        여름철 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성 및 어메니티 관리 연구

        본 연구는 산악환경의 기상 특징과 계룡산국립공원 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 파악하고 열쾌적성이 높은 활동 시간 정보, 활동 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제공하기 위해 시행되었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 분석을 위해 여름철 도심 기온, 국립공원 방재기상관측장비(AWS, Automatic Weather System), 탐방로인 숲길의 평균 기온을 비교하였다. 또한, 계룡산 국립공원의 주요 탐방로 4개 구간의 미기후 요소와 수관울폐도 측정을 위해 총 240개 지점을 조사 후 열쾌적성을 파악 하였다. 도심과 국립공원AWS, 탐방로의 평균 기온을 비교하였을 때, 도심, 갑사AWS, 동학사AWS, 갑사 탐방로, 동학사 탐방로 순으로 평균 기온이 높게 나타났다. 이 결과, 탐방객이 직접 체감하는 탐방로의 열쾌적성을 고려해야 함을 의미한다. 주요 탐방로 4개 구간 조사 결과, 평균 수관울폐도는 동학사~남매탑 구간, 동학사~관음봉 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간 순으로 높았다. PMV(예상평균온열감)는 활동량이 2.8MET 일 때, 갑사~금잔디고개 구간, 갑사~연천봉 구간, 동학사~남매탑, 동학사~관음봉구간 순으로 높았다. 조사를 통하여, 열쾌적성이 높은 시간 정보, 공간 정보, 활동량 정보를 제시할 수 있었다. 탐방로의 열쾌적성 특성을 파악하여, 탐방로의 어메니티를 높일 수 있는 숲길 관리 방안의 기초를 마련하고자 한다. This study was conducted to understand the weather characteristics of the mountain environment and the thermal comfort of Gyeryongsan National Park trail and to provide information on activity time, activity space, and activity amount. For the analysis of the thermal comfort of the trail, the temperature of the city center in summer, the average temperature of the National Park Disaster Prevention Weather System (AWS), and the trail. Also, Microclimate elements and canopy closure were also measured in four major trails in Gyeryongsan National Park. After investigating a total of 240 points, thermal comfort was identified. When comparing the average temperature of the city center, National Park AWS, and trail, the average temperature was higher in the order of the city center, Gabsa AWS, Donghaksa AWS, Gabsa Trail, and Donghaksa Trail. As a result, it means that the thermal pleasure experienced by visitors should be considered. According to a survey of four major trails, the average canopy closure is Donghaksa~nammaetop route was high in the order of Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route, Gabsa~Yeoncheonbong route and Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route. When PMV(Predicted Mean Vote) is 2.8MET, The PMV was highter in the order of Gabsa~Geumjandigogae route, Gabsa~ Yeoncheonbong route, Donghaksa~nammaetop route, Donghaksa~Gwaneumbong route. Through the survey, time information, spatial information, and activity information with high thermal comfort could be presented. By grasping the thermal comfort characteristics of the trail, we intend to lay the foundation for forest trail management measures that can increase the amenity of the trail.

      • VRML을 이용한 컴퓨터 조립과정 학습 시스템 설계 및 구현

        최근 가장 각광받고 있는 컴퓨터 분야 중 하나가 가상현실 기술이다. 가상현실 기술은 기존의 정보 제공 방식 및 상호작용 방식으로는 제공하기 어려운 생생한 지식과 체험을 다양한 매체를 이용하여 가능하게 할 수 있기 때문에 다양한 분야에서 활용되고 있다. 특히, 교육 분야에서 가상현실은 학생들에게 훨씬 더 효과적인 교육과 함께 실제 실험을 하기에 어려운 부분들도 가상으로 구현할 수 있게 해준다. 본 논문에서는 가상현실을 기반으로 하는 컴퓨터 조립과정 학습 시스템을 구현하였다. 컴퓨터 조립과정을 교육하는 데 있어서는 실습이 가장 중요하다. 그러나 기존의 자료들은 과정을 설명한 텍스트나, 2차원 이미지 데이터를 사용하고 있어 그저 보여주는 학습에 그치고 있다. 이런 단점을 보완하기에는 가상현실을 이용한 학습이 가장 좋은 대안일 것이다. 본 논문은 VRML과 EAI를 이용한 Java를 사용하여 시스템을 구현하였다. 이는 학습자들에게 좀더 현실감있는 교육환경을 제시해 주어서 학습효과를 극대화시킬 수 있다. This paper is organized as explanation and implementation of computer assembling process study system based on virtual reality. The proposed system is implemented in VRML(Virtual Reality Modeling Languge) and Java using EAI(Extemal Authoring Interface) in order to provide more realistic and more dynamic materialization than any other Web sites. This system provides three-dimensional infor malions, so it gives the students special experience in loaming computer architecture and computer assembling process.

        우수 테니스 선수들의 스트레스 요인에 대한 대처방안

        본 연구의 목적은 우수 테니스 선수들의 경기력에 영향을 미치는 스트레스 요인들을 규명하고 그 요인에 대해 그들이 활용하고 있는 대처방안을 규명하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 전, 현직 국가대표 테니스 선수 15명을 대상으로 스트레스 요인과 대처방안을 내용 분석한 결과 5가지 스트레스 요인과 19가지 대처방안이 도출되었다. 스트레스 요인들로는 심리적 요인, 상대적 요인, 신체적 요인, 시합상황 요인, 그리고 팀 요인의 순으로 나타났다. 5가지 요인 중 세부적 요인으로 불안, 자신감 결여, 승리에 대한 압박감, 상대선수에게 지고 있을 때 선수들이 대부분 스트레스를 겪고 있는 것으로 확인되었고, 시합에 미치는 정도에서는 훈련부족과 슬럼프 요인이 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 대처방안으로는 심리적 요인에는 자신감, 긍정적사고, 경기를 즐김, 무시, 자아최면/자아대화, 경기집중, 신앙, 대화, 편안한 마음, 훈련/연습, 전술/전략, 승패초월, 목표설정, 페이스 유지, 휴식, 기분전환 방법을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 상대적 요인에는 전술/전략, 자신감, 페이스 유지, 자아최면/자아대화, 상황점검, 긍정적사고, 성실한 플레이, 기분전환, 편안한 마음으로 나타났다. 신체적 요인에는 훈련, 자신감, 편안한 마음, 자아최면/자아대화, 전술/전략, 정신력, 페이스 조절, 경기집중, 휴식, 기분전환, 신앙, 긍정적 사고, 영양섭취의 방법을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 시합상황 요인에는 심판순응, 긍정적 사고, 경기집중, 편안한 마음, 무시, 경기를 즐김, 기분전환, 자아최면/자아대화의 방법을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 팀 요인에는 대화/격려, 전술/전략, 경기집중, 믿음/신뢰, 긍정적사고, 편안한 마음, 무시, 훈련, 파트너교체, 경기를 즐김, 당당함, 약속의 방법을 사용하는 것으로 나타났다. 19가지 대처방안 중에서 엘리트 테니스 선수들이 가장 많이 사용하는 대처방안은 자신감, 전술/전략, 긍정적 사고, 경기집중 등의 순서로 나타났다. 따라서 우리나라 엘리트 테니스 선수들은 많은 스트레스 요인으로 인하여 경기력에 영향을 받고 있고 또한 나름대로의 대처방안을 강구하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. This investigation examined the sources of stress and coping strategies in Korean elite tennis players. Fifteen tennis players who were former and current national tennis athletes were interviewed about the sources of stress they experienced and coping strategies they used at present and in the past, Qualitative methodology was utilized in this study and five stress sources and nineteen coping strategies were identified. Five stress sources in order were psychological factors (anxiety, confidence, pressure, slump, substitutions, and fear), opponent factors (losing, meeting a strong opponent, and knowing an opponent well), physical factors (injury, condition, and physical fitness), competition factors (judge and broadcasting), and team factors (a coach and senior's punishment, training, and teamwork). Nineteen coping strategies were confidence, tactics/strategies, positive thoughts, game concentration, training, comfortable mind, self-hypnosis/talk, ignore, communication, judge's agreement, fun with game, pray, face control, mood change, mental toughness, situation check, belief, rest, and etc.. The result showed that anxiety and lack of confidence were most frequently experienced stress and confidence. tactics/strategies, positive thoughts, and game concentration were most frequently used coping strategies. Therefore, this investigation confirmed that Korean elite tennis players experienced stress from many factors and used appropriate coping strategies against stress they experienced.

      • 미세혈관 협심증 환자의 임상상 및 지표에 관한 연구

        Background : Microvascular angina or syndrom X is heterogenous and encompasses different pathogenetic entities. Several studies suggest that microvascular angina have good prognosis and occurs predominantly in postmenopausal women. Lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and fibrinogen are the independent risk factor of acute coronary syndrome and are the chief underlying cause of atherosclerosis. We investigated clinical characteristics and markers in patients with microvascular angina. Methods : We studies 23 patients diagnosed with microvascular angina and 16 control group with negative treadmill exercise test and no significant coronary angiogram. We investigated clinical characteristics in patients group and evaluated symptom during a follow-up period of 4.2± 2.5 month. Exercise time in treadmill exercise test was compared between patients and control group. We assessed the level of markers, such as lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, CRP and ESR in two groups. Results : There is no difference in age between two groups. Patients group had a tendency to increase in female, hypertension, DM, and smoking history, but there was no statistical significance difference. Exercise duration time was significantly decreased in patients with microvascular angina (p<0,05). Serum lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholestrol, Triglyceride, ESR, Fibrinogen and Homocystein value were no significant difference between microvascular angina and control group. Only CRP was significantly high in patients with microvascular angina (p<0.05). Conclusion : There was no statistical significance difference in age, sex, hypertension, DM and smoking history between two groups but patients group had a tendency to increase the prevalence in hypertension, DM and smoking history, female. Also, Symptom improvement and disappearance in follow-up was presented in 11 patients of 19(57.9%). Exercise tolerance was worse in patients group than control group. CRP value was significantly higher in patients group than control group. There was no statistical significance difference in lipoprotein (a), total cholesterol, LDL-cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, triglyceride, homocystein, ESR and Fibrinogen between two groups.

        폴리페닐렌옥사이드/에폭시 수지 블렌드의 경화거동 및 파괴인성에서 폴리페닐렌옥사이드가 미치는 영향

        본 실험에서는 4관능성 에폭시 수지(4EP)와 Poly (phenylene oxide) (PPO) 블렌드의 경화거동, 열 안정성 그리고 기계적 계면특성을 알아보았다. PPO의 조성비는 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 phr로 하였다. 4EP/PPO 블렌드물의 경화거동은 근적외선 분광법과 시차주사열량계를 통해 관찰하였고, 열 안정성은 열분해 개시온도(IDT), 열안정성 인자 그리고 적분 열분해 진행온도(IPDT)에 의해 관찰하였다. 시편의 기계적 계면특성을 고찰하기 위해서 파괴인성 실험을 수행하였고, 시편의 파괴단면을 주사전자현미경으로 분석하였다. 그 실험결과, 전화율은 5 phr에서 높은 값을 나타내었고, 경화 활성화 에너지(E_(a))는 5 phr에서 PPO에 의해 경화가 가속화되어 감소되는 경향을 나타내었다. 열안정성은 분자내 PPO의 페닐그룹의 존재로 인해 PPO의 함량이 증가함에 따라 증가하였다. 또한 파괴인성 인자(K_(IC), G_(IC))는 5 phr에서 고분자 사슬 분자사이의 계면 결합력의 향상으로 인해 가장 높은 값을 나타내었다. In this work, the effect of poly (phenylene oxide) (PPO) in tetrafunctional epoxy resin (4EP) was investigated in terms of cure kinetics, thermal properties, and mechanical interfacial properties of the blends. The content of PPO was varied within 0, 5, 10. 15, and 20 phr to neat 4EP. The cure kinetics of 4EP/PPO blend system are examined by near-IR and DSC measurements. And the thermal stabilities were determined by initial decomposed temperature (IDT), thermal stability factors, and integral procedural decomposition temperature (IPDT) of the blends. For the mechanical interfacial properties of the casting specimens, the fracture toughness test was performed, and their fractured surfaces were examined by SEM. As a result, the conversion (a) is indicated in high value at 5 phr of PPO and, the cure activation energy (E_(a)) is decreased at 5 phr PPO, due to the plasticized PPO polymer molecule in epoxy resins. The thermal stabilities were increased, which can be explained by the presence of phenyl group of PPO in intermolecular chains. Also the fracture toughness parameters (K_(IC), G_(IC)) show high values at 5 phr PPO. This result is interpreted in the development of interfacial adhesion force between intermolecules of the polymer chains.

        Inhibitory Effect of Cordycepin on Human Platelet Aggregation

        Cordycepin separated from Cordyceps militaris is a major physiologic active component in Cordyceps militaris. The platelet aggregation is stimulated by Ca^(2+), which is either mobilized from intracellular endoplasmic reticulum or transported from extracellular space. cGMP antagonizes the actions of Ca^(2+). Based on these facts, we have investigated the effects of cordycepin on the mobilization of Ca^(2+) and the production of cGMP on collagen (10 ㎍/ml)-induced human platelet aggregation. Cordycepin potently stimulated the human platelet aggregation induced by collagen (10 ㎍/ml) in a dose-dependent manner. Cordycepin (500 μM) inhibited also the collagen-induced human platelet aggregation in the presence both 1 mM and 2 mM of CaCl_(2). These are in accord with the results that cordycepin inhibited the Ca^(2+)-influx on collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. These results suggest that cordycepin decrease the intracellular Ca^(2+) concentration to inhibit collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. Besides, cordycepin increased the level of cGMP on collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. This result is related with the decrease of intracellular Ca^(2+) concentration, because cGMP inhibits the mobilization of Ca^(2+). In addition, cordycepin inhibited the human platelet aggregation induced by LY-83583, inhibitor of guanylate cyclase. This result suggested that cordycepin inhibit the platelet aggregation by stimulating the activity of guanylate cyclase. In conclusion, we demonstrated that cordycepin might have the antiplatelet function by inhibiting Ca^(2+)-mobilization via the stimulation of the production of cGMP.

        EPx 자동생화학분석기와 컴퓨터간의 양방향 통신 시스템 구축

        It has been understand that a laboratory information system(LIS) plays an important role in a hospital information system(HIS). However, few HIS has been equipped with a fully automated LIS. This is partly because, in order to achieve a fully automated LIS, there are many testing equipment has its own communication protocol. In this paper, a bi-directional communication system between an ABBOTT SPECTRUM EPx auto-chemical analyzer and a PC is constructed. With the communication system, it is possible that a PC controls an EPx's operations and that the PC receives test results form the EPx automatically. RS-232C serial ports are used in order to make bi-directional communication possible between them

        Inhibitory Effect of Clavicepitaceae on Serotonin Release out of Human Platelets and Human Platelet Aggregation

        We have investigated the effects of hypha-water extracts (HWE), fruit body-water extracts (FWE) and cordycepin from Cordyceps militaris on serotonin release out of human platelets and human platelet aggregation. HWE and FWE inhibited the release of [^(3)H]-serotonin from human platelet stimulated by thrombin (2 U/ml) or collagen (20 ㎍/ml) in a dose-dependent manner. Furthermore, cordycepin, a major component of Cordyceps militaris, inhibited the human platelet aggregation induced by collagen (10 ㎍/ml) in a dose-dependent manner. These results suggest that cordycepin containing in HWE and FWE may inhibit the serotonin release by suppressing the collagen-induced human platelet aggregation. Accordingly, our data demonstrate that HWE and FWE containing much cordycepin might have antithrombotic and antimigrainous functions.

        Cd_1-xMn_xTe single crystals were grown by vertical Bridgman method and Mn mole fraction x was determined by the X-ray diffraction. Band gap and optical transition energies E₁, E₁+ △₁, E₂, △₁as Mn mole fraction x were obtained by measuring optical absorption and reflection at UV-visible region respectively. The change of the valence band spin-orbit splitting △₁at △ point of the Brillouin zone was discussed.

        Many changing mankind's thought and recognition have affected our history, it is same that dance has become a new concept-dance art under the concept that experiment of a new formality and change are creation. Dancer's feeling is exposed through dance is a phenomenon of carrier which independently embodies self. Dance is a harmony between time and space and a harmony made by rhythmic movement and dance composition. Dance is an art expressing feeling and some situations intentionally dr not by moving its body. The way of communication has been changed since the introduction of the New Dance. In traditional dance, there was no sharply defined boundary to divide spectators and performers, that is, the object and the subject of communication. With the New Dance, there established modern theatres, which separated performers from spectators. With the New Dance, the dance itself became interpretive activity. The New Dance remodelled the traditional dance and introduced some element of ethnic dance from other countries. For example, the costume became so diversified in the New Dance that the range of expression also became expanded greatly.
