긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 기업가정신의 매개효과를 중심으로

[연구목적] 본 연구에서는 긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석함으로써 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 변수에 대한 이해를 폭을 넓히고자 하였다. 더불어 기업가정신은 창업의지에 강한 영향을 미치지만 기업가정신은 무엇으로부터 영향을 받는지에 대한 연구가 부족한 상황에서 본 연구를 통해 기업가정신에 영향을 미치는 요인을 발견하고자 하였다. [연구방법] 3개 대학의 대학생 322명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문조사를 실시한 후 SPSS를 이용해 다중회귀분석과 Process Macro를 활용한 매개효과 분석을 실시하였다. [연구결과] 긍정심리자본은 창업의지에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤지만 긍정심리자본 요인 중 회복탄력성의 유의성만이 검증되었다. 한편 긍정심리자본의 회복탄력성, 희망, 낙관은 기업가정신에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며 긍정심리자본(회복탄력성, 희망, 낙관)과 창업의지와의 관계에서 기업가정신은 완전매개효과를 보이는 것으로 나타났다. [연구의 시사점] 본 연구는 계획행동이론의 개념을 긍정심리자본과 창업의지로까지 확장했다는데 학술적 시사점이 있다. 또한 그간 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 기법과 기술 중심의 창업교육과 지원제도가 다수를 이뤘지만 본 연구에서는 역량론에 기반하여 인지적 특성이라고 할 수 있는 긍정심리자본이 창업의지에 영향을 미친다는 결론을 통해 창업의지에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 이해의 폭을 확장하는데 기여하였다. [Purpose] This study tried to broaden our understanding of variables that affect entrepreneurial intentions by analyzing how positive psychological capital affects entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, in a situation where there is a lack of research on what influences entrepreneurship, this study tried to discover factors affecting entrepreneurship. [Methodology] After conducting a self-report questionnaire on 322 college students from three universities, SPSS was used to analyze mediating effects using multiple regression analysis and Process Macro. [Findings] It was confirmed that only resilience among positive psychological capital had a positive effect on the entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, resilience, hope, and optimism had a significant effect on entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship was found to have a complete mediating effect in the relationship between positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial intentions. [Implications] This study has academic implications for expanding the concept of planning behavior theory to positive psychological capital and entrepreneurial intentions. In addition, this study contributed to expanding the understanding of the factors influencing entrepreneurial intention by concluding that positive psychological capital, which can be called a cognitive characteristic, affects the entrepreneurial intentions based on the competency theory.

建物 디자인 槪念 導出因子의 選好에 관한 硏究

The purposes of this study were two facts. The one is to analyze the preference of concept determinants according to the use of building and the characteristics of site. The other is to propose value through comparing preference of concept determinants of applicants and investigators. In order to acquire those, the literal investigation of domestic bimonthly which is A&C is employed as a means. Targets of research were 418 buildings which were attended domestic competition from 1996 to 2001. Survey of research investigated frequency of concept determinants that apply in these buildings. In the results, We could find two categories, five dimensions and 18 elements from the concept determinants. Also, we could prove that it was difference in preference of design concepts, according to use of building and characteristics of site, and difference partially between applicants and investigators in concept preference. These results can be used for measure for building estimation and can be used for guide, when architects establish concepts for design of buildings in design field.

감귤류 종자 추출물의 N-nitrosodimethylamine 생성억제에 관한 연구

The effect of inhibition on N-nitrosodimethylamine (NDMA) formation by methanol extracts from 6 kinds of citrus seed (Citrus sunki, Citrus natsudaidai, Citrus suleata, Citrus tangerina, Citrus grandis and Citrus obovoidea) were investigated. The contents of moisture, crude protein, crude fat, carbohydrate, ash, flavonoid and totat phenol in citrus seeds were 4~6, l1~15, 32~46, 22~45, 2~4%, 12~24mg% and 53~133㎎%, respectively. The solid contents and yield of citrus seed extracts were 0.8~1.0 and 0.7~1.1%, respectively. Nitrite-scavenging activity by methanol extracts from citrus seeds increased with increasing extract dosage. Furthermore, the nitrite scavenging activity was pH dependent being the highest at pH 1.2 (42.7~96.9%) and the lowest at pH 6.0 (19.9~62.6%). Scavenging effects of nitrite by reaction time showed high effects under 3hr reaction time. The inhibition effect of NDMA formation by the citrus seed was strengthened as the amount of extract increased. The inhibition rate of methanol extracts from citrus seeds on NDMA formation showed 1.2~39.8%, 21.3~60.1% and 47.4~94.0%, according to add 1, 3 and 5㎖, respectively. Therefore, the inhibition effect of NDMA formation by the citrus seed was strengthened as the concentration of extract increased.

디자인 개념도출인자의 중요도를 고려한 설계과정

The purpose of the study is to propose a design process considering the weights of design concept determinants through collecting decisions among Architects, design Junes, and other participants. The procedure of this study as follows. First, classifying design concept determinants and then investigating difference of preferences between applicants and Judges, the next finding problems of conventional design processes. Finally, in order to solve these problems, we will propose applicable process of design concept determinants considering the weights of design concept determinants through collecting decisions among design members. And this process will be verified by investigating the difference of the weights on design concept determinants each other, evaluating alternative of design works and investigating steps of practical applications. The methods of investigation were literature investigations, case studies and questionnaire four times, and then analyzed by AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). As the result of investigation and analyses, it was verified design process considering the weights of design concept determinants. If designers in practice use the results of this study, they will be able to design appropriately according to conditions of projects.

대학생의 단극성 우울중 치료를 위한 프로그램의 평가

The present study was to evaluate the treatment efficacy in a Coping With Depression Curse (psychoeducational group treatment) for unipolar depression among college students. The Coping with Depression Course constructed by Lewinsohn (1979) is based on the social learning theory analyzing depression. It is assumed to be associated with a decrease in pleasant and an increase in unpleasant person-environment interactions. Following these theoretical notions, the goal of treatment (CWD) is to Set the new self-changing skills : relaxation, Pleasant activities, constructive thinking, and social skills. In order to get the changes of the six participants, there were given pre- and post- tests which were consisted of MMPI-D, SCL-D, and BDI tests. According to the results of these tests, there were significant changes between scores on the pre- and post- test. Generally, those results were supported that CWD was an effective program to treat unipolar depression among college students.

역사·문화적 유산 또는 가치를 재해석하여 당대에 구현한 상품이 문화콘텐츠다. 상품은 대중적 기호와 욕망의 반영이다. 그렇지만 문화콘텐츠의 창작에서 중요한 것은 작자의 관점이다. 그 행위가 문화의 창작이기 때문이다. 조선후기 서사산문의 문화콘텐츠화의 방향을 모색하는 방편으로, 『임꺽정』의 창작 태도를 살펴보았다. 『임꺽정』은 조선후기의 문화원형을 재해석하고 신문이라는 매체를 소통의 방식으로 활용한 뛰어난 문화콘텐츠이기 때문이다. 주지하다시피 『임꺽정』에는 조선 후기의 문화가 다채롭고도 풍부하게 그려져 있다. 임꺽정에 대한 역사 기록은 극히 단편적인 것밖에 없었기 때문에, 대개는 碧初 洪命憙의 복안에 의해 사건이 꾸며진 것이다. 『임꺽정』의 창작 과정에서 벽초는 ``朝鮮情調에 일관된 작품``을 구현하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 조선시대의 수많은 자료 - 역사, 야사, 야담, 필기, 문집 등에 담긴 조선의 전통과 문화, 풍속과 삶의 모습, 그 광물을 하나하나 캐어서 엮어가며 조선의 정조를 드러낸 것이다. 벽초는 식민지 조선의 현실을 극복하기 위한 사회활동의 최전선에 서 있었던 바, 『임꺽정』의 집필은 문학 활동을 통한 반제국주의 민족투쟁의 일환이다. 『임꺽정』 이전에는, 임꺽정이 대중적이지 않았다. 벽초에 의해 새롭게 부활한 것이다. 특히 宮中 秘史 따위의 역사소설, 강담조의 야담이 유행하던 시기에 남들이 잘 모르는 인물, 그것도 백정인 임꺽정을 되살린 시각은 가히 破天荒적이라 할 수 있다. 백정들의 단합을 꾀한 면과 스스로 솔선한 점, 義賊으로 활약한 점 등의 임꺽정이 지닌 면모는 벽초가 살고 있는 시대의 요구와 부응한다. 당대 대중의 요구를 정확하게 반영하여 『임꺽정』의 창작에 임한 것이다. 아울러 벽초는 임꺽정에 의탁하여 자신의 내면에 있는 ``정열과 경륜``을 드러내었다. 그러나 자신의 주관을 일방적으로 드러내거나 강조하지 않았다. 벽초는 신문소설의 위상을 분명하게 자각하고, 대중의 욕구를 충분히 고려하면서 임꺽정의 현재화에 임하였던 것이다. 그 결과 신문소설이라는 매체를 통한 예술화에 성공하였다. 『임꺽정』에는 민족주의, 풍속, 언어, 지리에 대한 폭넓은 내용이 담겨있다. 벽초는 ``지켜야 할 가치``의 소중함을 드러내고자 한 것이다. 조선의 아름다운 정조를 지켜내기 위한 ``각성과 실천의 깃발``을 세웠던 것이다. 조선의 해방을 기약할 수 없는 상황에서도 『임꺽정』을 창작했던 이유이다. 『임꺽정』의 창작태도에서 배워야 할 점은, 바로 현재에 대한 고민 속에서 역사와 문화를 당대인과 교통할 수 있도록 가공하고 당대인의 지향점을 예술적으로 승화한 것이다. 철저한 현재적 관점에서의 역사와 문화에 대한 재해석, 이것이 벽초에게 배워야 할 문화콘텐츠화의 방향이다. This summary is an attempt to grope the late cultural contents on the direction of the narrative prose in the late Chosun Dynasty. Readers can sense the creative attitude of Byeokcho Hong Myeonghui`s writing in "Im Kkeokjeong". An enrichly diverse culture of Korea is shown in "Im Kkeokjeong" and only fragmentary record of this style has been written where Byeokcho has written the majority. Byeokcho creates consistent work of Chosun sentiment, and by doing so, uses numerous data like historical facts, unofficial historical stories and writings, anthologies, and collection of literary works. Also, he has gathered Chosun Dyansty`s tradition and culture, customs, forms of life, and minerals. Although writing materials like "Im Kkeokjeong" is one of the anti-imperialist national struggles, Byeokcho takes real action to overcome colonialism by having his writing published. "Im Keokjeong" is resurrected and released to the public by Byeokcho. During this period, most novels are written about history and subjects of hidden royal courts, therefore such writings as "Im Kkeokyeong" which tells a story about a butcher is visually evoked and considered too sensational and breaking the law. In "Im Kkeokjeong", however, the author`s writing meets the demands of the time with strong points and clarity. Byeokcho overtly reveals his ideals and passion about the economy, however, his emphasis is unilateral and subjective. Byeokcho consciously attempts to write in an objective style with phrases similar to a newspaper story by taking into account the desire of the public, but in the end "lm Kkeokjeong" is revived as an artistic style of writing. In "Im Kkeokjeong", there is subtle embedded message of nationalism, customs, language, geographical information. Byeokcho tries to express the importance of a ``need to keep the value`` and tries to erect a ``pull awakening and action of the flag``. The liberation of Chosun is timorous and this is the reason why Byeokcho originally writes "Im Kkeokjeong". The author believes that the people could learn history and culture, communicate the artistic process and understand the goals of the contemporary people by reading "Im Kkeokjeong". Byeokcho has thoroughly reinterpreted the history and culture in contemporary terms and that is what he believes will be the learning direction to the cultural content in the late Chosun Dynasty.

한국(韓國) 중국고대사(中國古代史) 학계에서의 토지제도(土地制度) 연구

이 글은 한국에서 중국고대토지제도에 대해 연구한 성과를 리뷰한 것이다. 睡虎地秦墓竹簡이 출토하기 전에 국내에는 민성기와 김엽 두 교수의 연구가 주목된다. 수호지지간이 출토한 1975년 이래로 이성규와 최창대·윤재석이 土地授田制(國有制) 논쟁을 벌였다. 그 후 2001년 張家山漢墓竹簡의 석문이 출간되면서 박건주·임병덕·임중혁·김진우 등의 글이 발표되어 수전제의 유무, 매매와 상속 등에 관한 논쟁이 보다 본격화되었다. This article aims to review the research on ancient Chinese land systems, which was conducted in Korea. Before the excavation of the Shuihudiqinjian(睡虎地秦簡), the research of two domestic professors`(Min, seong-ki and Kim, yub) is noteworthy. Since the year of 1975 when the Shuihudiqinjian was excavated, there has been controversies among the writings of Lee-sungkyu, Choi-changdae, and Yoon-jaeseok. Thereafter, in 2001 when the Zhangjiashanhanjian(張家山漢簡) was published, the writings of the following scholars were presented: Park-keonjoo, Lim, beong-duk, Im, joong-hyuk, Kim, jin-woo, among others. They had discussions on the presence or absence of the state land system, land transaction, and its inheritance.

Enhanced water stability and CO₂ gas sorption properties of a methyl functionalized titanium metal–organic framework

Backward inference and pruning for RDF change detection using RDBMS

<P>Recent studies on change detection for RDF data have focused on minimizing the delta size and, as a way to exploit the semantics of RDF models in reducing the delta size, the forward-chaining inferences have been widely employed. However, since the forward-chaining inferences should pre-compute the entire closure of the RDF model, the existing approaches are not scalable to large RDF data sets. In this paper, we propose a scalable change detection scheme for RDF data, which is based on backward-chaining inference and pruning. Our scheme, instead of pre-computing the full closure, computes only the necessary closure on the fly, thus achieving fast and scalable change detection. In addition, for any two RDF data input files to be compared, the delta obtained from our scheme is always equivalent to the one from the existing forward-chaining inferences. In addition, in order to handle RDF data sets too large to fit in the available RAM, we present an SQL-based implementation of our scheme. Our experimental results show that our scheme, in comparison to the existing schemes, can reduce the number of inference triples for RDF change detection by 10–60%.</P>

All solid state multiply layered PbS colloidal quantum-dot-sensitized photovoltaic cells

<P>The combination of solution processable colloidal quantum dots (CQDs) and organic conjugated polymers has attracted growing interest in the past few years, because devices fabricated using this combination can have potentially low cost and high efficiency. In this paper, we propose a new device architecture of multiply layered PbS CQD-sensitized photovoltaic cells. The multiple layers of PbS CQDs were formed by the repeated spin-coating of oleic-acid-capped PbS CQD solution and 1 wt% 1,2-ethanedithiol (EDT) solution onto mesoporous (mp)-TiO<SUB>2</SUB> as photoanode. Through the structural advantage of a sensitized type device and post-treatment in 10 wt% EDT solution for 16 h, we could fabricate efficient photovoltaic cells having an overall energy conversion efficiency of 2.9% under 1 sun illumination, and an external quantum efficiency of over 15% at zero bias with a signal attenuation to frequency of 10 kHz levels in the near-infrared (NIR) range.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>We demonstrate the successful fabrication of multiply layered PbS CQD-sensitized PV cells. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=c1ee01774h'> </P>
