        수평거리에 따른 요배근력과 척추기립근의 근전도 변화

        N/A This study evaluated the compression force at the L5/S1 disc using back strength and IEMG(Integrated Electromyography). We divided the distance into one-half, three-fourth and full, measured the back strength. The results showed significant difference much among the cases. IEMG values were analyzed under the condition of fixed vertical factor, two horizontal factors, and 2 times per minute for the stoop posture. As the result, there are significant differences between horizontal distance 35cm and 55cm. This result showed that back strength decreased and the motor units of erector spinae muscle increased as the horizontal distance increased. Therefore, decreasing the horizontal distance to decrease compression force at L5/S1 is important on preventing a low back pain. Also, by using these data for prediction musculoskeletal disorders if we design equipment, machine and apparatus for human welfare, we can give advantage of prevention of low back pain much. We will be able to apply these data to work method or workplace lay-out.

        An accident rate of industry has generally shown a trend decreasing recently, but a construction accident rate only has shown a trend increasing since 1990. The trend of construction accident rate indicates lots of problems about a construction safety education because it results from lack of safety consciousness level of construction workers. Therefore, a safety education of construction sites must improve in the direction of following items. 1. It should specially activate more and more the education in doing a new employment and the change of working enviroment, the special education for the aged or person of low scholastic ability, etc. 2. It should be developed education method including a worker's age, school career, work contents, and so on, and then must be raised higher the effect of education.

      • 컴퓨터를 이용한 설비보전시스템의 설계 : 전자업체를 중심으로

        This thesis is concerned with the design of a maintenance control system which is based on the use of a microcomputer. The system is designed to aim at reducing a company's maintenance cost, increasing the productivity of maintenance and administrative personnel and improving service to maintenance personnel. This computerized maintenance control system uses nine master files and has the sixteen standard reports. It is composed of four procedures:data input procedure, data edit procedure, data delete procedure and data output procedure. All programs are written in ADY ANCED BASIC on the IBM-PC XT/AT or their compatible computers.

      • 고장형태 및 영향분석(FMEA)을 위한 소프트웨어의 개발

        This thesis is concerned with development of the reliabilty software which can analyze reliability data and give fundamental information which will be repeatedly used to improve reliability of systems, items or parts, The software can also perform failure mode and effect analysis (FMEA), which is widely used tool in reliability prediction and assessment. This software is composed of two major modules: reliability data analysis module and FMEA module. In reliability data analysis module, failure time data are collected and analyzed by use of various statistical techniques. After analysis, failure time data can be kept for future use in reliability data bases and reliability measures such as MTBF, MTTF, failure rate, or reliability are calculated. In FMEA module one can select the type of FMEA sheet, classify components and fill each entry of FMEA sheet by direct typing. This software is written in Turbo C on IBM PC/AT or compatibles.

      • 건설업 재해손실비용 산정에 관한 연구

        Estimating the cost of injuries and accidents to an organization is very important to figure out about how much well each organization has run his company and how much efficiently he has got the results using a certain amount of the expense for safety. There are two major classes of costs resulting from injuries and accidents, the direct costs and the indirect costs. Especially Heinrich's theory, which the ratio of direct versus indirect cost has been used 1:4, has applied all the companies in Korea. I describe here the generalized method to figure out the indirect costs and the economic impact on cost-volume-profit performance standards. One construction company has been a pilot for this study. It is found that the ratio of direct versus indirect cost should be 1:1.53.

      • 효과적인 안전교육을 위한 체계적인 교수모형 설계에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to design a systemic teaching model for industrial-educational cooperation, using an audio-visual media in order to carry out safety education effectively. This study includes : 1. The teaching model for using audio-viual media is designed like these: The decision of learning objectives and contents → Assessment of entering behaviors → Determination of strategy, Organization of groups, Allocation of time and space to introduce the audio-visual media → Instruction → Evaluation of performance → Analysis of feedback 2. The teaching system of safety education is devided into basic education and field education largely : (i) basic education deals with attitude education, knowledge education and skill education and (ii) field education deals with skill education and habituation of safety. 3. The basic practice in school education uses the audio-visual media of simulation or case sheet study, and so it is connected naturally with on-the-job-training in industries. 4. In this model, practical education is designed to follow the instruction steps of 'Clarification of learning objectives → Theoretical explanataion → Demonstration → Training under simulation → Transfer' by introducing training model. 5. 'Transfer' as the last step can be a very effective teaching method in the part of applying properly acquired content of safety education for dangerous condition through foreseeing danger in everywhere.

        작업자의 숙련도가 기계상태에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 최적 제어 이론(Kalman Filtering)적용 중심으로 Kalman Filtering Approach

        This paper proposes a dynamic recursive model with the effect analysis of machine state considering human factor(human skillfulness) in a single lot man-machine production system. This model obtained using Kalman Filtering Algorithm is based on input state, output state, machine state. For sensitivity analysis, this model constructed is examined according to the impact of human skillfulness with computer simulation. The model studied in this paper has a great advance from the point of view a combination of three factors(human engineering, dynamic control theory, quality control) and can also be extended in several applications.

        Safety and health are becoming important issues as the level of worker senses is increasing. International standardization on this field has been activating through mutual certification by preparing world wide common safety and health specification programs. The primary purpose of this paper is to introduce recent international atmosphere, and to study on the Initial foundation regarding the application of safety and health management system which is equivalent to the system of advanced countries through review and comparison of BS8800 and ISO 14000.

        The purpose of this thesis is to perform a systematic analysis of accident or failure using fault tree technique. The theoretical proceduere of the fault tree analysis explained in detail. A computer program which can be used for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the fault tree is developed. The software for fault tree is partitioned into two parts. In the first part, the minimal cut sets are obtained by Limnios and Ziani's algorithm. In the second part, the quantitative analysis using the minimal cut sets can be perfomed. When the current sub-system is changed, fault tree construction, qualitative and quantitative analysis for the modified system is accomplished easily. It is expected that this study can be applied in analysing the accident easily, even without specific knowledge, and used in the failure analysis of the complex and enlarged system in various field of industry.
