Each local governments are knocked on the Signboard Organization Project for making better of beautiful city environment, and still progressively repair signboard. Office-sponsored Signboard Organization Project today would be proved organized street through improper placement and install removal of signboard, as that for not improvement business but maintenance business and would be chance to the perception of advertisers about illegal sign. But it would be uniformly running that resulted in undermining cultural keyword of each area. It should come up with measures concretely to improve, so far from making beautiful city environment, that because of damage to creativity and aesthetics, regional identity in the long term. The city of PoChoen today would be running Signboard Organization Project on the Public Design of Urban Planning. ShinEup-Dong and WoonCheon traditional market located PoChoen are typically running Signboard Organization Project as different each properties and differentiated merits and demerits. This Study would be suggested that the installation of the Sign Design System by considering regional characteristics and environmental, and that visual communication for improvement of each element on the Public Design of Urban Planning in each different area. This study at first would be analyzed design element of signboard about general idea of signboard and visual communication through reference materials, and would be assigned meaning of signboard publicity to look signboard environmental reflected the cultural of the region and character of place. Also, it would be methodical considered into the mechanical system that analyzed Seoul stadard sighboard and PoCheon type of sign design Guideline. It would be analyzed a case with element as visual communication of PoChoen Signboard Organization Project into the survey based on the theoretical basis through these texts. This Study in future would be expected to make more beautiful Signboard Organization Project that bring forward the improvement of oriented Sign Design. 각 지방자치단체는 아름다운 도시환경 개선을 위해 간판정비사업을 추진하고 있으며 현재까지도 진행형으로 간판을 정비하고 있다. 현재 관 주도하의 간판정비사업은 말 그대로 ‘개선사업’이 아니라 ‘정비 사업’이기 때문에 간판의 부적절한 배치 및 설치 제거 등을 통해 정리된 거리를 보여주고, 불법간판에 대한 광고주의 인식 전환의 계기가 되고 있다. 하지만 획일적으로 진행되어 각 지역의 문화적 키워드를 해치는 결과들을 초래하기도 한다. 이는 아름다운 도시환경을 만들어주기보다는 장기적으로 독창성과 심미성, 지역적 정체성을 훼손할 수도 있기 때문에 이에 대한 구체적인 개선방안을 마련해야 한다. 현재 포천시는 공공디자인 도시계획 아래 간판정비사업을 진행하고 있다. 포천시에 위치한 신읍동과 운천 전통시장은 대표적인 간판정비사업이 진행된 곳으로 서로 특성이 상이하고 장단점이 차별화 되는 지역이다. 본 연구는 특성이 다른 이 지역을 공공디자인 도시 계획 차원에서 지역적 특성과 환경성을 감안한 간판 디자인의 설치 시스템과 시각적 커뮤니케이션 요소별 개선사항을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 먼저 문헌적 자료를 통해 간판의 일반적인 개념과 시각적 커뮤니케이션에 대한 간판의 디자인적 요소를 분석하였으며 지역의 문화성과 장소적 특성을 반영할 수 있는 간판의 환경성을 살펴서 간판의 공공성에 대한 의미를 부여하였다. 또한 간판의 표준이 되는 서울시와 포천시의 유형별 간판 디자인 가이드라인을 분석하여 설비 시스템에 대한 체계적인 이론적 고찰을 하였다. 이러한 문헌을 통한 이론적 토대를 바탕으로 실태 조사를 하여 포천시 간판정비사업의 시각적 커뮤니케이션에 대한 요소 중심으로 사례 분석하였다. 앞으로 본 연구는 이를 계기로 지향해야 할 간판디자인의 개선점을 제시하여 보다 아름다운 간판개선사업이 이루어지기를 기대한다.

가로공간의 환경벽화에 관한 연구 -도봉구 가로변 옹벽 그래픽 중심으로-

The City of Horizontal Space have an important function that the nature of the city or region can be perceived at a glance as open space in the city to convey the image of its own Regions in addition to the path of movement on basis. It would be pursuing an active environment Mural Painting for the improvement design of the streetscape in terms of public design on the city and municipality basis. However, the wall design of the roadside are now bringing up the problem that having adverse effect on the urban environment and community image built without attention to Details even though there are many retaining wall as many hills within the urban area. The retaining wall would have a decisive effect on the urban landscape that considering exposed area of the roadside and visual effect. For the streetscape design, the systematic work of retaining wall design might be changed the light of gray street to future oriented color and formative language that present the urban image improvement and its character, and might be applied the eco-friendly graphic that make a new awareness of the population and response high. This study, based on this point, go into the case study targeting streetscape retaining wall of the bstrer of the bstough DoBong Gu working the retaining wall design within the overall working as the fine view betterment. This study would go into the basic precedent study of the horizontal space and retaining wall design for the theoretical basis. First, it would be checked the component and shape of horizontal space, then would be presented the material and related case of retaining wall design. The following are investigated as the function of retaining wall, the basic element of retaining wall design, and the production process of design in order to give the guideline for its design. Based on the theoretical foundation, it would be analyzed and presented the problem around retaining wall in DoBong Gu that bring about visual distraction as a thing horrid left alone, over-decorated mural, and super-graphic. Also, based on the suggesting retaining wall design for solution , it would be given the distinctive retaining wall design that reflect cultural image within the regional characteristics. As a result of this study, it is expected to be basic material of retaining wall design able to get the improvement effect of the horizontal fine view, and it is suggested the information of retaining wall design for both the urban image building that enjoy the art in everyday life and the horizontal space image building that assign the regional characteristics. 도시의 가로공간은 이동의 통로라는 순기능 이외에 그 도시나 지역의 성격을 한 눈에 인지할 수 있게 하는 도시 속의 오픈스페이스면서 그 지역만의 이미지를 전달하는 중요한 기능을 가지고 있다. 현재 공공디자인 차원에서 서울시 및 지자체를 중심으로 가로경관 개선을 위해 활발한 환경벽화사업이 추진되고 있다. 그러나 가로변의 옹벽그래픽은 도시 내 산지가 많아 옹벽이 많음에도 불구하고 디자인에 대한 세심한 배려 없이 건립이 되어 도시환경과 지역이미지에 악영향을 준다는 문제가 제기 되고 있는 실정이다. 옹벽디자인은 가로변 노출면적, 시각적 효과 등을 고려할 때 도시경관에 미치는 영향이 지대하다. 가로경관을 위한 체계적인 옹벽디자인사업은 회색 빛 거리를 미래지향적 색채와 조형언어로 바꾸어 도시의 이미지 향상과 개성을 표출해주며 환경 친화적 그래픽을 적용하여 주민들의 새로운 인식과 호응을 높일 수 있게 해준다. 이러한 관점을 토대로 본 연구는 도시의 미관개선이란 총괄적인 사업의 큰 테두리에서 옹벽그래픽 사업을 벌이고 있는 도봉구자치구의 가로변 옹벽을 대상으로 사례 연구하였다. 본 연구는 이론적 토대를 위해 가로공간과 옹벽디자인의 기초적 선행연구를 하였다. 먼저 가로공간의 구성요소 및 형태를 살피고 옹벽디자인의 재료와 관련한 사례를 제시하였다. 다음은 옹벽디자인을 위한 가이드라인을 제시하기 위해 옹벽의 기능, 옹벽디자인의 기본요소, 옹벽디자인의 제작과정을 살펴보았다. 또한 이러한 이론적 토대를 바탕으로 흉물스럽게 방치되어 있거나 지나친 장식적인 벽화 및 슈퍼그래픽으로 시각적 혼란을 야기 시키는 도봉구 옹벽을 중심으로 분석하고 문제점을 제시하였으며 이를 해결하기 위한 옹벽디자인의 제시를 통해 지역 특성에 부합되는 문화적 이미지를 반영한 특색 있는 옹벽디자인을 제시하였다. 연구결과로서 가로미관 개선효과를 가질 수 있는 옹벽디자인의 기초자료가 되기를 기대하며 일상 속에서 예술을 향유할 수 있는 도시이미지 구축 및 지역 특성을 부여하는 가로공간 이미지 구축을 위한 옹벽디자인의 정보가 제시되었다.

高廷鳳 생애와 老境詩 考察

The purpose of this thesis is to examine the life of Go Jeong-Bong and the characteristics of his poetry written in old age, which contains lamentation and reflection on his life. For inheriting the lineage of his noble ancestry, Go Jeong-Bong passed the state examination in late fifties. The opportunity to serve for King Jeongjo had become a turning point in his career and life. Though Go Jeong-Bong was proud of himself for having the virtues of a loyal retainer, his life as the retainer never ran smoothly because of the late career start. He ended up returning to rural areas after retirement and enjoyed contemplation when he turned 70 years old. Most of the novels and poems he wrote during this time were held in Su Chon Jip. The lamentation of picturing himself becoming old without achieving anything beneficial for his family lies beneath most of poems in Su Chon Jip. On the other hand, it can be found that he showed a positive attitude towards life by embracing aging and finding inner tranquility subsequently. He borrowed the expression from the poetry of Du Fu and Tao Yuanming to express his aspiration for reclusion and the unfortunate life dramatically. There is not much information about his friendship, academic tradition, and the source of his knowledge since Go Jeong-Bong achieved his academic goals all by himself without the help of a teacher. Therefore, it would be rational to make up for his missing information by analyzing his literature rather than focusing on his academic achievements or accomplishments as a retainer. 본고는 수촌(水村) 고정봉(高廷鳳)이 지나온 삶을 회고하면서 탄식과 성찰을 담은 노년의 시를 살펴본 것이다. 고정봉은 충절 가문의 가통을 계승하기 위해 늦은 나이에 등과(登科)의 꿈을 이루고 출사(出仕)하였다. 그 과정에서 정조와의 짧은 인연은 생의 전환점이 되었다. 고정봉은 스스로 충신의 덕목을 갖추었다고 자부하였으나 너무 늦게 시작한 관직 생활은 순탄하지 않았다. 결국 현실에 적응하지 못하고 야인(野人)의 삶을 꿈꾸다가 일흔이 넘어서야 귀전(歸田)하여 한적한 공간에서 자기만의 세계를 구축하고 노경(老境)을 관조하는 시간을 보내는데, 이때 저술한 글들이 대부분 수촌집(水村集) 에 전한다. 따라서 문집에 수록된 시들은 대부분 노년의 일상을 담은 것으로, 입신출세하여 선업을 계승해야 하는 후손의 중압감과 아무 공효도 없이 늙어버린 노년의 상실감이 깔려있다. 반면 늙음을 수용하고 마음의 평정을 되찾아가는 긍정적인 태도를 보여준다. 또한 이를 술회하는 과정에서 두보와 도연명의 시어(詩語)를 차용(借用)하여 신세의 불우함과 은일(隱逸)에 대한 열망을 극대화하였다. 고정봉은 뚜렷한 사승 관계없이 가학(家學)으로 학문을 성취하였기 때문에 학문적 연원이나 학풍, 교우관계 등의 정보가 미약하다. 따라서 학문적 업적이나 공업에 집중하기보다는 문학 측면에서 접근하여 그의 내면을 들여다보고 생애 정보를 보완하려 한다.

양주별산대 문화상품 디자인 개발

인류의 지구촌화 현상으로 사람들은 각국의 서로 다른 독특한 문화를 자연스럽게 접하게 되었고 이로 인하여 개인들의 문화 감수성이 향상되어 고유문화에 대한 향수 욕구가 증대되고 있다. 현재 자국의 독특한 고유문화를 중심으로 하는 경제 창출 활동이 주목받고 있다. 따라서 고유문화는 현재 세계화된 독창적인 문화상품 개발에 매우 중요한 원천으로 활용하고 있으며 각국은 독특한 문화정체성이 부각되는 제품을 개발하고 그를 토대로 부가가치가 높은 문화상품의 개발에 전력을 기울이고 있다. 양주별산대는 고유문화를 대표하는 무형문화재로서 문화상품의 중요한 자원이다. 양주별산대 문화상품개발은 전통적 가치와 정체성을 재확인 하는 메카니즘이며 지역 경제와 홍보에 중요한 부분이 되고 있다. 본 연구는 양주별산대를 중심으로 문화재 문화상품의 디자인 개발과정을 자원화, 응용화를 통해 체계적인 디자인 개발 과정을 보여주고자 하였으며 자료 조사를 통해 문화재 문화상품의 유형 및 특색을 고찰하고 현대적 감각으로 재구성한 문화상품 디자인 모델을 제시하고자 하였다. 또한 본 연구는 실태 조사를 토대로 소비자 만족도, 개발 현황 문제점 및 개선방안, 마케팅 활성화 전략을 제시하여 상품화 과정을 살펴보았다. 앞으로 발전된 상품화 전략을 토대로 양주별산대 문화재문화상품의 디자인 개발에 보다 나은 계기가 되기를 기대한다. Being global village of human has caused people naturally to contact different unique culture of each countries with this personal cultural sensitivity improved that become increasing desires as longing of traditional culture. It today has been the focus of economic creating activity with native unique traditional culture centrally. So, traditional culture today has been made use of globalized inventive cultural product development on the very important source, then each countries would be developed product that magnified original cultural identity and concentrated all with development of high value-added cultural product. YanJuByeolsandae would be important resource of cultural product as intangible cultural asset representing traditional culture. Cultural product development of YanJuByeolsandae would be mechanism to reconfirm traditional value and identity and has been important part of local economic and public relation. This study would be to show organized design development process through recycling and application as design development process of cultural properties cultural goods on the basis of YanJuByeolsandae, and to suggest cultural product design model that considered type and feature of cultural properties cultural goods on the reconstruction of modern sensibility through investigation of materials. Also, this study on the basis of actual condition survey has been presented that consumer satisfaction, problem of review and improvement plan, strategic marketing vitalization, then searching merchandization process. It should be expected on the basis of advacing commercialization strategy to be better chance design development of cultural properties goods as YanJuByeolsandae.

공공디자인으로서의 환경벽화에 관한 연구 -포천시 중심으로-

The Environment mural painting is in the important province of the environment design apply to a new esthetic sense with come in a large sign-board for being modern urban environment or edifice. It would be improved the image of city and showed individuality that buildings in gray and tanks in factory, the street wall, huge setup changed to colors in future and molding words. Also, it would be improved to response and a new understanding of residents apply to graphic related to environment on each kind of dislike setup. In addition, it would be raised on in-outside of marketing and love of it's province with inducement of tourists that unified visually urban CI image and apply to its graphic. Now, Korea is to be practiced to make policy of public design centering around the City of Seoul and a local self governing body, increasing interested in environment design. It is the one of effort to change the city as being healthy, center of a man and with cultural identity that impaired urban environment through a period of industry. Getting such flow, the City of PoCheon is beginning actively to prepare the beauty of the town and redevelopment for producing urban image to systematic public design. The improvement of the beauty in the city is in the outline of general project as the way to take in promoted to residents understanding and a grade of satisfaction as the understanding point, and the change to improve a city view directly-indirectly as the plan of colors and mural painting on the wall for raised the beauty of the buildings. This study would be analyzed general space environment in the city and the character of partial Pocheon's environment on condition of produce. It would be a large part in the improvement of city environment and considered characteristics of environment mural painting a huge influenced in the change of environment with sort of expense than other methods. Also, it is presented a problem and project of improvement to analyze the present state of environment mural painting in the Pocheon city. It is hoped for effort actively the project of the extended street environment mural painting linked with the citizens, the governing body, and the institution, presented to extend molding design-guideline. Also, It should be devised a unified plan of environment mural painting linked with the citizens, the governing body, and the institution, then would be developed the project of environment mural painting, and would be expected to make the environment strong actively and agreeably in local. 환경벽화는 현대의 도시환경이나 건물의 대형화에 따른 대형광고물의 출현과 더불어 새로운 미적 감각을 부여하는 환경디자인의 중요한 한 영역이다. 이는 회색 빛 건물과 공장의 탱크들, 거리옹벽, 거대한 시설물들을 미래지향적 색채와 조형언어로 바꾸어 도시의 이미지 향상과 개성을 표출해주며 각종 혐오시설물 등에 환경 친화적 그래픽을 적용하여 주민들의 새로운 인식과 호응을 높일 수 있게 해준다. 또한 도시의 CI이미지를 시각적으로 통일시키고 그래픽을 적용함으로써 대내외적인 홍보 및 지역의 애향심을 높이며 관광객 유치에도 크게 기여할 수 있다. 현재 한국은 환경디자인에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 서울시 및 지자체를 중심으로 공공디자인 정책을 수립하여 행정적 차원에서 실행해 나가고 있다. 산업시대를 거치며 훼손해온 도시환경을 건강하고 인간중심적이며 문화적 정체성이 있는 도시로 바꾸기 위한 노력의 일환이다. 이러한 흐름을 타고 포천 시는 체계적인 공공디자인에 의한 도시이미지 창출을 위해 도시미관의 정비나 재개발 사업 등을 활발히 벌이고 있다. 도시의 미관개선이란 총괄적인 사업의 큰 테두리에서 건축물의 미관 향상을 위한 색채계획, 옹벽벽화 등 직,간접적인 도시경관 형상에 변화를 주고 주민인식의 제고 및 인식전환 만족도를 거두고자 사업을 전개해 나가고 있다. 본 논문은 환경벽화를 제작하기위한 조건으로 도시의 전반적인 공간 환경에 대한 분석과 미시적인 포천 시 환경에 대한 특성을 분석하였고 도시환경개선에 있어서 큰 역할을 줄 수 있고 다른 환경 요소보다 적은 경비로 환경변화에 많은 영향을 줄 수 있는 환경벽화의 특성을 살펴보았다. 또한 포천 시 환경벽화의 현황 및 사례를 분석하여 문제점 및 개선안을 제시하였다. 앞으로 민관학 연계의 발전된 거리 환경 벽화 프로젝트가 활발히 이루어지기를 기대하며 발전된 조형적 디자인가이드라인이 제시되기를 기대한다. 또한 민관학 연계를 통한 환경벽화의 통합적인 방안이 수립되어 환경벽화 사업이 다양하게 전개되어 지역의 역동적이고 쾌적한 환경이 조성되기를 기대한다.

공공디자인으로서의 환경벽화에 관한 연구

The public design would pursuit of well-being and happiness in residents as different as the general commercial design of profits. It is the design field that could be tried to improve as a whole the quality of life for unspecified individuals. Korea would be going to perform currently in executive way that the interest in the public design rapid increase around the city of Seoul and the local Community in setting the public design policy. It would be well and so human oriented that the effort to turn as city in the cultural identity destroyed by the urban environment through the industry period. The creation of image as city as systematic public design is more rising the importance when the residents income is improved increasingly. The more recognition of image as internal and external in the city is rising, the part of public environmental designer is the more important that would be able to get the image itself. For the identified city image and established the area being anxious to reside, the public environment designer should have not only the guide of modeling design but also political and unitive thought of public design. Also, it should be able to present guideline of the public design with more effect that established unite organization of the study of civil and nation. On the basis of such point of view, this study would be present to the theoretical study of public design for originating appealing city image and the political plan for public building of design. This study, taking this opportunity, might be expected that advanced the street environment mural painting project connected study of civil and nation is with activity realized. And it might be expected that the business of environment mural painting able to guided with an active participation by residents spread out in variety and is generated by dynamic and nice environment of region. 공공디자인은 일반 상업디자인과는 달리 이윤보다는 주민의 안녕과 행복을 추구한다. 불특정 다수의 삶의 질을 총체적인 입장에서 향상시키고자 노력하는 디자인 분야이다. 현재 한국은 공공디자인에 대한 관심이 급증하면서 서울시 및 지자체를 중심으로 공공디자인 정책을 수립하여 행정적 차원에서 실행해 나가고 있다. 산업시대를 거치며 훼손해온 도시환경을 건강하고 인간중심적이며 문화적 정체성이 있는 도시로 바꾸기 위한 노력의 일환이다. 체계적인 공공디자인에 의한 도시이미지 창출은 주민의 소득이 점점 향상되면서 그 중요성이 더욱 고조되고 있다. 도시의 내적, 외적 이미지에 대한 인식이 높아갈수록 이미지의 정체성을 갖게 해 줄 수 있는 공공환경디자이너의 역할이 중요해지고 있다. 정체성있는 도시이미지와 주민들이 살고 싶어하는 지역을 만들기 위해 공공환경디자이너는 디자인의 조형적 차원의 가이드 뿐만 아니라 공공디자인의 정책적 사고와 통합적 사고를 갖추어야 한다. 또한 민관학의 협동체계를 구축하여 보다 효과적인 공공디자인 가이드라인을 제시할 수 있어야 한다.이러한 관점을 토대로 본 논문은 매력적인 도시이미지를 창출하기 위한 공공디자인의 이론적 고찰과 디자인의 공공성 구축을 위한 정책적 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 공공디자인의 역사적, 상징적 그리고 양적 측면에서 중심에 서있는 환경벽화에 대한 이론적 배경을 통해 구체적인 디자인 가이드라인을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 이를 계기로 민관학 연계의 발전된 거리 환경 벽화 프로젝트가 활발히 이루어지기를 기대하며 주민의 적극적인 참여를 유도할 수 있는 환경벽화 사업이 다양하게 전개되어 지역의 역동적이고 쾌적한 환경이 조성되기를 기대한다.

비좌굴 가새를 이용한 대공간 구조물 내진 보강 설계

In this study, the seismic performance and behavior characteristics of the upper truss structure of the large stadium are analyzed by nonlinear dynamic analysis. In the nonlinear dynamic analysis, the earthquake records were generated by site response analysis to simulate the nonlinear behavior of the relevant soil condition where the structure is located. Nonlinear dynamic analysis was performed using Perform-3D and the nonlinear properties of the substructure and the superstructure were determined in accordance with KISTEC guideline. According to the analysis results, excessive deformation occurred in the upper truss element, and plastic hinges exceeded the target performance in some members. Buckling-restrained brace is used for seismic retrofit of stadium structures and the analysis results shows the interstory drift satisfies the target performance level with dissipating the seismic energy efficiently.
