본 연구에서는 몰입이 안녕감에 미치는 영향과 몰입의 스트레스 완충효과를 알아보았다. 이를 위해 대학생 268명에게 일반적 몰입기질척도-2 (General Dispositional Flow Scale-2), 정서질문지(Positive and Negative Affect Scale), 삶 만족척도(Satisfaction with Life Scale), 지각된 스트레스척도(Perceived Stress Scale), 스트레스 대처방식척도(Ways of Coping Questionnaire)를 시행하였다. 그 결과, 몰입을 자주 경험할수록 높은 인지적ㆍ정서적 안녕감을 경험한다는 것을 확인하였고, 고-몰입 집단보다 저-몰입 집단에서 스트레스와 인지적 안녕감의 부적상관이 더욱 뚜렷하게 나타나 몰입의 스트레스 완충효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 반면에, 정서적 안녕감에서 몰입의 스트레스 완충효과는 지지되지 않았다. 한편, 몰입을 자주 경험할수록 적응적인 문제중심 대처를 더 많이 사용하였고, 이러한 대처방략을 통해 인지적ㆍ정서적 안녕감을 이끈다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 연구는 몰입이 안녕감에 미치는 긍정적인 영향을 확인하고 그 과정을 설명하였으며 몰입 경험이 행복한 삶을 이끌고 유지할 수 있는 방법일 수 있음을 제안하였다. The study was conducted to investigate the effects of flow on a person’s well-being and stress-buffering ability. General-Dispositional Flow Scale-2, Positive and Negative Affect Scale, Satisfaction with Life Scale, Perceived Stress Scale, Ways of Coping Questionnaire were administered to a sample of 268 undergraduate students. Results showed that the disposition toward flow was associated with cognitive and emotional well-being and negative correlation of the stress and cognitive well-being was remarkable for low-flow group. These results confirm the flow"s stress buffering effect on cognitive well-being. However, this effect on emotional well-being was not verified. Participants who experience flow frequently use problem-focused coping and this coping strategy mediated the relations between flow and cognitive and emotional well-being. These results confirm the function of flow for subjective well-being and suggest flow experience is an effective way of the happier life.

Since MTA has many beneficial properties such as biocompatibility, great sealing capacity, antibacterial effects, low cytotoxicity, and stimulation of formation of mineralized tissue, it has been widely used as the material of choice in root-end filling, apexification, pulpotomy, perforation repair and so on. However, despite its favorable characteristics, MTA presents working properties which are less than ideal. The resulting cement from the mixing of powder and water is difficult to manipulate, and its setting time has been reported to be 2 h 45 min whereas the working time is <4 minutes. Additional moisture is also required to activate the setting of the cement. Moreover, according to recent studies, the physical properties of MTA may be hampered by acidic environment or blood contamination. Therefore, practitioners may have surprisingly worse results than they expected when they are not fully acquainted with the characteristics and manipulation method of MTA.

본 논문은 가상현실기술을 이용한 감성측정평가 시뮬레이터 구축의 일환으로 개발한 3차원 시청각 환경 제시기를 대상으로 가상환경의 현실감 정도를 평가하여, 최적의 현실감을 제공함과 동시에 사용자들의 Performance를 효율적으로 지원할 수 있는 디자인 요소들을 제시하고자 하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 두 가지 세부 연구가 실시되었으며, 첫 번째 실증적 연구에서는 여러 가지 방법론을 통해 가상환경과 실제환경에서의 현실감을 비교하였으며 두 번째 연구에서는 첫 번째 실험을 보강하여 앞의 연구결과에서 현실감에 중요하다고 추정된 디자인 요소들을 추출, 주요 디자인 요소들과 현실감 간의 인과관계를 규명함과 동시에 각 과업에 따른 성과에 미친 영향 정도를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 논문의 의의로는 감성측정 평가를 위해 구축된 가상환경의 현실감 수준을 평가하여, 최적의 현실감 및 사용자의 용이성을 지원할 수 있도록 가상환경 시스템의 보완 및 발전과 본격적인 감성공학 분야의 활용을 위한 지침을 마련하는데 있다.
Detection and Quantitation of a Non-human Glycan in a Biotherapheutics using LC/MS

Glycosylation plays important roles m a therapeutic glycoprotein such as stability, efficiency, and pharmacokinetics. Especially, sialic acid expressed as an outer terminal unit on the glycoprotein is involved in half-life in serum. In particular, Neu5Gc, a non-human sialic acid, is often observed in therapeutic glycoproteins produced from mammalian cell lines. And exogenous Neu5Gc can be an immunogenic antigen in human cells. Therefore, the screening and quantitation of Neu5Gc in a therapeutic glycoprotein is highly required in the manufacturing and development processes. In this study, we developed an analytical method for selectively identifying and quantifying Neu5Gc with high sensitvity usmg mass spectrometry. The amount of Neu5Gc isolated from various mAb-based therapeutics such as infliximab and trastuzumab was correctly determined. Briefly, sialic acids were liberated from each therapeutic glycoprotein by chmical hydrolysis and further enriched using solid phases extraction with a PGC cartridge. The Neu5Gc was chromatographically separated on a PGC column, then analyzed by MRM-MS. The concentration of Neu5Gc from mAb-based therapeutics was determined at low nano mole levels with high reproducibility ( CV < 6%). Batch-to-batch variations of Neu5Gc from a therapeutic glycoprotein were quatitatively determined. This method will be a valuable platform for not only QbD processes of biotherapeutics but also QA/QC of products to assess impurites and immunogenecities
Cytotoxicity and biocompatibility of Zirconia (Y-TZP) posts with various dental cements

Objectives: Endodontically treated teeth with insufficient tooth structure are often restored with esthetic restorations. This study evaluated the cytotoxicity and biological effects of yttria partially stabilized zirconia (Y-TZP) blocks in combination with several dental cements. Materials and Methods: Pairs of zirconia cylinders with medium alone or cemented with three types of dental cement including RelyX U200 (3M ESPE), FujiCEM 2 (GC), and Panavia F 2.0 (Kuraray) were incubated in medium for 14 days. The cytotoxicity of each supernatant was determined using 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole- 2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) assays on L929 fibroblasts and MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts. The levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6) mRNA were evaluated by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR), and IL-6 protein was evaluated by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). The data were analyzed using one-way ANOVA and Tukey post-hoc tests. A p < 0.05 was considered statistically significant. Results: The MTT assays showed that MC3T3-E1 osteoblasts were more susceptible to dental cements than L929 fibroblasts. The resin based dental cements increased IL-6 expression in L929 cells, but reduced IL-6 expression in MC3T3-E1 cells. Conclusions: Zirconia alone or blocks cemented with dental cement showed acceptable biocompatibilities. The results showed resin-modified glass-ionomer based cement less produced inflammatory cytokines than other self-adhesive resin-based cements. Furthermore, osteoblasts were more susceptible than fibroblasts to the biological effects of dental cement.
