먼저 한국교회 제1세대 교회사학자인 혜암 이장식은 그의 저서 『기독교 사관의 역사』에서 인간적 역사법칙으로부터 자유로운 역사의 주님, 즉 인간의 역사성이라는 유한성을 벗어난 하나님의 초월성을 강조한다. 이와 더불어 몰트만은 은총적인 자기 비허로서 역사 안에 내재하시는 하나님이 동시에 역사를 초월해 창조질서의 운행을 경륜하신다는 점을 주장한다. 그럼으로써 두 신학자의 종말론적 신앙과 창조론적 신앙은 이제 통전적 신학의 방식 안에서 만나 초월과 내재의 두 가지를 함께 연결시키게 되며, 이러한 통전적 신학은 이제 코로나19 시대의 인류를 위로하고, 동시에 미래를 준비하는 진정한 하나님을 지향하게 된다. Based on Hye-Ahm Jang-Sik Lee, History of Christian History, this paper seeks to promote a conventional reflection of two God’s understanding: ‘eschatological faith’ and ‘creation faith’ And this paper attempts to connect conventional of Jang-Sik Lee. with the creation faith of Moltmann. First of all, Hye-Am Jang-Sik Lee, a first-generation church scholar at the Korean Church, emphasizes the transcendence of God beyond the finite nature of human history, the Lord of history free from human historical laws. Moltman argues that God, who is inherent in history as the wonderful self-emptying, is at the same time meditating on the operation of the creative order beyond history. Thus, the creational and eschatological beliefs in two theologians now meet in the mode of conventional theology, linking the transcendence and the inherence together, and this conventional theology is now directed toward a true God who comforts the humankind in the Corona19 era and prepares for the future at the same time.
Ciprofloxacin에 대한 집중 약물이상반응 모니터링

Ciprofloxacin has been associated with various adverse drug reaction such as headache, skin rash, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea and abdominal pain. A 60-year-old female developed skin rash, itching, urticaria following the line of vein in injection site. After cessation of the infusion, these symptoms disappeared soon. Because there were three more patients who experienced these symptoms, intensive monitoring for evaluating this phenomenon more thoroughly. From July 11, 2002 to September 6, 2002, Seoul National University Hospital Adverse Drug Reaction SNUH ADR) Monitoring Subcommittee conducted intensive monitoring for all patients prescribed ciprofloxacin and then we identified 27 cases of adverse drug reactions among 88 patients during the monitoring period. The incidence of ciprofloxacin was 30.7 per 100 patients, 0.36 per 100 drug prescriptions. The contents of adverse drug reaction were skin rash, itching, urticaria, nausea, vomiting, dizziness and general weakness. Dose of ciprofloxacin was 200㎎/100㎎.bag and the Lot. No. were 2011~2016. The administration sites were mostly dorsum of the hand or forearm. The incidence of the adverse drug reactions was not related to the infusion rate of ciprofloxacin, but was less frequent when the anticubital vein was used for infusion than the smaller peripheral veins were used.
Glyconoparticles for probing Mammalian Cell Surface Lectins

Recognition of glycans, which are present in the form of glycoconjugates in cells, by proteins is crucial for a variety of physiological and pathological processes. Accordingly, understanding the role of glycan-mediated binding events and blocking glycan-protein interactions associated with diseases are of great importance for both basic biological research and biomedical applications. To investigate binding of glycans by lectins on the mammalian cell surface,we prepared Lewis antigen conjugated fluorescent magnetic nanoparticles and applied them to detect human DC-SIGN and mouse SIGN-R1 on mammalian cell-surfaces. To our knowledge, glycan-modified fluorescent magnetic nanoparticles have not been used to study glycan-mediated recognition events. When DCEK, DCEK-DC-SIGN, and DCEK-SIGN-R1 cells were incubated with glyconanoparticles, Lea and Leb but not H1 conjugated nanoparticles bind to DC-SIGN and SIGN-R1 expressing cells. Subsequently, glyconanoparticles were internalized by the DC-SIGN and SIGN-R1-expressing cells. However, these events were greatly suppressed by pre-treatment of cells with mannan which is a tight ligand for these lectins, indicating that glyconanoparticles mostly enter cells via lectin-mediated endocytosis. Finally, we found that glyconanoparticles lead to induction of immune responses by examining the production of reactive oxygen species. This study will provide opportunities for developing finely tuned multifunctional nanoparticle-based drug and diagnostic nanoplatforms.
No Role of Protected Region B of Human Cytochrome P4501A2 Gene (CYP1A2) As an AP-1 Response Element

Cytochrome P4501A2 (CYP1A2) is a member of the cytochrome P450 family of isozymes involved in the phase I drug metabolism of vertebrates. CYP1A2 is responsible for the activation of a number of aromatic amines to mutagenic and carcinogenic forms. Thus, the level of CYP1A2, which varies among different populations, may determine an individual's susceptibility to these chemicals. We have previously reported on the importance of a cis element named PRB (protected region B) in the regulation of human Cytochrome P4501A2 (CYP1A2) gene, sequence(-2218 to -2187 bp) revealed a putative AP-1 binding site, TGACTAA, at -2212 bp(Chung and Brenick, 1997). To elucidate the role of AP-1 in CYP1A2 regulation, we transiently overexpressed c-Jun and c-Fos transcription factors in human hepatoma HepG2 cells, and examined their influence on the CYP1A2 promoter activity by reporter gene assays. Cotransfection of the c-Jun and the c-Fos expression vectors increased the induced transactivation by five to six fold from the CYP1A2 promoter constructs. However, deletion of the PRB element did not affect the degree of activation by the c-Jun and the c-Fos. Therefore, it is unlikely that the c-Jun and the c-fos activate the CYP1A2 promoter through this AP-1 consensus-like sequence in the PRB region.

Synchropter는 서로 경사진 한 쌍의 회전날개가 동조 교차 회전하는 회전익 항공기의 일종으로 동축반전 헬리콥터와 마찬가지로 꼬리 회전날개를 제거할 수 있어서 효율적이며 간결한 형태의 비행체 구성이 가능하다. 드론 체계로서의 적합성을 검토하기 위하여 소형 Synchropter를 설계, 제작하여 비행시험을 수행하였다. 설계한 Synchropter는 로터 직경이 1.4m이며 중량이 7kg인 소형비행체로서 효율적으로 비행 특성을 확인하기 위하여 상용부품 기반으로 제작하였다. 비행 제어 시스템은 Open Architecture인 Pixhawk를 기반으로 구성하였으며, Sychropter 제어법칙을 PX4 펌웨어에 탑재할 수 있도록 개발하였다. 정성적 비행시험을 통해 Synchropter의 비행 특성을 분석하였으며, 분석 결과, 드론 체계로서의 활용 가능성을 파악할 수 있었다. A synchropter is a type of rotorcraft in which a pair of blades inclined with each other rotates in synchronization. Removing the tail rotor enables an efficient and compact configuration similar to a coaxial-rotor helicopter. This paper describes the design and flight test results of a small synchropter to examine the suitability of a drone system for the army. The synchropter in this paper is a small vehicle with a rotor diameter of 1.4m and a weight of 7kg and was assembled based on commercial parts to examine flight characteristics effectively. The flight control system adopted Pixhawk, which is designed based on an open-architecture. The model-based design technique is applied to develop the control law of the synchropter and a new firmware embedded on the Pixhawk. Through qualitative flight tests, we analyzed the flight characteristics. As a result of the analysis, we confirmed the possibility of application as a drone system of the synchropter.
