생명공학산업의 주요한 자원인 미생물의 가치는 날로 증대하고 있으며, 이로 인해 생물자원을 확보하기 위한 국가간의 경쟁은 심화되고 있다. 이에 다양한 환경에서 미생물자원을 발굴하고 특성을 확인하는 것은 미래의 잠재적 생물자원을 확보하는데 큰 의미가 있다. 본 연구에서는 Pseudomonas속에 속하는 6종의 미생물들을 일반 토양에서 분리하여 분자계통학적 분석을 통해 국내 미기록종임을 확인하였다. 본 연구로 확보된 미생물들은 자생 생물자원의 다양성을 늘리고, 산업계에 생물자원의 선택의 폭을 늘리는데 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다. In 2017, as a study to discover indigenous prokaryotic species in Korea, a total of 6 bacterial strains assigned to the genus Pseudomonas were isolated from soil. From the high 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity (${\geq}99.5%$) and phylogenetic analysis with closely related species, the isolated strains were identified as independent Pseudomonas species which were unrecorded in Korea. The six Pseudomonas species were Pseudomonas mandelii, P. canadensis, P. thivervalensis, P. jessenii, P. lurida, and P. brenneri. Gram reaction, culture conditions, colony and cell morphology, basic physiological and biochemical characteristics are described in the species description section.
오호혈(五虎穴)이 족과부(足踝部) 체표온도변화(體表溫度變化)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Background and Purpose : There have been many studys about the relationship between the meridians and the acupoints of the twelve meridians, but no study about the extra points. To verify Dong-Shi acupoints, a kind of extra points, we studied the effects on the thermal changes of the ankle region following acupuncture on the Wu-Hu. Object and Methods : This study was researched into clinical statistics for 45 healthy normal students. The object was divided into two groups. One was the control group and the other was the acupuncture group. The acupuncture group was divided into two groups ; ACU-up : The class of ascent thermal change among acupuncture group. ACU-dn : The class of descent thermal change among acupuncture group. First, in the control group, we took a picture at the ankle region(BL60, BL62, GB40, ST41) without any stimulation with the Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging System and did after 10 minutes respectively. Second, in the acupuncture group, we took a picture without any stimulation and then acupuncture on Wu-Hu and took a picture after 10 minutes in the same way respectively. Results : 1. In the control group, average thermal change of BL60, BL62, GB40 and ST41 was decreased(about $0.2^{\circ}C$) after 10 minutes. 2. The skin temperature of all measured parts was significantly lower in the ACU-dn group after 10 minutes. 3. There were no significant differences of thermal change between the control and the acupuncture group, between the control and ACU-up group after 10 minutes. Conclusion : This result indicated that the acupuncture on the Wu-Hu was effective at the ankle region. And so the more study is needed continuously.

Objectives : This study was performed to evaluate the clinical results of the spodylolisthesis patients treated with oriental medical methods. Methods : We diagnosed spondylolisthesis by L-spine simple x-ray. 28 patients with spondylolisthesis were hospitalized at WonKwang University KwangJu Oriental Medical Hospital from April 1997 to January 2000 and treated by acupuncture, moxibustion, bed rest, herb-medicine and physical therapy. Results : 1. Distribution showed female predominence(82.1%) in general. 2. In the duration of symptoms, the largest group was the group of "acutest" (32.1%). 3. In the distribution of causes, the largest group was "overwork" (35.7%). 4. Isthmic type is the most common(75%) in etiology. 5. Isthmic type involved the 5th lumbar vertebra in 57.1% and degenerative type involved the 4th lumbar vertebra in 57.1%. 6. Most of cases were grade I(96.4%) in degree of slipping. 7. The common symptoms were radiating pain(92.9%) and low back pain(78.6%). 8. Therapeutic efforts above "good" by Kim's criteria was 20 cases(71.4%) Conclusions : The result of treatment by oriental medical methods is satisfactory for the treatment of spondylolisthsis.

In the present work, new meshfree method based on spline FEM (isogeometric analysis) is presented. One noticeable idea of present method is that trimming techniques are actively employed for geometric nonlinear analysis. The analysis models are created by trimming techniques and their boundaries are described by trimming curves only within a single NURBS patch. If a NURBS surface plays a role of background mesh and boundary trimming curves are only updated during nonlinear iterative steps, the trimming curves can freely move with complete independences of quadrilateral meshes. Thus, mesh distortion is not completely occurred at all even though the body undergoes large deformation. The deteriorated analysis results due to mesh distortion can be effectively avoided. There are a lot in common between present method and meshfree methods. Detailed discussions are made by showing numerical examples.

Recently, according to the United Nations Population Fund (UN Population Fund), about 3.3 billion people, or 54% of the world"s population, live in urban areas by 2014, and by 2030, about 66% .IoT sensors have been applied to the main facilities of the building by spreading the technology by adding the Internet of things here, so that all the situations in the building are monitored. Smart Building is the foundation of the Smart City ecosystem that many countries are aiming for in recent years, hoping to increase efficiency for owners and operators, and to provide convenience and safety for users, providing a pleasant and comfortable life. Meeting the expectations of everyone, the global market for smart buildings is growing. In this paper, the concept of smart building and IoT technology are analyzed to show the necessity of smart building with Iot technology, and the case of how IoT is applied to smart building will be examined.

The optical performance of the mirror for satellite camera is highly dependent on the adhesive properties between the mirror and its support. In order to design a mirror with high optical performance, the mechanical properties of adhesives should be well defined. In this research, the mechanical properties of three kinds of space adhesives are studied. In case of the materials which show nearly incompressible behavior such as space adhesives, it is important to measure shear modulus which governs deviatoric stress components. Shear moduli of the adhesives are determined by using single lap adhesively bonded joint. For the shear tests, several points have been selected from - 20℃ to 55℃ which is operating temperature range of the adhesive. The shear modulus of each adhesive is expressed as a function of temperature. Characteristics of the adhesives are discussed regarding their temperature sensitivity. The analysis results of RMS wavefront error w.r.t shear modulus are presented.

인공위성 카메라 주반사경의 광학적 성능은 반사경과 반사경 지지부의 접착특성에 크게 영향을 받는다. 따라서 고성능의 주반사경을 설계하기 위해서는 접착제의 기계적 특성규명이 필수적이다. 본 연구에서는 3종의 접착제를 선별하여 이에 대한 기계적 특성을 규명한다. 접착제의 탄성계수는 인장 시험을 통해 얻을 수 있다. 비선형 거동을 보이는 접착제의 경우 지수함수 형태로 곡선맞춤을 수행하여 응력-변형률 관계를 얻고, 선형거동을 보이는 접착제의 경우 선형 맞춤을 통해 탄성계수를 얻는다. 접착제의 작동 온도 범위내 8개 온도점을 선택하여 시험을 수행한다. 시험을 통해 탄성계수를 온도에 따른 함수로 표현하고, 이를 바탕으로 접착제의 특성에 대해 논의 한다. Stress-strain relation is obtained by using exponential curve fitting for the adhesive which shows non-linear behavior. In case of the linear behavior material, elastic modulus is calculated through linear curve fitting. For the tensile tests, several points have been selected in the operating temperature range of the adhesive. The elastic modulus of each adhesive is expressed as a function of temperature. Characteristics of the adhesives are discussed regarding their temperature sensitivity.

In this research, welding variables that affects quality of the weld vee during high frequency induction welding are investigated. The welding variables involved in this study are the frequency of the source current, the weld speed, the vee angle and the thickness of the tube. Temperature distribution of the tube is calculated through three dimensional coupled electromagnetic and thermal FEM analysis. In the electromagnetic analysis, skin effect and proximity effect are considered. The influence of the impeder is also analyzed. The effects that the operating welding variables have on the temperature distribution are investigated quantitatively by exhibiting Heat Affected Zone(HAZ).
