Job analysis is essential in the development of vocational education and hiring course as well as developing guidelines for vocational qualification exams. However, due to inadesuacy in systematic job analysis in the past, development and revision of educational programs, vocational training standards and guidelines for examination questions not only lack efficiency and Connectivity, but are also becoming a waste of resources. The purpose of the research lies in developing methods of job analysis and procedure models for establishment of a system that efficiently links education, training and qualification by understanding the job analysis. The purpose also lies in developing basic materials for vocational education and training course as well as developing guidelines for examination questions through job analysis on plant engineering in the field. Job analysis was conducted according to the newly established job analysis procedure and form for plant engineering mentioned above, and as a result, knowledge, function and tool were obtained and vocational education and training course as well as guidelines for examination questions were developed.

The major cause of the industrial accidents is often induced by the human error. It brings about all kind of accidents. Moreover, the more the information and system complicates, the more the human error brings about. So the active accident prevention policy by human behavior, life style, culture, and psychology should develop at this time. Especially, the behavior models have provided the accident proneness concept through the life change unit factors. According to the existing studies on the life change unit models, the oriental behavior models differs from the western model in the life style and ideas. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to develop the proposed life change unit model by the improved life change unit factors, and to evaluate its application in real fields. The proposed model can be simply applied in real fields in order to minimize the industrial accidents

Recently, the situation of the new product development has been drastically changed. Also, the analysis of PDM(Product Data Management) has long been interested by researchers. PDM system is the system which collects and manages the information of the products in the products development process, especially in the design stages. They are hastening the implementation of PDM and CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce) for getting market initiatives and to get an advantage in competition through Product Collaboration. Industries begin to require the PDM which integrated design and manufacturing information concurrently to reduce the delivery time to market of new products. Finally from this study, I compared with the deduced model of methodology and the mod-el of ERP Systems implementation. Additionally, PDM/CPC System as decision making needs more to be provided the stage of system product collaboration process to get easy-of-use for diverse user than verified the model of ERP System implementations by many users
A Model for Computer-Aided Process Planning System in Flexible Manufacturing Systems

Most of computer-aided process planning(CAPP) systems have been developed to automate the process planning function. In this paper, we describe an analytical model for a CAPP system in order to improve the performance of production system in flexible manufacturing systems(FMSs) for computer intergrated manufacturing(CIM) architecture. This paper proposes an optimal process planning that minimizes the load time by minimizing the cycle time and the number of workstations using Kang and Hahm's heuristic approach so as to improve the performance of production system under the batch production of discrete products. We also perform simulation using SIMAN language to campare the line utilization of each for various product types. The proposed algorithm can be implemented in existing FMSs for on-line control of product quantity using programmable logic controllers(PLC) and communication devices.

Whenever we execute the work, the work success or failure depend on what kind of method use and how it appled. If the aim is not to be sure and good method is be used, the conclusion not gain our want. When we want to success the work, then we have to check the aim continually during our work. This paper present Y-Cycle that execute more effective work method that combine with Deming cycle and System cycle. If we combine each cycle's characteristic and merit and execute the work using right order, and adjust feedback in each step, then we can success the aim using less cost and endeavor.

TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activity is shown many change of propulsion method that passed by decades of operating in domestic enterprise. Above all, lately rep-resented tendency is autonomous maintenance that basic in TPM activity has demanded the effective activity agree with industrial characteristic. Accordingly this paper presented device on the applicability of the autonomous maintenance in the industrial form based fundamental seven steps.

Most studies are focused on the single component or a equipment itself consisting of multiple components. But these policies are not applicable to multi component. If some components are economically independent of all other components of the equipment, replacements policies which assume a single component can be used for those components. However, if the cost of replacement of several parts simultaneous is less than the sum of the costs of separate replacements. the optimal replacement policy can not be applied by the use of a single component model. In this study, therefore, a mode! for determining economical replacement policies for multicomponent equipment is developed.
