In this paper, an automatic optical inspection of a display based on row line reference is proposed. Divide the line containing each display pixel by row line. An open defect was assigned by calculating a distance between display pixels included in one line. After considering the location of open defects, defects of short, bright, and dark points were assigned, and then adjacent defects were clustered. Through the proposed method, the OLED panel with 5 defects was inspected 100 times to confirm its accuracy.

Recent research on the requirement of 3D point clouds with very high density and accuracy is necessitates development of hardware system to capture a set of 3D point clouds of such a quality. Main issues include the accuracy of the captured points and the performance of computation. We propose a system that captures a set of 3D points with high accuracy and high speed. This is possible based on the calibration of the projector-camera system and the turn-table on which any object is placed and turned around. We show that there exists a geometric transformation between the camera and the turn-table, and as soon as we obtain the transformation from our calibration process, the registration of the point sets captured at multiple times may be done very quickly, through a one dimensional search.

With the activation of shared personal micro mobility, the importance of helmets is also increasing. However, many users do not wear helmets due to hygiene or portability issues. The purpose of this study is to develop a portable personal mobility helmet using additive manufacturing technology. It was designed with a TPU material hourglass structure and a flexible single shape to achieve the goal of safety and portability.
ECR plasma precleaning for RuO2 MOCVD

RuO2 is widely studied as a lower electrode material for high dielectric capacitors in dynamic random access and ferroelectric random access memories. Precleaning of the underlying TiN lm surface is essential to enhance RuO2 nucleation in RuO2 metal organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD). In this study, the eects of hydrogen, oxygen, and argon electron cyclotron resonance (ECR) plasma precleaning on RuO2 nucleation were investigated using X-ray diraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and atomic force microscopy (AFM) analyses. Argon ECR plasma pretreatment was found to oer the highest RuO2 nucleation density among these three pretreatments. The mechanism through which RuO2 nucleation is enhanced by ECR plasma pretreatment may be that the argon or the hydrogen plasma removes nitrogen and oxygen atoms at the TiN lm surface so that the underlying TiN lm surface is changed to Ti-rich TiN
