        FMS 성능평가를 위한 통합 객체 지향 Module 설계

        Development of control model and system for FMS (flexible manufacturing systems) has long been interested by researchers. Presented in the paper is method for performance evaluation of FMS by using a new modeling tool which is called CTPN (Colored and Timed Petri Net). So, the procedure of modeling in the FMS is based on the IOM(Integrated Object-oriented Modeling) paradigm. A FMS, which consists of various machine groups, can produce machine parts in different physical dimensions and lot size. To model such a system, the method which utilizes CTPN is proposed. This enables the models according to part routings. The machine group which causes bottleneck is obtained and modified to relieve the problem. By iterating these steps which consist of modelling, simulation, and performance evaluation, a FMS canbe obtained which satisfies the required manufacturing conditions. Finally, The approach is the IOM from CTPN modeling by PNs and the other is a development of IOM tool for the performance evaluation of FMS.

        제품개발을 위한 PLC 수익성분석 시스템 설계

        Profitability Analysis System on Production Life Cycle(PLC) is the system which collects and manages the information of the products on cost analysis of the new products development process, especially in the design stages. A lot of researchers has established the study about Profitability Analysis System on PLC so far, the commercial tools have been applied to the fields. But such a design of Profitability Analysis System on PLC have some room to be improved in the user usability and system development method and reusability of the former information and data interoperability with the relative systems. We developed the Activity Based Costing(ABC) for Profitability Analysis System on PLC to solve those problems that was referred above through this research. Finally from this study, I compared with the deduced model of methodology and the model of ABC Systems implementation.

        제품 수명주기에 의한 설비투자 결정 Model 설정

        To survive in today's competitive market environment, many companies have recently responded to competition by investing on manufacturing equipment. Also, the development of decision model of investment on equipment for setup has long been interested by researchers. So, the new investment of equipment according to production life cycle(PLC) has been drastically changed. The objective of this paper is to present a methodology for evaluation of investment on equipment by using a new modeling analysis tool. Strategic investment decisions are intuitively direct approach to increase the modeling power of the investment on equipment and we can make it very successfully in investing time, size, function and cost. Finally, this paper is to develop a modeling to optimize the investment on equipment using product life cycle which describes exactly features of investment process

        Recently, the situation of the new product development has been drastically changed. Also, the development of DR(Design Review) Model for analysis has been interested by researchers. Presented in the paper is concerned with the set-up of DR model for improvement of design quality. The proposed model describes the relationship between input/output and factors of production such as quality, cost, delivery, moral, safety and design quality, etc. Also, these factors are associated with a significant positive correlation between DR and design quality, development and delivery on the production. So, DR is applied broadly in whole process of new product development and we can make it very successfully in developing time, quality, function, cost and delivery.

        Real time 정보관리를 위한 중소기업형 PMD 구축

        Recently, the situation of the new product development has been drastically changed. Also, the analysis of PDM has long been interested by researchers. Industries begin to require the PDM which integrated design and manufacturing information concurrently to reduce the delivery time to market of new products. However, current commercialized PDM tools have drawbacks in representing as relational data bases a variety of data types such as CAD files, images, long text, etc. The proposed model describe the relationship between PDM on the red time information management according to design changes and the factors of production such as BOM.

        This paper has the purpose to find out the causal model between CCA(Control Circle Activity) and performance. The core of the Economic approach is costs and benefits, and then give that to consider the relative price of the value of marginal utility to increase productivity in the concept of economic rationality,efficiency and profit are the interrelated concepts. Increased anger into action for the benefit of employees reflects the will of the employees performing work when given the economic interests of the company's productivity improvement over the opposite side is the fact that you never know Select all of human behavior from stable to maximize their effectiveness in many types of environmental information and other inputs, the optimal amount of leverage that can be seen.

        설계공정과 제조공정 연동을 위한 PDM/CPC 통합 인터페이스 시스템 개발

PDM system is the system which collects and manages the information of the products in the products development process, especially in the design stages. They are hastening the implementation of PDM and CPC(Collaborative Product Commerce) for getting market initiatives and to get an advantage in competition through Product Collaboration. Industries begin to require the PDM which integrated design and manufacturing information concurrently to reduce the delivery time to market of new products. Finally from this study, I compared with the deduced model of methodology and the mod-el of ERP Systems implementation. Additionally, PDM/CPC System as decision making needs more to be provided the stage of system product collaboration process to get easy-of-use for diverse user than verified the model of ERP System implementations by many users

        중소기업형 웹 기반 PDM 시스템 구축

        Based on the internet technology, most companies is implementing the ERP, SCM and other Systems. They are hastening the implementation of PDM and CPC for getting market initiatives and to get an advantage in competition through Product Collaboration. PDM system is the system which collects and manages the information of the products in the products development process, especially in the design stages. A lot of researchers has established the study about PDM so far, the commercial tools have been applied to the fields. But such PDM systems have some room to be improved in the user usability and system development method and reusability of the former information and data interoperability with the relative systems. We developed the web-based PDM systems to solve those problems that was referred above through this research. In addition to the basic functions of the PDM systems, the study of recycling of Product Structure for the efficient reuse of the former information of the products and the effective data interoperability between the PDM systems and relative information systems intimate with PDM has been conducted.
